Nike Town is not strictly a shop, it’s a town; a town that’s dedicated to meeting your every sporting need, and that means footwear. Basketball boots, tennis shoes or runners – they are all here. Plus, who could resist a little amateur design at the Nike iD Studio? We’ve got some red and white Nike’s with ‘AIL’ stitched on one heel, and ‘Rules’ on the other. You don’t have to be quite so egotistical as us though.

The guys in Nike Town couldnot be more helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with styles and sizes.I would not hesitate to go back there again.Awesome customer service.

Went with family visiting the UK, and was extremely surprised at how poor the service received was. Left due to such poor visit, but needed to go back as the purchase was for a teenager. The second visit was no better and the service received was just as bad. I would never spend money in this store again.

Really disappointed, asked for two different types of trainers neither available in my size (11) even though both on display in Nike World. Not given a very good explanation by assistant telling me that these are very popular. Ended up going two shops down the road to Footlocker where they had both Nike trainers in stock. Disappointing Nike that you don't have all sizes available in your flagship store!

I was very pleased with the help that I received yesterday when I went to by my huaraches, the staff were very helpful and friendly and seems to genuinely care about my questions, and then went to find my size (7) however what I was not pleased about was upon arriving home ready to show my friend was the fact I got one size 7 shoe and one size 6. The store has put me on hold for the last hour and I have to make the trip up there which is another hour there and back from where I live. This should have been checked by the staff before they gave them to me

This is the ultimate sports supermarket with everything under one roof - despite that I found the staff I spoke to to be knowledgeable about their section and gave appropriate advice. I'd happily return for my next sports buy!

Went there yesterday, and was attended to by a guy called Rivelino. He couldn't have been more helpful, as I have a plate in one foot, and must have spent an hour with us, showing and bringing various models, until we eventually ordered a bespoke pair. Fantastic experience !

Went to this store whilst visiting London with my kids and loved it. Was rushing around as we needed to get back to Euston to catch train home so did not do my usual check of the receipt before leaving. When I got home I had been double charged for an item so tried for 25 minutes to get through to them with no joy. Tried in the morning and by the afternoon they had verified my story with CCTV and issued a refund. I live 120 miles away so had no chance or desire of popping in to resolve.
Excellent store and customer service, and I look forward to going back some time.

Rubbish customer service got through by chance last week and was given the wrong info so wasted three hours going to the store to find out the item hadnt released.
Was told to call this week to find out if what I was looking for had been released and have now left countless messages but they dont seem to want to return any calls.
Will shop at smaller independent stores who arent so big and can be bothered to provide at least a basic level of customer services.
Have called Nike and suprise suprise yet another anwserphone, I doubt anyone will actually bother to call me back.

Travelled in London on a sightseeing holiday, only to find a Nike store on my journey around Oxford street. Had a look around to find the new Arsenal away shirt priced at £50 what a rip off!!! you can buy the same shirt from Arsenal.com at £45 short sleeved, but I was green and bought the shirt after trying it on. I wished I had done a bit of research and bought it from the Armoury or online. Will not buy there again ....

I recently bought a pair of Air Rifts and could not find the socks to go with these anywhere. On Saturday however I found the Niketown store and asked if they had any and the guy I spoke to said he was unsure. Getting the same feeling again I expected him to say no but the staff were actually brilliant and went out of their way to check. Sure I was waiting whilst they did so but then the assistant came back with numerous pairs. In my eyes the staff were absolutely brilliant and went out of their way to help, they even called me sir ;-). Top service, top brand, top marks and top of my list next time I am in London. Well done all at Niketown.

Wanted to buy new trainers from Nike Town but was left waiting for 10 minutes with no explanation so went to JD sports and spent £90 there instead . Nike Town terrible customer service and poor layout .

Ok, so this site asks for constructive feedback for Nike town in London, hmmm...!
Asked for a knee support and out of the six members of staff we asked, not one of them understood what a knee support was...!
So to be constructive you ask, ok, all staff must be educated to some standard...!! I would start them off slow, maybe a few small words, throw in some pictures...!
