Great entry level read. Digestible information regarding how our body works, how the immune system is set up and what parts it consists of. It describes what elements and nutritions you'll need and what is their effect on the body.
That was a very good one. Full of interesting and useful information. Of course it won't heal your flu or cold but it has nice tips to prevent that. Unfortunately I realise that I have a really bad eating habits. Kudos for the translator as he or she makes if really easy to read.
