I really dislike modern coffee scents like black opium or tom ford's café rose (2023)...I find them vulgar, I don't know what it is about them, something in their coffee note makes them 'in your face', aggressive, masculine even.
Yet this... Is such a creamy, feminine, soft coffee based perfume. I like it very much! Had I not read the notes here on fragrantica I wouldn't have guessed it has coffee in it, simply because I have associated the coffee note with the vulgarity of the aforementioned perfumes.
Good job with this one Trussardi! It's such a pity it's been discontinued

A lot of praise has been given to this scent and for a good reason - it's a sweet coffee masterpiece.

It's a shame it has been discontinued. I never repurchase full bottles but this one was so good that I'd make an exception.
Trussardi should bring it back.

I adore this perfume. It`s Trussardi`s gem. Silky, powdery, creamy scent. I swear I can smell vanilla, although it is not on the list. I like the coffee in it. Very feminine and sophisticated.

I bought this with the intention of buying a coffee scent, and this one was suggested to try. While it's not what I wanted in a coffee fragrance, I was definitely not disappointed with what I got. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this gorgeous, feminine scent. For me, there is a mild, creamy, and moderately-sweet coffee note, that drifts and then bows to a powdery heliotrope. So divine!

This could be a delicious, creamy perfume, but the amber note is so, so prominent, it dominates the whole scent.

Edit: After years of not liking this fragrance I finally realized why I don't like it: It's not the Amber, it's the Heliotrope that overpowers everything!

It is like warm miracle. I love it!!!

Such a rare treasure. I love wearing this on rainy days, cozy and heavenly. I save it for special occasions only cause we'll never know if it's the last bottle on earth. Anyone who's looking for something like this, try Paris Hilton Can Can. Not quite a dupe but the drydown is very similar side by side, without the coffee note.

Received it in a swap last week.it's notes look amazing.right up my alley.coffee and heliotrope are two of my favorite notes.but don't know why I didn't expect much.it proved me that I was wrong.I sprayed it and I was smitten

I can see why it's been compared in reviews to kenzo amour and lolita lempicka but they wouldn't come to my mind if I hadn't read it here.for me the closest one to trussardi inside is Amouage lilac love.not that they're dupes.just the same coffee-heliotrope goodness
Trussardi inside has a great balance.it has a touch of sweetness but I can't call it a sweet scent.and it's delicious coffee note is easily detectable but It's not a real gourmand to my nose.if I wash to consider it a gourmand I'd say a classy,well-balanced and well-blended grown-ups gourmand.
I've just used it a couple of times,well ever since I received it.for now what I mostly detect here are:coffee,heliotrope,something woody,something like tonka bean and musk,not a simple musk,better to say something warm and refined like a skin-like musky suede..all these notes blend to create this warm,cozy and conforming scent which is soothing as drinking a cup of coffee and resting on a pillow of powder.it's an intimate scent.stays very close to skin so I was surprised to be complimented on it.I thought I'm the only person being able to enjoy this heavenly skin scent but now I know that other people close to me can smell it too.even my sister in law who hates sweet or any perfume smelling like coffee told me:"you smell very pleasant,gentle and clean.if I wasn't forced to go to work right now,I'd sit near you and smell you're hair until I fall asleep"
If you want a perfume for a job interview or any situation that you need something soft and inoffensive but also with personality,something that would show you're calm,non-pretentious,self confident and friendly and that you have your own style,not very retro and vintage,not too trendy,not too young or too old,not a pink girly girl,not a black masculine lady,not even a white devoted wife and mother,something which has your own color,and may cause people trust you easier,then trussardi inside can be a great choice
Longevity is AMAZING!It melts in skin,becomes one with you and never leaves.there's still about 65mils left in this bottle and it's a relief to know I can enjoy it for a long time.I wish they bring it back so that other people could enjoy it too

Don't you know, by any chance, a dupe, replica, anything that copies this fragrance? How can someone discontinue something so delightful...it's the fragrance of my life and I can't even reach a replica of it.

I have two, but both open during the week I live in a place, and weekends in another and I don't like moving perfumes for fear that damage. They are my treasures jjjjjjj. I send you one ; ).

TRUSSARDI INSIDE has been one of those old cravings...
In my opinion, it has a curious opening scented forest, Woody tone interspersed with a sweet as candy note. It is sweet, but not cloying to reach. It's like open with a soft note of leather despite not being part of its composition. Now is when the soft touch Woody begins to "dance"with the incredible coffee visually wonderful note and all this leads us to this wake naturally musky and moderately atalcada. " SUBLIME!
I understand that it is a specially designed fragrance to be a scent to the surface, to delight a short distance. It is sophisticated, and certainly has a great durability. It is intimate and very comforting.

Inside is a timelessly beautiful, soft, yet warm-spicy coffee and heliotrope scent. At once both delicately feminine and warmly cozy. How I love this precious scent. Sillage is soft but longevity is outstanding. I do hope to obtain a full bottle of this ultimate femininity.

Last time I've used it I was disappointed with its longevity. This time it has lasted a whole 24h (at least on my hair). Amazing. Maybe a plus temperature close to 0 degrees centigrade is right fot the composition:) The coffee and cream note is, sadly, only a brief moment in top notes on me, but then it sets to a lovely creamy scent with hints af nivea cream freshness, but yet somehow warm. Lovely.

My mother has bought this lovely scent for me as a gift for Rosh Hashana about 6 years ago. Back then, I didn't have many perfumes and this one just caught my eye and nose. I loved the minimalistic, elegant and chic design of the bottle, and as an Italian the designer house name was very appealing to me. The weather was very cold, I remember we went on a shopping spree for the family to celelbrate the holidays and there was a storm outside. I'm happy and I feel alive when the weather becomes super cold and magical.
The minute I put it on I fely in love. I know it's not considered a scent for younger girls, but back then it was exactly what I was looking for. Today I'm 25 and I'm eager to have it on my shelf again (they discontinued to sell it the very same year we bought it, I believe it's because the name wasn't popular or very well known in my country, and it affected the sales eventually). I don't know where to find it anymore. This is very wintery but warm, the coffee is sweet and it's heavy but in a good, sophisticated way. I'd wear it for a fancy dinner or a ballet, even a high-end date. It's by far one of the most amazing perfumes I've ever tried and I'd love to make it a regular on my shelf. Hopefully I'll find id someday... I've exchanged my addiction to it in one for the Parisienne of YSL.

I just "stole" this from my daughter. I had passed on this bottle to her a few years ago when I realized my skin was eating it up and that I could not smell it after ten minutes on my skin. While cleaning up a bit in her room today(a hot one-over 80*F/26*C), I found the bottle, spritzed a little on my wrist, and the yummy, sweet(but not TOO sweet) gourmand scent has been wafting about me all afternoon. It obviously blooms on my skin in the heat(I had previously only worn it in cold weather)and is long lasting. Since she now wears Daisy Eau So Fresh exclusively, I have stolen this one back from her and will be wearing it more this summer.

Happy exotic floral scent with coffe and cream. So nice and unusual. I m getting stopped and asked what i m wearing all the time by women, but i don t tell :) hidden secret gem. Very good daytime scent. But men also do love it, when they get closer, so u can wear it also as a non offensive night scent. The new on market black opium from ysl reminds me a lot to it tough, but its not on the dark side this one!

Trussardi Inside has been on my want list for a while, and I'm sure happy to have it. This edp is for me a Spring-friendly, happy Oriental Floral. I love the coffee/heliotrope heart. Inside has a lot of warm charm, and is like sipping a cafe au lait in a flower garden. Decent longevity, and sillage is enough for your beloved to lean over, sniff, kiss your cheek, and smile.

Nice frag, i see the similarity to Belle en Rykiel edp which i have and love for cold days, just belle has lavender and inside not. Its makes it gentler ,less coffish ,nice cosy and kind of safe. You wont insult anyone with this.
Sillage is worse than Belle.
But even so ,i am happy i have a chance to still get to know this perfume bec its getting away from selling. THey dont produce it anymore.

I love coffee...I drink it every day and I can't resist the smell if it's brewing. Hence, I had to find this and give it a try. I'm so glad I got my hands on this one. It doesn't smell like a sweet latte or anything. It smells like actual coffee beans mixed with an exotic floral blend. My friend from Brazil says it reminds him of the Brazilian rainforest and although I've never been there myself, I imagine it when I smell this. It is one of a kind and truly intoxicating.

Lovely light creamy gourmand-y floral - another Trussardi winner. I personally don't find it reminding me of Belle En Rykiel. As always, YMMV.

This is the first fragrance I've smelled with a coffee note, and is it ever yummy and cozy. When I first applied my sample, I said mmmm! I don't think I've ever smelled something similar to this before. Sadly it is not available to buy...maybe some day someone will release something similar but I doubt it...

I love coffee, and I love perfume; but I'm not entirely sold on the combination of the two. This is a lovely fragrance, no doubt; the coffee note is creamy and quite sweet, more malt and sugar than coffee, though. I do sense a mild, sweet amber along with a hint of heliotrope that lends a homey and carefree sense that is appealing.

The coffee note is similar to that in Noa, only while Noa tends to be slightly green and orris-ish, Inside with the heliotrope and amber is more cozy. If Noa is a coffee shop in the warm spring sun, then Inside is sitting in a cozy coffee nook on a pale chill day. It's not a truly warm scent (not spicy, not like baked goods), but it is soft and embracing (I find heliotrope combined with sweetness does that).

This is a relatively faint scent, I barely smell it unless I'm sniffing my wrist; I think the sillage is quite poor. Longevity so far is about 3 hours. If you are looking for a sweet, cozy coffee-themed scent this could be your cup of...coffee.

The coffee note in here is smooth creamy and sweet and it stays like that all the way through wearing.
Heliotrope amber and musk make it sweet and really delicious.

This is warm, comforting, cozy coffee scent. Not too strong or overwhelming, and not too bitter -- like coffee with cream. It has a smooth, slightly sweet quality as well. Lovely comfort scent, I wish it were available now.

My fav thing !!! I want it badly, too sad it's not offered any more in my country and as i've heard - in most of the countries.My mom had it and i remember spraying it for 2 or 3 dates 2 years ago.Boys loved it.I dont care which age it's suitable for, but this sweet cocoa-vanilla aroma is creating images in my head of an adorable morning with coffee in my hand, next to my beloved. I would never get pissed off!..

Inside is a warm spicy floral with a sharp freshness to it upon spritzing it. Right after putting it on I feel like it lacks something, it seems like a very onedimensional scent. I can't recognize the coffee and sweetness that others do seem to pick up. I find it too mature smelling. The pink pepper and bergamot is probably to blame for this. It's also an extremely strong scent, perhaps a bit too strong. My nose got a little irritated.

After 20 minutes however the scent has become a lot more pleasurable to my nose. The sharp spiceness is gone. It's is quite sweet smelling yet I'm still not smelling any coffee. The passion flower and heliotrope are especially present, but not too overhwelming. Vanilla is also present. The scent is still very strong and is still irritating to my nose.

The drydown is really nice and subtle, and even a bit powdery. Unfortunately it does not have any sillage anymore once that occurs.

Overall Inside has moderate sillage. Longevity is amazing. I even tried to wash it off with soap after 7 hours of wearing it, but I could still smell the perfume on my skin. Overall I'm quite neutral about this fragrance. It's pleasant-smelling, but nothing wildly interesting. I find it to be a bit overwhelming and too much though.

Edit 4/13/2014: I've been wearing Inside for a couple of days now, and I am able to pick out the coffee now! It's extremely subtle and I expected it to be a warm note, but instead I find it to be cold. I'm now able to get over the pink pepper's irritation and I'm really starting to like Inside now. This fragrance is one that slowly grows on you! Give it more than one chance before you get rid of it!

I have a bottle of Flowerbomb I will trade for this. Sprayed once.

I hesitated buying this perfume because I know it has been discontinued and I am so tired of breaking my heart over perfumes.

But, I am so glad that I took the chance on this beautiful perfume. It is classy, elegant and playful. It has a very, very slight hint of candy coated caramel popcorn to it, which I just simply adore! It's not sickly in any way and is just simply gorgeous! It is one of those perfumes that you keep applying simply because it smells so good!

It should have been called "Trussardi Inside aka Delectably Moreish" :)

This is primarily a heliotrope fragrance. All the other notes just serve to support and highlight certain aspects of that particular note. Amber heightens the sweetness, coffee heightens the bitterness of the powdery aspect, freesia brings forward the clean aspects, while pink pepper and citrus add brightness to the opening. Overall this is pleasant and wearable. Again, the ultimate ode to heliotrope.

it is all aquolina pink sugar on me......i'm so sorry i can only detect heavy vanille and some edgy notes, which reminds me of pink sugar...i thought i was gonna like it, alas, i don't......... :( too sweet, overpowering on me.

It's discontinued :-(...but thanks God I could get a 3.3 oz. bottle of it...I've been using it for years, it's one of my basic scents. On my skin it's a light, pleasant musky coffe, with a hint of heliotrope and amber, floral is barely there. I really love this scent.

dont know guys... to me its pure PINK PEPPER on my skin... i like it but i really wanted to see the coffee and all that i ve read before i tried it... oh well...

A lovely, rather surprising perfume is Inside by Trussardi. I was expecting a capuccino scent from all the descriptions I had read. But no such scent appeared on my skin and I wore it happily for two days.

I smelled the coffee note initially but only as an addition of warmth and depth to the whole. The coffee note is not bitter or strong at all. Then florals began to come in and the amber and musk. This is a delightful slightly sweet floral, musky scent with a bit of woods and amber to warm it up and make it cosy and lovely for a winter's day. But this is fresh enough to wear year round.

Longevity is good, sillage not so much, but smells lovely on your skin all day long. Again, I find this scent very lovely, but it is not a cup of coffee to me, more like a bouquet of flowers.

Also, I see no relation to Prada Candy at all. Candy is an overly sweet burnt caramel smell that is definitely absent in Inside by Trussardi.

After being immensly disappointed by Prada Candy this sounds more my thing. Complex with more delicious notes...

DELICIOUS...This is a very cozy scent,to me it smells like Yves Rocher's Vanille Noire with alittle Bath and Body Works Java Bloom mixed in.

I bought this is a blind buy because I was looking for a coffee scent. This scent doesn't smell like coffee to me but it is a warm cozy creamy scent. It's like warm milk, with caramel and almonds with a soft floral with a dry down to a powder musk.
I do love it, its not the scent that I was looking for but its a keeper. My search for the coffee scent will continue...

This is the smell of the modern young woman. Combines sweetness and freshness. Enveloping me with the gentle scent of luxurious cream, which smells gently worn like aura around me. Note: To my delight coffee definitely present in this scent. Freesia, passion flower and neroli also feel, but not so much that perfume is not considered as a flowery. Rather smells of nuts and cappuccino. The main difference between Trussardi Inside and other gourmand fragrances is that vanilla is absent here. This is a delicious scent that smells of luxury and style. With two words -It's classy!

As 'Inside' was first, in my opinion it is Prada Candy what wants to be similar to Trussardy Inside.
I tried both and find Inside much more interesting and sophisticated. Maybe the best words about Inside are ELEGANT and BEAUTIFULL. Plus it's bottle is nicer than Candy's.
Prada Candy is just another sweet-caramell scent in a cute bottle, nothing really interesting, very simple, like it but it's not on my "want list".
I think the names of theese products are very 'talking' too: 'Candy' is made for girls, 'Inside' is for ladies.

I've worn this in summer and now in autumn, and it's definitely more of an autumn fragrance for me. More suited for cool weather and rainy or foggy days. It is reminiscent of Prada Candy in their caramelly sweetness, although I find Trussardi Inside more floral and lighter. I've yet to detect any coffee though. I mostly get mild, sweet caramel.

Really similar to Prada Candy and also a dupe of Sephora Brown, this is a caramelly vanilla coffee scent that lasts well, especially on clothing :) smells "expensive". Divine!

Well, I was looking for a coffee scented perfume for my colleague (I even asked for advice here - thank you, Fragrantica members for your answers one more time! ), but after trying this fragrance I fell in love. Sorry, colleague! It won't be yours.

Today is the day when "Inside" has made the step from the shelf "I Want" to the shelf "I Have".
Warm, delicious, creamy, sensual.
Beginning- sweet, a bit fresh (yes!), light scent then it becomes the aroma of coffee with some Bailey's and a cinnamon touch. I notice that this is a bit like "L" by Lolita Lempicka.
I think it will be wonderful in winter- me wrapped in a huge, warm blanket near the fireplace with a good book and a big cup of coffee (and maybe something stronger in it) while outside it will be snowing. All the windows will be covered with flowers made by frost. The wind will be singing.
Reminds me the song of Dorris Day and Dean Martin "Baby it's cold outside" ... I really can't stay... I really can't resist...

I just bought it recently and I was quite sure that I will not regret it due to the similarity to Prada's Candy. Hm, it's similar (as a cat is similar to a dog because they both are pets) but I like Candy a bit better as it its more wearable in summer. Trussardi Inside for my nose is even warmer. It makes me feel cosy and safe and I feel like lying on the sofa with a blanket on my knees, hot chocolate and a good book in my hand while outside it's cold and snowy. I'm very looking forward to wearing this in winter. It's a bit heavier as Candy but also very caramel-ish with a sense of coffee and something I cannot (yet) identify. So - it's delicious but nothing you should buy if you're more into floral or fruity scents. It's not the "fresh showered" scent but more the "mummy baked me cookies" scent. If you understand what I mean ;-)

Inside is perhaps my favorite coffee perfume. The florals blend beautifully with the creamy cappuccino to create a seriously mouthwatering perfume. My only issue with it is that projection and longevity aren't strong enough for my liking...but then again, I think I like my perfume a lot stronger than most people. I love how Inside isn't nauseating or "too much" in any way. It somehow retains a freshness and cleanliness about it, which also prevents it from smelling like some kind of Jessica Simpson edible body spray.

Trussardi Inside for Women is another gourmand favourite of mine. How did Trussardi manage to make coffee, amber and heliotrope have a happy relationship not just with each other but with amber too! Don't know but lets enjoy it!

A delicious caramel coffee, with an amber (vanilla) note and distant florals that somehow manage to make a wonderful yummy and "must sniff!" scent.
The only other perfume that has this kind of gourmand yumminess with a twist on me is Bvlgari's Omnia. Both are wonderful scents for autumn/winter or just to feel warm and cuddly. Both are gourmand yet Trussardi is a bit bolder and heavier on the flower front.

Silage is: "smell me but don't take a bite!!" --Longevity is: "yumminess for 7+ hours" A gourmand worth sampling if you like warm, comfy scents that feel like a delicious hug.

I seem to have a problem with coffee note in perfumes. It smells sour to me. But coffee isn't supposed to smell sour, is it? Inside by Trussardi reminds me of Desire Me by Escada which also had a coffe note in it but it smelled green and sour to me.
Inside smells half watery and half spicy. The spicy notes remind mo of licorice. But there's nothing in this scent to blow me away. Some people love it but I'll pass it.

The most ordinary fragrance ever. To me it smelled like sugary water.

Such a nice perfume , unfortunately it's gone in 2 hours . My nose like's it , but my skin refuse it .... :( I'm sad , because I like it a lot , and I would like to sit on my skin more . Anyway ...positive vote .

Gourmand style oriental - I do get the sweetish, coffee, milky sense from it that so many people report - but it's not at all cloying or choky.
Stays close to the skin, long lasting, very "snuggly", inoffensive kind of fragrance.

reminds me of escada magnetism right there on the spot, in top notes: because of freesia and heliotrope (found in both perfumes).
it does so both on blotter and on my skin.

not as complex as i would've preferred, but one of the old-time favs for wintertime.

I'm not picking up any coffee notes at all. Very sweet and powdery. The smell is very familiar, I'm thinking either Sweet Honesty or Skin So Soft by Avon. Not an old lady scent at all, but really more appropiate for a young girl's first perfume. It's nice, but the notes were very misleading to me, and it wasn't quite what I had in mind. Not a totally awful blind buy, but I wouldn't buy it again.

this was the most recent perfume that i had 'love at first inhalation' with... it just has perfect affinity with me. sweet vanilla, caramel and somehow freesia blooms. clean, feminine, sexy, unusual and delicious. This scent makes me very happy... such a classy sweet scent

It has everything, EVERYTHING I was looking for. GORGEOUS! I love, love this fragrance.
I would also like to add that it´s very close to skin. Perfect for work, won´t offend anyone for sure.

Not much sillage, but enough for me to notice it throughout the day. Longevity is average, about 5 hours.

In the dry down, it retains the sweetness but also somehow has a soft fresh aspect. Love!

its a lux perfume for allthe times

Inside is a delicate perfume, soft,it has a light and delicious vanilla, elegant and intimate. There is also some note reminiscent cleaning and refreshment. This scent is ideal to people that doesn´t support intense sweet but wishes to make use of vanilla. A great discovery!

I love the smell. Coffee - like, sweet coffee but not too sweet and not a black one but more like 3 in 1. And it doesn't feel like a typical gourmand, it's a bit mysterious coffee, not a coffee copycat. Great job!

It's great smell like italien morning with coffe....

Lasting power sucks. The smell is quite gourmand, sweet vanilla is what I pick out the most.

I had it and liked the nut and coffee smell in this. It doesn't have too good lasting power. Also in the drydown it gets kinda sweet and is like a creamy gourmand. It reminds me of vanilla in the end. I wouldn't want a second bottle though.

This is simply beautiful: no edges, just soft creaminess and elegant sweetness. The opening is delightfully fresh and slightly bitter because of the neroli with bergamot and some light woods. I get a similar vibe from Dsquared She Wood (and they do share some of the notes, I even thought Inside has violet). The coffeee note is also detectable right from the start. It is not dominant, it's cosy enough to make you feel as if you're having a creamy vanilla-flavoured cappuccino in the afternoon. I agree that the drydown is a bit reminiscent of Dona Karan's Cashmere Mist, but without the slightly plastic note Cashmere has. The sillage is moderate and the lasting power is quite good.
Bottom line: A relaxed and feminine gourmand-ish fragrance that won't make your head explode with loads of sugar - it's hard not to fall for it. Signature-worthy. I know the croc leather decoration of the bottle is for the company's sake, but it does not go with the mood of the perfume at all. Inside matches very well with Venus Cappuccino or Chocolate and Vanilla body lotion.

Neroli and bergamot right from the start. Then the light caramelized scent of heliotrope.

Beautifully blended and gentle. The coffee though is not what I expected. It's gently discernable and slightly acidic. Diluted black, not creamy latte to me which is what I was hoping for--perhaps it's the combination of neroli and bergamot that give this a little diffused brightness. The coffee note is not too obvious or overwhelming either.

Warms down with some sparse shavings of dark woods, amber and a good balance of musk.

Ordered this blind after reading reviews that raved about the sweet cafe scent - hate it. It smells very old lady and actually makes me feel ill. Very disappointed. The notes sounded great together but it's just a stinky disaster. I realize a woman's taste in perfume is very different person to person - I just don't understand how so many women like this and think it's yummy. Before I tested Trussardi Inside the saleslady told me the notes to expect and I thought just "Wow, that's MY fragrance, this'll fit me perfectly". I love coffe, I love leather, I love the smell of nuts and I like hints of musk.

Well I didn't expect my skin chemistry to interfere with that beauty of a scent. On paper it was a delicate almost gourmand kind of scent, coffe notes, some flowers, a hint of suede, like a well put together woman sipping a cappuchino, some flowers on the table next to her and maybe she wears a leather jacket.

At least that's what I got from the card... But on my skin it developed into cappucchino filled to the rim with sugar, caramel, and that woman didn't enjoy her drink but startled and poured the over sugary cappuchino accidently over the flowers and her jacket. I guess I don't have to say I don't want to smell like that...

Even the saleslady was quite surprised with the scents developement, but told me my natural skin scent was some honey like scent, so I dare say it actually may proof a very lovely scent for other women, unfortunately not for me, unless I would wear it on my clothes instead of on my skin :-(

Now I've got a big bottle, I'm in love with it! Top notes are very interesting, a bit spicy-sour but very nice at the same time (the nut leafs, maybe?). Then a big cup of cappuccino or latte macchiato, warming and delicious. It's so comfortable as can be. I love the bottle, too.

I tried this one yesterday. It's a very nice, long-lasting scent. My husband (who LOVES coffee and is a "hobby-barista":)) likes it too. I want it for this winter,'cause I want my man to caress me often:)!
It's a creamy, cappuccino-like one, not a strong coffee-scent.

Inside is that delicious gourmand that is requires some nuzzling, not a pushy or saccharine gourmand at all. The sweetness is soft and is not too foody. It does have a pastry and cafe feel to it but it's delicate a is more a skin scent. The bottle is lovely as well, I may have to pick up a backup of this one.

Trussardi Inside is a sweet one, like a creamy frothy Starbucks caramel macchiatto...that you poured all over yourself. The creamy coffee note is present all throughout. Once it dries down, I actually feel like I could lick it off my skin. Don't get me wrong, it's not overpowering and it stays very close. I like this a lot and I'm sure I will like it even more in cooler weather.

Another beautiful floriental from Trussardi, INSIDE showcases coffee where JEANS featured liatrix/tobacco. INSIDE is a very well-constructed and truly delightful fragrance which recalls the drydown of BELLE EN RYKIEL. The two edps differ, however, in that INSIDE does not have the lavender aromatic opening which makes BELLE EN RYKIEL seem a bit more masculine, or at least androgynous. BELLE is also stronger and spicier, while INSIDE seems a bit closer to a skin scent given its low sillage. Well, if your skin happens to be delicious...(-:

INSIDE also offers a nice dose of heliotrope, and somehow the musky-amber base has a patchouli-esque quality. Or perhaps the notes listed are incomplete? In any case, this is another scrumptious offering from Trussardi which is going on my wish list! I'm impressed.

This is amazing! I smelled it at a perfume shop and had to go find it on ebay for a cheaper price. It's sweet but not too much. It definitely smells gourmand to me but nothing like what that implies nowadays. It's a skinscent at the same time which is not common for a gourmand type scent. I love the drydown because that's when I smell the coffee note the best :)

What a pretty fragrance. It slighly reminds me of nut body butter put out by the Body shop. Slighly sweet and florally. I can't say I smell much coffee though. Certainly a fragrance great for a winter day when you want something comforting and filling.

I still don't know where it stands among my favourite perfumes, but it's the third or fourth one. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I don't, and it even happens that I start to like it after a few hours. But it's really nice. There's coffee and nuts in it, but it's not too sweet, and I can even smell some kind of body lotion in the fragrance. In fact, this was my very first impression: some kind of body cream on my skin. So it's really interesting, many-faced, never boring. But I have to be in the mood to wear it.

lovable fragrance.I think none can dislike (sorry if someone does!!) cause it smells good like something sweet to eat(maybe because of coffee and vanilla? I adore vanilla!)It's warm and soft, it can't bore or give headache cause it's inoffensive and "innocent"...it's perfect for everyone, even teen! The ones who dislike too intense perfumes will love this one!

This is a warm and lively scent-More coffee than wood. It's sweet and feminine, and even has a bit of a gourmand smell while not being a foodie type of scent--But this scent seems like it would be wearable for people who dislike too-sweet scents and it doesn't overdo the coffee. The heliotrope, neroli and freesia are all there, so you get lovely flowers without sharpness or syrup. This never becomes strongly powdery to my nose, which is a very good thing for me. The strength of coffee is as great as in the Dolce&Gabbana scent By, but this is much softer, much more wearable, and classier for me. Smooth, creamy, strong character without being a strong scent, this is an ideal winter scent, not an offensive scent at all, for those who consider the perfume-haters and allergic people out there. I want it, and I find it just as sexy as Python. I am utterly impressed by Trussardi-when it comes to fragrance for me, subtle can be astounding, and this one says "Come closer, guess what's inside"

think it's a delicious, sensual and luxurious perfume. Flowery but delicat, bright... and a sugary touch that makes it adorable.. I loved it on my skin and it really made me feel special.
I think it's meant for the sweet-inocent women than fall inlove with the protective type of men.

I sampled this once in late summer, and it was just a little too much for me in the heat. Now that it's Autumn and a little cooler, I figured I would give it another go.

I find Trussardi Inside to be (on me at least) very similar to Banana Republic Rosewood (which is similar to Flowerbomb). I get that sugared tea & flowers smell instead of coffee. Not bad, but I wish I could smell coffee. The floral notes in here don't bother me as much as they do in Rosewood & Flowerbomb. It's definitely a softer & more bareable sugar-infused floral tea. There's a caramelistic quality that adds to the yumminess of this fragrance. It's warm, cozy, creamy, sweet (but not cloying, IMHO), and very feminine. This is something I would definitely love to wear during the cooler months.

To add to my enjoyment, I found that Trussardi Inside dries down smelling like Kenzo Amour ON ME! Fantastic! But where Amour smells slightly sweet-powdery-soapy-clean (at the beginning), Trussardi Inside [ends] with a sweet-creamy-powder. I'm going to have to make this a must-have!

I love so much coffee aroma. And this is warm intimate scent with a lovely rich aroma of cappuccino, pleasant to the skin as the most expensive cream. Similar to Balmya de Balmain, but I prefer Trussardi Inside, so irresistibly soft.
edit/ I only have one complaint, it is too simple, although beautiful. On my skin heliotrope and coffee wrapped in amber are dominant. Love.

Meh. It was okay. Too subtle, frankly. It failed the I-just-passed-by-you test. If you are more into fragrances that spell I was here, this is absolutely not for you!

The similarities between Trussardi Inside and Belle en Rykiel are striking. They both start out sweet, tart and slightly woody then share exactly the same caramel-like heliotrope heart with a fairly syrupy coffee note - Belle en Rykiel is even sweeter, I have the impression of smelling pure wild honey.

The first fragrance in my experience with a fairly close heliotrope smell: vanilla-ish caramel with a hint of woods. Later as Inside becomes drier on my skin I get more amber and coffee. The amber is very woody on me and combined with the coffee note it's dry, like scorched branches then it becomes dark and smoky in the drydown which is slightly tempered by musk and the rest of heliotrope trickling in.

My only gripe is that Inside is such a skin scent that with practically zero sillage I wonder if anybody will ever notice I'm wearing it. Belle en Rykiel has slightly more sillage than 'Inside', otherwise it's difficult to tell them apart after a few hours of wear. How odd that both perfumes were created in the same year by two different noses.

Sweet, sweet, sweet... This scent is like as a second skin. I love it!

Hot cup of capuccino with some cocoa powder and creamy foam. It reminds me the smell of a Starbucks shop, when you are standing in line and suffering from caffeine deprivation.

Warm and cosy and casual confort perfume. I really liked it and I think Trussardi house makes some great scents.

Good staying power and syllage. My definition of gourmand scent. Makes me crave a cup of capuccino and a cinnamon and walnut muffin. Humm

I am also very happy that I have found this fragrance. It's warm, sweet, like an embrace and it's a perfume with personality. I can imagine it in warmer weather as well.

I was tempted to test Trussardi Inside after reading sevral reviews which stated similarities with Lacoste Pour Femme (which I reeeally like). But no, Pour Femme is a cosy fresh-flower-leathery scent, while this one features lots of coffee, nut leaf, chocolate and cinnamon. It is ok, but too cappuccino-like for my taste, at least for now, as I've had enough of gourmand scents like Lolita Lempicka, Pink Sugar or Angel lately.

Inside is def. my number 1 perfume. It blends well with my skin and the lasting power is more than amazing.

This perfume lifts up my spirit and fixes my mood too. I just LOVE the coffee in it. YUM!

I definitely agree with Trvevil. I also think it's similar to Lacoste Pour Femme. They are both very good fragrances but personally, I find Inside even more delicious and unique. I often smell Pour Femme on other women, but it's not as special as Inside. On me, Inside lasts all day long. (maybe after a while, you don't notice it anymore because your nose got used to it, but other people will smell it.)

I must agree with baiba_pukite that the two fragrances Inside and Magnetsim by Escada are very similiar.I absolutely love the both but Escada's Magnetism lasts longer.So romantic and sensual fragrance.

This one is very similar to Lolita Lempicka EDP then it's almost like Lacoste Pour Femme. It's very soft and close to skin I think. The note of coffee is absolutely gorgeous on my skin. I also smelled caramel. I'll say it is casual scent and so inoffensive... Same as with Pour Femme: lasts a long time on skin, but isn't loud and intense. So, perfect for casual occasions. I love it.

I think this has been described perfectly already. What a beautiful scent with the coffee, nut leaf, teak and vanilla. I do smell caramel but I don't see it listed here. Its sweet but not too sweet. Its has warmth but enough lightness it would wear well for hot or cold weather. Its smooth, rich, relaxing, elegant and romantic. The notes blend harmoniously together. The lasting power is great and the bottle is beautiful. I was on the hunt for a perfume with a strong coffee note and its very apparent through all the layers of Trussardi Inside.

Great everyday scent! Relaxing, smooth, stays close to my skin, ideal for office wear. Wish it had more staying power though... Excessive sweetness fades on me in several minutes, and woodsy notes keep lingering. Nothing outstanding, but a nice, wearable fragrance!

This is such a pleasant cappuccino scent... Smooth, relaxing and comforting. I feel totally at ease wearing this. It's a bit muted, but very sophisticated. I'm so thankful that it's not too sweet and that the vanilla does not take over! Funny some reviewers say it's best for cold weather - my only reservation is that it's in fact too light - I wish there was an extreme version of this around.

It reminds me Lolita Lempicka in the biginning..(I also have this perfume).
Although this one has much more caramel and coffee scent and it is not as long lasting and heady/sweet-heavy as Lempicka is. It reminds me nice desert on the coffee... when mixing with our skin it smells really nice, light.

I was delighted when I smelled this gorgeous perfume. It really fits with a classy look and it is warm and sensual. I like drink coffee a lot and this perfume is a plus for my taste, it's a warm scent like my hot coupe of coffee...And my husband tell me now..."you are delicious!"

I tried this one today. Good scent for either very cold days - gives impresion of something sweet and heavy or for someone who prefers such an old time classic. That is what came to my mind after smelling this perfume.

Silky and warm if in harmony with the skin type. I feel perfect wearing it! The coffee latte notes remind me of Christmas - it's a yummi fragrance and the bottle is stylish, too!

This smell is like comely woman with very discreet make-up, in cotton, simple dress of topping creator. She drink macciato latte. Yes, Trussardi Inside smells easy coffee, excellent vanilla cake, bit of flower. It connected wonderfully with skin. Easy and very interesting - as woman, which says about nice, but neutral cases, never about it. So,name this fragrance is exact reverse of character. I like it.

I love it for everyday wear, it is suitable going through the daily events. Embrases for all day long with silkiness and warmness. Gives a breath of Italian subtle and elegant taste mixed with romantic notes with slight coffee spice reminiscence :)

This is a 1:1 copy to Escada Magnetism!!! Which I absolutely adore, but that's not the point... They are IDENTICAL! At last for the first 2 hours... But Escada lasts longer...
