I absolutely love this perfume. Rose, candy, lemon vanilla. I just bought my second bottle. The first bottle I bought wasn’t as strong or potent at the beginning, but after some time of macerating it became what it’s going to be. STRONG. So when in doubt, give it some time.

This is by no means an easy reach “let me just go do groceries in my uggs and sweatpants” type scent to me, it’s way too dominant. I can pull this off when I’m feeling confident, in the mood for make up, a whole outfit, and don’t mind being noticed. It’s unapologetic, but It’s just bomb.

KatelynMLovesPerfume

My search for a perfect rose vanilla fragrance stopped when I found Roses Vanille. I really love this fragrance, it's fun, flirty, but not juvenile at all. A great perfume for everyday. To my nose, it's a ever so slight candied lemon, sugared roses, with a true vanilla. The musk in the bottom notes reminds me of a light herbal tea kind of scent as well for the dry down. It's not a dusty rose it's a sweet rose, which I love. Longevity is great but is more skin intimate after like 4 hours. I wanted a perfect rose vanilla fragrance after buying the bath and body works Rose Vanilla aromatherapy spray. This smells very similar to that except for more development to it since it is a perfume. So if you're looking for a true Rose Vanilla scent, this is it!

Roses Vanille is a sweet, citrusy, vanilla rose. A great Valentine’s Day fragrance. The candy-like floral scent evokes images of Sweet Tarts and roses. I don’t wear it often, but when I do I enjoy it.

Khushi95

As someone who loves both roses and vanilla notes in a perfume, this is not my cup of tea. I prefer my roses to be fresh and roses vanille is a bit cloying to me. This kind of dna is overdone and you can buy it for a lesser price but the projection and longevity of this is insane. The only reason i am not decluttering it is because of the performance. This perfume will definitely get you noticed. If you like the syrupy and sugary roses kind of smell that this is it.

Nataliemespino

I got a sample of this and I really love it. It smells like a sweet rose jam. The rose and vanilla are blended together beautifully. For some reason I think the rose comes out more in the dry down and it does become a little synthetic, but it isn’t overwhelming. Also, it lasts SUPER long. Very impressed.

Aquinabc

This is for you if you like overly sweet jam smelling rose dipped in some kind of alcohol. It's very strong and may give some a headache.

petra_ita

Sweet sweet sweet synthetic roses. Too much for me and I get a headache from this. Not my kind of perfume, but my teenage daughter loves it.

JennSH

One of my absolute favorite perfumes, and I receive compliments on it often! Just in the past week I have had a pharmacy worker, a bakery worker, a waitress and two people at university compliment my scent and ask what I was wearing. I am someone who likes to layer, and I often pair this with a sweet perfume oil (any sweet perfume oil from an Arab brand) and it lasts forever and mixes beautifully on my skin. I do not get a lemon or rose note, for me the vanilla is the most prominent note, it's a syrupy vanilla which I love!

2bClare

The rose in this is too sweet and overbearing to me. It doesn’t smell like a real rose though, it smells like a plasticy pink interpretation of one. I can’t smell the vanilla at all but my husband could. Far too sticky and cloying for my taste. Not fresh as many pink roses are.

disco1970

Slightly sweet jammy rose. If you don’t like rose, especially Turkish Rose you won’t like this. On me it smells like red wine in a good way.

Querty

Blind bought this without knowing rose gourmand was a dupe for this.
Rose gourmand by ZARA is really terrible. Keep in mind i bought it during summer, (on sale) and to me it feels very masculine, with a flowet parfume on top. Not feminine or sweet or fresh enough, very headache inducing.

They are almost identical, but this is better blended! Its actually very Nice. Its like a real snickers vs a fake snickers. The quality of this perfume just makes ut Way better.

Dont overspray this though, it Will probably give other headaches

bwarsky

Buy Fragrance World’s Mocha Wood it’s the same thing, you’re welcome.

BikiniSoTeeny

One of the worst offenders, smells like rose fruity rakija (brandy with strong alcohol smell, not sweet like liquer) ..

nassiesamou

So I decided to buy a full bottle of this after falling in love with the multiple dupes I had before it, and I am honestly so disappointed. Everyone else says this is beast mode, but when I first got this, it was so faint and lasted about 20 minutes on my skin. It has been months since then, and although it lasts a bit longer now, the performance is still abysmal. I have checked my bottle number and everything checks out, so I don't think I got a fake, but who knows? The scent itself is disappointing to me as well. It is pretty and smells like rose water, sweet cedar, and sparkling lemon sugar, but there is something almost empty smelling about it that leaves so much to be desired. I expected a decadent, warm, rosey dessert-like scent but it is more effervescent, light, fresh, and fairy-like. The dupes that I have (Zara Rose Gourmand and Swiss Arabian Crystal Rose) smell so much stronger, sweeter, and more full-bodied. I am reluctant to sell my bottle of Roses Vanille in case one day I wake up and suddenly get the experience that everyone else seems to have with it, but truthfully I have gotten no use out of this and wish I saved my money and stuck with the dupes.

Nemoralis

Sprayed this on Valentine's Day and it lasted the whole day (even got wafts of it in the shower), and I can still smell it on my sweater (we're two days past at the time of writing this review)!

I'm not the best at describing/identifying notes currently but I'll do my best: at first spray (caveat, on my skin) it smells very fresh and I get roses. This is what I'd personally describe as the most "synthetic" part to my nose, I think the lemon leans a little cleaner-esque? But it's still nice. The lemon sort of dissipates over the course of a few minutes and you're left with my favorite part of the fragrance: rose Turkish delight! Mmmmm! This lingers for an hour or two and melds with the vanilla as it comes out, which in turn melds with the cedar. The cedar + vanilla + musk is what lingers the longest directly on skin, for hours and hours and hours. I feel like the air around it still kinda smelled of roses though? I'd forget and then move my arms and get a waft, lol. I didn't notice much powdery-ness as other people have but I'm not the best at identifying it. Also as other people have said the atomizer is great!

hmrls

Love love love! So worth the hype! Soft, not too sweet vanilla, sugary, balanced rose and a hint of freshness.
I already had a 10 ml but since I loved it that much my boyfriend just got the full bottle for me this Valentine’s day.
He’s also a big fan of the scent even though he’s not vanilla lover at all and dislikes most of my/the vanilla forward fragrances. He deems is as a sexy, cosy and feminine.
The dry down is so similar to GFG, which I also have a mini of and love, but for the price, this is so much more bang for your buck.
I think it’s the perfect in between scent.
For the transition from those cold, windy and rainy days that are transforming into soft white clouds, first sunshines and the start of spring.

Sarahkhan007

Ooo this is potent! The dna resembles a lot with montale intense cafe if you have either one you don’t need the other. I don’t think it’s a safe blind buy might be too cloying for some people. I personally love it!

vpace91

Simple and beautiful fragrance.

ledavis727

It’s like GFG and a rose had a baby. I love it! Where GFG has the metallic spice of juniper this has a soft rose. Both are gorgeous!

majestyofthenight

I don't think it's that sweet, I mean it certainly is sweet but not like a heavy syrupy, giving-headache type of sweet as the comment section says. It's a pretty, powdery, delicious fragrance and it's as the name says, roses vanille. If angels would wear perfumes, this would probably be one of the perfumes they'd wear, lol. What impresses me is they've used the rose note very well. Usually rose notes are heavy (like the Montale one that named roses musk), for more mature people or noses I'd say. But they've nailed it with this one. I absolutely love it and will buy it

rundevilrun

This would be a safe blind buy. A yummy and straightforward fragrance, realistic rose dipped in sugar syrup, with crazy projection. I can smell it on people from across the room. However that is what ruined it. A personal problem of mine is that once I smell a fragrance on many people, I'm completely turned off it.. unfortunately, this is getting super popular in my area so I'll avoid.

Olavi

Got the tester after buying red tobacco, and wow do I hate this, the smell is ruined by it sweetness, it is way way too sweet to the point I get a headache. Gave it to my mom, but she also dislikes it, because it is way to sweet! I hope I don't smell this on anyone to avoid a headache

oea10

This is a very sweet perfume. It's nice, but the rose scent just doesn't do it for me and it's a bit too heavy for my taste. It's older, very powdery, and definitely simple, with the smell being predominately rose with some vanilla. The lasting power is crazy good though.

perfumepearl

LOVE THIS
I blind bought this in 60 ml size for 76€. It smells kinda similar to Delina Exclusif, but maybe a bit less complex. I find this DNA absolutely divine. This is now my new signature scent. I was going to buy Delina Exclusif, since I'm testing it. This is so much more affordable that I'm not buying that, since I love this and I have no interest in having similar perfumes. This is seductive yet bright. Works every season, day and night. I don't understand why many people think that it's best for autumn and winter night time, because I find this to be perfect for everything.
I get the sweetest opening that is rose and lemon heavy. Then it dries to rose dominant combination with vanilla. Who wouldn't love this?
It's obviously a 10/10 for me <3

Attilio78945

Amazing atomizer, I think this fragrance is amazing the vanilla is just the perfect amount to combine with the rose notes. I think this fragance is unisex it smells different on different peoples skin so everyone has there own distinct smell of this fragrance I give it 9.5/10

Zenfold

First of all, the best atomiser I've ever sprayed with... Mancera is unbeatable with their design. Just wish the cap was magnetic and this fragrance would be a total 10/10 worth every penny.

Roses Vanille is absolutely mesmerising, I voted unisex because even though its leaning towards feminine I still will wear it as a straight male lol.

Absolutely amazing.

Edit. Got the large bottle today and the cap is magnetic... I'm in love. No complaints.

GwenH

Roses Vanille is a syrupy sweet slightly jammy rose that really packs a punch - the opening is heady, velvety and loud which takes it away from a dewy day time vibe.

I think it could be sexy. But it reads as such a mature fragrance that, to me, it comes across a little aged - and as I’m in my 30s I’m not looking to feel any older.

An hour in and this nice tobacco accord becomes quite prominent. I see that tobacco isn’t listed on fragrantica, and I wouldn’t say this new essence I’m picking up is smoky - more rich, balsamic and earthy, so it could just be an association.

I haven’t picked up any lemon, so I was surprised to see lemon listed in the opening.

5+ hours in and it lasts and lasts. It’s turned into this nice creamy vanilla rose and I prefer it now than how it smelt during the first hour of testing.

A solid fragrance - though I’m not quite sure who I’d recommend it to.

abcdefgeps

I like rose scents, especially photorealistic ones. I know this has vanilla so I was already expecting it to be on the sweeter side.

It smells like roses drenched in sweet water. I smell the roses more than the vanilla. It's okay. I guess I was just expecting more from the rose scent. I wish it had more depth but I get why others love it.

PrincessCasey

It’s creamy vanilla with a touch of roses. The vanilla note gives off a delicious and inviting scent which I enjoy so much, while the rose note might not be everyone's preference and can come across as slightly off. I didn’t like smelling it at first.

It’s important to test and leave it on for some hours. It also lowkey smells like Delina Exclusif and can be a more affordable alternative.

Overall, the creamy vanilla is the highlight of this perfume, offering a cozy and indulgent experience. It lasts for a while, definitely worth the money and it can be worn in pretty much any weather, you just might need some time to appreciate the roses. If you already love roses, you’ll love it at the first sniff.

Rosiewebber

I adore this scent so much, it’s one of my absolute favourites. Pink candied roses and sweet vanilla, with a gentle woody/ambery base. It’s beautiful to me, really feminine, warm and sweet, beast mode, and a compliment magnet. My husband, who rarely notices my perfume, always says how good I smell when I wear this (or any of its similar iterations), that I smell edible.

It is very similar to Intense cafe & Delox, but my personal preferences are the much more affordable Rose Gourmand (Zara) and Tanasuk (Al Haramain), those are identical to this but much cheaper.

RRouge23

I bought this is December 2022. It is now Jan 2024 and it’s not the perfume I smelt in 2022. It’s FREAKING AMAZING now. Rose cupcakes all day long. And so strong I spray it and my hubby can smell it across the room. Super intoxicating and so much darker/richer than when I first got it. First impressions were meh. Smelled way too much like cedar and lemons, no sweetness. But a year later, it is actually roses and cozy cozy sweet vanilla. And the rose has become jammy and mouth watering. This definitely worth buying and keeping for a while. I am 100% buying another one and putting it to sit for at least a year.

chubbyosh

Smells great at first but ends on a really strong musky note that smells old :(

dzzzzy

This is a pleasant, soft, feminine scent. I do like this composition but it does smell like something my mother or one of my aunts would wear. I don't think I would wear it out, but occasionally at home. It's comforting but a little synthetic so I don't ever see myself purchasing a full bottle.

BabyOliverMyFragrantica11

This is a very lovely scent that is different than anything I've smelled before.
It makes me think, this is what the color PINK would smell like.
I normally dislike rose as it brings me straight to the rose toilet air freshener my grandma always had hanging off the bowl, but the other notes mixed with the rose smells so good!
My description would be a fluffy, sweet pink rose done very well and grown up. Yummy and pretty at the same time.

tylerg822

A good smell, but very feminine. Its more of an older women smell, the reason is the powder. It in all honestly smells like baby wipes with rose and hints of vanilla. Not worth the price unless that is what you want to smell like. After a few hours after it has dried fully the vanilla comes out more but not enough to justify.

skellyjelly

powdery roses with a hint of vanilla. It's very sweet and rosey, but the powdery aspect of it brings it down. I didn't smell any lemon in the opening, as listed in the notes above, but this still smells great. Personally, I won't wear this it just isn't my type of fragrance, but if you love rose, vanilla, and powder, then go right ahead. This scent is pleasant and nice 8/10

TexasOrangeBlossom

I have heard that baby wipe comparison a lot. However, I’ve never gotten that myself. Is this a Europe vs United States baby wipe difference? If so, I want some European baby wipes!

Deliza1997

This is my second purchase from Mancera and my my they did it again. I was torn between this and Atomic Rose, It was more value for money and I also have Delina, Delina Exclusif plus the dupe of Atomic Rose from Maison Alhambra so I chose it and I don't regret my purchase at all. It is sweeter than Atomic Rose. Rose, citrus, and vanilla almost smells like a piece of turkish delight and I love turkish delight. In the opening rose is syrupy but it didn’t give me a headache, the vanilla came to rescue in the dry down. Performance is also great and I love it.

Qx.susie

I'm going to post this triple review, as it might be helpful. However tldr; they all smell the same, the only difference is the quality, but in the dry down, they all make the grade.

DNA: Sugared/sweet/jammy rose and slight citrus

Roses Vanille Mancera affordable

Cheapest composition in terms of refinement. Sharp alcohol/ synthetic blast at the beginning. Very aquatic citrus lemon in the opening as well. Projection and sillage is beastly but I always go anosmic to this 😔. Compliment central!! I don't think I've ever worn this and not recieved a compliment. I am on my 3rd bottle, it's a staple in my collection. Very sexy, but still suitable for everyday if you're that type of woman (which I am ;) ) IMO, this is the best affordable option of this DNA.

Delox Tiziana Terenzi Mid Range

Much higher quality than Mancera but still not the most luxurious. The main difference here is the coffee note which was barely detectable at first but more prominent now that it has had time to sit. I personally, am not a fan of coffee in fragrances so I could do without it. Smells like standard black coffee beans and is detectable from opening to dry down but ever so faint in the base. Well blended, gets better and better throughout the wear. It's one that you get pleasant wafts of throughout the day. On me, this is definitely not a beast. The lasting power is good, and actually the longest out of the three, but I don't get monstrous sillage or anything. Full disclosure though, my skin tends to eat fragrance so take that lightly. This is the best performing but my least favorite of the three because I don't like the coffee. Moving on!

XERJOFF K BRIDGE CLUB Highest Quality

I think this is the top tier of this DNA. It smells the same, with slight nuances that will only be detectable by a more mature nose. The roses here are pink, very light and flowery. The sweetness here is greatly subdued. I personally wish it was sweeter. The scent is overall much softer, but so we'll blended. The sweetness here comes from a high quality smooth vanilla which gives off an almost lemon pound cake type of accord. Wears like a cloud of rose and gentle sweetness all the way through. Doesn't last as long as the others.

Do you need all 3 or even 2? Absolutely not.
If you are new to niche, get the mancera. If you enjoy coffee in fragrances, get delox. If you want a refined more fresh composition, go with xerjoff.

When I get done with all three, I'll probably repurchase Mancera. I just love the heavily sugared rose and the performance. Imo, This is not a DNA that you need to be that refined, it's too simple.

WoodHerb

Surprisingly I do not smell the rose to be as intense as previous comments mention it. It's a beautiful musky vanilla scent, quite heavy, perfect for cold seasons.

After a two days of wearing a sample of it, I can still smell it on my skin and on my clothes during the day, as if i sprayed myself continually throughout the day.

I would probably buy the full bottle soon, it's a great 8/10

update : multiple people have told me I smell like insence, so i guess you could describe it as a smoky scent according to some

verytrulylauren

Just as everyone has said, this is super syrupy rose with vanilla notes. DO NOT BUY if you don’t like rose. I thought I’d give a sample a try since I LOVE vanilla, but it’s definitely on the back-burner here. Not my personal taste.

Clws

Unfortunately for me, all I smell is an oud accord. Not real oud, but an accord ~ maybe a middle eastern type of musk accord. Zara's Rose Gourmand does the same so it's something that my nose can't get around. Love Choco Violette and Velvet Vanilla from this brand, so it's not Mancera, per se. Maybe ambroxan mixing with something oud like. I'd test first, and not just once.

CallMeT__

Funny how our nose can change over time. The first time I owned a bottle I hated it as the citruses came across sharp and rose-watery. I decluttered and listed Roses Vanille in my dislike shelf…

Fast-Forward 3 years and the rose/vanilla genre is appealing to me. Retested. Fell in Love. Thought it was lust, tried to forget about it. Tried again - blown away. Ordered a bottle. Devastatingly in love.

Roses Vanille is what it says on the tin. It is a turkish delight rose + vanilla combo with light citrus touches that make the roses slightly syrupy! I agree that the scent wears quite linear and has very little development but sometimes that’s OK. It is loud with excellent longevity especially on clothes. All seasons except Summer but common sense would tell you to adjust the sprays. Completely unisex with a very nice price point. ❤️

margaritababe08

Intoxicating, syrupy sweet rose, mixed with a squeeze of lemon and delicious vanilla musk. I ordered a sample of this not expecting much, but I fell in love with it. Not too complex of a scent, stays the same throughout the day, also lasts a long time on me.

missingbonnet

Wearing this on one arm and a pure vanilla on the other. Roses Vanille definitely has the roses note mixed to it.
I'm not loving this as much as I thought I would, as it reminds me of when i stored wilting roses in cabinets and drawers as a kid. It is a lovely mature floral-va2nilla scent though.

funkadelic15

I tried a sample of this, I've revisited multiple times and every time I put it on I am repulsed, on clothes and skin.
I am a very big vanilla, cedar and musk fan... and I like rose... so in writing, this sounds perfectly ideal for what I like and what smells good on me.
But I think the linear simplicity actually repulses me somehow, it smells so cheap and its too jammy... it smells like a grandma. I haven't had much luck with Mancera generally, something about their DNA really turns me off....

TerceraMolar

A disappointment, I think I got too carried away by influencers, they said it was a nuclear bomb in terms of longevity and it is not true. (At least on me)
In general, Mancera and Montale perfumes had disappointed me, I don't know if it's my skin chemistry , the reformulations or a bad batch, although I don't think it's the batch 'cause none of these perfumes last on my skin, if you have Roses Vanille, you don't need Intense Cafe, They smell exactly the same and last the same, a minimum of an hour or so, a waste of money in my opinion, I think the comments and votes on fragrantica are compromised, there are too many bots and people who are being paid to speak wonders and supernatural stuff about these fragrances, believe it or not, a Bath and body works mist last longer than Roses and Vanille.

Don't say I didn't tell you🫡
>>Longevity 2/10
>>Sillage 1/10
>>Uniqueness 3/10 (Meh!🐑)
>>Gender : This is more feminine but I am no one to tell you what to wear, if you are a man and you like it, go ahead.

Majosm

This is indeed a beautiful fragrance. HOWEVER, this doesn't last nearly as long as some people are claiming. This has weak projection imo, but still a very feminine, sweet fragrance :) Great for everyday use.

rene.saller

I ordered a (very generous) sample, and I like this a lot, although it is so similar to Tanasuk, which I already own, that I don't feel an urgent need for a full bottle of this, especially since I recently procured a bottle of Intense Roses Musk, which is also in the same general family. But smelling it last night on my hand gave me the idea to scent some unscented body butter with several drops of Tanasuk. It's not an exact dupe--I think Tanasuk might be a bit less vanillic and perhaps a bit incensier, and it definitely lacks the strong cedar note at the opening--but the drydowns are quite similar. If I didn't already have several somewhat similar fragrances in my collection, this would be a must-have for me and a true love. I do know I will wear the hell out of this 2 ml sample vial. Also, I must say that this is the nicest sprayer and bottle on any sample vial I have ever seen in my life. Well worth the minimal cost. I don't care as much for the frou-frou ornaments on my full bottle. The bottle itself is just fine, and I like that it is opaque and comes with a little slipcover. But that inessential bling is just silly. The little clip device that keeps the sprayer from engaging could be considerably more functional and less cumbersome if you just got rid of that fussy little pendant/tag.

Mroger848

I received a decant yesterday. So this review may have a couple edits to it but for now I have to say the initial scent smells like stale beer with hints of vanilla and rose ..

emilia123

If you want a scent that's true to its name, this is it. Sweet rose clouded with vanilla. It is a BEAST - strong sillage and lasts on your skin/clothes through the night. However, it easily becomes cloying on me and gives me the biggest headache known to man.

megamegman2000

I really really really love this perfume. It was kind of not at all what I imagined-- to me, it smells very warm, rose-jammy, and sweet. The rose is not light, it's very intense. I only use 2 sprays of it because of its strength and lasting power. For casual day-to-day wear, it lasts from 7am-6pm. On clothes, it lasts for days and maybe weeks. The more it wears, the more I like it. The only note I don't pick up at all is the lemon. I really recommend this fragrance!!!! It is perfect for fall and winter.

Hesssa21

straight away when I sprayed this it smelled very strongly of medicine and vanilla/rose. Kind of nauseating. It lasted almost 12 hours on my skin and for half that time, that's all I could smell - medicinal rose. It's very sweet too. It eventually becomes a musky/sweet/rose skin scent. Despite the medicinal vibe, I like the other elements of it but I wouldn't wear this. I didn't try on my clothes but maybe it would have a better outcome than it did on my skin.

Krisiun

Just a quick note on performance: I got decanted samples of Roses Vanille and Intense Cafe 2 weeks ago. I liked Roses Vanille more and it also projected a bloomed way stronger than IC. Bought a full bottle of RV from a big online vendor and it is incredibly weak... nothing like the sample. I can't even really smell it on myself and when I wore the sample I could clearly smell it without paying special attention to it or sniffing my arm. I'd say it's reformulated. Mine has a magnetic cap.

Monicamarie81

I was so disappointed I did not like this one. Initially it was Rose, Sugar, and Sweet….but then the musky dry down…it went all wrong and became very animalic, over powering, and stinky. I really like Velvet Vanilla and Intense Tiara…totally different experience!

izzyrosez

this is an ultimate pretty girl scent

zori

I just got this perfume so I’ll be sharing only my first impressions and expand on my review later. I was really excited for this one to arrive. I don’t think the scent matches the name really well. When it dries down it’s mostly sugar (which I like and makes sense looking at the notes). The other notes just add nuance to the sugar scent. Definitely a gourmand. So far I really really like it.

angeloni

ROSES VANILLE!
I have had this for about 2.5 weeks and I can safely say, the difference in performance between when you first spray it and when you let in mature/oxidise for a few weeks is MIND BLOWING. It gets more POWERFUL each day!
At first I was NOT IMPRESSED with the staying power, Sillage, I even came back here to shift my ratings about it.
I've just sprayed it again ONCE, and I HAD TO write about it. (I'm not even a perfume reviewer! but THIS)
First of all, what you smell is what you get, and I am very okay with the initial blast so YES, if you like more complex scents then this might not be the one for you.
It is very much SWEET, JAMMY, DEEP, BOOZY, GOURMAND scent. Very sensual, yet playful so it leans more feminine than the other Mancera scents because of the Vanilla rose.
Vanilla/gourmand lovers should definitely have this in their wardrobes. Spray this 3-4max times evenly and YOU ARE SET FOR THE DAY.
If you are seeing 'SYNTHETIC' comments, take it with a pinch of salt, all you need is a few weeks to let the Vanilla rose blossom into it's fullest, richest form. IT IS NOT FOR THE WEAK - You NEED BRAVERY to wear this BAD BOY around all day.
It's a very homely, cozy scent so I love wearing when I'm indoors during Winter periods, especially nighttime... it reminds me of sweet freshly oven-baked cookies.
I prefer to wear fresher scents in the mornings to work so I wouldn't recommend smacking people with such a heavy fragrance first thing in the morning... :/
Layering this with anything sweet...would be a big mistake.
If you know you are a BOLD, CONFIDENT, SEXY, MYSTERIOUS WOMAN.... YES.

qianqian

Soooo strong. Reminds me of Armaf Club de Nuit for Women. The sugary rose is a bit choking. I just did 1 spray on each of my elbows. I'll let it sit and see how the dry down goes. The opening is too strong and heady to my liking.

Jentimm26

very similar to atomic rose. perhaps not as strong, but still very intoxicating. loving this scent

I want to start off by saying, fragrance does not perform the same on everyone! Just because it may not last on you, project on you, or smell good on you, does not mean everyone else is exaggerating or lying about their personal experience.

That being said, I am OBSESSED with this scent currently! I have never smelled anything like it and I usually stay away from rose, but the rose here is far enough in the background that I don’t notice it too much. The combination of vanilla, sugar, and water notes really stand out to me and create a smooth, creamy, sweet, fresh vanilla cloud that hangs over a bouquet of dew dropped pink roses. This lasts on me all day, and multiple people told me they could smell me yards away! My only regret is getting the 2 oz bottle and not the 4 oz. I see myself wearing this OUT this winter. This is the perfect sweater perfume to me. But I think it’s light enough to wear all year round too. 10/10, very unique, gorgeous scent.

delyci789

This is a gorgeous sweet rosewater scent! It's super pleasant and wearable in the daytime, but sweet enough to be suitable for evenings as well!

I'm typically mixed on rose notes as they tend to lean a bit synthetic smelling on me, but the water and lemon editions make the rose smell super natural!

The performance is good on this but nothing crazy, about 6-8 hours on me but does not have a super large silage IMO. I feel like the performance is overhyped frequently lol

drama_lama_4ever

Right of the bat let me say the performance has been drastically exaggerated. This lasts about 2 or 3 hours before it becomes a skin scent. Very linear sweet sweet vanilla and rose, although I'd say the vanilla is the star of the show here. It's a very soft warm and sugary vanilla, with a creamy quality. Imagine ice cream melting on a fluffy cartoon rose. I want to love it but it's way too weak.

Rama Rama

It's a beautiful fragrance, but I believe people are exaggerating about the performance. The longevity is decent. But the sillage is medium. Not like what people rave about; that enormous sillage, beast mode etc, is not exist.
After an hour there is no projection. The perfume is still there but it turns to a skin scent. You need to stick your nose closely to catch a sniff. Actually it stays as a skin scent for an OK time. But no good sillage. I'm planning on buying Montale Intense Café, hoping to have a better performance. I would appreciate it if anyone can compare those two regarding the performance 🙏

aweso10

a pillowy, sweet marshallow meets candied rose. there's a lot going on here, but at the same time, it's really very simple. Roses Vanille projects pretty well, and lingers on clothes as it dries down to a soft vanilla milk type scent. the rose is a jammy, turkish rose note similar to Nest's Turkish Rose. I get barely a hint of lemon in the top, but i would say that the base of this frag pulls most of the weight. perfect super-femme scent for a night out.

princesslopez4890

Sweet but not cloying. Not my favorite type of vanilla although i do enjoy it for the most part. The rose is divine. Although vanilla is my favorite note in a fragrance I would’ve preferred more rose in this fragrance. Just a like not a love so I will not be repurchasing. I do recommend testing this out if your into similar scent profiles such as this. I do like this but it’s just meh, I’d rather go with something else like elie Saabs le parfum intense 🤤😍.

creepy pasta

It’s synthetic it’s artificial, but it does last long and it does worth the money as a perfume, I mean as a scented product.

dantar

I’m not getting much lemon or vanilla, just a very sweet rose. I’m not the biggest fan of rose, and while this is a strong fragrance, I don’t hate it. It’s very reminiscent of Intense Cafe, save for the offensive coffee note. It’s hard to describe, other than a very mature, feminine scent. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone that doesn’t absolutely LOVE rose because it’s a very in your face note.

overall vibes: hot older fem lesbian

SmellGood48

A rose milkshake that lasts for 12 hours plus. Very versatile for various occasions. Cool weather enhances performance. On my skin, it's rose and vanilla for about 8 hours, then it turns into a rose/vanilla milkshake. The milkshake stage is extraordinarily smooth and close to the skin; those around me can still smell it, which lasts anywhere from 12 - 24 hours on my skin.

I love this perfume, but this was the first one that had to sit for about three weeks before I got the expected performance. The initial spray on my neck did not last past 2 hours. I read other reviews suggesting letting it sit and return to it. Now I get 12 hours plus.

UPDATE - Layer Roses Vanille with Roses Jasmine (Mancera).

Rober7a

Oh lord this is heavy. 2 sprays on my wrist and 1h later I've got a headache. To be fair it's fairly hot here today so I'll have to test this again in the cold, just might be wearable during winter for someone like me who gets overwhelmed by heavy scents. The scent itself is nice, nothing original, variations of this exist all over the place. It's roses combined with syrupy sweetness, kinda smells like it has oud in it too but it's not listed in the notes. Potent and long lasting, which I appreciate and won't completely dismiss it until I give it a chance in cooler weather.
Yes this is similar to Montale Intense Cafe, not so much to MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold. Only deep in the drydown are those two comparable.

nympholepsy

i went to a beloved tumblr friend's house on our second meeting and they had this fragrance and i still remember it

its a vintage-esque vanilla rose that doesnt smell dated or dusty, you would be the hottest bitch at the jazz bar wearing this it has such a 1940s appeal that i absolutely love

hope to get my hands on a bottle ♡

Lilah_lilah2023

Very light vanilla notes and stronger rose. I don't agree with the description here saying it is too heavy, quite the contrary. Nice inoffensive perfume, maybe a bit boring. Too pricey.

Dopaminerush

Surprised at how I like lemony rose! It smells bright in the opening and ends with a soft sweet smell that isn’t too “rosy” but a hint of rose. I don’t get the cloying or “too sweet”. I also don’t get an overload of vanilla and thought a little more vanilla might be nice. But it’s great as is and I will be purchasing full size soon

araisin

Oh dear. After reading some of the other reviews here, I’m starting to wonder if my travel size spray is somehow off? This is because…I HAD TO LITERALLY SCRUB THIS OFF MY ARM YESTERDAY SOON AFTER APPLYING IT. I bought the 5-pack sampler directly from Mancera. You choose the 5 you want. They are nice, .28 fl oz glass tubes with a spray applicator. I absolutely love Holidays — sooo good. Sicily is nice, and Pearl is ok. I forgot the 5th one I chose — I gave it to my ex husband, as it’s pretty masculine. But Lordy, this Roses Vanille edp came out straight up *chemical* and so bad that I couldn’t take it for more than 5 minutes. I scrubbed and scrubbed and could still smell this overpowering, chemical-y odor. Somewhere waaaay underneath the nose hair-singing burnt chemical was the faintest trace of rose, kind of. Yeah, nope. The very thought of it is unpleasant. It’s got to be defective, right? Zero vanilla or gourmande. Just, trash bin.

Tendency to Dream

This is a very juvenile rose. It feels very much like a fragrance that would fit in in the corridors of a high school. I have seen it compared to Delina, however I find almost no similarities at all. If I was to compare it to anything, it would be Sweet Like Candy by Ariana Grande, a very sugary, candy fragrance with just a touch of rose, with very little depth, and zero longevity. It feels very overpriced for something with the depth and performance of an Ariana Grande fragrance

robertambark

This is a very heavy rose and vanilla scent. Perfect if you enjoy these notes together, but definitely not a perfume for the faint of heart. I can see myself wearing this on a romantic date to leave a lasting impression on the person.

abc1111

Sweet rose water and vanilla. Feminine leaning in my opinion. The rose note can be a bit sour, but the dry down is lovely. Dry down shares similarities with MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold. Sprayed on opposite wrists, Roses Vanille is stronger, even cloying while GFG is softer and lighter. GFG projects more despite being the softer fragrance.

Edit: Roses Vanille is indeed similar to Montale Intense Cafe. It's like they are the same perfume. I can’t detect any coffee note in IC.

poltergeist

I'm a guy, and I liked this so much when I first tested from my decant i ordered a full bottle. It's light and airy and quite beautiful even if quite linear as well. I can smell the rose although it could be a touch more. It's mostly vanilla, but i think the rose is just enough to compliment the vanilla superbly. I dunno how much I'll be wearing this because it leans quite feminine, so I'll probably decant much of my bottle to give away to people. I'd love my girlfriend to smell like this perfume (if I had one). I don't feel like this projects greatly but it sure does last on my clothes. Probably would last 2 maybe three days still catching whiffs. Smells edible. Lovely. I usually only wear fragrances on my clothing for reference. My only other Mancera fragrance is Hindu Kush, and I like that one alot as well.

LynneFaubert

Sample. It always astounds how perfume is metamorphosed by skin. For starters, I dropped the sample and so I rescued the small puddle and applied more of this perfume than I ever would. I bathed in it so that notes were, hum, unmistakable. First conclusion “on me”, no lemon whatsoever after 2 hours… The vanilla overpowers everything, very sugary with a touch of musk and maybe, maybe some wood. The rose is indiscernible and I “may” be picking up water, but that could also be my brain submitting to the description. It’s all sweeeeet vanilla. Pass.

P.S. On the second try, the rose showed up at the beginning and was so delicate and fragrant. Then it took a backseat to the vanilla, which was still a disappointment. I just wish the floral notes would stand their ground more. If you are looking for a rose perfume, this is very subdued…

Abicor

Datura-Darling

This is a more simple offering from this house and, so far, the one I've sampled and enjoyed the most. It's a really yummy candied rose scent profile - lots of rose jam, sticky and delicious, sugar syrup and candied rose petals galore! The lemon in this brightens it up and the musk/vanilla combination adds a soft and fluffy facet, very much feeling like pink candyfloss and marshmallows. This is very nice and quite long lasting. I might be tempted to grab a bottle of this, but need to sit with the sample more first.

RaggedyAnn

Straight up rose. No vanilla. (Weird but on my friend it was vanilla no rose). Would be really nice to layer with and fairly safe as a gift to a rose lover. Nothing very special to me.

Rama Rama

Is there oud in here?
Why do I feel that I smell oud!
Anybody has the same experience?!

frag_nostalgia

To my nose this is the least complicated, and most pleasant, out of all the Mancera/Montale fragrances containing the base(s) of roses, vanilla, and/or musk. It's pretty straightforward -- pink candy roses in a gourmand vanilla -- and as linear as watching where the sky meets the sea. The more complex blends (dark purple), or the ones containing the coffee note, are cloying (to me, for sure). But of course if those sound like something you'd enjoy, go for it!

Roses Vanille is a GREAT layering fragrance -- may I I suggest V&R Flowerbomb and Roses Vanille at a 1:1 ratio, your choice which one you want to be the top. I choose RV to dom over Flowerbomb. They are so yummy together! Also want to try with Burberry Her Elixir. And a citrus dominant frag, especially orange or orange blossom. And patchouli oil. The possibilities are endless! ♾️

cloudswirl

i want to like it but the opening has a straight-up beer smell that I can't get pass. too boozy for me. Also if you're coming here from IG or Tiktok, this does NOT smell like gentle fludity gold and neither does Intense Cafe.

whitefoxes

This reminds me of MOR Marshmallow with a spice/dark rose kick. It could be the lemon note I'm not vibing with, I can still detect it strongly in the dry down a day later.

MrsDuncanYouSmellGood

This is a creamy, woody, rose scent with the typical Mancera signature in the background.

Phbe

I sprayed this before work today and this lasted a whole 9 hour shift! Roses Vanille is sweet, musky and feminine but not sickeningly so. I’m not sure if I’ll invest in a full bottle since I’m not crazy about roses, but it seems well worth the price considering how long this lasts!

Lauren387

Beautiful composition except that my skin draws out the cedar a bit more than I’d like in the dry down. I like balanced fragrances where the base notes don’t overpower the high and mid. The balance issue isn’t terrible so I will keep it. I would even consider repurchasing because I see the potential layering this with a rich vanilla or amber fragrance or lotion.

Faverinsky

Where have you been for all of my life?! This has quickly become my signature scent, as nobody wears RV in NZ! This is such a candied, boozy, musky red rose to me. On my skin, the rose takes center stage and is definitely prominent from initial spray to dry down, which lasts 8 hours! A certified compliment getter as well! Thank you so much to the various Youtubers who recommended it!

hollyoaks321

genuinley the best fragrance I have ever smellt so sweet & rosey but also cozy with the vanilla defintley worth the money 100000/10 im obsessed <3

frederickf_

Seductive sweet rose that’s similar to both Intense Cafe and Ristretto Intense Cafe. Not really boozy on my skin at all. More a gorgeous watery rose with sugar. And it’s not overly sweet either. Both IC and RIC are sweeter in my opinion, and I like both of those a lot. But Roses Vanille is gorgeous and pretty versatile. I’d find this absolutely stunning on a woman.

Lizziefsmith

I own a bottle of this that I purchased on Ebay years ago. This is the kind of fragrance where you have someone else spray it in the air 100 yards away and then quickly sprint into it as fast as you can. Not even lying that is all you need and this baby sticks to you like gorilla glue all day long. I agree as others have mentioned. This is sticky, jammy, and headache-inducing especially if you are too heavy on the trigger with this one. Could have been pretty if they dialed it down 80%. Smells like melted marshmallows, with a sprinkle of cedar plank, and a rose jam.

Pernillaw

Just to sickly sweet and cloying. Of course it lasted forever on me (the dry down was not as awfull as the rest of it), i woke up smelling it in the middle of the night even tho i had a shower. Gonna throw that decant away.

Vicky Medrano

I love it. Tried a decant first and then ordered the 120ml bottle.

Roses Vanille is a boozy jammy rose vanilla, very sweet and deep. I’m not a fan of classic rose smell, like the one you’d find in hand creams, but this is not like that.

Mancera Roses Vanille (RV) Compared to Zara Rose Gourmand (RG):

RV is sweeter, deeper, and a tiny bit more floral. RG has a woody / musky undertone that I don't find in RV. The citrus note in Zara RG is more prominent and sharp than in RV. I think Mancera RV is very well rounded. To me they are about 85% similar, and in the air it's hard to tell each one apart, but up close I can tell the difference.

subtlyyours

boooooozy vanilla, i can see the similarity to gentle fluidity gold, but they’re not identical. However, most people seem to agree that if you like one you will most likely like the other so maybe i’m an outlier. This is just too boozy syrupy femme fatale for my taste whereas gentle fluidity gold is more refined and elegant.

0h3ricaa

Extremely headache inducing. So tired of this scent profile. So tired of this sweet, musky rose.

Sample this before buying, smells JUST like Zara Rose Gourmand. Hated that one too, just had to see if they were identical. They are. I smell this perfume everywhere and SO OVER ITTT! (ง'̀-'́)ง

islandgirlmaranda

I can't remember if I have reviewed this one or not. I've had it for a couple months now and it's even better than when I first got it. The juice is much darker. Wow. This is soooooo good. It's a very realistic rose at it's finest, mixed with the most delicious warm vanilla sugar extract, and has a dusting of powdered sugar type powdery sweet musk. I think it's aaaaabsolutely beautiful. A vanilla/rose milkshake. It's really hot here but this would be gorgeous in the fall/winter. There is something about it that gives me the feeling of Delina Exclsif. Maybe her big sister. But that's just me. This is one of those perfumes where I tried a sample and IMMEDIATELY ordered a full bottle.

Elle's Bells

My, my, my...A couple of years on the shelf has done my little bottle some good. The juice is much darker (from the vanilla) and the scent is so much deeper and sensual. For sh*ts and giggles, I layered Roses Vanille with Peregrina and honey it brought all the boys to the yard, LOL!!!

So much bang for the money at the time. I just can't depart with it at this point. It's so damn good!

LSAUG

This smells like a sugary version of Roses Musk Intense. Very heavy w/ ambroxan, not musk and the sugar in here smells like burned sugar added to a cheap black tea w/ stale roses. Very cheap smelling.

mistrall

I had high hopes for this as I imagined rose and vanilla being a sexy feminine composition, complimented by sweetness. The musk, unfortunately, killed this picture very soon, completely suffocating me around 10 mins after spraying. To me, it feels like a heavy, synthetic rose and musk combo. This is the sort of musk from Erba Pura or Kirke, in the screechy direction. Would recommend testing this fragrance before buying.
People compare it to Intense Cafe and I agree, however Intense Cafe is much smoother and less linear.

MatchaCat

A very syrupy sweet, appley rose, followed by vanilla. Like imagine pink roses mixed with sweet sugar syrup, red apples and vanilla. This is a very full-bodied, strong perfume. Slightly gourmand. Very similar to Montale's Intense Cafe, but brighter and juicier.

Smell: 8 out of 10
Longevity: 9 out of 10
Feminine

For reference, I'm female.

leximayxo

Such a creamy sweet rosey vanilla gourmand, i love itt. Reminds me of a jammy rose cookie from my childhood. Literally one spray lasts for a while.

canabena

First impressions, this is extremely boozy almost like a beer,I get the roses but I thought this would be sweet rosey concoction not beer and roses. Not really impressed honestly a bit disappointed the notes looked exquisite sugar, vanilla, musk, rose but it somehow doesn't live up to the other reviews Ive seen.Leaving me to wonder if I got a bad batch. All in all not worth it to me and a disappointing blind buy.

Update: I've read some other reviews and realized the ambroxan is what I don't like although not listed Mancera uses it alot in their base. Also glad I didn't get a bad batch and others have experienced this beer scent.Do not blind buy this.

Lolodojo

Polish funeral home bathroom. Like whoa that is a lot of roses. But then the vanilla is like, “hey, everything is going to be okay.” Then mostly vanilla, kind of nice, will have to revisit this one but kind of just those two notes for me. After that initial rose passes through, I think it has a more unisex possibility.

Charmedbymeghan

I am testing this against some other very close fragrances atm. Montale Intense Cafe - I kept hearing was a dupe for this and Zara's Rose Gourmand. I am definitely say that Roses Vanille is smoother and has more sweet vanilla coming through. Overall it smells better because of the smoothness. Intense Cafe is screechy!! And I thought it would be my favorite because I love a good coffee note, but not getting that at all with IC. Rose Gourmand is closer to IC but even RG is better (less screechy) and it's cheaper! So if you were like me and wondering what to get - get samples if you can! But really I would stay clear from IC. I also put these 3 up against the middle eastern fragrance Infini Rose and that one is the most different, even though it is a sweet rose fragrance. But it also have a very beautiful green note that gives it a freshness - it's actually my favorite of the 4! And it cost the least. I have Atomic Rose and can definitely say that IR is a very close clone to it. But back to RV. If you want a smoother sweet vanilla rose you will get that with this. It is very pleasant, and strong enough without being super overwhelming. It's my 2nd fave out of these 4. RG being 3rd (even though I still adore this fragrance). And IC is straight up garbage IMO, especially when you start to compare it to others with a similar scent profile.

creamyandlight

A blast of warm sugary roses and vanilla, which eventually turns into solely vanilla. VERY sweet, and a bit too sweet for me, but I still enjoyed it. A princessy scent, if perhaps a bit unsophisticated.
I see a lot of people saying it smells like Intense Cafe, but I disagree. Intense Cafe is much has way more berry notes than, and this does not.

IKA OKTINA BR SITEPU

this is a deep, warm rose scent..for me it's not too sweet (i love sweet fragrance)..perfect for night time, u can u still use it for day time, just don't overspray it.. 8-10 sprays will fill the room and last you easily 8 hours in the evening..
this fragrance made me in love with mancera n montale

hnoel1210

Same DNA as Intense Cafe. No surprise.
Subtract the coffee note and you Roses Vanille. Sugared rose petals.

ambervxyjul

After a few days of testing, this is amazing! So delicious and creamy. Pretty simple composition of notes, all you get is really roses and vanilla with a dash of pepper. It’s blended so smoothly! This is a major compliment getter and lasts sooo long. There’s no coffee note, but I get a bit of that as well. I’ll be wearing this a lot in the fall!!

jule9

I just got this. It smells yummy, edible almost! Like rose water or rose jam that's in donuts. Sweet but also a bit sophisticated and it's not cloying. This is my first Mancera perfume and quality definitely stands out. The aroma is soft and discreet, not overwhelming but noticeable. I saw someone writing it smells synthetic but to me it smells in the opposite way - very, very natural, photorealistic almost. This is an uplifting fragrance which I'm going to wear in the warmer months.

AmeliaAroma

An interesting one- its a rich sweet rose, then the base of cedarwood comes through which really deepens, gives it woodiness and light smokiness. I also get a sharp smell like pepper (or this could be the citrus not sure) that is strong. Overall it is almost too strong and overwhelming.
To me, this is definitely a more grownup fragrance, something a refined, mysterious lady would wear..
It's not a favorite of mine (not a rose fan and this cedarwood is too much for me)
I have a sample of this from microperfumes!

bbyevrm

its so disgusting that i had to scrub my arm for half an hour. and it didn’t come off, its too harsh. dont trust the hype babes

reluceo

I blind bought this, because i red so may reviews. It has some similarities with mfk gentle fluidity gold, but this is a cheaper, more synthetic version (because of that bad rose note). The vanilla and other notes are ok, but the rose is a very fake one, far away from a natural smelling rose. Not classy, more like a teenage girl bubblegum rose scent. The zara rose gourmand is 95% similar.

Candylover666

Writing a second review because since buying it a few months ago it has became my favorite perfume of all time.
Before buying this I had bought intense caffe by montale which I love and after getting roses vanille I was a bit dissapointed by how similar it smells to intense caffee.
However, in my opinion this is better than intense caffe, much more gourmand and vanilla heavy.
It’s so sweet, sugary and cozy. Perfect fragrance for winter and autumn although it’s spring and I’m still wearing it and I’ll probably wear it in summer too.
I’ve received so many compliments on this fragrance and it lasts soooooo long! I spray it at 7.30am and by 4 pm I can still smell it on me.
The only downside to this is the boring mancera bottle lol. I think the bottle design should be a bit better looking.
But otherwise this is such a beautiful scent, literally the perfect perfume to me.

gandrasta

It smells like fresh baked rose cookies. Sweet, rosey and cedar wood in the last development. Well, it's not special but not bad either. If you keen for gourmand rose scent, give this a try

Shahrzaad

Oh God this is magic! I forgot about this perfume for a while and then in the past two days I’ve been reaching for it a lot. Every time I walk into my own scent trail I am surprised at how many facets and nuances this perfume has. It’s truly stunning. I think the only time I wouldn’t go for this is if it’s too hot.

Edit: surprisingly this seems to be one of the only vanillas in my collection I can easily wear in the heat. For some reason (perhaps those initial citrus and watery notes which I am not sure I get) this is totally okay to wear during summer. This is while there is no way I can wear Intense Cafe during summer. I am not really a citrus fresh perfume kind of person much, so I am really enjoying wearing this sweet bliss in the current heat wave in Tehran.

trishapaytasfan94

I get roses, oud, and honey- a sweeter and deeper version of velvet roses and oud by Jo malone on me.

I was surprised oud wasn’t in the notes! Maybe it’s the cedar wood. This also reminds me of a more delicious Rose Jam by lush, without the powderiness and way less pungent.

For some reason this isn’t very sweet to me. It’s for sure a night time + colder weather fragrance IMO, and I definitely see myself reaching for it on special occasions. I don’t get vanilla, but I may layer it with a vanilla lotion or Outremer’s Vanille and see how I like it.

This totally makes me feel like a rich aunty!

Lovescents3

I’ve been wearing Roses Vanille for the last few days. It’s cooler Autumn weather here currently and this works better in cooler and cold temps in my opinion.

I mostly get pink rose petals crushed with white sugar. This is not complex. It is not nuanced or subtle, but darn it there is something straight out delicious about this sugary rose.

The fragrance dries down to the typical Mancera woody base. The sugar and rose persist for quite a while though, 4 to 6 hours on me.

perfumeloverxox

I was on the hunt for a new perfume. I had recently seen so many positive reviews about this fragrance on TikTok so went to the counter to try this out. I love vanilla and I love roses, so a no-brainer right? Upon first spray, I was in love. I immediately asked for a bottle and off I went.

When I actually started wearing it, I slowly grew to regret my decision. I find it quite sickly and syrupy to the point where I can’t wear it anymore!

Wouldn't recommend blind buying at all. Really let the scent stay on your skin for a few hours after testing to see if you don't get sick of it (certainly wish I had done this!)

katherina.1

I received this today. Blind buy and I was excited but also a little scared because of the reviews.

First of, I have Gentle fluidity gold (first batch - gold juice), Roses musk and Rose gourmand. This one beats them all, in my opinion. It is SO good!

For me, this is closest to Gentle fluidity gold, but with more silage. It reminds me of rose gourmand as well, but this smells more rounded, balanced and of high quality. Rose gourmand has this loud metallic smell to it, that I just can’t get past. It’s a good cheap alternative, though. And then Roses musk.. what can I say. Personally, I don’t find them alike at all, except for the fact that they both have a smell of roses. Unfortunately my view on Roses musk might not be the best, since my skin reacts badly to it. I get a burnt skin scent, which is kinda gross tbh. On the other hand, on clothes it is beautiful, but I still don’t see the similarities. That’s for me personally and my skin chemistry. Others might have a different view. Nevertheless, this is just undeniably a gorgeous rose gourmand scent. I don’t find it loud or too sweet. It’s just perfect and I see myself wearing this a lot now in spring and summer time, but it’s definitely a all year round-er. Beautiful, just beautiful!👏🏼

Kim Milan

I had a sample of this and loved it so I purchased the 120ml after spending some time with it everytime I spray myself it has got a spicyness to it that irritates my nose and throat and it has me on a sneezing fest, longevity on my lasts around 4 hours and for that I am selling on my bottle. I will try rose gourmand as it is suppose to be similar and a lot lighter hopefully that works out better for me.

deliciousX

This is juicy feminine sugary rose fragrance, amazing blend, almost identical as Roses Musk by Montale.

Great fragrance, super flanker, yummie!
If you love sweet fragrances & roses, this is for you.

This is not at all Gentle Fluidity Gold by MFK, come on.

HebrewDutchess

Very pleased that I purchased this fragrance. It’s giving MFK’s Gentle Fluidity Gold on steroids, IMO. I own both fragrances and cannot shake Roses Vanille as a more powerful version of GFG. I have always found it interesting that GFG is missing the rose note that I believe is there. Anyway, we all know scents are subjective depending on the nose. I love that Roses Vanille is an ultra- feminine fragrance and perfect for Springtime.

Darokes85

Despite this fragrance being marketed to women and it being an undeniably feminine fragrance, I still wear and love this. More often than not, I’m inclined to wear more traditionally masculine fragrances. I love a good masculine aromatic, woody, leathery, clean & fresh, and even fougere compositions but Roses Vanille just does something to me! It’s such a smooth, pleasant, comforting high quality fragrance. It’s a mood lifter and makes me feel good like a warm loving gentle embrace from someone you love, or the satiated feeling after a good meal, or the deep feeling of relaxation cozying up in warm bed with clean linings after a long hot shower on a cold winters night. It’s my olfactory ‘La petit mort” every time I gift a waft of this charming composition. I just can’t get enough of it. When I’m married, I want my wife to smell like this all the time. Until then, I’ll gladly be spraying this beautiful fragrance over my thick man neck and hairy wrists.

CMaingi

Initial spray is very powerful and not much to speak off but they dry down is the fun part. Everytime I smelt it it made me feel like I was drowning in a fresh bouquet of pink roses mixed with a little white musk. This lasted a good 24 hours on me and I could still smell it well into 3 days. I would highly recommend this it’s sort or like an oriental floral to me.

CGud23

There’s a harshness about it that I just can’t get down with. I think it’s the combination of the sugar notes and white musk that bothers me. It’s not bad, but unfortunately not a love for me. Will be returning.

IKA OKTINA BR SITEPU

a sweet rose long lasting fragrance. not a beast mode but it will linger on at least 5 hours in skin and days in clothes

Londonchick

If you want a sophisticated expensive fragrance, this is not it. However, if you enjoy an intoxicating, heady sweet caramel-rosey scent with a hint of lemon this may very well be your vibe. Great longevity and projection. Like all mancera fragrances it’s not the most refined or elegant, but I ❤️ it. It’s a comforting, warm gourmand. Its sweet However, it is not at all sickly sweet. Its not complex, its linear ! what you smell at the 2 minute mark of spraying is what you get for several hours. Id rate this as a moderately safe blind buy. I haven’t had much luck previously with the house of mancera. I’ve tried three other fragrances and they were all fails. So maybe don’t give up on the brand until you’ve tried a few. They are well known for longevity and projection. Im very fussy but if you like sweet rosey vanilla / caramel heavy scents Id bet you’d like it. 4/5 and Im a very harsh critic.

Catmo

I went through a travel size of Intense Cafe but didn’t love it- it was a little too sharp and just toooo much in general. I never bothered with Roses Vanille because I assumed they were pretty much identical. Then randomly I decided to buy a bottle due to it being a great deal. I’m soooo glad I did!! This is so much better than Intense Cafe. It’s smoother snd sweeter. Not cloying though. It’s basically crushed roses with sugar and vanilla. Like a rose vanilla dessert. It doesn’t seem to have the sillage I expected it to, but otherwise it’s really good!

SilverRhye

Love this perfume so much however the full bottle that I have of it isn’t nearly as strong as the sample that I received from Mancera. The 60 ml full bottle that I have barely has any sillage and it evaporates from my skin almost 5 minutes after I spray, which is so depressing. Still a lovely, beautiful scent.

Waseem Ch

This is a unisex IMO..
Great fragrance

kvnlzw

This is truly a beast for a sweet vanilla scent with a hint of floral notes from the rose. The top notes are delicious and it reminds me of a mature Rose Jam by LUSH and when it settles, it's a very elegant, warm scent that reminds me of softly spiced rose chocolate.

However, as much as I loved this, I think I might be allergic to it. I am G6PD deficient and sniffing Roses Vanille gives me the similar after-effects of sniffing naphthalene, where my nasal passage feels funny. It could be one of the components in the formulation that my nose can't handle.

Sheherazad

Scent is vaguely reminiscent of pastry baking in an oven far, far away. The rose is just as distant, though youthful & pretty. Another distant, mischievous, nee evil, note attempts to sully her w/ medicinal intent. Base notes to the rescue. She triumphs.

saria_

OH. MY. GOD! im speechless. my 60ml bottle just came in and i am already in love. even though it is a beastly scent, it is very feminine and delicate. not overpowering at all (as long as you don't overspray). it literally smells like what i think rose ice-cream should taste like. or maybe a bouquet of roses soaked in the purest vanilla extract. i could definitely see myself wearing this during the warmer seasons as it is not too sweet to the point of being unbearable to wear when its hot out. its the perfect perfume for intense gourmand girlies who want to switch it up a little bit to something a little fresher!!

jessica_chinos

I really like this scent, is so feminine and romantic. In my skins smells soft, delicate and elegant, the projection and durability is good compared to most rose fragrances since my skin eats perfumes. In my skin this fragrance has a good enough sillage, no at all beast mode but if I'm talking to someone they'll be able to smell a whiff once in a while. It smells lumiose and it's just sweet enough, does not cloy. I recommend.
I detect ambroxan that smells a little bit metallic but it's not listed as such, in fact, I detect the same note in other Mancera perfumes like Jardin Exclusif and Instant Crush.

Victoria121

Help me out, I can perceive any sweetness from this perfume! All i get is herbs smell and very medicinal base notes. Am i the only one that has this experience? Did i buy a fake bottle?!!!

Ayshaa

This smells like a combination of roses and something yummy that's backing in the oven like cookies or a cake. If you can bring to mind the memory of cake/cookies baking in the oven and then add a little bit of rose to it.....you'll get an idea of what Roses Vanille smells like and why it's called a gourmand perfume. You will get several pleasant whiffs of it through the day and people within 2-3 feet of you will be able to smell you for a while.....but I still don't consider this a beast mode projection.

I’m selling a new bottle of RV. If you live in the USA, message me

This smells like a turkish delight. SWEET rose. Kind of reminds me of a less complex Delina Exclusif.

Sassafras23

I got a sample from Fragrancenet just to see what it was all about. I don’t feel any opening additives (i.e. citrus or watery notes). I do feel sugar now that I can see it in the pyramid. The rose and vanille are like food colourants here. Even the bottle looks like it contains vanilla essence from the baking aisle. I don’t like the rose here. Maybe because it’s crushed by sugar. The rose has a much more marginal role than one would expect given that it gives the EDP half of its name. The vanilla has a sour tinge (and I’m not a vanilla person, I must disclose). I can feel cedar surprisingly early. I didn’t expect it to skip to the base notes this quickly. Sure, it’s tenacious, but so is Passion by Buble, which was for me a similar disappointment in this genre. Passion though is a lowly celeb offering, whereas this one is ‘luxurious boutique’. Yeah, nah.

Update: I tried it again, and I regret being so needlessly harsh earlier. It’s not sugar, I’ve learned, but rose loukoum, and it does smell pleasantly like rose loukoum right from the start. I still don’t feel the (Calabrian) lemon at the beginning, but the second part now does smell to me a bit lemony, as well as slightly smoky and woody rather than vanillary. It’s a pleasant scent after all. One should not write reviews until one properly wears the fragrance at least a few times.

Ethereal Love

Very linear fragrance. How it starts is how it ends, and the name of the fragrance literally says it all for you. There are no surprises with this one. Kinda boring to me and I'm glad I didn't blind buy it, but if you like slightly sweet rose scents then this one is for you.

LoveBitch246

I find this scent to be perfectly fine, but that’s about it. Trying it has been a lesson on not going into sampling with a fantasy or expectation (although sometimes that’s half the fun!). Because of other reviews I thought Roses Vanille was going to be some beast-mode, jammy, confection, but what I get is more of an airy, sweet vanilla perfume that stays fairly linear. I don’t care for the opening, I detect a note (maybe the sugar and/or water) that brings mint ice cream to mind, which I enjoy eating, but don’t
want in a perfume. On my skin/to my nose this fragrance is pleasant, inoffensive, and safe. I also feel like it would be perfectly suitable in warmer weather, and could see it being someone’s signature or easy daily reach. Glad I didn’t blind-buy though, because it didn’t live up to my fantasies…

Kizzyb93

was expecting something more sophisticated But I find this rather playful, the rose in this is airy sweet and not synthetic like I assumed it would be ( I was expecting it to be quite dark) but to me this is almost like a red velvet cake , it actually smells quite scrumptious.
That being said I think this could easily be worn my a man or woman!

Longevity: nuclear ☢️I wore it today for over 9hours had a scrub in the tub and still faintly smell it on my wrist

Safe blind buy: I would say get a sample as I see this being quite headache inducing for some people

Tony Shades

I must first confess that I find rose fragrances boring in general, but this sugary vanilla rose is too good to not appreciate it, because it makes the wearer not only pretty, but also delicious.😁

afaninc

Art thanks mancera for great creation
110% unisex

Shahrzaad

This smells like cake fresh from the oven, made with rose water, sugar and vanilla. No citrus or watery notes detected whatsoever. I feel like I can throw away all the rest of my perfumes and live with this one for the rest of my life. Heaven.

yulisanm

Roses vanille is the most delicious perfume I've ever tried, it's a pleasure to smell it. I would definitely make it my signature scent.

Graduate2018

The batch inconsistencies KILL ME. Some bottles perform well, others are straight WEAK

IG @perfumista225

herculano

I want to love this.
It was incredible value, and in theory I should love it.
And I love finding long lasting nuclear strength magic potions…

But so far, I’ve not been able to acquire a taste for this perfume.

I expect there will be a perfect day where I spray it and fall in love. (This has happened to me many times. One perfume in my collection only became a love this week after years of feeling very “meh” about it)

But … alas… that day has not arrived yet.

It ain’t bad. But I am so far finding it pretty cloying.

The vanilla feels like a pillow smothering my face.

Mcrus001

Wow! Just wow! I for the past two years have been doing some serious perfume search, I ordered a sample from MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold and it was nice but that price tag was just not justifying the purchase. And it smells really simple. I personally love gourmond, fruity, sandlewood fragrances but I came across an influencer that said this is a great alternative for those sweet fragrance lovers.

I AM SOOOO BEYOND HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS. It has the sugary base like Gentle Fluidity with a touch of rose, I don’t even get it all the way but it’s just sweet sugar and something like berries and vanilla. It’s my new favorite and signature scent! Like it’s beautiful and safe and beast Mo. Likeee wow!! I’m still shook!

Jmalone84

Being generally unfamiliar with this label, this is the first I have tried. Definitely has a middle eastern/oudh hint but not an oudh fragrance. But primarily the overall impression upon spraying is a yummy Turkish delight with a pleasant lemony sweetness. I haven’t experienced too much of the vanilla yet but will update when I do. Holding my wrist to my nose I get a a slightly medicinal impression of woods. Quite delectable, not overpowering. I am enjoying it so far.

So there’s a fluffy warm vanilla gently wafting around me, but the sweet rose Turkish delight also remains when I sniff my wrist. I suspect this is easier for others to detect on me than it is for myself- but I like that it doesn’t get up my nose and give me a headache. I looked up the price and am amazed at how affordable a large bottle is. This may be full bottle worthy - just needs a compliment from my partner and I will be sold!

JaneDough

I blind bought this, what a fool I am! I keep trying it and it smells different every single time I spray. Today it smells very unisex and almost middle eastern ish. It’s cooler today, but in warmer weather it’s way to much vanilla for me! I keep trying to like it especially since it really was a good value. It has good lasting power also.

Opepo

This is one of my favorite fragrances. It's longevity and silage is pretty good. This fragrance reminds me of a delicious punch drink I used to have as a kid. The vanilla in this fragrance is more of delicious than sweet. I'm not a big fan of floral and sweet fragrances... but this fragrance has changed my mind and taught me to never say never to floral sweet fragrances. I rate this fragrance an 8/10. I love love love it. Not so floral, not so sweet either.. it's just perfect!
If I could afford it, I'll buy 10 more bottles of this without flinching.

CarmenNola23

This fragrance is what some of us wish Prada Candy was… very similar notes. Very sugary vanilla with a nice backdrop of rose. One spray is enough, longevity and sillage are probably top 3 of any fragrance I’ve ever owned. There is a chypre note I’m not wild about, feels like it’s put in just to ensure some woody unisex vibe to the sweetness. It’s still one of my faves, I enjoy it in summer and fall, it’s a happy scent.

PerfumePonderings

This is unbelievably harsh, it actually smells acrid. I am baffled that this is described as sweet. This is probably the least sweet fragrance I’ve ever smelled. I can vaguely recognize a profile that resembles Gentle Fluidity Gold, but in the roughest sense possible. It’s as if this were a Gentle Fluidity Gold scented cleaning product.

kbraun

I LOVE this perfume. Tried the sample now buying full size. So sexy and feminine. Only need a couple sprays. Great value especially on the discount fragrance sites. This could be a daytime perfume (if not over sprayed) or a date night perfume. I can imagine this is a compliment getter/ man pleaser type of scent. Something really sexy about this vanilla. It has a candy sweetness to it and the dry down is really nice. Projects nicely! A+++

seliko

I was always curious of the difference between Intense Cafe and Roses Musk. I’m starting to think that it depends on the wearer’s chemistry; on my skin I find that Mancera’s blends just don’t perform well, the house’s chemistry just melts into my skin and disappears. -don’t get me wrong I’m not trying to say that the house is bad at all, just that we are incompatible-
Roses Musk is slightly creamier and more rose forward on my skin than Intense Cafe, and for some reason I can not smell it on my skin at all but I can smell it from a distance. It has this powderiness that burns my throat as time goes by, I had experienced this before with Lancôme’s La Nuit Trésor that used to be my signature scent. Maybe time doesn’t do these fragrances justice?

I personally prefer Intense Cafe because I think my skin is more compatible, the scent projects and performs much better. Very captivating fragrance, and fun fact: you can smell it all over the streets of Italy

EG123

I’ve been testing this for 3 days but this is such an odd perfume for my nose. It smells different every time I test it. First day was fully ROSE dominant - barely any sweetness. Second day it was very oriental, I smelled the vanilla. Now on the third day it smells beautiful! Warm vanilla sugar, rose, musk, and then there’s elements of wood, amber, spice that support the fragrance. This is a warm perfume and a heavy performer. The rose is still the dominant note, but imagine a pink candied rose laying in bed of vanilla sugar. It’s creamy and warm, yet still fresh.

Nadiast79

Horrible all around! None of the notes that are listed above are the actual notes.
smells like incense and cooking type of spices.

where are the roses and vanilla scent?!?!?

dubnobass

This is hands-down the strongest perfume I have ever smelled, with vast sillage and huge longevity. I sprayed it in the air in my kitchen and 2 days later I could still smell it on -me-! It is not a particularly complex fragrance, but for me the vanilla part definitely takes a back seat to rose. It isn't a particularly sweet rose in my view; I very often smell this when walking around London, usually emanating from twentysomething lads in sportswear wearing Balenciaga trainers. I now think of it as the smell of London. I'd like it more if it wasn't so strong, but alas for me it is too much and gives me a bit of a headache!

saintkoshka

Sweet candied roses. At first spray, roses dominate this scent, but as it progresses, it literally just turns into this sweet and cozy rose scent. I feel like this is a great all-rounder signature scent since it's not TOO sweet (as long as you don't overspray), so for any weather (be easy on the trigger during hot ones), I feel like this is a perfume you can wear anytime and any day.

Mariyamokshina

for me the sweetness and vanilla is a little overpowering all other notes im not a big in vanilla scents. i much prefer roses musk from montale.but if you like vanilla - this is the holy grail. I like that is has some fresh air notes , and at the same time cigarettes. it's strange but it all gies together vert well with how floral it is. the shas that ambroxan dna undertone which is my favorite thing about it.

Menma

It is like my second fav perfume!! I realllyyy adore this fragrance, I love it so much I can smell it every minute, And the durability is forever, I sprayed roses vanille to my scarf last year and when I get it the smell was still there so if you consider to buy, don't think for 1 more minute.

baraninka1987

It’s like Montale intense cafe but better! Slightly sweeter and touch less woodsy.

mechawitch

this became my signature scent for the winter as soon as i tried it for the first time! words can't describe how much i love this fragrance.

this is a yummy, jammy rose coated in syrupy vanilla! it's so good, cozy and beautiful. also, it is VERY SWEET, which is perfect for cavity-inducing fragrance lovers such as me! (seriously, if you're not into sugary fragrances, stay away from this beast! you probably won't like it!). when you first spray it you get a blast of sweet rose, and once it sets the vanilla comes out and makes it even more toothsome.

also, sillage is amazing and it lasts for ages! the first time i tried it i sprayed it just once in each wrist and i couldn't stop catching whiffs of it ALL DAY LONG! even more impressive was when i could still smell it in the scarf i sprayed it on THREE DAYS LATER! this is a saccharine, rosey BEAST!

i would say it's more fit for the winter, but i personally could wear this all year long (that's how much I'm in love with it). in summary: for me, this is THE rose fragrance and nothing else can top it.

pinkfairygumdrop

WOW I love this one, it's a sweet yummy plush Rose, smells sensual & amazing, I blind bought this but I love it. Mancera offers great value for 4 oz when you can find these bottles for less than $100. I also just got Velvet Vanilla and I cant wait to wear these in the spring, they smell so delicious and are excellent value. staying power and sillage is also very good. solid 9/10 from me!

Adjr1087

This is a beautiful, sweet, jammy and syrupy rose. BUT, I would suggest Rose Gourmand from Zara as a much more affordable alternative with he same scent, same projection and same longevity. They are 99% the same!
I can't wait to use these during springtime!

Meliaan

It lasts a long time and it's sooo intense!

roqayazaki

very intense and sweet but don’t blind buy this

KELIZ

Roses Vanille: Addictive & Devine!
After sampling for several days I purchased a full bottle. This is so beautiful and works day/night for every season except maybe Summer. I would swear there’s tobacco in this but not. I smell a hint of sweet tobacco throughout that lifts this beyond a typical vanilla/rose combo which makes it a super interesting frag.
The overall performance is spectacular.

Donnasentenza

Dear Fragrantica-lovers….. I have only one word for this darling:
EEEEexquisite!

leggomyprada

If there are differences between this and Intense Cafe, they are minimal.

Where this comes in a larger bottle, better atomizer, and overall better presentation, this one comes out on top for me.

Leans feminine, but a man could wear this anytime, especially in colder weather.

banjerine

Intense Cafe’s blonde little sister!

salinif

This is a perfect first date scent to wear with a guy you feel safe with, and want to show a flirty, feminine side to you that will hypnotise him into believing you are a sweet candied rose, sugar personified. The oiliness means it stays and sinks into your skin for hours, even until the next day. It's a beautiful occasion scent as it is strong and rich with sillage that will have others asking what you're wearing. Beyond the picture I've just painted, this is very wearable and would suit all instances and occasions from day to night, meaning your money is well spent.

gourmand_girlie

This starts out with a burst of rose oil - not the greenery of the roses, but the fragrant, sweet center of the flower.

Then it very quickly moves into a soft vanilla. So soft, that you have to smell deeply to fully get it. The vanilla feels like it has a hint of something smokey, almost like an incense note (must be the cedar - more like a "smoked" cedar); also has some "tang", like vanilla yogurt - but that part doesn't last long.

The rose oil seems to stay for a while before fading, but it's more of a background player to the vanilla throughout.

Overall this is lovely, and would be a great scent for Valentine's Day or anytime through the winter or spring - but it's too soft IMO and not memorable enough for my taste. I prefer BBW's Whipped Rose & Vanilla mist to this.

sapph0

Intense Cafe sans the coffee note!!! This smells how a rose Turkish Delight tastes.

Not entirely more complex than the name suggests (rose & vanilla), but people eat this up. When a well-dressed woman flags you down the block to find out what scent you’re wearing, it wins points. Not an immediate favorite because of its simplicity, but I’ve really grown to love it for that very reason.

LilyWhite14

If you’re into sweet feminine scents, don’t let the unisex marketing dissuade you from trying this one out. It starts off a little zesty, but it settles down to a very sweet and juicy rose, with the vanilla giving it the right amount of a spicy kick. Thankfully not in that burnt sugar or gourmand sense, it’s more of a natural sweetness. It gets a little woodsy and powdery on me after awhile, but I don’t mind that at all. Better than syrupy, which I’ve seen some people say they get from the dry-down. Thankfully I don’t experience that, but then again, I wear this mostly in cold weather.
The longevity is beyond incredible. 12+ hours on skin and well over 24 hours on clothing. Who knows how long, it’s hard to say. I wore a hoodie running errands all last weekend and once I had to wash it, I couldn’t believe how strongly I could still smell this perfume on it. Personally, I think that Roses Vanille is a very high quality perfume for it’s time and genre. It’s an underrated sweet floral in a market that’s oversaturated with so many overrated sweet florals.

scent.2go

This is heaven. Heaven in the bottle. Such a yummy scent. Polish doughnuts with rose marmalade filling smells exactly the same. I love it

jjluvsm9

Very safe blind buy! Lovely scent, does what it says on the tin - rosey vanilla sugary goodness. Yes it smells similar to Intense Cafe but less deep and no coffee note, I prefer Roses Vanille for the extra dose of sugar. Very wearable and excellent performance as I have found to be the case with all Montale scents. I own an old bottle (with the screw on cap) for reference. An easy spray and go without thinking type of scent. Gets a lot of compliments, an easy favourite and a must in my collection.

My rating: 9.3/10
Bf rating: 9.1/10

tskuster

Definitely worth it! It lasts a long time too.

If you are here from one of the many YouTube videos or Tiktoks that mention this perfume, please do yourself a favor and just purchase it already.

This scent is what I imagine a rich fairy princess would smell like(Maybe the tooth fairy since we know she’s got money). I know people have said that men can rock it, and maybe they can, however on me, it smells like I bathed with the world’s most expensive rose-scented body wash and then dusted myself in powdered sugar in a super feminine way. This perfume smells like a woman who brings perfectly selected hostess gifts to every gathering and never breathes an unkind word about anyone. However, I don’t see her carrying extroverted warmth or any real sensuality, just quiet sweetness. It’s not a caramel/amber/burnt sugar scent, but just sugar at its natural state.

Roses Vanille stays forever. I sprayed it on a sweatshirt Wednesday when I first received it, and I decided to leave it unwashed to see how long it would last. I’m washing it today, but it’s still hanging out there as strongly as the day I first sprayed it. It really forms a lovely bubble off the skin, and my husband commented on the scent trail. I walked up the stairs ahead of him, and he was like, “Wow, I can smell your perfume.” I’m newer to powerhouse perfumes (I’ve been largely a body spray gal), so this was new for both of us. FWIW, husband loves this scent. He kept coming back to hug me or smell it again, and he’s done the same today. He doesn’t even really care for perfume, so that’s saying something.

I have many perfumes now in my budding collection, but I’m going to find it hard to break away from wearing this one forever.

SomaNyx

This smells like sherbet candy sweets with a hint of tartness. I love it. A very feel good scent to get me through my working day. I think it would be great for a date night. More female than masculine leaning.

Candylover666

This smells EXACTLY like intense caffe by Montale.
I already own Intese Caffe and I absolutley adore it but damn, even tho the notes that are listed are not technically the same they smell like exact copies of eachother.
I’m a bit dissaponted because even tho I’ve seen many comparisons beetween the two I thought this one might still be slighlty different but no.
Now I technically have 220 ml of the same perfume, I guess this is gonna be my signature scent from now on lol.
Anyways, If you already have intense caffe DO NOT buy this one, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Onionmk

If you like this fragrance, do your self a favour and buy Mocha Wood by Fragrance World. A 100ml bottle can be had for £14.99 on ebay (at the time of writing this) and it smells exactly like this. The performance is comparable too.

Ninamariah

I will compare these following perfumes because I find comparing useful while trying to choose new scents for testing or even blind buys. I don't recommend bb for anyone even if I have many successful blind buys.

For some people these are maybe similar but for me these all are different! It’s like if you like a lot leopard print you find all leopard print different.

1. Mancera Roses Vanille
Sorry but again Mancera did it in very synthetical way. If you have a budget you can go for it, it's nice anyway but if you can invest more money then you should definitely choose Xerjoff's K'Bridge Club or stronger scent MFK Oud Satin Mood. Even Tiziana Terenzi's Delox is this same "note family" like as well Initio's Atomic Rose and those two are really good. If you prefer this kind of scent to be more vanilla and not so much rose and you want something cheaper this is your choice. In the opening I got rose as well but it fades away immediately after 15 minutes. This is just sweet vanilla, not so powdery either like MFK Oud Satin Mood is. This is not so strong and you have to spray many times during a day. Base notes are vanilla and musk. More affordable than others. (Maybe you want to test Montale Cafe Intense as well, very same kind of with a hint of a coffee.)
2. Xerjoff K'Bridge Club
If you prefer good combination of vanilla and rose. Very nicely blended good quality scent but this is quite weak scent compared to Tiziana Terenzi's Delox or MFK Oud Satin Mood. Vanilla and rose is anyway realistic and not synthetic at all. Beautiful scent for the office or everywhere when it's polite to think other people and how they will react to your scent. This is sophisticated version of vanilla and rose. This is a little bit fruity (like TT as well) compared to MFK OSM or Initio Atomic Rose. This is more vanilla and more sweet compared to Atomic Rose.
3. Maison Francis Kurkdjian Oud Satin Mood
This is the strongest one of these all. That scent is the beast and you definitely doesn't have to re-spray it during the day. This has all in the balance: vanilla, rose, oud and powdery accords. This I found out a little bit synthetic as well in the beginning and I was thinking this is not for me but this is really addicting scent. Some people say that they find out oud too loud but I think it's really not. This is not so sweet than K'Bridge, Roses Vanilla and Delox.
4. Tiziana Terenzi Delox
Stronger projection than Xerjoff K'Bridge Club, but anyway those two are the most similar to each other. Both has some hint of fruits as well and both are really vanilla. If you want to compare these to Initio's Atomic Rose TT has a coffee note and Atomic Rose is not so sweet, it's most unisex of these all and sometimes when I smell Atomic Rose I feel like it's Oud For Greatness added with rose. Good quality and long lasting scent. So coffee note you can find from this and Montale Cafe Intense (where the name is miss leading because the coffee note is weak) but I wouldn't compare these as a similar scents, there is too many separating things but if you just look the notes, those two look so similar. This is musk and amber based. I love this TT's Delox! This I definitely want a full bottle.
5.Initio Atomic Rose
Beautiful blend of rose and vanilla, so delicious, very good quality and this is amber based. With this you can't go wrong. Not too sweet, not too much rose. The most unisex of all these perfumes mentioned. Sometimes this is like Oud For Greatness added with rose and sometimes vanilla comes more through. Sometimes this even feels smoky but not in tobacco kind of way.

Despite what is the base notes here you can find these really similar scents. But since we all are different and we experience the scents so different ways I just recommend to sample all of these and decide after that. Or you can find yourself in the situation like me wanting almost all of those because I find so unique things between these as well. Mancera and Montale I don't like to have. Since I blind bought MFK OSM and fell in love with that I would like to have as well some more "shy" scent from rose-vanilla -combo. I think I will buy FB of Delox and Atomic Rose.

Tran Tran

Purely roses and vanilla, I dont know why but for some times of the day it even smells like tamarind candy to me, not so sure where the sour note is from. Is it the lemon?, although not listed in the accords. Not overwhelmingly sweet to me (oh well I enjoy sweet scents so your opinion may vary). It lasts on me for 4-5 hours then the next 2-3 hours it becomes a skin scent. The roses linger till the very end which is a plus.

cosmeto fee

Love it: you smell roses and vanilla, no cheat on the product. And it is a sweet vanilla and a candied rose, very gourmand without being too cloying. It is a linear parfume, no complexity but the notes are what I like and no bad surprises

RSA_Mla

I wore this, just spray 4 times, unisex perfume, vanilla, and rose are really amazing with the powdery sweet scent. Took a public transport train. People around me started sniffing and looking at each other, men and women, just feeling each other. The facial reaction is just all SMILE. I smile back.

SyrianKaisar

This is 100% Unisex.

Woolly Israelita

I wanted to like it, but i don't. It's high pitched on my skin even in the dry down.

lanabroz

I stopped buying other perfumes!!!!

This perfume is the love of my life.
It's sweet rose, spicy, woodsy. Even if there's rose in it, it's not floral to me but a real gourmand.
It smells edible, delicious, exotic.

I can't smell any lemon or water notes, to my nose it's just a splash of sweetness. Well balanced sweetness, not overwhelming one that gives headache.

She's rich, dressed in silk and cashmere, oriental beauty, wearing heavy gold jewelry and heavy eye make up. She's sweet (rose/vanilla) but woman with the edge (spiciness/woodsyness). She can't go unnoticed and she's smells like Mancera Roses Vanille.
Wearing this perfume will make you feel just like this.

Longevity - Great. You can spray it in the morning and smell good all day. I used to have my perfume always in my bag before. No need with this one it stays faithful.

Projection - Good. You can't go unnoticed. Especially by men who love gourmand perfumes.

Bottle - 😐

Good dupe is Rose Gourmande by Zara.

Great dupe is Extreme Rose by Louis Varel.

Have them both and performance is really good and nobody will be able to smell the difference.

LaContessina

Love it... but in small doses and not everyday, as its sweetness can be overwhelming.
As others have said, it a gourmand: sweet powedery rose, round delicate and overloaded with sugar, or candy floss.
The drydown is sugar and vanilla.
Linear, very girly, feminine.
Lasts forever and a day, for that reason it can be annoying (i sprayed this on my pajamas at bed time 2 days ago and the scent is still there, and going strong: pajamas goes to the washing machine as i can't stand it anymore).
Not sure if or when I'll finish my bottle, however it's a steady like.

Ps: very similar to other Manceras, plus there are many dupes around. You may want to check those first before committing to a FB.

I got a sample of this for my daughter as she loves rose perfumes. It reminds me of a super cheap fragrance by a Vegan perfume company called Eden (which I never see on this site). The fragrance is Portobello Road "Crafted to resemble the aura of London’s Portobello markets, it’s as sweet as they come and cries ‘come here and give me a hug!’ If you love vanilla, then this should be the lucky charm you carry around with you in all situations, and if that isn’t enough for you, then how about a lovely bouquet of rose in the heart and sweet, sensual maple syrup in the base? It’s like a gorgeous warm doughnut, or a maple pecan plait but so, so much better." The initial roses in the opening of this scent are more luxurious and tuberosey than the Eden one but the drydown is the same. Sugary, Turkish delight and a little powdery.

It smells just like Afnan Souvenir Bouquet to me, which apparently is a Delina dupe? They are all not my taste of perfume, including this one. Altho Roses Vanille is not as sharp on the nose as the previous 2.
It’s not mentioned in the notes but I smelled something like rhubarb or whatever it just really reminds me of like an arabian perfume. I don’t get much vanilla, if any. It’s there somewhere in the far background at the very beginning (if you take a really deep whiff), and slightly again at the very end when the scent is starting to fade (after 6 hours ish). But otherwise it’s really just something pungent and sharp on the nose all thru out the wear (again, probs the rhubarb).

If anybody in the UK is interested in buying a big bottle of this 99%full please message me... Its way too sweet and feminine for me I thought I would like this as I love vanilla fragrances.. But this is most definitely for the ladies only...
Thanks

This is bright linear lemon juice, white sugar, glucose syrup, mild non-descript floral and synthetic polish. Bright, solar, sweet, juicy, and attention grabbing. Not as beast mode as some of the other montale and MANCERA perfumes. 8 hours on skin and 14 hours on clothes. At the end of a 12 hour shift this smells like MFK Gentle Fluidity.
This is overhyped. Itis nice and worth a try but not ground breaking perfumery at all.

I bought a decant of this because it is not available in my country. I'm a bit disappointed because I was hoping for more projection and something more unique. I tried red tobacco and instant crush from Mancera but only instant crush had that strong projection. I don't know why both I and my sister smell lychee in this fragrance, it does smell pretty but kinda like baby wipes...

My mom said it smelled like her grandma… smells old and reminded her of piss… I don't smell that but I agree with her that it doesn’t smell expensive. She didn’t notice my perfume when she stepped into the room.

I’ll try it out again another time maybe it’s just not the vibe today… I’ll give it another review soon I guess.

after 2hrs: I still smell it on me, it smells sweeter and sugary but it's not a very addictive scent. Kinda forgettable.

update:
when my sister tests this on herself it makes me wanna puke.

update:
I'm starting to kinda like it

Okay.. on first sniff I thought.. wow this really reminds me of something else I smelled - then I see gentle fluidity gold, THATS IT.

Let’s start by saying this is very rose forward, the vanilla and sugar are definitely also there. There’s no denying that this is a hyper feminine scent. The water does not at all make this aquatic, it more so lifts it and gives the fragrance a lightness, keeping it from becoming too heavy. I don’t smell any lemon but the fragrance itself has a slight tartness which I guessed was the type of rose, but I guess it could also be the lemon.

So upon wearing this a few times on skin and on clothes. I really do enjoy it. It smells really good lightly layered with aoud cafe also. It’s sweet and feminine. I’ll probably keep a full sized bottle of this. Unfortunately it’s definitely not what people describe it as. It’s not at all beast mode for me :/. I re sprayed 3x in a 8 hour shift. I don’t find manceras as beast mode as people describe them which is a shame. Definitely a compliment getter tho!

This is a beautiful sweet fragrance. Reminds me of Turkish delight, as someone noted below. The lemon note adds a lovely freshness to the rose and vanilla, making it suitable for spring as well as colder months. I found this on allbeauty.com for a really good price.
