Such a great fragrance and with a slight bit of confidence you could pull this off as a man. performance is also incredible on my skin, lasts for hours and project heavily

M4rkéta

Interesting boozy musk. Mancera perfumes don't unfold, only disappear.

#249 in my "Tour de Fragrance"

This is based on the reaction of the twenty-something woman I gave this to. "I really like it. Not too powdery. Feminine, but not girly." Not how I reacted to this scent at all, which I thought very powdery, and I'm generally a rose note hater. But when I first smelled this fragrance, I actually thought of Elle right away. She's what you'd call a "terrible beauty." Androgenous. Strong. Brilliant intellect of a centuries old soul. Wicked humor. Sexy as she wants to be. Not someone to trifle with. She'd seem right at home with a sword in one hand and a shield in the other. This is a scent she can wear and come across as powerful not powdery. Not sure most women could.

I hope this macerates well. I just received Musky Garden (already 5 years old by checking the batch code) and the performance is close to Zero. Also this smells so similar, a tad bit lighter and more airy than Montale Oudmazing which I own. As I have learned with all my Mancera's, maceration is key. Hoping for the best and will update my review when thing start to change.

Ok the performance is back to Mancera standards. I still feel this is very close to Montale Oudmazing, be it a lighter wear for milder to hot weather.

Mooniq

Surprized to the pyramid I find this one to be male'ish. Dark and unsweet on my skin. Nice to mix with flowery scents.

Ah, this is a BEAST! Not to say I don't like beasts, I just don't like this one. It's feminine leaning, very floral with an annoying amber accord. A true compliment getter if I ever had one, I just don't seem to get what everyone around me is getting. I'm not a huge floral fan and getting Narciso For Her Forever was enough flowers for me. Definitely a cooler weather scent. Horrible in hot humid seasons.

Whateverwhocares

True to form, opens into a compost arrangement of fruit and floral elements. Evolves into a floral musk. Mostly unisex, dark and long lasting. Obvious feminine lean if you’re looking for it.

kstroman

This is a very potent, beautiful fragrance. This is fruity, musky, and I get a bit of leather in the dry down. This lasts ALL day and night. I have to wonder at the reviews below that state this doesn't last long for them. This is a BEAST. I wonder if it's been reformulated. To me, it's very sensual, dark and deep. I get the patchouli, but I don't find it to be offensive. There are florals here, but they're not the star of the show. If you love berries and musk, this one is for you.

Lovescents3

This is a fantastic fragrance. I really enjoy wearing it. I catch myself thinking I smell really good when wearing this.

The note that stands out is the musk. It’s a clean smelling musk but the combination with the fruit and the jasmine makes this a little bit sexy too I think. There’s enough floral in it, the jasmine in particular, that makes this feminine.

This is comforting and uplifting at the same time. I can’t get enough of it. I find this easier to wear than say Roses Vanille by Mancera which as much as I love it, feels more overbearing.

It’s strong like the other Mancera perfumes so I might not wear it to work. But it could pretty much fit any other occasion.

As3d

initial spray is a blast of fruits, then it reminded me of coco mademoiselle. They are not identical but the musk here is what separates them. After 2 hrs it became a skin scent.

IKA OKTINA BR SITEPU

I love the floral fragrance and the way it blended on this perfume, the only minus thing is it doesn't last as long as other mancera perfume on my skin, and the projection is a bit weak

SummerRose

After watching and reading reviews, I was scared to buy Musky Garden. I was worried that it would be very musky and similar to Narciso Rodriguez fragrances (which I am not a fan of).

I am so glad I bought Musky Garden. It was love at first sniff. Bloody amazing. Femine, a bit clean but sexy. Musky Garden is the perfect balance of floral, fruity, and musky! Wow! Way better than I expected, I am so pleased 😊

brightsun2205

Here goes a clean soapy musk scent with sweet powdery-floral-fruity nuances.

harperpeshhe

This was a blind buy early in my fragrance journey during lockdowns because I love musky scents. The composition sounded stunning but unfortunately there was something in this fragrance that I just didn’t get along with. I have since discovered that I really don’t like peach as a note and it’s overpowering for me in Musky Garden. Although it didn’t work for me, I did get quite a few compliments wearing it. A fabulous upside to those that love these notes, it lasts and projects on your skin forever.

Uzuki_Ogura

Blind bought this! This is not just MUSKY GARDEN it's MAGICAL MUSKY GARDEN!... By just opening it at first i can already smell it!...then sprayed twice on my elbowpit aaaaand girl ooooh wiieeee! Im in love!... I even ask my son to smell it coz it's really good and he did agree with no 2nd thought haha... knowing my son he always criticized all the perfumes i bought him and mine, he's 15 thou 😁🖤🖤...

I was very intrigued by this fragrance and for once in my olfactory life I opted to buy a decant as the idea of yet another big bottle of unloved perfume just seemed like a bad idea!
At first spray...nothing! My immediate thought was that I was anosmic to the musk note which has happened to me in the past so I was relieved that I hadn't bought a bottle of this seemingly invisible perfume.
Twenty minutes later, something appeared, not readily identifiable but lovely all the same and I held my breath and smiled.
While others say Musky Garden has no longevity or is similar to other fragrances, possesses certain fruity and floral notes, I can't agree. As a seasoned perfume lover, I could not discriminate much other than the soft muskiness but the melange of notes were all lovely and everchanging throughout a span of TEN hours and this was a tiny spray sample.
I continue to be intrigued and plan to invest in a full bottle.
Musky Garden, perhaps...Mystery Garden to me.

Eveningrose

If you have coco mademoiselle then it would be kind of repetitive to get this scent. They definitely do share a resemblance. I tested it out on skin before I went to sleep and it was no where to be found when I woke up. I am testing the longevity out once again. I do find the coco lasts on me so if this doesn’t last then I have to declutter. This is a beautiful scent though. It is super inoffensive and very office safe IMO!

Update: this doesn’t last on skin that long ( 2-3 hours at most on me) especially if you live in humid climate . It has more lasting power on cloths but doesn’t project that much. I also compared this side by side CM and Ajmal Raindrops and they are literally all the same scent family. Very very small difference. I can’t justify keeping this because they all smell the same and musky garden doesn’t really project well . It does linger on your cloths . I already have the same scent with CM and Raindrops so this is a bye bye for me :(

EmpressVision

Opening--beautiful citrus blast. I don't get any white peach or cranberry but IDC. 2-3 hours later, the florals introduced themselves with a hint of clean smelling patchouli. A couple of hours later it morphed into a fantastic fruity, musky finish. I barely get amber but again IDC. All I wanna do is sniff myself. 😊This definitely reads like Mancera Juicy Flowers but JF is more linear & animalic.

11/8/22 - FB is better than the sample!! NOW I get cranberry & peach during the opening. Yay! Even mas amor than before! ♥️🥰

Since I put my nose in my first Mancera and through a friend I tried two or three Montale I knew immediately that this would be the perfect niche house for me, although I enjoy almost all kinds of compositions I am most of the type of fragrances that arrive and tell you here I am .
My first encounter was with the magnificent Cedrat boise which by the way I do not find any resemblance to Aventus but each nose is a world, then I tried Red Tobacco I immediately had to order a bottle, Musky Garden came to me without wanting it but I am addicted to the musks and flowers so I didn't think twice.
This fragrance has the usual power of Mancera although it is not a beast even so its performance is very good, it is a bomb of white musk that covers almost the entire composition, not the translucent and clean type, but neither of those artistic musks and many times dirty and challenging but of magnificent quality that Narciso Rodríguez proposes to us, this musk is right in the middle, very synthetic, clean but explosive (the type of musk in your face) that is accompanied by a certain fruity chord (blueberry the most notable, but also raspberry, blackberry and white peach) not at all sweet but rather between acid and dry, this fruity accord is intertwined with the flowers of a garden full of modern roses, dusty irises and shy jasmines, the flowers are very well mixed, but even so the rose stands out and it becomes more recognizable accompanied by patchouli leaves providing a DNA that may be old acquaintance but no, this fragrance does not resemble anything commercial, as I said from the beginning all this is supersaturated with musk so the composition behaves in a fairly linear way providing slight fruity nuances only at the beginning and mostly more powdery floral in general, super recommended if you want to smell different and although it is quite powerful, I think that in countries that have well-marked seasons could be used throughout the year dosing the sprays according to the weather (which I rarely do because I use fragrances when I want them).

Carolinefragrance

Beautiful but took a while. Upon initial blast it was way too musky for me. Took a while to adjust to the fruity nuances. Now an absolute LOVE. Favourite work fragrance since it lasts for more than 12 hours in my skin. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Mysticmiah1970

A beautiful fruity floral with gorgeous white musk I’m really loving this perfume. The fruits are sweet but not overly sweet the florals are just mmmm jasmine rose and iris smell so well blended in this perfume. The musk is so creamy with the amber I do pick up patchouli but it’s light then musk shines in the dry down.Lasted amazing on my skin approx 9 hours but I was still getting light wafts of this at 12 hours mine is the screw top version not the magnetic one.

Siv7Stars

Begins promisingly, I can see the similarity to Coco Intense.. can also see the silmilarity to a lot of the other things in the smell-a-like list.. but not the one I was hoping for, which was Rochas Fleur d'eau. Still, I was prepared to be disappointed, I thought from the notes it was unlikely. The rose, patch n musk are strongest here so it does remind you of many things, it's quite generically structured at first, appears easy going, friendly, not quite as sophisticated as Coco Mad, more floral than fruity, the citrus is very soft, it's well blended overall, no notes leap out singly at me. It's gentler n more approachable at the start. Not v sweet either, in spite of what it says, this is one of Manceras less sugary offerings, like a diet Mancera. Seems like it should be in a gold or pink bottle in the beginning but as it dries the black becomes more suitable as this morphs into a disappointing cheap rough aftershave dry down. I like the beginning much better than how this ends. In fact this is like the average relationship, it starts out promising n you think it will go somewhere, then the scales fall n you just want to pack your bags n run away.

Aromantra

A literal musk explosion. One thing about Mancera - man do they create potent compositions! (a bit TOO potent for my taste most of the time). Musky garden is 90% musk, 10% fruity-floral (and of the florals mostly jasmine peeks through). On paper strips you get the citrus, peach & iris notes, but on skin they disappear within 15 minutes unfortunately.
Upon first spray, you will notice a LOT of oils on your skin which make it so strong, so be mindful of that.

Do not spray more than twice, unless you're trying to clear out a smoke-filled room like an air freshener. It is quite linear and doesn't change much for its duration - which is easily 10+ hours. Needless to say, it's noticeable on skin even after a shower. Overall, it's ok as a small decant, but I'm not keen on getting a full bottle as it is way too much musk and not enough of the other notes.

MamaAnne

I really like this pretty easy to wear scent but not so keen on the name.
I wouldn't walk into the ladies changing room and declare "Ooh, I smell musky garden!" 😳

Taz80

This is a really nice perfume but my only wish is that it would be a beast performer like the other Manceras. Am I the only one who's having projection and longevity issues? Btw, mine comes with a magnetic cap.

zahraghobari

No offence to anyone but shame on you guys who voted this down 🤬 You made me go through so mush stress blind buying It 😰 How could you? It’s gorgeous!

I was hoping it’s nice and thought I’d like it based on the notes, but didn’t expect it to be this good… it does smell like something from Chanel or Narciso, but dare I say it’s even better! Prior to finding musky garden, Narciso Rouge was the closest i’d came to my dream makeupy perfume, but I don’t think I’ll ever reach for it again after discovering musky garden which smells like the longer lasting and sweetened version of NR mixed with Coco mad/intense.

Smelling on someone you won’t think it’s from Mancera. It’s just a beautiful and very feminine combination of musk, rose and iris. Not as beast mode as a typical Mancera but solid.

I still can’t justify the low rating… I mean I can’t imagine anyone disliking or being offended by this scent.

So for the doubtful girls like me: It’s a safe blind buy if you like the notes. It’s a real catch for the price.

I’m actually kinda happy that this is a hidden gem. I can make it my new signature and smell unique 😍

Madyana

I had read the horror experiences with Manceras musks, but I completely trusted my instincts and it really hit the button!
This is absolutely beautiful, very balanced in sweetness, real "full-blooded" white musk, the kind of real femme fatale, fatal women in their musk wants. The scent is simply stunning!
Strong but airy. The berries here are jam-like and only the lack of oakmoss makes this suitable for day use as well. This is a boss-lady fragrance, definitely.
*Written on an old bottle with a screw cap.

Mizmalibu

Fresh, fruity and musky. It reminds me somewhat of coach the fragrance, on steroids. I like it for spring and summer

olga.stratienko

The drydown of musky garden is almost identical to roses greedy. It is less sweet than roses greedy, and a lot more musky (hence the name).

Update: eventually I didn’t like this one. Too musky for me. Eventhough I love musk in Pearl, this one is too much. Killing me

This is a fruity fresh floral scent. Opens with a juicy peach pie scent, i get some citrus too, which makes it fresh for the first 10 minutes, then it transitions to a pretty POTENT floral. The dry down is a sweet musky rose, but not sickeningly sweet. This is a NUCLEAR BOMB, very POTENT, so be gentle when pulling the trigger 😊, 2 sprays and you are good to go 😊. For those people that love heavy scents, like me, this is for you. Projection is amazing and long lasting. Please, NEVER BLIND BUY this one bc u'll regret.

TOP NOTES: citruses, cranberry, and white peach.

MIDDLE NOTES: Iris, bulgarian rose, indian jasmin, and patchouli leaf.

BASE NOTES: White musk, blackberry, raspberry and amber.

Leonicia

This is a lovely fruity fresh floral scent with musky undertones. This is signature scent worthy. It’s well blended and smooth. I love this one.

danielng01

A nuclear floral fruity explosion, this fragrance is beautifully blended. It is so smooth and awakening.

Isis is the main note for this accord I always detect with a subtle hint of cherry. After 2 - 3 hours, it leaves an aura around you. It will be flirted to your sense relentlessly.

My nose is very easy to get fatigue, sometimes I barely smell anything. People can sense my scent as crazy! I therefore categorize this as my phantom perfume among my collection.

For me this is such as a clone to Mademoiselle Chanel but it is smoother and muskier. It is more unique and the silage is way better than Chanel comparing the price wise.

Longevity: 3/5
Silage: 4/5
Uniqueness: 4/5

cranky137

Musky bomb. A very close friend to Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. Will not be buying any size.

A nice price vs quality for what you get.

biglex

This juice takes me on a journey of foraging fruits from their natural habitat. Gonna get a little dirty and musky from gathering all those fruits and flowers from the jungles, rain forest, gardens. A rose or two has found its way into this juice. Beautiful and alluring. leaning more feminine but the patchouli and musk is enough for me to rock this frag.

Naji

Aaarrgghh!
Mancera bombs again!
MUSKY GARDEN smells cheap and ordinary. I get a mish mash of stale petals and tired woods.
Smells like a terrible version of earlier formulations. Scrubber on me.
Please try before but.

Longevity- potent
Silage- huge
Headache- gargantuan!

malencar

My Darling...please your personal opinion is F...up! Beautiful fragrance!

msajoy

what a lovely fruity floral scent that is not too much either on sweetness or florals...but it lasts a very log time.why is it for women only?LOVE it over purple flowers

This is magical unicorn juice.

I must have it!

I have been smelling myself all day and asking for feedback. So far, it's all good.

CecilyD

This is an amazing perfume- under reviewed IMO and wasn’t love at first sniff but came back to this one and bought a full bottle. So glad it’s in my collection, gorgeous scent.

emmycastillo

I received loads of samples in the mail, what attracted me to this particular one was the fact i could actually smell it from outside the sample vial, and no it was not leaking. Is a very sweet fragrance with that je ne sais quoi. Definitely purchasing this beauty!

hoangbri69

So pleasant, fruity, musky !! I'll be fall in love with the girl who wear this fragrance
