Calvin Klein Women by Calvin Klein is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women. Calvin Klein Women was launched in 2018. Calvin Klein Women was created by Honorine Blanc and Annick Menardo. Top notes are Grapefruit, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Lemon and Black Pepper; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Tea, Jasmine, Magnolia, Hedione and Raspberry; base notes are Cedar, Ambroxan, White Musk, Cashmeran, Olibanum and Violet.

The first Calvin Klein fragrance developed under the new Chief Creative Officer of the house, Raf Simons, comes out in August 2018 and is simply called Calvin Klein Women, advertised with the slogan "I Am Women". Simons found the concept of the new fragrance in his passion for photography, inspired by the power and strength of women.

"Calvin Klein WOMEN is a tribute to the contrasts within femininity. Infinitely varied and deeply complex, like the personas of the women who inspire it" . #IAMWOMEN

The composition promises a floral-woody fragrance of innovative character, developed by perfumers Honorine Blanc and Annick Menardo. The inspiration lays in the beauty, expressiveness and power of a woman's gaze.

Top notes: eucalyptus, black pepper, citruses
Heart: orange blossom, magnolia, jasmine absolute
Base: cedar from Alaska, olibanum, ambrox

The faces of the new campaign are Oscar-winning actresses Lupita Nyong'o and Saoirse Ronan, as well as the women whom they personally admire - Eartha Kitt and Katharine Hepburn for Lupita, and Nina Simone and Sissy Spacek for Saoirse.

The innovative, simple and asymmetrical bottle design with an oversized stopper is signed by Anne Collier. Calvin Klein Women is available as a 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

fragheadny

Perfect warm laundry scent. Clean linens. I have gone through 3 100ml bottles simply because I spray it all over my home after a day of cleaning. Constant compliments on how my place smells after using this. It's a cozy type of clean scent instead of the screechy bathroom cleaner type of fragrances like Bright Crystal.

Edit: Immediately after writing this review I headed to ebay to purchase another bottle as mine is about half full, and I am going to cry!!!! Not having a good day!!!! Why has this gone from $30 for 100ml to $90? Heartbroken. I guess I'll be savoring my bottle on special occasions and not using 30 sprays once a week...

Nataliemespino

It doesn’t smell bad, but it’s not very interesting or unique. It’s very clean but a little bit sharp, and it’s almost too mature-smelling for me. To me, it does smell like a laundry or room spray scent. It did not last very long on my skin or my clothing. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase a bottle.

anaesthesiaangel

very pleasant smelling, fresh, crisp, clean “skin scent”- but imo should be marketed as unisex. i can imagine most ladies being disappointed when they smell this, it has no feminine qualities, it’s entirely neutral.
this is definitely for more masculine women, it’s not entirely aftershave-y but it holds an ambiguity that only these women can pull off

SublimeUtopia

Clean laundry scent, inoffensive but pretty boring, definitely a skin scent. I have a 10ml mini. Not masculine on my skin. Would wear to work or other similar setting.

cookygirl

I tried this the other day for the second time and liked it even better than I had the first time around,
I love the woodiness here.
It's true that this scent could just as easily serve as a men's cologne.
Normally, that would put me off but here it doesn't bother me for some reason.
Neither does the ambroxan surprisingly.
That's not to say that this scent smells natural. It definitely has a synthetic edge and also leans towards generic/fresh.
Still, I really like it. Kinda reminds me of MK Gorgeous without the tuberose and tobacco.
I also quite like the eucalyptus. Long ago I owned Contradiction - another CK scent with eucalyptus which I loved but it was too strong for me.
This is going on my wish list as a possible purchase if I can find it for a very good price. At the moment IMO it's priced too high for what it is. I would also consider - and possibly even prefer - a tester, because I absolutely loathe the cap.
Update - just spotted a great deal on a 10 ml travel spray so I ordered it. I'm really looking forward to wearing this as the weather turns warmer.

Chirpi

Woody floral unisex fragrance. Sometimes the notes feel overpowering to me. Otherwise it has good longevity and projection, you can definitely smell it

Snifferdoodle

This is the embodiment of what I imagine fresh and clean would be described as. In the nineties. It's leans more "Auntie" then "Professional"

The opening is clean and extremely crisp linen right from the dryer and freshly ironed. Upon dry down however the Iso Super E pulls a little too stinky which ends up being overpowering.

I'm torn on whether I like it or not.

It has ridiculous longevity and projection for its price point.

pinotos802

Very fresh, smells like clean clothes and bedding. Definitely unisex, I think it can lean a bit more masculine but I personally don't mind it. An everyday type of scent, for every season. The sillage and lasting power for me is outstanding! I got 10hrs wear out of this, and when I first smelled it on the paper strip I left the strip on my nightstand and for days I couldn't figure out what smelled so good!

Red Jaguar

I agree with other reviewers in that it reminds me of a colonge, a unisex freshie on first blast. Then it turns to a really fresh clean laundry smell, not really chemically though. I do enjoy this, and would probably repurchase. That unisex clean cotton sheets vibe makes me feel a certain way, a little bit confident in a different way than I am used to feeling. I could definately recommend this as an office scent.

whisperology

I can't believe a fragrance called Women smells so masculine to me. I don't mind unisex or masculine scents, but I do get a cologne vibe from this one especially at the top.

This did grow on me, but I did not like it on first spray. The initial blast of black pepper, I could do without. Smelling this straight out of the bottle is a bit chemically and strange. I absolutely love eucalyptus and appreciate it's use in this, though it's a bit at odds with some of the other notes.

The dry down is fresh clean clothes, with a bit more femininity coming in from that raspberry, florals and musk. It does end up quite a unique freshie. Ambroxan is hit or miss for me but it does well here. I can see me using this up over the summer, but I would not call it a safe blind buy if you are looking for a main fresh fragrance. I wouldn't call it universally pleasing. It is a good buy if you already have some basic fresh everyday scents and are looking for something different to add to the mix.

Ecomeco

It was a blind buy. And first i did not really like it.
But then at work, i felt myself in a flower garden and i received compliments from some colleagues... it is a fresh floral perfume and i love it.. I believe women intense is stronger than this one, so it will be my next choice.

KrystalMeth

I couldn’t figure out why this smelt…almost medicinal on my skin. Then I looked up the notes and aha! My skin pulls every bit of eucalyptus out of this scent. It’s complemented nicely by the citrus notes and the raspberry brings in a much needed sweetness (not too sweet though). But overall, it’s screaming eucalyptus on me. Not sure if this will get a whole lot of wear from me - maybe I’ll try spraying on clothing rather than on skin - but it was a $10USD blind buy (travel size), so I’m not pressed about it.

LilSis

So soft and fresh, the opening is citrus and sweet with a lovely dry woody note that carries into the dry down. After an hour I can smell the pepper and raspberry notes and then it turns slightly powdery. I find it on a jacket smelling feminine and woody a day later.

AllisonNW

This smells similar to Libre edt without the lavender. A very fancy clean laundry smell. Also somewhat similar to Boucheron Quatre but the jasmine in that one is way too indolic.

Alexis0815

I blind bought this recently because it was on sale and I’m glad I did. This is such a safe, pleasant scent. I especially smell the grapefruit, black pepper, orange blossom and tea scents on my skin. It leans unisex in my opinion, a friend told me they smelled a very nice cologne when I first wore it. It kind of reminds me of a toned down, more mature version of Viva la Juicy. I wish it had better longevity, but it is what it is. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone, especially in an office or school setting because it’s very inoffensive. I already have a feeling that I’m going to want to repurchase.

Leah0026

A well blended easy reach freshie, with no harsh initial spray and top notes. This does remind me a bit of D&G light blue and JHAG Moscow mule. I own both of these already so it’s hard to justify adding this to my collection. If I had tried this before light blue, this would have been my pick as there is no screechy citrus tones. It blends well with the skin. Unisex - feminine leaning for me.

perfumista's_paradise

This LITERALLY smells like clean fresh clothes ❤️ when you smell it you really inhale & take a deep breath of fresh beautiful air! I don't know why I put off buying it for so long (probably was afraid it won't last very long like the poll shows here on fragrantica)
but here's what made me finally do it:
My aunt (who only wears and loves fresh fragrances) told me that she smelled the prettiest scent on her classmate and had to ask what it was - and ofcourse it was CK Women.
And that reminded me of having smelled it in the past and really liking it. So I went to the store and smelled the tester again and just KNEW I want it in my collection now! Plus I found a very good deal for it.

It is a PERFECT everyday scent - you feel SO clean, SO fresh, SO pretty. Can take on any errand and be THAT WOMAN who smells the cleanest & the neatest.
Longevity is like all fresh scents, not mind-blowing or beast mode, but it's still there after hours, lingering...

Karineabdel

Theire is an masculine note I can smell until the next day. The name woman is not appropriate. The staying power is awesome. Unfortunately, not my kind.

oHei8

Such a beautiful summer scent. too bad that all of CK's perfumes evaporate so fast that you can't even smell them a second after.

cunt3

It's a very very feminine scent but it's also somewhat unisex, so I find it very attractive. It smells very clean and it kind of reminds me of the sensation you get when putting on clothes that come straight from the clean laundry. Very nice. It definitely is a perfume for a day-date.

Artemis.sia

It's so comforting, it smells like fresh laundry! Definitely, not a unique scent but the right woman can pull this off and make it sexy.

P.S. a man can 100% wear this.

smell_of_perfume

Perfume is fresh and cool, like fresh wind and cold water. Then it reminds me fabric softener on washed and wet clothes. On my skin I smell citruses, raspberry and softenes and warmness of cashmeran. On clothes it smells more green and woody. It has some sharpness on both (skin, clothes), but mostly in the opening. Flowers in this perfume are prominent, they are well blend, so they smell like bouquet, not like individuals. I don´t think that CK Women smells unisex, for me it´s really feminine (however, it depends on your body chemistry and your nose).

K3lli3

Didn't really like nor hate it, but I definitely don't see myself repurchasing this. On my skin, this leans more masculine. It kind of reminds me of an Axe deodorant, and I would rather not smell like that. After a few hours, it does leave me with a faint woodsy wash powdery scent, which I do kind of like.

PetyaK

Reminds me of ALIEN GODDESS. Probably less projection and lasting power though!

Mariamaija Amélie

I am just crazy about the opening. Wish it would last just a little longer. So unique, fresh and interesting. The eucalyptus mixed with citrus fruits and pepper - oh my God. Amazing! When drying down a warmth and sweetness shines through CK Women edp, that I like and appreciate enough to not stay too sad about missing the inviting and intoxicating first seconds of this creation. Unisex? Well, yeah, why not. It is sweet and spicy at the same time and with just a bit of minty sharpness (from the eucalyptus I guess), and a touch of the citrus fruits can be detected underneath the layer of the heavier notes of flowers, musk and wood(s). So yes, I think it could be unisex

So far it is a very big like 😊

petcake

I'm discovering that when a perfume features a bigger concentration of Iso E Super, that's all I can focus on when I wear it! That note just does not vibe well with my skin chemistry. I picked up a bottle secondhand, and I do enjoy its classic freshness, but my nose is very much stuck on that single characteristic for now. I do agree with other reviewers that CK Women is more unisex than strictly-feminine.

FatimaBee

This fragrance is for the minimalist woman. When I first smelled this I was hit by a wave of nostalgia. It reminds me of freshly washed clothing hanging outside at the first day of spring. Its so clean and beautiful .The orange blossom in here is stunning . This smells nothing like lightblue. This is much more sophisticated. The notes are beautifully blended . Also this fragrance smells good on clothing.

Happiness_in_a_Bottle

I don't know how I feel about it. The EDP gives the impression of "squeaky clean", maybe a little screchy. Like some laundry freshly out of the washing machine. Definitely unisex. Nothing groundbreaking, but not bad either.I would use it on those very hot summer days, when wearing something too sweet or too floral would make you nauseated.

chlorodream

Yeah yeah, I know, it’s a little boring. It is! But there is just something I love about it. It’s boring done absolutely perfectly. White tshirt and jeans. It’s Calvin Klein to a T. If you feel ill, you can still wear this. If you’re hungover, you can still wear this.

Do I wish the eucalyptus and black pepper were more prominent and they’d leaned into unisex more? Sure. But it’s such a smooth citrus. Like CK One but more feminine, and without the screechiness of the alcohol and lemon.

The office scent to end all office scents.

Laoire

Got a 10ml of this fragrance and boy this is right up my street. Very unisex in my opinion, don't know why its called Women as its not very feminine. I love this and will be getting a bigger bottle for sure!

Tinabill

I was on the look for a new summer fragrance without much sweetness as our temperatures are soaring to sweltering levels already. CK Women fits the bill.
It is a fresh, clean citrus floral, crisp and refreshing. The citruses are beautiful and soft rather than shrill, the flowers are clean but abstract, and the composition rests on a soft base of woods and ambroxan.
A totally wearable and pleasant formula with soft moderate performance perfect for hot summers. The downside is if you’re a collector, it wouldn’t add anything new or edgy. I just wish it had more olibanum, or even black pepper or eucalyptus.

Ninalovesclassy

This is like the epitome of a boring citrus floral scent. The dry down reminds me a lot of Lanvin Marry me. It's probably pleasant for most people but to me this lacks soul and character and everything. Not to offend anyone but from my experience this is a kinda scent that people with no imagination and opinion wear.

MaxieF

This has got to be one of the most beautify freshies I have ever smelled! It resembles light blue but it's a bit stronger and more spicy. It's unisex and I imagine it would very sexy on both men and women. I think if you enjoy unisex fresh fragrances this is a must have. It's really beautiful. It also smells modern kind of like some urban outfitters fragrances I've smelled recently. That spiciness is coming back in and a lot of the younger crowd are sporting that 90's fresh vibe with a spicy twist. Love it!

Kalicka

I have a full 50ml bottle if anyone would like to buy or trade

tanss

I was afraid the eucalyptus and pepper would be too much, but it's a likeable, fresh fragrance. It has very good projection and longevity. A safe blind buy perhaps , if you usually like freshies. I would say it's good value for the price, but I only got a sample.

2whit2quit

Calvin Klein Women is a big breath of fresh air. I find myself taking the deepest inhales to gather all its greatness in a single sniff. I’m not usually one for citrus based or ‘freshies’ however, this scratched an itch I didn’t even know I had. The black pepper is sharp as a knife, working as a gatekeeper for what lies ahead; gorgeous floral arrangements tucked gently between the branches of a giant cedar. A beautiful warm day in which you end up sun kissed and a bit salty from the windy earth that has stuck to your skin. 😍 Great fragrance and value!!

Peaches77

Gave this to my sister. Wasn’t a favorite. I usually really like citrus scents. This one was just meh.

Ben0024x

When I was searching for an attractive perfume to buy my partner at the time, I came upon this fragrance. I spotted this at a nearby Kohl's and was very taken aback. When I first smelt it, it woke me up, and there was something about it that made me imagine how lovely it would be on her. Fast forward two years, and I now have a large fragrance collection (including some perfume that could be worn by a man). I realized she still had it, so I grabbed it and sniffed it, and wow. This is completely unisex and can be worn by a male; I may even sneak a few sprays this week to check how it performs on my skin.

This smells fantastic, and I can't believe how many terrible reviews there are on here about it. It's a pleasant woody musk with floral undertones. Overall, I think it would smell fantastic on both a lady and a guy. Out of all the scents I've smelt at a big shop like "Macys," I think this one is more laid back and less in your face. When I smell this, I picture her in a long black coat strolling through the streets of New York City on her way to a meeting. Just smells attractive

Majestic_Toad

This was a blind buy. All of the CK fragrances I have tried work well with my skin chemistry and citrus notes are among my favourites, so at a good price this was a no-brainer. The lemon and eucalyptus are beautiful and not harsh at all. The dry down is what took me by surprise - the raspberry note is very sweet and feminine (I was expecting something a bit more unisex after reading the reviews). A very wearable perfume, it is fast becoming my favourite everyday scent.

MissLory33

My favorite scent for office. Light, feminine and smells like confidence. Summer/spring time perfume + for work.

juliabee

A beautifully fresh, unisex citrus with an eucalyptus twist- the sensory equivalent of sipping a chilled mint julep in the midday sun of the Californian desert

TaniaClamp

I was walking down the street and this wonderful clean crisp green and a little soapy scent emerged, so I asked the women infront of me what she was wearing; it was Women from Calvin Klein. I bought it straight away and I will ALWAYS have this one in my collection! This scent blew my socks off.... LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

I just can´t describe it! This one you have to experince yourself. I LOVE THIS SOOOOO MUCH.

I get loads of compliments wearing this.

Ps. I just bought the intense one (gorgeous) and will by the EdT as well!

Bolusm

My signature scent over the summer and spring. It makes me feel so confident and anywhere I go get compliments. There was a guy in the shop turned around and told me I smell gorgeous. Always have a bottle at home.

cucumber5012

sweet, white floral with just enough musk to keep it from being overly feminine. 10/10 for me

Lanka

My chemistry goes well with these semi-masculine feminine fragrances. On me, Women is very very watery and flowery with a nice eucalyptus kick. The eucalyptus gives it a masculine and energising touch and provides a subtle and unusual contrast. It almost feels like some of your boyfriend's T-shirt got mixed in your part of wardrobe and you decided to wear it on purpose to remind yourself of him during the day. It gives a very optimistic vibe. The drydown leans powdery and slightly sweet, almost like talc powder mixed with blonde woods. I love it! Finally, a fragrance by CK that suits me :)

jessr777

It just smells like a kinda harsh laundry detergent. Very unisex. Could be a decent summer gym/office scent if sprayed *very* sparingly. I can definitely see this being nauseating if oversprayed. It’s really dancing on the line of being too strongly synthetic. I wouldn’t pay much for this one. There are a lot of better options out there for fresh/clean scents.

Nayyera

It’s so capturing at the beginning of the perfume, Then When it dries down a lil it reminds me of gucci envy me so much, which is an odd smell for me, I don’t hate it, But I don’t love it as well.

Noelanii

I received this as a sample. As soon as I put it on I knew I owned it already, in another form...La Rive Wave of love. One spray on each wrist and after 2 minutes they are exactly the same, with CK having a more masculine (typical CK dna) bergamot note and Wave beginning and staying with the drydown phase of CK. Since the performance of both is short I would rather save my pennies and reapply with Wave of Love. A very pretty uplifting clean scent with a hint of musk; feminine wafts of fresh tea and soft pretty florals. Perfect for a humid summer day.

Lavagirl66

An understated and underrated citrus freshie, that for me, plays a similar role in my perfume collection to JHAG Not a Perfume. Like NAP, I can safely wear this to Yoga or any other form of exercise without imposing my scent on others. It simply smells fresh and clean. I also get wafts of this scent radiating off my skin 6 hours after application, most certainly due to the Ambroxan. It's a stronger and longer lasting citrus version of NAP, which I also love. If you can't detect the Cetalox in NAP, which sometimes happens to me, you may have better luck with detecting the Ambroxan in Calvin Klein's Woman.

yeence

Great summer fragrance. Elegant and classy. Perfect combo of citruses and woods. Longevity is quit good 5-6 hours.
Safe for work, stays close to the skin.

jamir6789

Light, soft, mature. Citrus & woody. Unisex. Surprising given the name "Women". Very pleasant & enjoyable. This would smell great on someone elses body chemistry. Just not right for me. But a lovely scent. Very mature. I can see a women in her 30s or 40s smelling beautiful in this. But for me in my 20s not so much.

7/10

dglightblue

Very much a gentle version of lightblue upon spraying. This wanes significantly, and ck women becomes a quiet skin scent.
A non dry citrus, fresh woody pale scent.
I dont think this is a laundry scent perse.

I dont get eucalyptus, thats a bit unusual note so i thought id mention it.
I cant discern any notes really.
More on the dry freshie side, rather than lush wet freshie.

About 6 hours quiet longevity

nitschevo

Calvin Klein fragrances offer something for nearly everyone (something floral, spicy or fresh). I really appreciate the range and style. Might be too safe for some but price value is great. Women is, as many have said, clean and fresh with a woody Ambroxan DNA, the "scent" it basically dries down to in the end. So a tad artificial, yes. If you like scents like this (Toni by Toni Gard is another good one in this price range) then you can happily and rather safely blind-buy Women. The bottle is gorgeous, the scent has moderate lasting power and sillage. Great choice if you cannot or won't shell out the big bucks for something "niche" that basically smells the same. Easy grab, year round IMHO.

ProfoundAroma

The first sniff is great then right after it turns into a bathroom spray smell. I hated it. End up with headaches seriously. Had to return

Addielee

I'm new here so apologies if I sound stupid lol I absolutely love this perfume! It smelled really feminine to me until I read where someone said unisex and now I smell what they're talking about. Still really pretty and light and clean and girly for me. Oddly helps with my stress headaches. Happy place perfume 😊

Sienna_Elise

I really don't understand the hate for this fragrance. It is gorgeous. Clean, powdery, warm and fresh. Smells like laundry detergent and freshly washed clothes.

Mynotaur

Finally chased this down after hearing good things but it’s just okay. Very fresh but with a name like “woman”, it is surprisingly unisex. Smells, to me, like clean laundry. Well, we’ve been buying the bositios eucalyptus washing powder lately, so no wonder why that is! There is something about it that just doesn’t quite comfort me. It’s not too sharp but it is a bit cold and sterile. It’s okay, but nothing special to hype. I hate the bottle. The eye...ergh. I’ve never wanted a “lidless” bottle in my collection until now. Not really worth chasing this one up to be honest.

JDowker

I can’t stop sniffing it! I’m just getting into perfumes and I’ve been trying to force myself into sweet scents but I’m always drawn back to fresh unisex perfumes like this one. I’m reading that some people think it smells like rotten milk, lol, so here’s hoping I don’t bring about the same reaction when I wear it in public tomorrow.

SharonO

I love the body lotion, but the EDP Intense fafes on my skin within first few minutes.

Alyjah1234

If your looking for a cheaper EXACT same scent with better longevity and sillage go to walmart and get Nostalgias Sunday afternoon perfume, its the same top middle and base notes as this frag, grapefruit, orange blossom and cedar. Absolutely stunning scent!

alizee2007

First, I had a sample of this perfume and I loved it. I had to have a bottle of it. So, I bought it and it was such a great investment!!! It has a unique, distinctive smell and lasts over 10 hours. You only need 2 sprays on your neck to smell beautifully all through the day. Honestly, I have never smelled this perfume on anyone around me, so I am proud to say that I am one of a kind :)))

sunsetterxx

Fresh, light, soft, a bit sweet, NOT the sugar cloying sweet but a very pleasant and light sweet! It's not too feminine I LOVE IT!
am I the only one who don't smell any eucalyptus in this?

sjcita

Sorry to disappoint all of the Calvin Klein haters out there...but there is NO cheese or sour-milk note in this perfume at all!! It begins as a bright and spicy floral, then changes slightly to a softer and more musky scent, and finally in the dry-down becomes a soft/woody/cedar type of fragrance. It stays very close to the skin, and would be appropriate for any occasion in my opinion (unless you work in a hospital or dental office setting). It's not a unique perfume or unusual in any respect, but it's not terrible either. If you like Not a Perfume by Juliette Has a Gun, or any of the other woody-musky fragrances out there, I think you would probably enjoy this one.

grapefruit352

Very simple and basic perfume. I would say it smells like a fragrance for some kind of a sport line..unisex sport line for young people?! yes..
When I read whole fragrance pyramid, the only thoughts I constantly get are..Where is magnolia? Where is hedione?

Jessica_Jones

This is the most boring scent I own - I wear it on days when I don't have anything special going on. You gotta have those types of perfumes, too.

rubikairo

This is just sweeter and heavier version of D&G Light Blue...

Timaka

Fresh, spicy and pronounced. If you want a long lasting, sparkling feminine scent, you’ll like this one. Definitely gives an invigorating feeling upon spraying, like you’ve just had a refreshing shower. I get intense, mouthwatering sweet and sour grapefruit.

Nothing groundbreaking but not bad, either. Just a bit basic. Nice for the office and for working out. Best when worn in hot weather.

SniffyLarue

I feel like Calvin Klein doesn’t get much love anymore, but I have never really smelled a scent from them that I thought was awful. This one, I just got and I really like it. It starts out with almost a fresh musk like smell, but musk is not a note so please don’t give up on it if you hate musk. I smell light raspberry and other things I’m not familiar with, probably that long word with an A in the notes.
This is a jeans and white tee-shirt, wet hair lounging at home or taking a walk with your significant other type of scent.
It lasted on me all night. When I woke up I was like “what’s that nice smell?” It was me, it was Women. It turned sweeter in the dry down.
Whatever the case, I don’t quite understand the dislike bar being so long, but that’s okay because I’m making this my spring/summer fragrance because it’s hot as all get out in Florida so no one will smell like me. :)

noknok_1

I love this perfume so much. I don't like sweety girly scents. For me, it's like a unisex scent but in a good way. I have both the EDP and the EDT but the EDP is better and stays longer. I smell this on Macy's and I fell inlove with this. Another favorite of mine is the lotion of this. You'll never go wrong with it. Best scented lotion I ever had.

vzorka3

Absolutely not bad but for me it’s too simple. I haven’ found its deep complexity with which it’s been advertised. It’s a safe spring scent; not heavy, fresh but with some masculine feature. For me the alcohol smells very strongly. Anyway, it reminds me of Ange ou Démon Le Secret but that’s much better and more finely tuned.

Nil3

Im confused....
am I the only one who smells like fresh raspberry shampoo with a hint of the other components listed here when I tried it?

My summer 2020 scent!

octobertragedy

I am testing today a sample I got with purchase. I don't think it's bad, awful or unbearable, but it's not a like either. It's cedar wood, eucalyptus and tons of amboxan (hence the milky, cheese like note), don't get jasmine, cashmeran, nor hedione or other listed notes.
The cheese-amboxan note fades in half an hour, leaving a woody, fresh, minty, kind of simple scent, which I don't mind. Its drydown reminds me of a men's aftershave,, not cheap, but refreshing and clean. And yeah, a hint of minty toothpaste. Like a bathroom after a man's grooming routine. To my feminine nose, that is appealing, but I would love to smell it on men.

lindaseton42

I hate eucalyptus. It's pretty prominent in this and it smells like foot fungus when I get a strong whiff. Even after 2 hrs. Off to scrub it off!

vattenmelon

I really like this. (LIKE not love)
its feminine, daring, sexy and fresh at the same time
sweet in a "not-pinksugar-sweet" way
And so fresh i could use it after a shower just to stay fresh.

deadxxxmoon

I bought this at the Ulta I used to work at and I thought I would like it because of the somewhat unisex edge to it.

Turns out, everyone begged me to not spray this perfume on any longer and I ended up having to throw the unfinished bottle away.

Take that as you will lol.

rihabi

I'm not sure why the reviews are so negative. It's nothing captivating and ground breaking, but the fragrance is not bad either. It's refreshing, light and feminine, spring shot. Medium longevity as expected, quite pleasant and not too heavy on the citruses, thank god. Great mixture of the notes.

JustSimpleThings

Wow, I did not expect to have such a visceral reaction to this perfume. Based on the notes I expected to at least like it. Not the case. This scent makes me feel nauseous.

Somehow the notes in this one are blending seamlessly, creating what smells to my nose like cheese that has gone off. Or spoilt milk. It is a rotting milk product for sure.

Associations aside, the DNA of the fragrance reminds me of Eternity; it has this soft, musky base that gives the fragrance a soft fuzziness, which I find lovely. Too bad I don't enjoy the composition of this one, because otherwise, I am sure it would have been a hit for me (like Eternity was).

sofaifer

Wearing this beauty is like walking in an orangerie in early may in the night time while all the orange blossoms wisper you a promise of a delicious fruit... At the same time reminds me the sweet woody scent that the box where I keep my frankincense and resins collection gives me when I open it. Its fresh and mellow like the purple and pink velvet sky in a winter sunset.
Bitter and warm like the pleasant odour of a brand new leather bag.
Maybe is not a fragrance for everyone. But I recomend to give it a try for a couple of days. (I apollogize if my review is too cheesy)

pennyc

I've been meaning to buy this 3 days ago, and finally decided to get it today! Yesterday, I tried the tester & met my friends for K-bbq then coffee. Around 7 or 8 hours later, it had a faint whiff of powder.

I can definitely smell the pepper, bergamot, cedar, and musk in it. CK Women would be my first spicy, modern, and oddly enough, unisex fragrance, and I'm loving it!

What I hate is the frivolous plastic disc as the cap. It's going to be a bit bulky to travel with.

Dhayana

LOVE IT SO MUCH
My fiance picked this for me.
I get loads of compliments wearing this.

I picture a beautiful classy & confident woman wearing this. Totally my new signature fragrance, so complex yet modern and unique. Clean Crisp Green and a little soapy on my skin. It gives me a slight cologne unisex vibe.

🌸 Orange flower petals

Wait what?? This smells so good and original, whats with the ratings???

deeper_shallow

So I was worrying about what to do when my discontinued favorite Burberry The Beat ran out, and now I've found the answer: Women!
This was a blind buy, after searching for something with tea, pepper, citrus, cedar and white musk. Calvin Klein's fragrances have never really worked for me and my body chemistry, and from the reviews I figured that it would be either perfect, or a complete disaster.(To be fair, I calculated with a 65% risk for disaster.)
At first spritz, there was a huge, intense bouquet of white flowers - I barely detected any citrus, but plenty of fluffy, soapy jasmine. Well, I thought, this was an expensive trip to Bath and Body Works.
But as the flowers died down, the pepper and tea came forward, and developed into an amazing, spicy, woody scent.
Compared to The Beat, Women feels like the peppy, quirky teenage girl has grown into a mature woman.(disclaimer: I was well into my 30s when I discovered The Beat, and am now firmly settled into middle-age. Could probably still be considered quirky, though.)

seagreen55

I received my samples and am soooooo glad I only ordered three. This is the first CK fragrance that I just do not like. The notes don't seem to blend very well, and it just smells awful. Such a huge disappointment.

Coquita

I liked the eucalyptus note on paper, but on my skin, it develops quite differently. I get a lot of grapefruit in the opening, but then it mellows down to a generic and synthetic scent that I get from every recent release (hello, Dior's Joy). Both projection and lasting power are moderate. It's nice, but nothing special.

6/10

PhumePhreak

I just tried this on at a local department store and it reminds me of Moschino's Cheap and Chic Hippy Fizz. I bought Hippy Fizz for my niece when she started sophomore year in high school. This fragrance seems to fall into that safe category for a young person getting into fragrances who wants something a little more sophisticated than Bath and Body Works.

Rozan

Calvin Klein Women remind me of the male compositions of Yves Rocher in the mix with compositions by Victoria's Secret. Clearly feel cedar and eucalyptus. They do not resemble Naturelle or Light Blue at all. Definitely unisex. I do not like it.

elkesandri

Smells nice, not so sure that I will buy it. It has the typical touch of Calvin Klein. The bottle unfortunately it´s just horrible, looks so cheap.

Konga5000

Smells exactly like you just walked into an expensive shopping mall or department store. Not bad at all. Unisex, YES!

vaniljapulla

A huge dollop of dish soap foam.

Neckromancer

This fragrance is very similar to other popular scents like Versace Bright Crystal and Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue. It definitely has a synthetic note, maybe it's the ambroxan, maybe it's Iso E Super.

al.azraq

I can smell the scent (which is nothing special) for another 1,5 hour after the spray. After that I am left with base artificial bitter milky smell which I can find so often in cheap "sea aroma" parfumes. No flowers, woods nor citruses anymore... It just fades away very quickly into... this

EDIT: What was wrong with my nose? I can now smell almost all of the notes (exept for raspberry and olibanum and some flowers)
It's woody, citrusy, fresh and milky at the same time. Interesting scent. Although it still smells very artificial, its quite nice, but I would never pay a full price to get it. On me it reads as unisex.

liverpudlian78

This isn't bad at all, it's just not my type of perfume. I can detect citruses and lightly done floral notes through at least 4-6 hours of wear. I feel that it is more unisex than feminine and thus not really my usual taste in perfume.Women is a clean, fresh perfume and a bit too clean for me.

Sillage is soft and longevity is good.

mirrorghost

this starts off with tea and some masculine citruses. it's very fresh. i get a little sweetness from the raspberry and some florals, i think primarily orange blossom. it stays pretty linear on me. mostly citrus with a hint of florals.

Hawk65

Got a sample of this with a perfume order a few weeks ago and decided to try it today. It smelled pretty and clean for a moment, but no striking notes, pretty bland and forgettable. It lasted about 20 minutes on me. By the time I reached the office, I couldn't even detect it. If I smelled it on someone right now, I probably wouldn't recognize it. That's how forgettable it was. I still have some left to the sample bottle, so maybe I will give it another go, but so far it's a 2.5 just because it didn't stink.

Update:
Tried again last night. Smelled good, detected a little spicy floral for about 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it was totally undetectable. Either this is a really bad sample, or the perfume is a waste of money. I won't be buying. Even the mini sample spray bottle seems defective and does not spray properly.

ShannonIk

To me, this fragrance is the love child of Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt and Killian Vodka on the Rocks. It is refreshing, herbal and green but still has softer edges than a fragrance that is traditionally marketed towards men. In the dry down, it does read a tad more floral than either of them. But, it keeps that freshness that I like about both of them. This is a KILLER for Spring/Summer. I love it.

Sammi_co

Not sure about all the dislikes myself either. I can see a slight similarity with intense D&G, however I find D&G a lot sharper. This is softer. It’s modern, fresh and vibrant. I’d wear this to work or out shopping etc.

valentina.marini

beautiful grapefruit, can't wait for the summer heat to wear it in its fresh glory.

Oakfield

My wife just returned from the city wearing this scent.

Calvin Klein Women Eau de Parfum is a very floral, spicy and fresh blind grab all round nice fragrance.

Not too powerful nor with a giant sillage, but lovely, quiet and alluring - I like it

8/10

Ulusia

I do not understand the amount od dislikes. Who could dislike such a fresh, uncomplicated and well blended scent? I picked citrusy notes and white flowers. It is a beautiful casual scent, for days when you wear tshirt and jeans.
Bottle is too complicated for my liking but there are more trashy ones e.g. - pumps, lipsticks, etc.

Isiksu

I love this scent! Fell in love with it at first sniff. It's very fresh so it's a good perfume for daytime. Definitely very citrusy; the main note I pick up on is grapefruit. The bottle is unique, but I'm not a fan of the lid: I don't like how big it is and I think the material looks cheap. However, I didn't buy it for the bottle. Lately, this has been my go-to perfume for the day with a switch to Gucci Guilty Absolute pour femme in the evenings.

Erick14

Get a sample test and being a man, I could say this could be unisex tho.

Estela B

Calvin Klein is for me the kingdom of pop perfumery. For some that might mean vulgar, cheap, or unimportant releases. But I admire very much the capacity of delivering such ready-to-wear fragrances that even if you don't love, it is rather almost impossible to dislike. Woman is one of those fragrances that even if it doesn't mean love at first sniff to me, I would buy it just because...well, the bottle is very beautiful, really, it is, in the pictures I found it weird but in my hands I loved it. Then it is fresh, straight to the point kind of thing. The dry down is a pleasant violet, if you like violet you will love Woman. Longevity is pretty good. Quite frankly, I liked it. It is not on my top list but I can clearly see, once again, why CK fragrances are so successful. They are uncomplicated, and sometimes that's just what we want.
The only thing that bothers me is the name since not long before Ralph Lauren launched a fragrance with the same name.

Forbiddenjade

This is by far one of the most intriguing releases of Calvin Klein in years.

It has a distinct masculine quality - think lemon, lime, grapefruit, cedar, black pepper and eucalyptus! - so perhaps the name does not fit.

It's rather fresh, in a pungent but pleasant way (eucalyptus and pepper/cedar), but certainly not so masculine to be off limits for a woman. The mimosa and orange blossoms combo helps mitigating an otherwise man cologne.

I can see this befitting a sporty one, who likes to smell fresh, classy and not too flowery.

Not for me, but I like it nonetheless and would give it a decent 7/10.

damienthoresson

Well, it's not very interesting. It is, however, a cheaper version of many other niche fragrances out there. Take it for what it is: a masculine leaning, fairly high quality synthetic.

minag

Drawn by the strange bottle, I decided to test this at Shoppers Drug Mart this past weekend and was surprised by how sharp it was for something marked as a "feminine" scent. At the time, I had no idea what the notes were, but was not surprised by what I saw here. Between the cedar, citrus, and chemical formulas, it really stings the nose. It might be more appealing to/on a man, but it really did smell like some sort of chemical cleaner on me. Dislike for me.

aesthetic_k

It’s very chic, simple, fresh, clean perfume. I like it but nothing is special, almost every brand have this kind of perfume. This is for everyday use and the best season to use is summer and spring.

AnnabelLee

Nice Calvin Klein release. It's fresh and clean, with a laundry-like vibe. I mostly smell citrus and hedione -as a mix of green fresh white florals. This is my first test of it and I'm not getting eucalyptus or olibanum. A reviewer mentioned it smelled much alike CK Truth for women: well, I've been through many bottles of Truth as it used to be my signature in the early 2000s and I'm afraid I must disagree. This is not a green-aquatic with a warm skin drydown type of fragrance which Truth was. I do agree with those who say that Women resembles a sheer men's cologne. Alright, Women isn't stunning or sophisticated but imho it is a good choice for an everyday summer fragrance. It also has a decent lasting power. Honestly, I don't understand why it is getting so much hate :/

hoseoksgirlfriend

I have to first admit, I was very excited about the ad because I love Saoirse Ronan. I was also very excited when I got the sample I've been wearing. I don't know why, but I can't decide if this perfume is absolutely genius or not. Because, I would actually buy this, if I wasn't eyeing another I tested at the store. And yet, I really like this one because it's so pretty.. I enjoy smelling it on a sweater while I'm falling asleep.

Jomoves

I am not a huge CK fragrance fan - it seems to me that they just wheel something out every couple of years with more thought into the advertising campaign than the actual fragrance. But this one is an exception.

First up I LOVE the bottle. I'm so sick of everyone bashing any bottle that isn't minimalist in that Chanel understated way. The eye reminds me of 70s photography and the whole thing is like a little perspex sculpture. The colour of the juice is great too and compliments the 70s vibe

The juice itself is like fizzy orange with a little bit of eucalyptus and salt thrown in. I like it a lot because it isn't overwhelming but does have some personality. I agree that it is probably too masculine to be a really big hit with the ladies. In fact, I think that this could have been a CK2 flanker.

PricklyAndHot

Light and citrusy. Not touching.

ntabassum92

Meh - an ambroxan lemon fest. Sharp woody, super lemony/appley - I just feel like I've smelled this same scent a million times before. A Light Blue clone. Kind of bleachy/nauseauting in the drydown. A pass for me. This kind of makes me angry - like if this is Calvin Klein's big new release, I feel like it could have been done better. It's also not a fall fragrance, I think the timing for the release is all wrong. I'll stop ranting now :p

justfloral

Apples !! (green and yellow apples) + cold fresh note of cedar (like in Eternity Men - nice scent of adhesive tape, cedar, some kind of plastic, it reminds me of hemp-nettle leaves (Galeopsis pubescens)).

It smells like teal, turquoise apples.
If there were teal apples it would be their scent.

Edit: It's similar to Naturelle by Yves Rocher!

Victoria Regia

I like this. It's a fresh, clean and pretty lemony scent that is very easy to wear. It was a hit among the young ladies at work, they all wanted to know what I was wearing so they could purchase it for themselves. Thumbs up!

LadyIva

Meh... yet another generic citrusy floral with lots of ambroxan. The list of notes looked promising, but in real life this is just an offshot of Light Blue and the likes. Pass.

Sahar74

There is something in this fragrance that i hate. I notice there is Eucalyptus which is disgusting. This should be called i'm man it's not feminine at all. Calvin Klein has finished make wondeful fragrances like before .. so sad :(

shusha

I've tried it without looking at the notes, otherwise I wouldn't have as I have an orange blossom intolerance. If it didn't contain orange blossom, I think I would've loved it. It's an interesting refreshing scent and I did manage to enjoy its opening (pre orange blossom kick). The cedar and eucalyptus are quite striking but combined with sweetness and citrus notes make it quite a unique scent. The longevity and sillage are good, though I had to wash it off as orange blossom was becoming pretty prominent.

SoulScent

This fragrance hates me! I get a really synthetic EVA type smell. Yuck!

strongal

I absolutely love this on everyone but me. When i wear it all I can smell is pepper..SO MUCH pepper! It actually nauseates me. At least i can enjoy it on others..its very bright and pleasant.

masako_30

Women develops on my skin in a good way. At first I can barely detect the floral notes; they emerge slowly with each passing hour, while cedar and black pepper emphasize the whole composition.
To my surprise eucalyptus is not of the balsamic type (not bad!). Longevity is impressive.
In my style.

missk

Calvin Klein Women is nothing out of the ordinary I'm afraid. It wears like a generic citrus-floral, similar in style and execution to Dolce & Gabbana's Light Blue.

Calvin Klein Women is perfect for the Summer months or humid climates. This composition is heavy on the citrus accords, with zesty grapefruit lending a sour, juicy aroma all the way through.

I had hope that Calvin Klein Women would become softer towards the drydown, with more floral nuances and creamy woods. Sadly this fragrance smells quite astringent on my skin, with a sharpness that I can only attribute to the grapefruit, pepper and hedione blend creating havoc on my skin.

I consider CK One to be a much nicer citrus fragrance in regards to both quality, scent and longevity. Calvin Klein Women falls short of making a lasting impression on me, which is a shame seeing that so much effort has gone into the marketing campaign surrounding this fragrance's release. Having both Saoirse Ronan and Lupita Nyong'o as the faces of this fragrance couldn't have been cheap for Calvin Klein.

I have to agree with a majority of reviewers on this page, Calvin Klein Women does smell unisex. Shame that this bottle design with the kitsch-y, heavily mascara-laden eye and pink juice doesn't translate into something a man could be swayed into owning. I think it would sell a lot better marketed as a unisex fragrance.

raiza1990

I tested it multiple times to see if it would grown on me, but no, it didn't happened. Don't get me wrong, it is not bad, but it is simply not impressive. It is clean, green,a bit powdery, a bit citrusy. It is elegant and relaxing, but there are many many other such fragrances out there and this one is not even the best in this genre. i don't know why Calvin Klein felt the necessity to bring this fragrance to the market. Even my mother-in-law who is a fan of this type of fragrance was not impressed.
If you're a fan of this kind of fragrance, i recommend reaching for Boss Ma Vie (any of the line) or Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche or maybe something from Biotherm.
Sillage and longevity are also nothing to write home about, like the rest of this fragrance.

Sebastiana

Smells like a lighter version of Chanel Chance eau Fraiche. Opens a little sweeter, but the dry down is a dupe for eau Fraiche.

susanlouise9

I have a sample of this and my first reaction is what a nice sporty mens cologne this could be! The eucalyptus note is predominant with some woody notes supporting it.

It's not a fragrance I enjoy smelling on myself but lightly applied on a man and it could be a pleasant smell.

agado

very spicy woow

hamidouhanane101

i have a sample of this that i requested from sephora and i am absolutely obsessed with it, i need a 100ml in my life ASAP. It's very citrusy charp and salty, agh so invigorating!!!! it gives me life, hard for me to tell that it has all those notes in it, it smell so simple and clean cut, i think its a very modern sporty sexy scent. Planning on getting a full bottle by next month.

mapache

Typical "pink juice" scent that is so common in the current market...???...Yup !!
I do see the ties to D&G Light Blue....and I also feel it is in common to the new DKNY Stories....and Victoria's Secret Love. I tried a sample vial only, and have decided it will not be a full bottle buy. It is a nice scent...but I have too many others in this category.

mizuyowill

I got a sample vial from Amazon.
This is unisex perfume. Grapefruit is prominent. I don't think the name and color doesn't match this perfume. It's yellow or white, not pink.

It's citrus perfume with some wood and violet in base. Because of violet, slightly powdery at the end. I don't feel it's oriental floral. Sillage is very weak (almost skin scent) but longevity is pretty good concidering it's citrus one.

This is not my cup of tea.
If you like a light and long-lasting grapefruit perfume, you'll like this.

PS;
It reminds me "Destiny Blue by Marilyn Miglin" and "D&G Light Blue".

ScarlettX

This is a sharp woody and spicy scent. Nothing I would like to wear. Very strong and sharp to my nose.
There's definitely a similarity to cleaning products.
Too harsh for me, pinches my noes literally.

arielX

I recently tried Calvin Klein Truth for Women and then later got a sample of this one. Wow — they are 100% the same, ok the new Woman fragrance is a bit softer, but they are identitcal. No jokes!

Also, I've heard that "Women" is the same as "Sheer Beauty" from Calvin Klein. Not sure what's going on here, but repackaging the same product is a bit sad.

That being said, I do like it! I think it's quiete gender neutral as the initial kick is Green & Floral, but more like leaves then flowers. I'm a man, so I'm just curious how women find it.

My wife has ton of perfumes and this one is definitely unique — not sweet, not soft & gentle flowery.

Green grass, woods, green plants, flower leaves — unique.

1037

Just got a paper sample in a magazine and love it (my mom and sister loved it too). It's basically a slightly more grown up/refined light blue with a more sweet/fruity nuance to keep it interesting. Before I looked at the notes I guessed that it had grapefruit, cedar, and ambroxan. Turns out I was right but there's clearly more to it than that. I will definitely be interested in a bottle if/when the price goes down.

Stela87

It smells like YVES ROCHER- Naturelle... nothing new for me

antonpan

A soft and feminine orange blossom fragrance. Nothing new here. Reminds of many niche neroli scents - Van Cleef Neroli Amara, Tomboy Neroli Parle Moi de Parfum, PG Neroli ad Astra, some of Ex Nihilo.

Not a bitter or after-shave neroli, but an elegant, fruity soapy neroli with a saltiness of magnolia. Not sweet, no vanilla, no eucalyptus as well. A decent release.

junoMACguff

This smelled lovely on the paper so I tested it on my arm. The first 5 minutes were really nice, white florals that were a bit sweet. After that, it turned very screechy and masculine. Almost as if it had morphed into a completely different fragrance. I will say that the longevity and sillage were impressive though. I washed my arm several times last night and I can still smell it faintly this morning. I do get the comparison to D&G Light Blue.

genny17

Tried it today, and I must say it smells nice, but it doesn't go beyond nice , and forgettable,,.it is like a soft pinkish floral, I don't find it peppery, and it doesn't smell awful !
Now, I think only women who like barely there very subtle perfumes would enjoy it...like a very light Burberry Body...I don't know what Calvin Klein was hoping with this one...it is feminine, but no development, a bit like Versace Bright crystal?innofensive, soft and pink.
I do agree if has of Downtown, renamed Woman, sane type of light perfumes.

Photojenchick

Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl gone bad, and not in a good way. So much ambroxan. So. Much. “A fragrance for us” says the slogan. Not all of us.

JenJones28

I find this really unique. This could be a “love” for me, except the pepper and ambroxan burn my nose. I do think we need to give props for the uniqueness tho. I may change my mind about it and it could become a love just because I find it so different.

hm4y

This fragrance is my personal dream scent! I first smelt it on the skin of a family member and it was reminiscent to Paco Rabanne’s ‘Million’ for men, with hints of their ‘Olympia’ but on my skin it’s smells almost exactly of Thierry Mugler’s ‘Womanity’. The latter being my favourite scent of all time, this is a cleaner version to a very heavy and “rich” scent of Mugler’s fragrance. Can’t say that it’s for everyone but would recommend testing it!

missingpuzzle

It could have been Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche - Touche d'Ambroxan

Martina Chlupackova

I could not wait to try this new release and it is such a big disappointment. It seems similar to the Eternity Air which is also nothing special.

Irinka Popova

Big,very big dissappointment! Cheap and unpleasant smell. And the cap is terrible!

nightcutter

I smell little more than a soft and powdery orange. It's a little earthy. It's pretty forgettable. The bottle and lid are terrible.

dvillegas

I got a sample of this fragrance and loved it!
Finally a fragrance that is not sweet!
I love the freshness and the multiple facets.
The eucaliptus is super interesting and woody dry down is just beautiful.
Finally something different! Definitely a fragrance for me!

The.notorious.n.a.p.p.e.r

Seems like everywhere I look there's D&G Light Blue in the 'reminds me of category'...either we're all becoming ansomic to citrus fragrances...or perfumers have just lost their mojo

Spicey Pickled Ginger

Y'all that are upset over Calvin Klein churning out unfit plonk have forgotten that they sold to COTY some time back - no way in hell will they have anything worth more than $10.00 ever again. It's a low down crying shame.

Stephen patton

Seem to think too many niche fans commenting on this and trying to down it, this is one of the best releases from Klein, super addictive and very impressive. Love this

ZELJO

Am I the only one who seems a strong ressemblance beetwen this and the classic Light blue? ok,after a few minutes that one goes sweeter and powndery, but still...

OolongLaLa

This could've been a cool, new citrus scent with a unique twist if only the ambroxan were entirely well-behaved. The eucalyptus may share some of the blame. Initially, I get fresh citrus, a bit of eucalyptus that brings a new (to me) tone to the composition, and a marine note that I attribute to ambroxan. I think citrus fruits, orange blossom, and a lemony magnolia keep it citrus from top-to-bottom. It's hard to describe the camphorous quality of eucalyptus— it's not medicinal here. It smells like you shot something herbal into the stratosphere. I like it. There's the sheer addition of not-too-salty sea spray. All together, quite good. Then it all changes.

First, the eucalyptus disappears. Then the ambroxan becomes unnatural. At first, I thought it was plasticky, but I also get rubber eraser. As it persists, I get the strongest memory of washing my mom's Tupperware. The eucalyptus now reminds me of dishwashing liquid and I can smell the plastic odor of Tupperware in the hot, soapy water. I also get a wooden smell, but it's not fresh; it's some sort of wooden product, like wood chips or maybe a pencil. This drydown is a shame because the beginning is so promising.

Now about that bottle. It's so overwrought. Why, Raf, why?!

DarlingNikki

Oh, dear, it looks like they're trying to make ambroxan in women's fragrances a 'thing'. I don't mind ambroxan as such, but perfumers seem to want to use the maximum dosage and it kills everything in its path.

hedward

The shape of the bottle is pretty, but the cap is hideous and unconventional. Very questionable choice..

I was so excited for this (Annick Menardo and eucalyptus) but the scent is a big miss for me. It's a green fractionated orange blossom similar to Mugler Aura but stripped off of all the fun of that quirky wintergreen and dirty vanilla. Instead the orange blossom is married to a vile ambroxan base that is reminescent of the nasty hyper-deodorant scent that is Dior Sauvage. It's just not good.. if you want contemporary and clever white florals, get Mugler Aura or Twilly d'Hermes.

Also it's sad to see this kind of a campaign to stand behind such a vain fragrance. Women deserve better.

daithi

Already tried it.
No eucalyptus.
No black pepper.
No olibanum.
This is just another boring girlish, salty, fruity vanilla, similar to CK Reveal, completely linear and forgettable.

maen

Already tried it, is available in Spain only at main’s big shop, is a very plain scent in my opinion, maybe will suit better to other kind of tastes...
I was waiting for something revolutionary as mythic pillars of Escape, bold as Contradiction or plenty of personality as Eternity, as they try to announce, but I only found a basic fragrance, some kind of fresh floral with a woody edge, like a finish berry feeling... In a way of Marc Jacobs Daisy editions.
It could have a promising start (or I was really hopeful and wanted to be innovative) like peppery fresh hint, but quickly it developed into a bland scent... Very light.
Also reminds me Downtown, but watery and with bit of pepper. I couldn’t notice the eucalyptus...
Not a super launch, as I said, maybe other people will find it a wearable pretty scent...

Nil3

Dont be sad,Pluto.

Try it first and see how it works on your skin.
