Top notes of the Mediterranean fragrance Borgo mix luminous citruses (bergamot and lemon) with a specific variety of wild cherries that grow in Portofino and are typical for the region. Its name is Visciole and the smell is very intense, juicy and sweet. The heart of the composition highlights Pitosforo, also typical plant in Portofino, surrounded by white flowers, jasmine and ylang-ylang. Pitosforo (pittosporum) is a shrub that flourishes with small white flowers leaving intense, sweet fragrance. It plays a major role in this composition. The base is characterized by the harmony of cedar wood and patchouli, softened with a hint of vanilla, musk and warm amber.
