Narciso Poudree by Narciso Rodriguez is a Woody Floral Musk fragrance for women. Narciso Poudree was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Aurelien Guichard. Top notes are Jasmine, Bulgarian Rose and Orange Blossom; middle note is Musk; base notes are Coumarin, Cedar, Vetiver and Patchouli.

With Narciso Eau de Parfum (2014), Narciso Rodriguez continued with its musky scented creations in minimalistic bottles that began with the debut fragrance Narciso Rodriguez For Her (2003). In June, 2015, Narciso Eau de Toilette was presented in a square, black bottle. The collection's new fragrance for early 2016 is housed in a bottle of delicate skin color that befits the name Narciso Poudrée.

This story of sensuality and seduction continues with a new chapter - velvety, powerful and delicate at the same time; warm and strong Narciso Poudrée. The goal was to create a fragrant cloud that highlights a natural and mature femininity. Powdery musk dominates the heart of the perfume, which opens with a floral combination of Bulgarian rose and white jasmine. Woody notes of vetiver, black and white cedar end the composition.

The face of the perfume is Raquel Zimmermann. Narciso Poudrée is available as 30, 50 and 90 ml Eau de Parfum.

Gorgeous perfume for colder weather, when I wear this I feel like a queen even if I'm in my trackies because I smell fabulous baby.

asimpleperfumelover

If this was like its dry down all the time, it would be worthy of the name Poudree. That's when I smell the most beautiful makeup powder scent that I can't get enough of, compared to its start when it's too warm and sweet, even resembling Hypnotic Poison.

silkyvanilla

I love this perfume. I think this is a classy and cozy perfume perfect for fall and winter.

Cosmo's moon

Someone somewhere said this smells like Avon Far Away and now I can’t un-smell it. But in comparison, Poudree is more modern and clean. Far Away has a smokiness that sometimes comes off as a dirtiness, but this doesn't have that at all. This is fresher, smells like a soft powder and mildly sweet vanilla. Not a super makeup-y powder, but a clean powder. And it’s not as powdery as I was expecting. To my nose, the creamy vanilla kinda outweighs that. I can easily see someone wearing it as an every day scent and it has great longevity.

bellalandia

This packaging is everything. So beautiful. Same with the name. It gives coquette, soft girl but classy and cozy. I tried it just because it caught my eye and right away I had big hopes for it. You can read on the packaging that its a powdery musk scent and I already knew im gonna love it. I love sweet, powdery fragrances, and musk? I love musk! Dream came true. ...Or did it?
Well, the scent is kinda powdery, but not in a warm and comfortable way but rather cleaning product/chemical/cold way. But I was not giving up! I sprayed it on my hands, arms, clothes.. I needed to make it work. Maybe after 15 min this weird herby note will go away? I kept sniffing myself like a lunatic. People love it.. Why cant I?
Even after long time this one weird note kept being persistant. For me it destroyed the whole perfume. I could survive with chemical musk i guess, but this one annoying note.. I hated it. Maybe its patchouli? Im not sure. Maybe vetiver? Its super strong and not a good match in this blending in my opinion.
An the end I will say that it smells like a mature woman that is harsh and angry.

Graciegrace

Love! This is my signature scent. I love musky smell and this is my most favorite of Narciso's.
It smells like a friendly comfortable woman.
It is clean and powdery but not like laundry, warm but far from cloying even in hot humid surrounding, it's acceptable for office work, but it has slight sweetness to make it feminine enough to be worn on a date.
It smells sort of elevated. I feel prettier when i wear this. :)

After a few hours i cannot smell it on my skin, but it lingers on my shirt. People notice it within personal distance or when you walk pass them by.

Parfluive

This perfume, (but also all other scents that i love) makes me feel so grateful there exists such a magical thing as perfumery, and i feel incredibly lucky to know this in my life.🩷

Narcisso poudree has everything i love about a clean musky scent. It's fluffy. The fluffiest. A little bit cold and aloof but so warmhearted.
It's definitely sensual in this way too, very sexy in a cozy way.
I can't distinguish separate notes which i'm learning is the sign of a well blended masterpiece?
I'n my experience this definitely is.💗

I wear this when i want to feel soft, gentle and hyper feminine and comforted in one go.
And when i want to have a gentle confidence without being offensive.
But i do wear it for me, one spray on the inside of a loose woolley jumper for example, just so i can get this scent's lovely impressions during my workday.

Poudree is addictive and absolutely gorgeous.
Just perfect and i hope they will never discontinue this wonderful scent.🤍💖💗

One of my first perfumes (got it at 15) - a really powdery and delicate perfume with a lot of lasting power and good sillage, heavy on the musk and jasmine(!almost overpowering!). It's not sweet but it's feminine. When I got it my mother noted that it smells like old women's perfume. It's really sophisticated. However I feel like the tester differs from the actual bottle because I fell head over heels for the testing decant (as far as getting the shower gel+lotion set too) but didn't ever use the full bottle. I also realized that I don't like musky powdery perfumes, now that I've done research into perfumery and notes. I like my muscs and powders well blended-in and supporting, not central, so this is a meh 5/10 perfume for me.
A safe blind buy if u like clean subtle musky powdery perfumes (and probably a lot of other of Narciso's perfumes) but it may still be too heavy on the jasmine notes!

romanticblossom

This is a beautiful, feminine powdery perfume. It has a really good longevity. It opens floral powdery. It has a cleanness to it, something floral just enough to make it womanly. It gets me so much compliments and is just enough sweetness to keep it interesting.
I’m a mother and I think this is such a nice perfume to have. It doesn’t offend anyone. The powderness reminds you of cosmetic and babypowder, really maternal and womanly.
I love Narciso fragrances, together with Rouge, Pure Musc and edp for her these ones are my favourite of all. It’s a loooove! I’m on my third bottle of poudree and I will always try to keep one in my collection.

Nadia1401

Based on the name of this perfume I expected a soft powdery, almost skin scent, but unfortunately this is a beast. It has soft notes, some powder, but I’d say “creamy” and “musky” is a more appropriate descriptor.

I very much enjoy creamy, soft and powdery notes, but what I get from this one each time I spray it is an overwhelming “perfumy” note. You know, that stereotypical department store perfume smell. Is that the “musk”? It is so strong and overpowers all the soft notes that were the very reason I blind bought this in the first place. This is loud, persistent, and borders on screechy, and I feel suffocated when I wear it, like I cannot escape its chokehold. Not at all what I wanted or expected from a perfume called “Poudree”.

In summary, it’s a very pretty perfume, and it smells good. But it is too strong for a powder-scented perfume and I would feel self-conscious wearing this around people because I’d be worried I’m suffocating them. A shame because I very much enjoy most of NR’s other offerings.

I love this and am sad that my 100ml is now empty (or is it? That silvering on the inside makes it pretty hard to actually know... 🤷).

This to me is someone in a soft, fluffy, pink jumper. It's like an aunt with powdery makeup and a hug. It's enveloping. If someone asked me to describe this in one word, I'd choose soft. So it's mainly powdery but with a soft pink rose and some white florals, mainly a soft jasmine in the background, but there's also a sweetness, which is a soft tonka, smelling like a little spiced vanilla and sweet on top of a soft powdery musk.

Before I finished this, I debated whether to rebuy it. I decided no and got Ambrée instead. That was a mistake. I don't love Ambrée, nor do I love Rouge. This is the one for me.

CozyK

Love this one, much better on the skin and probably safe for most people(chemistry). Feels like a comforting boss mom who is nurturing, assertive, graceful, and gives purposeful hugs, she also has a classy but comfortable style.

Classy, Warm, Feminine Powdery Rose

Gabizz

Not for me, unfortunately.

Update: this fragrance smells like the 90’s. Nostalgic.

petra_ita

A powdery musky jasmin scent. This is a classy put-together mom in a cashmere sweater, quiet elegance. Soft, warm and comforting, definitely for colder months. I love it.

Blueberries

Smells familiar and like the color of the bottle; beige, vintage powder. More sweet than I expected but nothing's sharp and when I press my nose to my skin, there's a beautiful rose peeking through the musk. Not a fragrance for me though, the vanilla/coumarin combined with the florals, spice and muskiness makes it too sweet.

Moderate-strong sillage/longevity.

herculano

I am selling a big bottle, no box, nearly full.

I just dont wear it.

In fact, i will be selling all of my Narciso cubes. This includes the discontinued white cube, and the discontinued edt in black.

All are beautiful, truly, but ive come to realize they are not my style.

All are nearly full.

If someone wants all three i might be willing to cut a deal.

szeon

This was my first introduction to NR, and I have to say, I am so glad I tried his other work instead of letting this leave an impression on me. I love musk notes and powdery scents in almost any perfume, but this was just overwhelming and almost unbearable to withstand. The smell to me was unpleasant and I couldn't be around it, even after giving it a trial period of a week. Initial sprays of the perfume reminded me of how hairspray smelled when you used a blowdryer, and I didn't like how it sat on my skin so I ended up giving it away. I recommend his other perfumes more.

BikiniSoTeeny

Quintessential musky powder, feminine but a bit sassy IMO. For the scent profile I think that sillage is phenomenal. Spring must have for me!

shery k

idk why i expect sth more beautiful
this fragrance has so sweet scent plus makeup powders maybe my mom old lipstick not bad maybe not for me
i know my friend she love this scent so much

hirayanaapuhap

I bought a decant of this scent just to try it on my skin. I really love it, though. The only problem is my body chemistry because my skin is dry and I'm one of those asians with the ABCC11 gene version that has no smell and has really dry earwax (especially when dehydrated) so my skin is like a paper for the powdery musky perfumes, as I have learned.

It smells great on my sister though, she has oily skin and her scent smells like a sweet smoke. NR pouderee smells like a cotton on her without the annoying laundry-like/detergent scent one can get on most powdery-musky-aldehyde perfumes. The rose and coumarin outshine the jasmine. It smells great on her.

I tried it on my parents, it smelled the same with me. But when I tried it on my boyfriend, the orange blossom took the spotlight on his skin which was surprising.

Overall, I really like this one and would consider to buy one when I have the extra money just for the collection. But I won't really use it. Maybe just on a few special occasions when I feel like changing my vibe but not often. I would have rated it with a heart eyes if only my skin and body chemistry cooperated.

CatOwned

I like powdery but there is something I dislike upon initially spraying and in the drydown. Also, this perfume isn't particularly sweet imo.

However the more I smell this, the more I like it. It almost has a your skin, but better cozy scent to it.

Still not my favorite powdery type of smell though.

This makes me think of laundry and soap more than powdery. I do not find this perfume as powdery as the name suggests? This is a comforting scent. I think it will be in my bedtime scents rotation.

MoreScentsThanDollars

I hear you Matilda honey, yes this one has conflicting reviews.
On my skin she is a very strong and long lasting, she's a big love, super heady, powdery, almost plastic type of smooth pink scent.
I am kinda glad waltzing Matilda isn't in love with her and I will welcome home poudree.
I look forward to your embrace and will send Matilda a beautiful strong rose scent. 🌹💖

Waltzing Matilda

First off, I love the bottle - so elegant and understated. The juice is very soft and pretty, and I really love it. It will be great for the warmer months here in Oz. The sad thing is, I'm not experiencing the strength and staying power that others are. Sadly, it isn't a statement perfume on me and I so wish it was. It's really gorgeous and a safe fragrance for the office - I'm not sure at this stage though whether it's a keeper (take note Mon, wink wink).

UlianaM

This is the quintessence of powdery scent.

It starts with flowers- jasmine and rose and quickly changes into musky powder.
Something like coumarin or patchouli is in the base. It's not sweet like vanilla or tonka, but has a 'green' note.
Very pleasant , feminine and sexy smell. But as I said it's a strong one and if you overspray accidentally - the headache is guaranteed. And you may "ruin the scent" =it will be cloying.

It has a vintage vibe, but it's kind of a royal vintage.

The silage is monstrous. If you think, you can't smell, think again. If you don't feel it 20 minutes or3h after, it doesn't mean people around cannot either. They can. Trust me. We can. Even if you're 5 meters away.

Definitely try before buying.

Gyps

I bought this because I can’t get the edp in the white cube any more, which I really do like. This one is softer, does not last on my skin and powdery. It’s nice, nothing to write home about, and inoffensive. That being the case I will be able to wear it to work. It’s classy and elegant, but again, the aroma is fleeting (on me). If anyone can recommend a NR fragrance that is strong please hit me up in a message, as I like the NR perfumes but none seem to last on me unfortunately. The white cube was the best one on me.

dariaka

It's very strong but it's also addictive. It takes some time to get accustomed to the smell but it's really nice and "rich-smelling" in the sense that it would suit a successful and confident woman. I wouldn't like it in my early twenties but I adore it now (but I'm careful trying not to overspray myself with it 'cause it can really be suffocating).
It's also powdery and gives off vintage vibes which I like but not everyone might do so

NARCISO RODRIGUEZ

🤍 Narciso Poudrée 🤍
Aurelien Guichard 2016

❤️ Narciso Rouge ❤️
Nadege le Garlantezec and Sonia Constant 2018

I fell in love totally with these cubes (Narciso line) - brands cozy, soft and subtle yet rich perfumes with NR’s signature musk, like the delicate and more simple clean musk scents as well from “for her” line. Both of these two are very feminine. These minimalistic bottles are simply beautiful.

🤍 Poudrée opens up with a powdery opulent floral bouquet of white Jasmine and Bulgarian Rose and it’s velvety smooth musky heart makes it so fluffy. It’s creamy, mellow, sensual and it’s clean and cozy in the same time. Poudrée is not fresh and airy like perfumes in “for her” line. It feels that it’s close to the skin but after smelling the clothes next day you notice that the scent it’s persistent and long lasting. The scent has woody base with Vetiver and Cedar. You can’t separate Vetiver here anyway.

❤️ Unfortunately discontinued Rouge is a little bit more powerful and Iris brings a different kind of powdery feeling to it. It’s deeper, lipsticky like, even a little bit plasticy, yet Bulgarian Rose keeps it still very soft, feminine and warm. The concoction is still smooth, fluffy and creamy yet the overall feeling is woodier. The colours of the bottles indicate perfectly the character of the scent.

➡️ These scents are not like “Rosy”, “White floral” or “Iris” scents like you may think. Both are pretty scents, I like them a lot but the flowers are not like I have used to experience them - in natural way. Scents can be as well cloying especially in hot weather. I have noticed that it’s better not to spray them straight away under the nose or sniff them close to the skin, the moderate sillage lingering in the air is very attractive and indulgent though. Imo Rouge and Poudrée are the most gorgeous on clothes. The smell is irresistible and addictive. People seem to find Vanilla accord from Rouge but I don’t agree. It’s rather that cozy soft slightly sweet feeling in the dry down.

abcdefgeps

I love this! I blind bought this one. I checked the accords, notes and reviews (good and bad), and I still wanted to buy it. When I received it, it smells really like makeup powder.

It's powdery floral. My fiance loves it on me as well. He said it smells very feminine, like a reserved woman going to church.

It flourishes when it's cold. When wearing it in humid places, it becomes creamy on me, which is okay but I prefer to wear it on cold places/weather.

OneThinksOneNose

Only one spray on my wrist and I thought to myself, this is a nice and quiet fragrance. 20 minutes later my entire apartment was filled with a powdery, soapy, milky fragrance from this single spray. My dog ran around sniffing the air until she tired herself out. I am impressed with how nuclear this fragrance is. It's lovely and not everyone will enjoy it.

To my nose this smells a lot like Secretions Magnifiques.

islaarichardson

i love this perfume. it is my signature scent because it works so well with my chemistry, it’s become a second skin. gets me compliments everywhere i go, especially when i give hugs. the scent is so feminine yet unique, very musky and sweet, with just the perfect hint of rose. it smells like marshmallows and rose water.

yukikiki

I guess the name really gives it away. Powder that rich aunties would use. Just straight powder... with some wetness to it? Not a thick white floral, but it's a white floral type of powder. It's not cheap or soapy in any way, but it's clean and put together. It can be very soft, almost pillowy. For a grown adult mindset, and very office safe. Dont think it's for me though. I can handle some powder in fragrances but not this much unfortunately. Performance is good enough for the day, not beast mode nor does it vanish into thin air.

ljsmith

When I think of powdery scents I usually think warm and welcoming, but this one is dry and cold, bordering on frigid. Nearly metallic. I love it.

Maggan

It is a bit hard to put this perfume on perfect, too little makes it dissapear after just some hours, too much makes it a sillagemonster, too strong even the day after. But with the ”right” spray it is a wonderful perfect perfume, always right, for every occasion.

Classiclover84

This perfume is so soft and beautiful and it lasts about 8 hours. Great for layering and projects beautifully. So soft and sexy.

ballerinanoir

Update.

The most frequent comment I get when wearing this is: “You smell something very expensive!”…

I wrote before that this scent reminds me of a high end make- up set or very luxurious spa or skincare line. That s it, it s how expensive or high quality smells for most people. But not overpowering, though.

Enjoy!

VasPet

It became my go-to perfume from day one. I love it! It is powdery, yes, but it has a unique powderiness that I have never smelled before. It is very sensual I would say and very much woody. It has the classic musk of NR and the floral is there, mostly the white floral, but it is definitely not the main scent. The smell that lingers on my skin after some hours is so good, it is sweet vanilla with musk and a very slight woodiness.

A friend of mine described it as mom and milf at the same time and to this day I think it is the best description.

Kinnyski

Ugh! It's confirmed. I am anosmic to musk. I literally smelled a faint powdery scent which totally disappeared in 3 minutes. I was going to rate this as a dud but someone walked in and complimented how clean and classy I smelled. I made other people try this and they said they could smell it and it was wonderful. I won't repurchase bec I want to be able to smell myself. Will probably just finish this. I am told it smells like someone who was born into quiet luxury old money.

Deliza1997

Very mature and powdery scent for this reason the reviews can be very polarizing. My first impression was meh. But after using it for a few times it has grown on me.Will not recomend if you are in your early twenties definitely not to teenagers. You can rock it in a corporate office environment but not suitable for a nightout or a romantic date.

missingbonnet

All I smell is a powdery fragrance. I can smell it at arms length. However, I don't see myself wearing this.

Update: have to say, wearing this out of town made me feel fresh and I get the hype and how addicting it can be.

juniperlilacs

A talcum powder sex bomb. Could wake a man from the dead. Any more than a couple of sprays and somewhat ironically it’s a guaranteed headache for you and your intimate partner. But if you want to say, “I’m freshly showered and ready to f**k” with even less subtlety than that, this is the perfume for you. However, with great power and powder comes great responsibility, and Pavlov would have loved this. I can no longer allow my husband anywhere near a bottle of Johnson & Johnson or even a Maybelline compact lest he get us thrown out of the supermarket. I love all things powdery so I was sad when the sample ran out but also kind of relieved to have survived it. Poudree would have taken over my house and charged me rent. If you wore this in an enclosed space I would slap you and then shake your hand.

(Edited to add: Astonished by the many reviews calling this a subtle skin scent when I experienced it as a monster silage punch to my face and all the faces around me, that I had to make a conscious effort to keep separate from other fragrant experiences like eating! It really does depend on your chemistry, doesn’t it. Definitely try it on skin first.)

Colin's Baby

It’s one of my favorite scents. It smells expensive, unique and definitely lasts long. You can still literally smell it the next day on your skin and even longer on your clothing. I have other expensive perfumes which also smells good but either I smell it on other people or some of my perfumes smell similar with each other.

ava96

There are many bottles of this at Munich airport, unsure if they've started making it again?
Anyways, I didn't like it, there is a pee note in it to my nose and I can't live with it. Too bad, in the drydown it disappears and it's pleasant, but not worth that pee opening. I'm glad I didn't blind buy it second-hand when I had the chance.

MrsMRe

I found a small bottle for a great price and decided to blind buy. First impression: fluffy aldehydic ambery cola? The powder note strikes me as cosmetic rather than talc--perfume-y, but pleasantly so, like what Miranda Priestly's vanity might smell like. For a soft and subtle fragrance, it is very strong. I barely misted my left arm and it's inescapable even with a sleeve over it. I'm going to stash it away and see if it smoothes out a bit.

WhiteFlowerPrincess

I do like this fragrance and I find it quite tasteful, classy and innofensive, but it's not particularly memoarable in any way to me and it just reminds me too much of light pink powder on a light pink powder puff. I do guess it is in the name "poudrée" though and I did used to own this and wear this when I was in my powdery fragrances phase.

I LOVE the opening of the jasmine, rose and orange blossom and I find this part of the fragrance very feminine and womanly smelling. It makes me think of spring time too. I honestly wish that this part lasted a bit longer, since what comes next was a slight let down to me.

There was a little too much musk in the heart notes and I would have preferred it in the base as well, with the rose taking the musk's place in this phase of Narciso Poudrée. I feel like it would have made this fragrance more romantic smelling and well-balanced, instead of smelling slightly like baby powder. Expensive baby powder mind you, but still baby powder!

I liked the combination of vetiver and cedar wood in the base, since it gives this fragrance some needed depth and it prolongs the wear time of the scent to a good 9 and a half hours, with a good moderate sillage. I could have done without the hay-like coumarin and the earthy, dank and not particularly pleasant patchouli though. That made me like this fragrance slightly less too.

I'd say that this fragrance is a very work appropriate and innofensive scent that you could wear to work, casual outings or to the gym during spring, fall or winter and I can say it won't give anyone any headaches or cause any complaints.

But because of mainly a couple of base notes that I didn't like and the lack of wow factor I got from Narciso Poudrée, I am giving it a 7 out of 10.

KatherineTs

It’s.. too… musky. I smelled it in a fragrance shop and as I generally love Narcisso perfumes, I really liked it, but not skin, not mine, not anyone else’s. It’s overwhelming and gives me a headache. It’s not that powder what I thought it would be

J'aimeunefragrance

It’s innocent yet in your face at the same time, does that make sense? Pairs perfectly with rainy days for some reason.

SundayGirl07

Musky vanilla. I'm not a huge fan of vanilla so I'll pass on this but if you love vanilla, you should give this a shot. It's very vanilla heavy.

Caitydidnt

This reminds me of my grandma: Coty powder and White Diamonds perfume. All powder, musk, and a hint of white florals. After several hours the powdery smell lessens and it becomes a little sweeter. It actually reminds me of Gucci’s Mémoire d’une Odeur, which I’m also not a fan of. It definitely feels nostalgic and I can get the comforting/cozy factor but it’s just not for me.

vixxiimcmlxxxvii

This is the only perfume that has given my Prada Candy Kiss a run for her money. It’s different of course but they both give me such a clean, comfy feeling. This fragrance is me, living my absolute MOST millennial, just-had-my-second-baby, work-from-home, in-bed-by-ten, haha! It’s smooth like a very expensive hand cream, one my mom would have owned. She’d never have worn this as she loved more aromatic, heavy scents (Clinique Aromatics Elixir, Wrappings and—my personal favorite of hers—Crabtree and Evelyn’s Nantucket Briar), but there’s still something so 'mama' about it. Which is precisely why I bought it!

In my part of Arizona, it stays hot well into what you all refer to as “fall.” It’s September 18th and still 100 degrees out. I’m looking forward to enjoying this in the colder weather.

If you are like me and think you don’t like rose, don’t be afraid of it here. The musk still wins, as you could imagine. This is my first NR fragrance and I’m excited to explore more. But also, this one is so perfect, so why would I bother?? It is so sweet--yes, powdered sugar as described here several times. Powdered sugar and again, VERY luxury hand cream. To put it simply, it's genius.

The occasion for this is…at home, running errands, fresh out of the shower/before bed, or honestly any time you just don’t feel like smelling like nothing. So beautiful and close to the skin after a little while, for a long while, so if you’re cuddled up with a sweetie, I can’t imagine they wouldn’t love smelling it on your neck and chest all night! Feminine and womanly, although I did rate it unisex because of it's clean vibe. I wouldn't want to smell it on MY partner, but I think this might be the epitome of inoffensive.

Edit: Since I got this, it's literally the only perfume I care to wear. I feel like it's so fitting to me...casual, cozy, comfy. So TERRIBLY ADDICTIVE. Backup bottle on the way along with two white cubes. I wonder which one I will prefer! I deeply regret approaching perfume with blinders on and avoiding whole houses and brands for years. My next project will be to convert my boyfriend to musky, powdery scents!

marialena888m

It’s like powdered sugar mixed with rose talcum powder. I personally don’t like it. I love powdery scents, but this one feels one-dimensional and the ‘powdered sugar’ effect is annoying (eventhough I normally love sweet scents). It’s not unpleasant and I wouldn’t mind smelling it on others, it just bores me and I felt annoyed wearing it. I can see how some will find this scent fluffy and delicate though. I’ve now smelled most of NR’s scents, and my favorite so far is Pure Musc, absolutely love that one…the rest, not so much.

Beeboss

I absolutely adore this perfume. It's quickly turning into my favorite scent! The drydown is perfect, warm, fluffy and comforting, with a natural-feeling sweetness! I think it's suitable for any age, even though it may seem a little mature. I can't stop smelling myself. I need a lot of backup bottles!

LaurenHenning

I love this fragrance! Very powdery, with a distinctly lovely scent. I wouldn't be able to confuse it for something else. Good performance. I often apply Narciso's For Her perfume, followed by Poudree, get excellent longevity and performance, and these two scents are lovely together. Both have a lifetime place in my collection. :)

yanitsvet

It's not bad but quite an ordinary and forgettable scent. I thought it would be a more youthful fragrance, but it smells like a mature woman to me. The scent is rather soft and vintage, lacking freshness in it, so it's suitable for the cooler seasons. It doesn't smell sexy or seductive for me. I associate it with a 50 year old good looking woman walking in the park in autumn. I don't mean she couldn't be sexy but not with this scent for sure.
On my skin, it lingers for about 3 hours.

Jsalma

If snuggling with your cat is a smell, definitely this one depicts it perfectly. Soft roses with good amount of musk (not too suffocating)

ballerinanoir

Narciso fragrances are money well spent for me. And investment for my mood.
Good sillage and lasting power.

The Narciso line, specifically, reminds me of a woman that has it all together and keeps it professional (Edp, Edt and Poudree, the other ones I am not a big fan of).

It is a “serious” scent, although delicate. Safe for work, but not if you overspray it. It is sophisticated and fancy. I would say it smells like an expensive make-up set or some very posh skincare product.

My early morning scent and on days I need to feel like I am handling it. I feel like Olivia Pope wearing this. lol

Makes me happy to wear it.

viktorijavla

I used to dislike Narciso Rodriguez fragrances greatly - they smelled like soap to me.
Today, I tried out the Poudree and found it to be really nice. Extremely clean, sensual, feminine, and soft. Despite it being around 25 degrees outside, it did not seem overly cloying to me. The white florals were not too loud, and the dry down brought to mind the scent of body lotion.
I received a compliment on the same day from a co-worker.

Added to my wishlist.

cheleine

Testing this during the summer and it feels heavy, suffocating and synthetic.
I was hoping to get that sweet fluffy vanilla cloud that people were talking about, since I need a comforting bedtime scent right now but all I got on my skin was an oppressive dusty-musty vintage powder.
Will be testing again in the fall/winter.

Edit: I’ve come to appreciate this more when the weather is turning cooler, it’s like it’s a different perfume. It feels quite soothing. I’ll test again in wintertime.

cowboygenesis

i'm so surprised to see that one of the listed cons is 'not powdery enough'! this is, hands down, as powdery as you can get in a fragrance... and i adore it. it's classy and warm, a perfect fragrance for a date night; yet you could definitely get away with wearing this on the daily. on the contrary, i can see how this scent could be cloying or nauseating to some, so i definitely don't recommend blind buying this one.

Lmhester

I love the opening and dry down, classy powdery goodness. Sweet and musky. Love the hint of vetiver.
The middle notes are not for me, they turn slightly BO or Chinese food on my skin. But it's not so bad that I can't get through that. Will definitely wear regularly.

DichterundDenker

The powderiest scent ever. The most sensual fragrance ever.

If a woman wants to seduce me, all she has to do is wear Narciso Poudree. Absolutely seductive! And of course I own the scent. On lonely nights I spray it on and sink into erotic dreams. A masterpiece!

JenSmellsSOGood!

This smells SO good! Very soft and feminine. Mature even. There's something about it that reminds me of Hypnotic Poison EDT...minus the sweetness, and Fashion Fair makeup. My only issue is that it's way too light. I want more boom from my fragrances. I have the shower gel and lotion and it still doesn't project for me. Perfect skin scent after a shower, getting into a freshly changed bed. But I wouldn't wear this out...it's the kind of fragrance you have to bring with to reapply. But if you had a meeting/need to be in close contact w others, it's perfect. Very pretty scent.

NewToTheGame

i hated it at first because of how strong and powdery the opening is. I sprayed it at the airport and i could smell it the whole time during the flight. it developed into the most perfect creamy powdery musky scent. smells like a warm comforting hug from your mother.

Sweet scents 00

If you are into clean, fresh, musky scents then this is for you. First time i smelled it and i got addicted. I bought it immediately. It is powdery, sweet, definitely gives off clean girl, angelic, good girl vibes.
Love it , one of my favourite fragrances.
The only problem is that it doesn’t last long myb 3-4 hours, then the smell becomes so faint and light. This is how it projects on me, it really depends on your skin chemistry.

Lotte_Liese

What does love at first sniff smell like? I can tell you- Narciso poudrée. The interplay of delicate white florals, expensive white musk, and a rather sweet, pink rose has made me a believer.
Nothing about this fragrance is masculine, absolutely nothing. This is subtle femininity in a bottle. It is not a powder bomb, but it is a powdery fragrance. Not strong, but it definitely has presence.
My only peeve is the overabundance (to me) of musk.
Update: I keep going back to retest this and it's always a love time after time. It feels less musky, or perhaps I am becoming more accustomed to it.

albarine

Nice scent , romantic and modern way to have a powder feeling, ( a good althernative for the old Poème, or Valentina poudrée) wearable even in hot wind on a soft silk dress, with a sensy creamy heart (tuberose), with height hours lasting, and just with one spray , as edp has a quality concentration. This scent is feminine and not sweet, not girly and not citrus, not soapy but may be a good choice for a woman whatever old she . I recommand to try it before. I have loved it at the first sniff.

unlitcigar

Here, orange blossom is very strong and rose is very sharp. This smells very soapy, not powdery. Really strong (masculine) smell and I have smelt loads of similar scents. I don't get the hype. If anyone wears this around me, I'm going to automatically put them in my mental bucket category of tired and overly sexually active mature aunt. I find nothing comfortable about it.

TheScentedNotebook

To some, this may read as reminiscent of baby powder or, on the opposite end, a mature and older lady. When I smell this I think of a young girl who is coming into her adulthood and femininity but is still rather naive. Juliet from Romeo and Juliet is what comes to mind.

Katelynl88

Ok first off . I have been quite intrigued with narciso Rodriguez scents lately and I want to smell all of them !! . On first spray it’s very strong baby wipes , someone mentioned scented wipes and they are right ,I was also picking up some sun block right off the bat, but then it starts to change .This one smells similar to pure musc by nr ( I haven’t smelled most of the others ) they share the same type of musk . This is softer and has the white florals , aka orange blossom , I almost smelled coconut but that’s the orange blossom . And the powder , definitely powdery, very soft and feminine a bit like old school makeup but also reminds me of a body powder with the famous poof .It’s not my kind of scent really ….although …I can’t stop smelling my wrist , I like the dry down . The florals fade and it’s a creamier powder and musk . My fave scent from this brand is”musc noir rose “ which smells like the pure musc mixed with jpg la belle or Valentino Donna born in Roma also smells similar to the kayali deja vu white flower . To me , this smells a tad mature , I’m 34 . Over all a very nice soft scent . Great performance.! Also just remembered it reminds me a tiny bit of the intimately Beckham perfume , that was also very soft and feminine and musky . This is also a very strong perfume. I barely sprayed one spray and it’s a lot .. which is good , I like perfumes to be strong. This one pairs beautifully with narciso Rodriguez fleur musc ! The spicy pepper rose scent with this is really nice together .

Ok edit . Somehow I have been reaching for this one a lot more than I expected! It’s so different than my usual choices , something about it is really nice , very good performance, so feminine and cozy but expensive . I really love it but sniffing it just now , smells like secret powder deodorant . Don’t worry , it’s much better but the resemblance is uncanny 😂

Ok another edit . This has become one of my favorites . Absolutely love it , so soft and feminine and powdery and I did say baby wipes but it’s not really , it smells so soft and feminine.

AlexandraRoseD

Too cloying.
Test enough before buying and have mercy on the office co-workers.

Becw08

Rather pleasant floral powdery musk
Very nice for summer ☀️

VintageMaven

This gives me vintage powdery vibes like original Oscar but softer and more modern. Very clean and comforting. Wish it had a bit more lasting power for the price. Glad I got in on special. Probably not unique enough for a repurchase. Just makes me want to reach for cheap old dependable Oscar!

Fuxxnose

Actually quite like this perfume. I’m obsessed with powdery notes at the moment and wanted to see if this was a good dupe for Violet Ida by Miller Harris. It’s not as nuanced and doesn’t really smell similar but it’s also not bloody bad!
I went on a bit of a Narciso Rodriguez quest after smelling this and the cube line is has some complexities however the other fragrances ( for her ) are revolting to me.

I will still be buying Violet Ida but I may have also bought a little bottle of this as well

Shan101beauty

A pretty clean powdery scent.

kwisdommeister

BLIND BOUGHT: On me after first spray and well into the initial 30 minutes, this smells like powder sugared rose cookie. Or maybe even Turkish delight. It’s nice really, I blind bought it, no regrets. Still I recommend you test it before buying, every scent pulls sweet on me so you never know what your experience will be. I am really not sure what others mean by powdery though, because I very specifically mean powder sugar, not powder - as in compact or dust. It's been an hour or more and it is still a very sweet, sweet rose on me, but a rose you want to eat, I am sticking to Turkish Delight, I have no better description.

LaMiaRosa

The scent is pretty much exactly what I expected based on the bottle and the name. It's soft and powdery with some white florals in the background. On me this is mostly musk, orange blossom and coumarin. I don't get the woodiness or the patchouli, and I don't detect jasmine or rose.

I think this would be a good perfume for those who don't want to smell "perfumey". It's almost got a little bit of a makeup powder vibe too.

Not my type of scent but I find it very inoffensive and I don't see how anyone could specifically dislike it, even if they're not into powdery scents (which I'm not). I think this would be a very good office scent because it's such a soft, calming skin scent.

tmt69

Scented baby wipes, but in a good way.

herculano

Very beautiful and I prefer this to the white cube.

This doesn’t have that sharp dry woodiness that the white cube does, though in so many ways the two perfumes are very similar.

This is much creamier, more floral, and far more feminine than the white cube.

It dries down to something extremely close to hypnotic poison, which is fine with me, since I love HP.

I find this one longer lasting than HP, and it’s very present even 24 hours after spraying.

Projection is fantastic in my experience. I just went on a long walk and I could feel this surrounding me in a clean, soft, powdery cocoon.

Magical, enchanting, sensual, fragrance.

An instant favorite in my collection.

Update:
hmmm…
This can be cloying, I’ve realized. There’s something slightly “oppressive” here.

I still enjoy it quite a lot, but I’ve realized I do actually love the white cube more.

I now have Poudree, Ambree, and the original white cube Narciso is now on its way to me.

I like all of them, but the white cube is my favorite, now.

There’s nothing quite like the white cube. It’s a real unicorn in the perfume world.

Vanillamuscdream

This is an absolutely lovely, powdery fragrance and I’d be happy to make this my signature scent. I could see myself enjoying it in all seasons and both during the day and at night. It already smells so lovely initially, but once it settles into my skin later on, the powdery scent sinks in and is very addictive. It’s so comforting and warm. It’s long lasting and has good spillage but isn’t too intense. This will definitely be my next purchase. I really wish I discovered it sooner, but I’m having a great time on this fragrance journey and glad that it finally led me here.

basgam

I really had high hopes for this one, and especially because of the great reviews below. And I wonder if my nose has stopped working.. This fragrance has incredibly sharp floral notes lingering for far too long in its opening, and in general it's rather mainstream. BUT then, after it settled, I got that fluffy, powdery and creamy vibes, like the ones I'd imagine for a delicate lady. Oh yes! I'm so glad I waited for the smell to settle as at the beginning it was really too much. Give it a chance as I did. Leave it to settle and you will never stop loving it.

TikiKat

I don’t know what your baby dolls smelled like when you were growing up, but mine smelled like this and it is DIVINE. It’s the scent of powdery vinyl; it’s more addictive than anything I’ve put my nose to. It may be weird that I want to smell like this as an adult, but, well, here I am. It lasts a good 6-7 hours on me, but I’m getting the matching body lotion anyway so the scent will be eternal.

Adriana91

This is my scent for the year. I got so much compliments every time when i wear it. Totally in love. Its easy grab when i dont know what to choose. It so feminine and pretty, perfect for day fragrance.

Bgdxo

At first spray, I was blasted with sweet syrupy white florals. But the syrup drips off and reveals this spicy, decadent, musky, woody, makeup powder-puff-esque vanilla-bourbon base that just keeps unfolding during the dry down. It's not a super complicated, fussy frag. It is very straightforward in its delivery of sweet, spicy, powdery white floral. But it is so unique, elegant, soft but strong; there is a balance that they struck with this frag that I keep coming back to. I feel like I walked through a botanical garden and got flowers stuck in my hair.. then I went to a market with exotic oil and woods and incense burning and now I am home eating a sugar cookie wrapped in a cashmere sweater, a flower falls from my hair into my lap. She is cozy, warm, delicate and beautiful.

I will say "powdery" is not for everyone. So I suggest a sample before you purchase a bottle.

pinkalpaca

My mom used to have a sample of this and she found it very special. I was younger back then and thought it smelled ok but nothing special. I went to the store with her recently and she sprayed it on my wrist. I realized quickly that this perfume smells absolutely perfect on my skin, like it was made for me. Just the right amount of powdery, feminine, classy and grown up but not too mature. I ordered a set that has the perfume, the lotion and the shower gel (same as the user below) and a mini bottle for mom (she told me not to buy her the full bottle cause as much as she loves it, she would forget to use it regularly, and i fully believe her). I’m glad we rediscovered and will get to enjoy this scent together.

FloralChels

I blind bought this… and I’m SO happy that I did.

Whilst I don’t usually blind buy, I’ve had my eye on this perfume brand for a while and I had seen all the positive reviews on this scent and well, I just needed it.
I bought the set with the 50ml EDP, shower gel and lotion whilst it was on offer as I didn’t want to pay the full price incase I didn’t like it. Whilst I agree, the protection could be better, I feel it’s a truly gorgeous, clean and sophisticated scent. I have only had this for a short time and I’ve already had so many compliments!
It really is a creamy, luxurious and dreamy scent that makes me feel like I’m on a cloud of elegant powder or something.
Overall, I’d say the scent lasts on me from between 6-8 hours. A little longer on my clothes. Every now and then I catch a strong reminder of it throughout the day which is so comforting.
I think if you’re looking for a sophisticated, clean, powdery, musky scent that you don’t need to scream and shout then this is for you.
My only negative (if it is a negative as it’s my own fault) is that spraying too much will give you a headache as it comes on strong at first. Maybe that’s the Jasmine or Patchouli note?
I know for certain that I will be testing and buying more from NR in the near future!

jackieoprean

If only this addictive scent last longer I would buy backup upon backup. It's not too musky and the patchouli sits nicely blended in the background. Two notes I really am on the fence about and have avoided this House for that reason. I am so happy I tried it. The performance is a skin scent at best witch is the major downfall of this cube. I am an oversprayer and have gone through the 1 oz in a matter of days. If only it last longer however that did not stop me from purchasing the 3oz Rouge which I got based on reviews and the fact that I love NP so much I am sure it will be a successful blind buy just like the NP was.

It's creamy yet slightly musky with a hint of green from the patchouli. The powder is divine and wish it were stronger and went the whole way till dry down. It is just lacking something that would make it signature scent worthy and I think it's the performance so far nobody has been able to smell it on me but then I sit in an office all day lol. I would still get a FB of this stuff but thought I would try the NR next and I am patiently waiting for it to arrive!

Why don't these Houses make scents that last? Why is it always a gamble on whether or not the silage, projection and longevity will be a beast, I mean don't they know we want something we can smell on not only ourselves but for others to smell as well? They must know. We want great performance, not the need to go through bottles like water to keep the aroma going. I want something I can smell for hours then respray and smell it in the morning!

This is still a LOVE for me and it's far from my normal amber florals. Great blind buy but maybe not for everyone of course!

longevity 5.5/10
silage 4/10
projection 5/10

helen2323

This perfume is like wearing a cashmere sweater - sexy and cozy at the same time. It has all my favorite scents - vetiver, cedar, tonka, musk and jasmine - but it doesn't choke my sensitive nostrils like some other perfumes. And don't even get me started on the compliments I get when I wear it - I get admiring looks from people. It's like magic. I don't even smell like I'm wearing perfume - just a pleasant, comforting scent that makes me feel like I'm wrapped in a warm blanket on a cold day. And the best part? It lasts all day long. This will definitely be a staple in my perfume collection. I can't wait to see how many more people I can seduce with this scent!

Kizzyb93

This is my after a shower straight into bed scent. It’s one that makes you feel put together at bedtime 🥱 very clean girl appropriate and a very pretty easy reach. I have just finished my bottle and I will be re-purchasing.

juliazz

This perfume screams femininity! It’s soft, powdery and almost creamy, like a clean skin covered in expensive body lotion. I do really like it but the performance is a bit disappointing. Projection is closer to the skin and it could be more long lasting - I get maximum 4-5 hours out of it. But it’s still a fabulous creation, it made me fall in love with scents from Narciso Rodriguez. I finished a whole 90 ml bottle and if only its parameters were better I wouldn’t hesitate and buy it again. For now I have a white cube left and I don’t think I need yet another musky perfume but once I finish it, I’m going back to Poudree for sure. Love, love, loveee it.

Sibella

Es ist sehr sauber, pudrig .. Es fehlt aber etwas, wenn für mich etwas fehlt leayere sehr gerne meine Düfte 😃den auch gerne mit poinson girl 👌🏻richt wundervoll

Mammajamma

Take this with a grain of salt because after 3 years of beings bit careful and some luck, I finally got COVID although the milder newer kind. I didn’t lose my sense of smell completely but it is dulled and a bit strange. So, this review might be wrong to others! Plus I always have smelled base notes almost right away. For me it starts with the sharp dried root of Vetiver and a big clap of body dusting powder that came in a big round container with a pouf, and the scratchy-soft wool blanket texture of the Musc from Narciso in the white cube. This becomes less Vetiver/masculine the texture of powder in the air settles downward and you can no longer taste it in the air. I get almost no white flowers which are a huge feature of the white cube. I smell soft slightly sweet
thick hand cream, a pink rose bud just starting to open no fully unfurled old fashioned red one. Then it finally blends all together but is never as sharp and gardenia centric or woody like the white cube. Poudree doesn’t smell like the old Amazing Grace from Philosophy but will replace the purpose of that for me. Something I wear for daytime family gatherings where you will hug every family member when you walk in, and to make new clients (hairstylist here) feel comfortable when I greet them. Not loud by the time you get where you’re going. If I ever get to be a grandma I would want to wear this around a baby. I love it.

miewtje

I've been wanting to write something about this but i cant come up with anything else but "dreamy". I love this sooo much and each time i wear it, it smells different to me. The musk in this can either become very very fluffy and cosy or it feels like cold sweat on naked porcelain skin in the most sexy type of way. I adore both stages. I think wich of these im getting depends a lot on the weather. Some days this lasts and lasts and on others it feels like a skin scent.

alternateu

A creamy, lightly sweet (good amount of vanilla, not too sickening) slightly powdery, makeup-y floral. I don't get much of a defined, SINGULAR floral. Classy, feminine, and more "sweet powder" than "musk".
Pleasant.
NR perfumes wise, I'll still say Pure Musc For Her is my #1, For Her EDT my #2, but this may actually have edged its way up to #3. I'll have to think on it a little more.

Longevity - very good on my skin! Which is unusual for most NR fragrances on me. Easy 6-8 hours.
Projection - moderate
Rating - 7/10

ChocoLei

Very feminine, lady-like and proper. Almost feels like a vintage, more « make-upey » take on Narciso’s musky DNA. It still smells very youthful but not to the point where you should worry about it if you're a mature woman (wear whatever you like anyway).

Also, I wouldn’t say they’re that similar but something in Narciso Poudrée reminds me of Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle EDP, as if Coco Mademoiselle would be Narciso Poudrée’s big sister. Narciso Poudrée greatly admires her but tries to find her own, unique style. You can still see that she got inspired by her big sister though.

Powdery of course, but also slightly creamy— again, in a cosmetic way. Really pretty and comforting. Great signature scent.

Rosemary14

Poudree is very soft, warm, and feminine. The tonka and musk really shine through the rest of the notes. It’s powdery but not very much in texture more in the way powder smells rather than feels in your nose or skin. It’s vaguely got slight floral notes but not overly identifiable. It supposedly has rose but I don’t smell it. It’s almost got a soft creamy vanilla smell coming from the tonka/Musk combination and there’s a pinch of woody cedar but only very mild in nature. The overall feeling is sophisticated, soft, powder puff pink, fluffy, femininity. A fragrance encompassing a gossamer pink tutu and satin ballet slipper 🩰

Zosema

I love this so much, it makes me feel cocooned in loveliness. I am on my second bottle and don't ever want to be without this in my collection. If this perfume were a sweet it would be a gorgeous fluffy pink marshmallow. Yummy!

schatzrose

What a breathtaking dry-down! Unbelievably soft and creamy like it has been mentioned many times. Nevertheless, the opening might be a little too heavy for Spring so if you’re living in a warm climate make sure you test it before you buy and do not overspray once you’ve owned this beauty since you might not be smelling it on you after a while but the others notice it.

What a beautiful scent! ❤️
I got this for my mom for her birthday after she said she loved it a few months prior in sephora,
And it’s truly such a gem!
The opening is my favorite part. It smells very beautifully sweet and not heady at the same time.
My mom said it smells like makeup powder before she even saw the name of the perfume, so i guess that’s how you can describe it.
In the dry down i get mostly coumarin, it’s very sweet, slightly vanillic scent, which is so gorgeous in this perfume!
The perfume is very versatile, it’s office appropriate and i can see people wearing it for a night out too!
I Highly recommend giving it a try !

SophiaViolette

This one is pretty impressive and unique. Gorgeous opening of warm floral, and quickly I get hints of spices working in the back.
Somehow, very exotic but dark type of exotisme. I got the woody notes very quickly as they seem pretty strong, maybe it’s my skin. The type of woodiness I get is dark and herbal.
It’s so pretty that I got distracted by the other notes of rose and other florals. However, none of the notes dominate the other, everything is sophisticatedly blended.

At dry-down, still very aromatic and mystic, exotic dark. The warmth definitely cools off and stays musky…

As usual per the line, expect a cloud of musc coming in. Ads a very lovely dimension to this perfume.
I need this!

Something amazing is in here, I think it's the musk and tonka, but also something that nauseates me. I think it's the orange blossom, which I struggle to enjoy. Pity, since this is the strongest of the NR's that I've tried so far.

autumnblue914

Tried at store.

On my skin - simply wonderful. Soft, smooth, creamy. Usually powdery scents, or scents that turn powdery over time, are powdery to the extent that I don't appreciate. Not this one. It's the powdery "scent and feeling" without being overwhelming.

Gizemm9

I cannot believe I didn't purchase this before. It is so creamy and nice that it makes me happy. The longevity is really good. It is not too powdery on my skin as others said in the comments. It is soft, sweet, and creamy. It is good for the winter time, but I believe it will suit the spring season too. Love it! I will absolutely repurchase this in the future.

Lofinda676

My favourite bed-time perfume I’ve ever had!!!
I mistakenly did five sprays (it’s been in my collection for four years and of course it’s macerated) and I immediately layered it with Kayali Vanilla 28 in order to calm the strong smell and projection.
A little spray goes a long way!
Warning ❕ Do not overspray.

stephanienwc

Tried this for the first time today and it was an overwhelming LOVE for me! This really does smell like the softest baby pink, powdery bed of soft florals. Even though it is powdery, it smells very youthful to me.

LanaDelSlay

Cute 90's girl during spring, she's walking out of her appartment, baguette bag on her shoulder, skirt, cute mid heel sandals, silk scarf over her head and ray ban sunglasses, she's in a hurry, she leaves a trail of Narciso poudrée as she walks past you

Kinga_

I am not a fan of powdery scents but this one is pretty. I can see why it got so popular. It reminds me of Anaïs Anaïs that my mom used to wear and I would generally classify Poudree as a "mom scent".
It's nice, grown, and crowd-pleasing.

jjluvsm9

It’s nice but I was expecting more based on the reviews and how hyped this frag is. On the test strip it smelt like a musky fluffy jasmine which I loved so I bought it, when it came to trying it on skin however..different story. On my skin the jasmine is completely lost 😞 instead what I get is baby powder, baby wipes, laundry detergent etc. Not particularly floral forward and also not creamy on me at all either. Not as smooth as I expected it to be, or as it seems to be on others; in fact there’s something sharp that almost tickles my nostrils in this which I really cannot put my finger on. Also I get 0 tonka from this perfume. I do think the bottle suits the vibe of the fragrance - it is very ‘nude’ and understated in how it smells. Like clean skin. Nice but just not my bag I’m afraid!

Performance is weak, lasts a couple hours on my skin and is not far off a skin scent from the beginning unless I really overspray to get a more solid intimate projection.

I already own Narciso Rouge, the drydown of that and Poudree are somewhat similar in that they are both very clean musky smelling. But Poudree has more of a baby powder facet whereas Rouge is more vanilla and cosmetic powdery and warm. Seems redundant to me to own this one too since I much prefer Rouge in the opening so I will probably declutter this.

My rating: 7/10
Bf rating: 3/10

MichelleOd

The dry down is powdery and smells like baby powder.
I love this one a lottt

saccitygrl01

The powder note is strong at the opening, but it quickly fades to the edges of the fragrance. At this point it in wearing Poudree it reminds me strongly of NR Rouge. If you have NR Rouge I am not sure you need Poudree. They are nearly identical in the dry down.

The powder note is not like J&J baby powder, rather more like an expensive scented powder one might use after a luxurious bath. Very pleasant, cozy note and I wished it lasted longer.

Sillage is minimal--I basically only smell it when I put my nose to my wrist. Longevity is typical for me--about 4 hours.

Shining

I usually enjoy these notes but somehow testing it out on a warm night in my sweater did not do it justice. Smells kinda eh to me. Might have been the vetiver and patchouli that put me off. Though everyone else seems to like it, its a pass for me. I much prefer Diptyque's Fleur De Peau for a powdery musky scent

IfyA

Somehow, for some reason this reminds me of si fiore

TheVictorianK

After reading the reviews, I pictured this to smell exactly like my mom's old makeup box - coated in Bare Minerals powder foundation and old Avon lipstick... which is exactly what I've been looking for! There was no test bottle at Sephora so I blind bought, and could not be more pleased. It smells EXACTLY how I pictured it!! This scent deserves to be worn with either pearls and red lips to channel old vintage glamour, or a cozy cashmere sweater. It really does smell like a mother's hug. Vintage in a youthful way, so soft, and so nostalgic. I layered it with Ariana Grande Cloud 2.0 today and the dry powder mixed with light marshmallow is to die for. I see myself purchasing the bigger bottle of this!

ENDIC

Elegant, sophisticated, beautiful scent. I really love it but i just can’t buy it cus it smells quite mature to me. If an old lady wore this perfume, I would’ve loved her. When i tried it on my skin, the scent subtly changed and it smelled so familiar.. it smells like a luxury department store or fancy bathroom like in a hotel room. I agree that it has vintage vibe.. it’s quite nostalgic. It’s like the hug with a rich woman that I’ve never had though it’s so comforting and familiar.

Youlerie

The elegant and soft fairy tale princess who envelops you with her veil of security. Zero edgy. Ultra feminine and delicate.

Adjr1087

Do you get the brand new plastic pool inflatable scent that I get from this?
I am not hating it... actually, I adore it!

LeeloSteelo

Ohh this is beautiful IMO. It reminds me of Sí Fiori if you took out the citrus and fruit. Creamy, sweet and powdery. Makes me want to put on a sweater, brew some tea and cuddle with my family. I can see that this isn’t a love for everyone but this is very inoffensive and I’m glad I got a bottle since the Macy’s rep has a feeling the whole block line will eventually be discontinued.

svucii

smelled in store, and was surprised by how much i enjoyed it as the notes are different to my usual taste. i am definitely considering purchasing but at the same time i am a bit intimidated as it is very different for me, and am worried about it smelling to "grandma" on me. it's a light musky skin scent that smells pretty, also gives my fresh laundry vibes, very powdery and feminine.

Kait Eliza

I was scared to try Narciso Rodriquez perfumes, not because I have heard negative things about them, but because this house is known for making musk heavy compositions and my skin chemistry doesn’t always mix well with musk heavy scents. It’s unfortunate that I avoided this house for so long, because, when I tried Poudre and Rouge this Fall, I fell in love immediately (and had no skin chemistry issues…I finally found musk forward fragrances that smell amazing on me 🙌). I love both poudre and rouge and I cannot decide which one I love better. Both are beautiful and delicate (in their overall vibes, not staying power, which I find to be great) perfumes reminiscent of cosmetics. I find poudre to be more sweet and rouge to be more floral, so if I am in the mood for a sweet fragrance that is powdery in a cosmetic sort of way, I reach for poudre. I think it is appropriate for work, because it is not overbearing and makes me feel pretty and classy; I also find it to be cozy for days at home and sensual for evenings or even to wear to bed. Even though it is delicate and soft, it lasts on my skin all day and clings to clothing well; I’ve gotten compliments from my bf after I have gotten home from work (which was 10 hours or more after application). It’s an all-around great and versatile fragrance, definitely one of the best designer fragrances I have tried.

mocam

This is the first Narciso fragrance I have tried. It wasn’t love at first sniff, admittedly, as it was giving me “on sale at forever 21” vibes, just sort of underwhelming and nondescript. I don’t detect really any powder, but just this soft sweetness that I wouldn’t normally go for. But as I wear it more, I find it’s growing on me. it’s just a nice musky feminine scent. It’s very easy to wear, and I don’t have to think twice about it for any occasion. It just sort of molds itself to you and is very versatile.

Jen42

This is my favourite perfume hands down. Its super powdery and clean with a cashmere softness and reminiscent of an expensive baby lotion. Theres something soothing and comforting about this perfume and of all the cubes, I find this one to be the most long lasting and silage is decent.

alessiakote

This is so lovely and so underrated in my opinion. I would describe it as a "mom" scent, if a hug with your mum could have a scent, this would be it. It smells so pleasant, pure, soft, there's just something about it. It is very powdery yes, but a very clean powder if it makes sense. This is probably the perfume that got me more compliments ever, I had someone stopping me on the street asking me what it was! And, it was usually men that loved it so much and wanted to buy it for their wife or girlfriend. It's ultra elegant and feminine, very wearable. More suitable for winter but I also wear it in summer evenings sometimes.
And performance is great too, on me it lasts forever, but I guess it really depends on how your skin chemistry reacts to musks. I noticed that this is soo different from skin to skin. I didn't like it on the stripe, then sprayed it and it did its magic, so definitely try it on skin before you buy (or judge) it.

Shui-Xian

Not exactly what I love about Narciso scents.
Musk is dominant, but noticable in very mild hint - nothing animalistic. The composition is almost naive: sweet, powdery, with the touch of vanilla. It is comforting, optimistic and warm.
Scent of your favorite kindergarden teacher. Lovely, in some way...

SurvivorOfLife

This is a classy perfume, with subtle vintage vibes. I recommend it for the elegant classy woman who loves to wear pearls and black petite dresses.

Charlotte_Grace_29

Ugh, this was not what I was expecting at all. Normally I am a sucker for a musky, powdery, woody scent. I love pure poison, Prada Infusion d'Iris, and Rumeur, so I was hoping to get more of that woody, iris-heavy goodness with this fragrance. Plus, I thought the color of the bottle was extremely stylish.

Boy was I in for a disappointment. Almost zero musk to be detected, no woody notes, and just this overwhelmingly cloying scent of baby-wipes. This is not the lovely, iris-centered powder of fragrances like Chanel 19 Poudree or YSL Trench... this is just straight up baby powder and diaper-pail freshener. I seriously cannot stand it.

supersaiyan

Too synthetic for me, it does wow you at first but after a few minutes it becomes cloying. Narciso Rouge EDT is my favourite, then Ambree and the original Narciso EDP, then this is in last place.

Tran Tran

Smells like baby powder but not in a cutie baby way, it has a feminine and mature vibe with it. I simply adore it. Longevity and silage is a plus

amid

I am very disappointed about this..my favorite Narciso being l'eau for her edt, which smells on me 2 days, I had great expectations about this one also. But, surprise, it stays on my skin an hour max. And i can smell this only if I pun my nose on the skin. I will try it in a different weather, maybe it will work. Or maybe it doesn't work with my chemistry. Hmmm, what a bummer. I loved it on paper..
Later edit..the batch code is almost 7 years old, may 2016..maybe that's the reason why it does not perform how I expected.

dyrdkk

I love this perfume so much. I've worn a couple years only Narciso Poudree, till I became a fraghead. Now I dont use it that often, but still it is really special to me. I get always compliments with this, perfect signature scent. Not main stream fmo. It could be easily niche. But very likeable. People asked me on the phone next day after we saw us, what I was wearing bcs they took this smell with them. Amazing performance. I hope, they wont discontinue this one too like OG Narciso which I also adored.

victoriabarretta

It’s a no for me.

I have and much prefer the For Her EDT in the black bottle. The sharpness gives it a little character.

To me, this is pure baby wipes. The dry down is much better than the opening but I for sure won’t be ordering a full bottle!

rainydays

Top notes are pure baby powder which worked for me. The drydown on my skin is heavy on the patchouli-coumarin combo which is earthy-sweet. The orange blossom comes off as cold and a bit mineral-y, almost like violet. All in all not my cup of tea.

candieskulls

My mom received this as a gift recently. My initial thought: "Baby powder?" But then, it also kind of reminds me of smelling the inside of your mom's makeup bag that may or may not still have some cosmetics from 10+ years ago (with some added musky florals). Joking aside, I actually really like this! The silage and longevity is quite amazing; I was getting whiffs of it easily 8+ hours later. If you're looking for something cozy + powdery then this is it!

Nurcesme

Smells like Zara pink flambe winter

SniffWhiff

Smells like the softest powdery rootbeer-flavored marshmallow, but I love it so much I'm about to buy a bottle of it. My boyfriend was not a huge fan at first, but it grew on him after a few wears. I mostly wear this to bed and just lounging around the house in my biggest cashmere sweater and comfy pajama shorts, heaven!

mollykkeith

I was so excited to try this perfume. In fact, I was so excited that I did something stupid: a blind buy. Everyone seems to love this, so I thought I'd be fine!

Once it arrived on my porch, I eagerly tore open the package and removed the cap of the bottle. The bottle itself is very beautiful, and quite hefty, by the way.

I instantly hated it upon first spray. I thought maybe as time went on, I'd grow to like it, so I continued to sniff my wrist throughout the day. This perfume certainly does have longevity and a scent bubble, I'll give it that. Instead, I grew more and more nauseous throughout the afternoon, and I also developed a headache.

To me, this scent is nothing like For Her EDT, For Her EDP, Pure Musc, etc. Those are feminine without being overly sweet or cloying. Poudree is overwhelmingly sweet and artificial smelling. Like some have said, it does have a strong resemblance to the smell of baby dolls. I was never a baby doll kind of girl myself, so I'm not impressed. The initial spray it so strong and sickening. It dries down to something relatively bearable to me, but it's nothing I'd ever wear again.

I'm sad it didn't work out, but I'm never giving up on my beloved Narcisco Rodriguez. Still one of my favorite lines.

Jenbug23

Wow this smells amazing! I blind bought with a lot of hesitation because I didn’t think I would like the musk but I am so GLAD I did! This fragrance is like a cloud. Sweet creamy and fluffy rose and clean musk. I smell vanilla here but it’s not in the listed notes. Didn’t expect to love this!

Meris

It's Narciso with added sweetness.

soapyclean

Well I thought I would like it very much after I saw the votes here but it was a huge disappointment. Smells very heavy and synthetic on my skin. Smells like cheap deodorant rather than a clean, powdery and musky scent. A big no for me. I’m definitely into Burberry-Body type of powdery scents, not this.

Acidula

When I tried it at the store I immediately thought of a perfume my mum used to wear when I was a toddler, Anaïs Anaïs. Maybe it's only me, but I felt transported to the early 80s.
It's definitely NOT Anaïs Anaïs, it's modern (in spite of the purposely vintage touch), more complex, better blended and more cloying IMO.
I didn't buy it because I already have the Ambree, but I really like it.

Sasha87

I was so sure i would love Narciso Poudree based on the notes listed but I was wrong. Bought the biggest bottle and I've been wearing it for bedtime only. It smells linear on me. A pure baby powder and nothing else. Just like the ol White Musk from The Body Shop. When musk is too musky.

BUT i use this a lot now as a base for other perfumes. This one amplifies my rose based edp (Mancera Roses Greedy, Chloe edp), softens sharp fruity or ozonic Bvlgari fragrances, modernize vintage perfumes (Lancome Hypnose, Rumba Balenciaga) AND it gives edge when applied after (my 100+ collection of) BBW body lotions.

Positive side is staying power is good.

violeteme

I bet a lot are already so familiar with this scent, so we sometimes forget - but I just want to remind how actually unique this smells. It's so powdery, although doesn't contain any note that would suggest that powdery effect. Imagine a rose/jasmine scented cream, dust it with powder heavily and we get Poudree. There is something milky, creamy, silk-like about it. It's just stunning and I have to mention - very long lasting. Not my type of powder, but all my compliments to Aurelien Guichard.

soso.sofia

Narciso Poudree is similar to Narciso, but with a retro glamorous makeup and lipstick twist. I really think the opening is gorgeous. However, after a few hours there's something about the drydown that doesn't agree with my skin chemistry, and because of that I'll stick to my beloved Narciso.

cypriotsister

Having my baby actually inspired me to get this one🤍 ☁️ 🍼

Often described as “a mother’s hug.” 🫂😘 Comforting & so delicate. ☁️🤍 Subtly sweet white floral with a cosy, clean musk & VERY POWDERY. This is the one I want my son to grow up remembering me wearing 🥹🤱🏻🤍 Doesn’t smell at all vintage or old fashioned, it’s the most modern take on powdered musk imo ❤️👍🏻 A couple of sprays & it’s soft enough to wear around my new baby ❤️🥰🤱🏻

CamillaAre

I´ve worn this a couple of days now I can´t figure this one out! I can´t really decide if I like it or not, but somehow I´m drawn to it

The opening is not in my taste. It smells like an old lady, I guess it´s the rose or jasmine. There is a rubbery smell after 10 minutes, but it fades away after 30 minutes (this rubbery note is there in NR pure musc too and in like 50% of all the popular frags I tested so far).

During the day I get swifts of the powdery notes and it´s SO beautiful, but when I want to catch it by smelling close to my arm, all I get is the old lady perfume smell. This fragranceis one of those I would like to experience outside my own body – to smell it on me. Because I think it smells better when it projects than smelling it up close.
Doesn´t remind me of Delina at all. Delina is more tart and sour on me.
I don´t get any woodsy notes at all, but the vanilla comes through at the dry down.

Croatian.Girl

Opening is very powdery and makeup-y and i love it. It has decent longevity and projection, however i'm not a fan of drydown, because it seems too generic.

Unchat123

Tested this in store. Loved the opening. Immediately thought "oh this is going to the top of my want it list." Boy, was that fleeting. A few minutes later, the overpowering combination of musk and powder made me want to throw up. This was a few months ago and even just thinking about it while typing this makes me queasy. This is an absolute no-go.

cjoudas

Blind bought this because so many people describe it as baby doll head musk, which is exactly what I've been chasing in different iterations all summer.
Unfortunately, I find it not that.
It's pretty, ineffective, powdery musk (with a very, very small hint of green) that, on my skin, dissipates almost immediately. Or could be that I'm nose blind to it and have been gassing the people around me, idk. Either way, it's not filling any kind of niche on my shelf or in my heart, and I'm definitely getting rid of it.
As far as baby doll head musk goes, ELDO's Divin'enfant has yet to be beat.

clarapadoa

My 3rd favourite of the Narciso Perfume range. First being, the OG Narciso which is SO hard to find now. I think it is being discontinued but that perfume is INCREDIBLE. Poudree, as it says in the name is more powdery. I think it really depends on personal taste and skin as for me this dries down to a delicate powder scent and it isn't too baby powdery as other reviews say it is. The musk is great. To me, its a unique musk/powder/sophisticated scent. It is quite mature but also reminds me of a warm comforting hug. Every time I go to a perfume shop I test this on my wrist as I'm VERY indecisive about perfumes but every time I always love it. I actually prefer it after a few hours of wear as it sinks in and leaves this musky and slightly sweet lingering smell that I can't quite describe. It smells like a warm motherly hug after crying. I definitely prefer this for autumn or winter. Sillage is great and lasts SO LONG!

Will definitely be purchasing. - It's the closest scent to the OG Narciso but just not as amazing

Leeanora

Blind bought this on a whim Friday, in my opinion it’s definitely more of a mature scent. It’s very musky but you can definitely get the hints of floral peeking through.
It’s like, a level down from Chanel no5 but still reminds me of an older lady.

Pinspatternsandpolish

I've had this one for a few months now. I can see this being a polarising scent. To me this is a warm powdery musk. I get no florals here. It's not a complicated scent, very linear. It gives me "I've got my stuff together vibes" as well.as being warm and comforting. I saw someone below say it gives "mother" vibes amd I get that. It's like a warm hug from someone who's comforting and reliable. I quite like this one. A very comforting scent. I think the tonka is base helps to warm it up and prevent it from being too musky. There's not really any sweetness in here, that comes when the fragrance warms up. I don't think a paper strip will convey how nice this fragrance sits on the skin. It is a very skin like scent, my skin but better. I am a fan but will probably need to put it away when summer rolls around. Good for colder weather or evenings.

Siavashlotfi

It's kind of surprising that violet or Iris are not liated here in the notes.
This is the the most realistic "make up Bag" smell. Caries an elegant mature feminine vibe.
Recently my friend wears it, although i am not in love with the very floral opening but it works well in the parties and it has a great sillage and pleasent smell in drydown.

Brooklynjade

Opening is dryer sheets. Very expensive dryer sheets. As it dries down, the florals come out to play, and the super powdery musk rises. The most powdery of all the Narciso’s, thus the name. Combined with the almost “old fashioned” floral bouquet, the musk here leans very mature, and very feminine. Not a safe blind buy.

LSAUG

I got this in my fragrance subscription this month in a decant to give something from Narciso line a try. This is not a musk that I like. Very laundry detergent/drier sheet smelling musk. It is a blast of drier sheet musk upon first spray. As the fragrance travels on a bit, I get a lot of orange blossom and cedar combined w/ ambroxan. There are candied citrus notes here as well, that smell like candied jelly oranges. I just downgraded this from an ok to a dislike. I should have listened to Elena Prokofeva's assessment of this perfume in her powdery fragrance article. She said the musk in here overwhelms the powder and she is correct. This is a disgusting blend of drier sheet musk, mixed w/ fake plastic florals that are overly cloying and falsely sweet and I suspect there is a lot of ambroxan in here. Elena Knezevic also said this perfume is plastic at its heart. I should have listened to the Elena's. Oh well it is just a decant. Hopefully I can find a home for it. I usually do w/ the things that don't work out for me. The last time I will sample from this line. This is cheap smelling and gross.

I gave the decant to a young waitress that I often give samples to as an extra tip. She enjoyed it. She really loves this type of musk. It just isn't for me.

DariaFrancesca74

Poetic feminine fragrance, very delicate, which evokes lush secret gardens: jasmine echoes in accord with the sumptuous Bulgarian rose and the fresh citrus notes of orange blossom, immersed in a welcoming and enveloping woody and musky undergrowth. Intimate, clean fragrance, the reassuring powdery purity emerges from the dry down. Soft floral sillage.

GUADELUPA

It was tough for me to start loving this scent. At first I did not understand it at all. I'm sensitive to musk and had to get used to this. Denying it from the first sniff, I returned and returned to it in my mind. Something touched my soul (and nose). And I decided to try it again in the autumn. Yes, autumn is the right season for Poudree! It's like the delicious, manky, expensive lipstick, expensive powder or expensive cosmetic box. But be careful in summer! Musk may be unpredictable! Better to test it firstly and not blind buy! But for me it's a real discovery that I may love musk. How Narciso Rodriguez does it, I don't know. For me it's a mystery, but I like musk in this cubical bottle! I will rest from Poudree in summer, and certainly return to it in the autumn.

Lili1105

I am disappointed. I gave great hope to this scent, but all I could smell was burnt rubber and a vague powder odor on my skin. it smelled strange and dirty...I fully agree with Mir5586 review... lasting is too weak ..(thanx God in my case)

Mir5586

Sprayed it on paper, loved it.
Bought it and sprayed it on skin: hate it.

Watch out with this one.
It needs skin to come alive.
It smells moldy to me.
Like opening a closet with dusty clothes that you haven’t opened for years:
Dust, mold and sweat on old clothes.

Vellocet

When I saw the notes I was sceptic on how powdery it actually would be. So I didn’t blind buy it and went to the store to try it. And boy was I impressed! It is very powdery without having that vintage feeling to it. It’s delicate and comforting. The only issue I have with narciso’s perfumes is that they don’t last on the skin particularly long. I have to reapply quite often.

allthatis_barelythere

95% powdery musk, 5% floral and I Iike it! My favourite Narciso Rodriguez fragrance. It is clean, soft, feminine. The jasmine/rose/orange blossom is very subtle. I'd say the florals play more of a supporting role. It sits quite close to the skin on me but I can definitely smell it more than Pure Musc. The woody notes start coming through more after half an hour, but fades within a couple of hours. Either way, I really enjoyed it. I've almost bought the 20ml travel size a number of times since I sampled it... I'm still considering it!

Amira khaled

It’s giving mother, not grandmother, just mother.
I love powdery fragrances so much especially the ones with sweetness to them just like narciso poudree, but I can’t help but associate orange blossom and jasmine combined with mature old women scents (which are very prominent notes in this fragrance), I don’t hate it, i just don’t see an 18 year old girl wearing it, maybe at work but other than that, not a casual fragrance

Muicon

If you are a musk lover, this fragrance is divine! Definitely my favorite among the entire NR collections. Some people complain about the sweetness of the juice whereas I find that there is a great balance of the musky woody notes and the sweet, more joyful, and vibrant side to this perfume. This well-balanced and well-blended fragrance is therefore quite versatile. I think it would be suitable for all seasons and occasions, maybe except for extremely hot summer days. Every time I smell this, I immediately associate it with comfort and tranquility. Imagine you are in the arms of a loving person who trusts and loves you unconditionally. It is a perfectly safe, relaxed, comfortable world in my imagination. It is weird though, when I asked my brother's opinion on this for the first time, he told me he envisioned a beautiful naked lady with beautiful hair walking around her home wearing this sensual but at the same time comforting scent after a romantic night with her beau. I guess the male and female perspectives can be quite different, just another factor to be amazed by our olfactory skills and associations!

poodle77

Oh no! No. Tried this today with every intention of buying. I like most NR fragrances (not fleur musc or pur musc though). An almost immediate headache ensued and it's almost impossible to wash off. I found this sickly and cloying. Definitely not suitable as a blind buy, if it doesn't like your personal chemistry you'll absolutely regret purchasing this one. The first negative review I've ever posted .... on me at least, it was that bad. Try it and wait for the dry down before you buy it. Sorry NR Poudree..... I wanted to love you ....💔

Yessamin

This irrisistibly alluring fragrance holds traces of jasmine and wood. Velvet soft and feminine.

EdP

Shmooksey

A beautiful opening, feels like love, but then it turns into walking past a candy store at the airport...

unprofashional

an eclectic and dainty take on the powdery trend! rose, accompanied by faint jasmine, makes its appearance at the first whiff, enhanced shortly after by woody musk and sweet vanilla. to my nose, it's borderline gourmand, a scent reminiscent of opening a ribbon-tied box of rose-flavored turkish delights. also, beware of the juice, as it is tinted pink and may stain your clothes!

fishandbear

My favorite fragrance for a good night's sleep. Just a straightforward feminine and mature powdery scent. I really can't see myself wearing this during the day but I'll always have a bottle exclusively for nighttime use.

leonaV

This is a nice musky scent. It really remind me ange ou demon from Givenchy. So I went to store to try that ona and they are so much a like!!!! But poudree is more wearable, not that dark and also prettier. So if you like ange ou demon or you like, but its too strong for you, definitely try this one.

luluxielle

I'm so in love with this. I had a chance to try and oh my it feels so cloudy and heavenly! It smells super good on my skin even in my region where it's always hot however the heat slightly affects the smell and the scent turns it into something warm.

My husband loves it as well and it's not irritating to the nose. Not so many complicated notes going on. It's simple and well-blended. Performance-wise, the top notes fade a bit faster than I expected but I don't mind because I'm after the musk scent that Narciso is so famous for but this one with a more powdery twist. Now I'm off to buy a bigger bottle and will make this my signature scent.

broro117

This is objectively a pretty, very feminine scent, but it's just not "me." It comes off a bit too powdery and fuzzy/stuffy; I can almost feel it in my throat. It puts me in mind of a fluffy pink vintage-style powder puff. It's more interesting than most sweet girly perfumes, but it's still too sweet and girly for my taste. At this point in my life I prefer the cleaner, almost "colder" take on musk in Pure Musc.

Monniex

I just adore this perfume, and have almost finished the 30ml bottle I bought in less than a month. Cannot stop wearing it; it is delicious, cosy, comforting and feminine.

This was a blind buy and I am so happy for it, and will be purchasing a 90ml shortly. If you like powdery sweet fragrances this is for you, but probably worth testing first if you can as it smells very different from the rest of the Narcisco line - I find this one the most distinctly girly of the lot. Good perfume for work as the scent is very easy to like, and it will get you many compliments.

lifmealone

This is a powerhouse yet it has a airy quality to it at the same time. It is almost marshmallow-y or fluffy I would say but in an elegant way.

Sabrina_A

One of the best perfumes ever made! It is a perfume for the winter though. Beautiful beautiful beautiful!

Nocciola23

I was given this by my colleague, because she bought it and decided she didn't like it. As a huge fan of Narciso Rodriguez For Her EDT I was really excited, and at first I liked it but then...I started to realise. It's 100% bug spray. I live in a mosquito prone area, so I know my bug spray and this is Bushmans level.
I gave it to my Mum and she also now hates it. The gift that keeps on giving.

ParisLoveXo

Beautiful . I hate the original EDP (white bottle ) but this one oh yes . Similar to Valentino Valentina Poudre but this one is more musky and lighter. Love it

scentallday

It's a woody musk and creamy type of scent that will give you a comfortable feeling. I get jasmine, vetiver, and thick musk here. Quiet strong scent, better wear at night.

fonty_o

Does anybody else get Elizabeth Arden Red Door vibes from this? Every time I smell this, my mind goes straight to Red Door, even though they don't smell the same.
There is something in this that has an exact note that is in Red Door. Maybe it's the same type of rose or something. I can't put my finger on it!

kikipoo

I really like this one of paper. On my skin, it turned into a sweet and creamy bug spray. Bf seemed to enjoy it just fine. Not a safe buy however with the right "body chemistry", it is very nice.

LOST_HORIZON

Narciso Poudree is a very feminine and elegant fragrance that will always give you good feelings... and languid looks.

If you like Narciso edp, surely Narciso Poudree will also be your cup of tea, they look a lot alike but there are delicious differences that are worth mentioning. Poudree does not have magnolia but uses a very clean and sophisticated jasmine, it is also powdery and Narciso edp is creamier and darker. The tonka in Poudree makes it a little sweeter but always delicately. In short, it is a very chic perfume that can be worn in winter, spring and autumn and in some summers that are not too hot.

If the Narciso white cube was too much for you, you can try Poudree. It brings me joy, beauty, serenity, positive mind...

Everything in this perfume is beautiful, it is also sensual because its femininity is not abrupt or sexual, it is above all delicate and somewhat mischievous but never startled.

Do not buy a Narciso without trying it first, because the musk is powerful and very peculiar and it is better to check it on your skin if this perfume wants to marry you.

buster21

It is interesting that of all my perfumes this one turned sour on me. I have two bottles since 2017 and have kept them in a cool 45 degree environment. It’s sad because I really didn’t get to enjoy them. I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
EDIT- my bad after it warmed up
for an hour in this Florida heat wave, smells powdery soft and slightly sweet. A stranger reassured me it was nice! Can’t believe because I was going to toss them.
I prefer this one over Rouge which I found too loud (lipstick violet note) and Lipstick Rose by FM and gave both Nu-cu-lar perfumes away!

Lohi

Smelled this at the store and it was sublime! This is how I want to smell all the time... one day you will be mine~

liat

I can tell you a lot about wanting a scent for half a decade.
I've owned the white cube forever, and the moment I layed eyes on this one I've been eager to own it. This took years, but finally it's mine!
And yes, it's all I dreamed of. Very musky and soft and powdery and warm and clean. Some say the white cube is the best of Rodriguez's creations. As much as I adore it, I still find it a little tingly and sharp. That's not the case with Poudree. I find it perfectly soft and enjoyable and comforting. It's also quite long lasting. Best purchase of all time.

menmen

Fuzzy, velvety and almost maternal? The powderiness is so comforting, like when you were a child and you needed a hug from your mom to help you fall asleep. Like hugging the softest cloud full of the sandman's magical sand. I'm not used to these kind of sweet powdery scents therefore I'm a bit scared of it, I think it could make me sick if I over do it but I'll do my best to use it with care.
Edit: I'm gutted one spray of this and made me feel sick. I'm really sad I can't enjoy this beauty. I'll have to pass it on. I should really stop buying fragrances because I found them for a good price haha. This doesn't change the review above, I still think it's a good fragrance I just can't wear it and feel good and confident in it.
If you have a sensitive nose test this on your skin more than once!

Completely different from what I thought it would be. I imagined a Narcisoey-musky Talco Delicato. This is nothing like that. It’s very similar to Clinique Aromatics in White! It’s a floral, and it takes quite some time to get powdery. It’s bright orange blossom with hints of jasmine balanced by a musk that is airy and nothing like the musk in For Her. I hesitate to even write it, because it does not seem possible, but Narciso Rodriquez has surpassed Chanel for “house with the most personal favorites”. Eau Poudree is atmospheric and sparks memory: classic ballet, light, pink, sweet, funny… Coppélia…The Sleeping Beauty… Le Réveil de Flore. My hair is pulled tightly in a bun, curls escaping, and I stretch at the barre, pointing my toes to break in new pointe shoes…

I expected this scent to be sexy, but it’s not. It’s just pretty pretty pretty.

If you want to smell like an Angel drifting on sugary clouds with swans and cherubs, get it.

Don’t be fooled by that though, It’s sort of “basic” - yes. It is. It’s musk that suffuses you in a cloud of it. It’s not complex, it’s not emotional.
And it cannot be worn too much, you’ll start to hate it. I am almost at the brink of hating it sometimes. It should be worn whenever you’re in that white dreamy dress, baby pink cheeks mood.
To me, this is one of those renaissance paintings of women scarcely clad with pearly white skin, flushed cheeks, languidly sprawled and meaningless. There’s absolutely nothing to derive from it but the fact that it’s beautiful. That is why I find it flat and will likely not purchase it again.
This fragrance demands nothing of you but to enjoy it. Perhaps that’s why many are bored with it. It evokes No images or fantasies or nostalgia or sensuality or sexuality or enchantment.
Its just plain pretty.
Maybe it’s my personal issue around the fact that I always feel like I’m looking for a fragrance so divine, it doesn’t exist; or maybe it’s my Venus in Pisces, but I need more. So I don’t wear this one often by choice, I’m fact, I think I won’t ever purchase it again.

I wanted to love this. It is powdery but there is a note , perhaps the cedar , that makes it a bit screechy. Can smell of an unused baby diaper. I want a more subtle , elegant, powder. This is powder in capital letters. But again I live in the pacific northwest, this might be nice somewhere hot.

Calinare

Expensive smelling powder musk and jasmine. It smells more like a luxury body spray than a perfume.
I can't really say that this is an intimate perfume because it's a little too loud and sharp up close. But it works really good if you're smelling this from a distance. I use this a lot for my casual errands.. but if I have to dress up, I may have to pick up something else. Safe blind buy? If you don't mind strong chalky musk, then yes. 8.5/10.

I love powdery perfumes so when I saw a few of my favorite youtubers mention that Narciso Poudree is one of the best powdery scents, I blind bought a bottle. I am in love! I wear this after I get out of the shower and put on my white fluffy robe. This scent is comforting to me and I prefer to wear it when I am cuddling up on the couch watching a movie and love wearing this to bed. It's a soft, powdery scent that I can still smell on my nightgown in the morning. I do wear it out sometimes but it sits closer to the skin on me so I will more that likely add a little spritz of Armani's Si Fiori or Ralph Lauren Beyond Romance to add a little yumminess to it. I LOVE the bottle! There's just something about that nude pink square bottle that makes me happy when I see it on my vanity. So simple and chic. I will repurchase this as long as I can obtain a bottle!

Luxurious and young.

A solid option by Narciso. It has the powdery musk present in all the cubes but Ambrée. It’s more feminine and delicate than the white one and more jasmine focused than Rouge, which is all about tonka iris and rose. Comforting and professional, not bubbly and fun. I like it and will finish my decant but I prefer Rouge.

This is one of the perfumes that I was really curious about when I first started getting into them but couldn't sample most due to the fact that only a handful of perfumes are being sold in malls near my area --- and they sometimes don't even alow testing (this was pre-pandemic). I eventually caved and bought a sample online because I thought based on the notes and the reviews, I would love it.

But I didn't.

I was expecting a soft powdery scent but what I got was the scent of a famous bathroom deodorizer in my country. It's a pleasant clean smell yes. But it smells like the toilet (albeit a very clean one). Would never purchase a full bottle of this because of that as it's straight up bathroom deodorizer smell (not even room spray which would have been more passable).

For those curious as to what that bathroom deodorizer is, you may look up Albatross jasmine bathroom deodorizer.

Updated: I LOVE IT.

I bought this over a week ago and wanted to process my thoughts before reviewing. Jimmy Choo has been my signature for several years and I still love it but wanted something soft and powdery. One whiff of this and I bought it. And loved it. Then it felt a bit too saccharin in it's sweetness, akin to Sweet Tart candies. But I couldn't stop smelling my wrist. Then I bought a decant of Valentino Valentina Poudre to compare, but this one is the winner hands down. I considered returning it, but again I couldn't stop smelling my wrist...

I also bought the white cube, but it was far too musky/woody for me. I don't find the fragrances all that similar.

This is a masterpiece in my opinion. It definitely has a vintage vibe; my teenage daughters think it smells "old ladyish" but I think it's cozy, sweet, clean, and the definition of femininity. It's predominately powdery, at least on me and to my nose. I do smell the vanilla, a hint of the rose, jasmine, and the soft musk, but mainly I would describe it as a soft, powdery scent with a bit of floral. It's not a safe blind buy unless you love powdery fragrances.

As other reviewers have mentioned, I love wearing it to bed and when I'm snuggly at home, but I also wear it out. I'm curious how this will bode in the heat; it may be more of a winter/spring scent (not fall for me because I'm in CA where we often have fall temps in the nineties) but would definitely work in fall for those in cooler climates.

So unique, I don't know if I like it or not.
It remember me of cosmetic products that my grand mother used to use.

This is exquisite. Warm, soft, powdery and just the right amount of sweetness, this is such a well balanced and beautifully blended perfume. It has good sillage without being overbearing and the scent is smooth and creamy, there are no harsh or abrasive notes here - nothing is overdone. It is something you may associate with being a mother, or girlfriend, but this is not at all ''mumsy'' or outdated - it's more soft, pretty and comforting in a mature way that makes you appreciate it all the more for those qualities. I am less keen on Narciso Fleur Musk, though the resemblance to Poudree is there, as that is lovely but too cloying for me, and Fleur Musk also slightly resembles the stunning ''Stella Peony in Two'' (which was far better). I'm really glad I picked Poudree up and can see me wearing it quite often.

Chycholina

Creamy, make up powder scent with a wood scent on the dry down. Smells mature and feminine, not like baby powder. It lasted and projected quite nicely. Not for everyone's taste, especially if you don't like powdery perfumes. For me it's so comforting!

mariakok

Powder with citrusy and rosy notes, opens creamy with a sweet drydown on my skin. Nice but i prefer the pink bottle Narciso For Her as a powdery/musk scent

-I'm surprised i haven't gotten around to reviewing this.
-Purchased a 90ml bottle for a good price a couple of months back. (2016 batch)
-Poudree was a whimsical purchase I made without having ever smelling it. And i love it to bits.
-I bought Narciso EDP (white cube) for a good price that month too, but it ended up being a scrubber for me. I had to sell my bottle to a friend.
-Narciso Poudree is the epitome of feminine woody musks, complemented with a generous dusting of powdered icing sugar. Truly a hug in a bottle.
-I mainly wear this as a bedtime scent- it fares much better in cooler environments.
-P.S the juice is amber in colour. If you wear a lot of whites, I'd steer clear of this.

valelita

This smells like a hug. This is so gorgeous. This is the scent of a beautiful woman.

Lattafa have brought out their clone to this called ana Abiyedh poudree👌🏿

Roos88dutch

Not my kind of sent . To mature for me .and simple .

Suncica7

Mmm... I don't like harsh perfumes , such as old, vintage scents like Habanita etc.
But I have always prefered mature ones, since high school (Bvlgari-Jasmine Noir first edition, Roberto Cavalli Roberto Cavalli) and it always confuses me when they say this is not for ladies in their 20s. I have had it since it appeared and I was 24 back then- very ALL TIME FEMININE one of a kind. Outstanding. Definition of a Woman. That is how I feel it. Simply this one is clean, but special, not fade, but instead leaves the signature. Not aggressive but strong. Unusual I suppose for many women who prefer strong florals or strong orange notes.

Now, I have a question for you people- I always used to have a 30ml bottle of this, the color of fragrance on my skin was always kind of a pinky, rose. Now I have 90ml, the biggest bottle, and the liquid is transparent- can anyone tell me is that the same case with anyone who has the big bottle? The scent is the same I guess so... I am confused..

Narciso Poudree exceeded my expectation. It obviously still has the Narciso signature musk, but it also has pleasant and comforting sweetness, and a slight creaminess with the powderiness from the musk. It is not sharp like Narciso (the white cube, which I had and decluttered) and does not have the "high pitch" of Narciso which came from the gardenia note in it. Narciso Poudree is very cozy, lady-like and gentle. Good for spring/autumn day time, or as a bedtime scent on colder days.
