Blind bought this online and I'm so relieved I love it. I love this better than the original Chloe EDP. I love how they added citrusy notes to make the perfume smell brighter and fresh.

JuanitaChristensen

This is a gorg scent, especially if you're new to trying perfumes you should check this out. It opens as a citrusy scent then you get a whiff of the roses as it wears off! Loveee!

Yurippe

This is really pretty, but also really boring. And I say that as someone who a) loves rose notes and b) used to wear Chloé Eau de Parfum for quite some time.

Lady Nightshadow

I'm pleasantly surprised by Chloe EDT, although I don't remember the original one, so I'm coming clean to this experience.

On my skin, it starts as a clean, airy, subtly fruity scent, reminding me of a good refreshing shower.
It is more fresh than sweet, not pungent at all: a dreamy white floral with a hint of sweet citruses.
I find that it develops beautifully in the floral part, as it stays clean, subtly powdery and sweet.
It's feminine in a classy and elegant way.
It stays clean through the whole experience and it just goes a bit deeper in the drydown, I love that it lacks woody notes, so I can enjoy musky flowers for hours.

I would say that this is a grown up but still young at heart fragrance. Perfect for everyday, absolutely professional, since it is absolutely feminine without being flirty.
Differently from many experiences, I don't think I would have enjoyed this in my teen years, as it is too serious and balanced for the turbolence of those times, when I was only wearing gourmand coffe / coconut / honey vanillas all year round.

This is a passepartout scent for a woman that needs a one-fits-all-events fragrance, but I would also keep an alternative in my closet for some special occasions.
Absolutely full bottle and signature worthy.

diving_woman

i got this in bermuda at the duty-free shop. induced an incredible headache at the time, but that was a crazy 12 hour day in the airport! so that makes sense. the first week i tried this, i wanted to love it, but i felt like it wasn't for me.

after living with chloe edt for a while, and trying miss dior, another quintessential "feminine" scent (sugar spun madness!), i think i understand chloe more. the citrusy top notes are my favorite, but they don't last long. it then dries down into a woody rose. initially i hated this woody rose, but i've come to understand chloe edt as a mature feminine scent. it's the perfect spring/summer scent. completely inoffensive. after owning for a few months, it's become a love. most ppl would reccomend this for daytime, but i do think it works very well at nighttime.

side note! i was taking a tour at my college, and the wind was very strong. i was pretty sure my tour guide was wearing this but i didn't want to ask. the fresh spring air made this perfect. it will work perfectly next year.

Deleted my previous review. This perfume is citrusy and floral. It took a while but now I am in love with it. If you like citrus, you will love it. I didn't really like Chloe edp so I am relieved this doesn't smell like it. It is a beautiful citrusy floral, very light but lasts on clothes.

alexandradaos

99% identical to Florabotanica, but maybe a bit less green. I have trouble telling them apart.

I was so excited buying my first Chloe...and so disappointed after I tried it 😞
After checking and researching all the similar Chloés I decided to buy this EDT. I thought it would be the best option for the coming spring season and according to the reviews and “reminds me of list”, it’s the most similar to the rest of the family members.
But is this Chloe about??? A synthetic, harsh, very soapy mixture of sour rose and peony with hints of some strange cold musk???
I hoped for a nice, pleasant, extremely feminine scent, what I could wear all around in spring and summer, what would make me feel good and lovely and comfortable...but it’s rather like a nose bothering lemony cleaning product, a huge disappointment!

bombekmateya

Dry down is totally Armani my way!

Amnaa

I had very high hopes, but all I can smell is just soap with a hint of some flower in the far background. So sad it does not fit me well.

I have initially thought there were violets in this. Turns out violet is a note in white roses!

mabelcruet

I should know by now to randomly spray when I'm in the pharmacy, passing time until my prescription is ready.

This is an absolute disaster on me-in the 25 minutes it took me to drive home, I developed the worst headache I've had in months, which may or may not be relevant. It was the same sort of reaction I get with tuberose, but the white florals in this are minimal to me.

Initial impressions are that this is a very soft, wispy sort of fragrance, delicate and very light rose, but it rapidly turns into a huge soapy detergent like fabric softener and becomes powdery. Except the powder is really harsh-usually I love powder notes but this is astringent and chemical on me. And it lasts and lasts and lasts-I could still smell it 8 hours later.

GinCatsBooks

I have just deleted my previous review, after trying Chloe EDT for a week, my opinions on the scent have definitely changed.

Chloe EDT opens on my skin with a blast of soapy/detergenty freshness (I get that some people don't care much for that sort of thing, but I really love it) which gives it a kind of out of the shower clean cotton t-shirt type feel. Once it dries down, some of the florals and woods come out, I mainly detect rose and a bit of magnolia laying on a smooth base of cedar, I know its not a note listed, but I can honestly smell it. The overall impression I get with this perfume is fresh linens that were washed in a nice detergent and fabric conditioner, dried on the washing line in the sun, ironed and put away in a cedar blanket box, I really really love this, I love it a lot more than I did when I first purchased it. For an EDT the longevity and silage are both pretty decent, I sprayed myself this morning at 9 AM, its almost 3PM and its still going strong, and everywhere I walk, I can smell Chloe surrounding me in this wonderful, comforting and clean aura.

Simply sublime <3

ModernClassic1

Chloe exudes sophistication, good energy and a deep confidence that is not at all loud. It's character is bright and "about its business". In other words, this fragrance speaks and says, "I am who I say I am, but I don't have anything to prove." Love it, I wear this one when I want to inspire.

lmwimsatt

I guess I'm finding I just dont care for the smell of cotton flower

cemrelo

it reminds me of the newly ironed clothes. clean, pure, innocent. cotton flower, rose and magnolia are blended well.it is not a conventional rose. I’m not the rose fan, this doesn’t bite. it smells soft. Light. But good longevity. 6-7 hours.

BrianneWilde

I honestly don't really like this scent. The rose is incredibly strong in this, but it's my fault for blind buying this without looking at reviews. Got it at Marshalls for $35, which is a good deal on this considering it's $115 at Sephora. When I wear this I combine it with a tonka bean perfume to make it sweeter. Staying power is okay, about 5 hours.

msginsling

The only way I can tell the various incarnations of Chloe apart, is from the different coloured ribbons on the bottles.
White...… this was a gift from my daughter. She told me the assistant had said about 3 times 'are you sure this is the one you want'.... I understand why. The white ribbon is nice, pale and short lived. It's a soft mist of roses. Fortunately there's nothing strongly synthetic about any of the Chloe range. They are all in there own way delightful.
I'm thinking of layering this version with something else, or using it with a Myrrh based body lotion.

Sabretoothkitten

Don't worry this does have good projection. Two people I work with wear this, it's not too strong as in, cloying or invasive but it's easily smellable.
I think it's nice enough but too sterile and clean almost like a detergent or bathroom product. A bit of sharpness. I don't mean that I hate it or anything it's just not my style. If you like soapy clean floral give it a try its got good longevity. I need a bit of sweetness in my florals.

marianne76

I love the scent of Chloe EDT (2015). Like, because it has a fresh floral smell, very clean, and creamy. It sometimes smells like Chloe Love Story.

Downside: It's too light. I don't know if the people around me can smell me wearing Chloe EDT. I want my perfumes to have a strong projection.

glorianabeausoleil

This is my new signature scent, the third of my life. The first was Quelques Fleurs L'Original. Either I or the formulation of that scent have changed, so that it is no longer beautiful on me. This Chloe transforms my mood.

Nil3

This was sent to me by mistake.

I ordered my second bottle of the EDP ,which has become my signature after being hooked on a different one for 15+ years.

I received this one instead.

It resembles the edp version,of course.
Lets just say its a well made edt of the original Chloe.

This however is more sour, due to the citrus and bergamot
as the original one which is sweeter. Dont know why you would add 2 sour elements.

I was pissed at the beginning!
My co-worker assured me that he found it stunning and that it suited me extremely well.

To be honest it grew on me.....BECAUSE its the different twin of the edp.

After this bottle, I´ll PERSONALLY get my signature cuz I just need that LITCHI on the top.

;)

melancholybaby

I don't get roses or even much of a floral note. It seems to go directly to a slightly woody dry-down. Not bad, not offensive, but not exciting or interesting, either.

muahah

Very citrus, bergamont. Bitter, dry, even salty. Reminds vodka alcohol or schweppes drink or even some car refreshers. Unfortunately I can't sense any rose or floral. Nice for hot summer thou. I get association with cactus in dry area if they were bitter.

Bloomahyde

I spritzed some of this on my wrist as I was going through the duty free shop in Mexico. It settled into a really pretty clean rose after several hours in terminals and planes. Even after landing in sub-zero weather, I could still smell it but close to the wrist only. It has an uplifting quality that came in handy in late Winter. It's not your Grandmother's rose. It's too synthetic for that.

heroine

I won't purchase this again. I don't know why I purchased it in the first place since I dislike rose perfumes. (Maybe the bottle’s design made me buy it?!)
Anyways, people who love rose perfumes might enjoy this, but will dislike the longevity. It's an EDT after all.

P.S. I ended up giving it to my mom and I don't know whether she likes it.

DaisyChain90

This is a very fresh smell and incredibly citrusy on myself. Unfortunately not in a pleasant way, I end up smelling like a cleaning product. Which certainly isn't a preference! However I do enjoy the smell on others. One that can change a lot of people I believe

Edemay

Agree with the review below
i smelt it yesterday and it really does smell floral with salty playdoh.

ZoeRight

Smells like roses and play-dough.

theuntrainednose

Tested a spray on the arm.

---

Soft floral with mostly rose and some white flowers. Calming and traditionally romantic and feminine. Lasts a couple of hours, which is nice.

It's the kind of rose perfume that wafts around you as you move, arm's length. Makes me think of ladies, of walkning on a meadow wearing a dress.

Nice. Very rose-y with some musk as it evolves, warm and intimate.

I would rather have a little unexpected (maybe green, maybe dark and animalic) notes there, but that's just my personal taste.

It is quite nice and I would wear it if offered.

Whiteforest

This is one of my favorite perfumes. Absolutely love it. Smells so feminine, sophisticated and pretty.

Rianna

I smelt this one before the other Chloe EDP and EDT. I'm really pleased with it. I did smell the other ones and the EDP is ok but quite flowery as is the eau de toilette.
This has something different though and although it's not super strong it does last. You can smell it in little wafts when you move. So clean and fresh and feminine.
The lemon and bergamot give it a little kick at the beginning and then it mellows into the white rose and cotton flower. When it's been on the skin a little while you think it's going to disappear but it doesn't at all. It's a very clean and pretty fragrance and the bergamot gives it something a bit extra..
I've always said perfume should compliment you not overpower you and this does exactly that.

ddm.s

It smells perfect for me. Although it is very smooth, you can not believe how it is long lasting; I recommend this to who wants to feel calm, happy, clean and does not want to squeeze perfume often.
This is my all time favorite!!

The Swedish girl

This smells like the regular Chloe edp, but without the bad green note the edp have.

Beautiful soft roses, NOT the freshly cut/green type. But soft and smooth, like pink scented stationary.
Finally, a rose scent that doesn´t smell like a bathroom air freshener!

Totally non offensive. Clean and feminine, just like the bottle design.

Update: Unfortunately there is something in this that smells like beer... :-(

Lissa1991

I really like this one - it's a bit confusing at first but then the smell of cotton really sets in. It's sweet, but childish and innoccent - a little girl's scent, cosy and feminine. Lasts a long time on my skin, which is quite rare in a perfume. This is also a problem for me- even after I've taken a shower, even after a night's sleep, I can still smell it on my skin, and I like to wear a different perfume everyday so the scents get mixed and it becomes too confusing. Also, I only recently purchased it but I think this scent is probably too hot for Summer - it's more of a Winter/Spring fragance.

Arlene-Beatrix

Gentle white rose & cotton flower scent, very pleasant, light and truly alluring. It is somehow similar to EDP, especially at the beginning, but later it's a lot better!
Scent for a great lady :)

Update: Middle notes seem to be a bit too tiring for me. What a shame. I totally love this bottle.

annanonymous

A fresh pretty innocent light slightly sweet angelic scent, inoffensive and could probably be worn by any age but for me it reminds me too much of something I would've probably worn in my teens in the long hot carefree summer days out with friends, discovering life with butterflies in my tummy.

Im in my early thirties now and my angelic go-to scent is 'SJP 'Lovely', to me its like Chloe's older sister, more floral and minus the sweetness.

kbot

I might need to try the EDP before rendering a final verdict on this. Tried the EDT today and noticed such a marked difference from the old Chloe (as in, the one I had last year/2009 version I think?) that I thought something was wrong with my sample. After reading other reviews here, I'm thinking this version just may not be for me...for starters, Chloe usually lasts way longer on my skin that this did. I definitely got more green than Roses de Chloe--very clean and sweet--but then the dry down on me was much soapier than I'd noticed before, and by the end of the afternoon I felt that it had turned somewhat cloying and a bit young for my taste. Reminded me of something I might have worn in high school. I definitely get the cotton flower, and perhaps that's what was taking me back to adolescence, since I did used to rock the Bath and Body Works Cotton Blossom fragrance back in the day. All in all--will not be purchasing the full size of this.

Lucerna13

Ordered online and didn't noticed it was the new version. This is clearly different from the former ones. It has a very strong rosy scent, and it is too sweet and girly for me even in summer. Would definitely prefer the Roses De Chloe one when it comes to rosy fragrance.

Toom_Snoopy

Quite dissapointed. Maybe I have such high hopes and feel so excited about 'white rose' campaigne. From the first spray, this new edt is very musky...in the way that I can't separate each note of flowers (rose, gardenia, magnolia). And definitely the drydown is sweet musky scent. My search for beautiful white rose continues...

umme.aisha.2k11

For those of you with tarnished bottles, Scrub the tarnished metal with some toothpaste using a toothbrush. Takes less than a minute and your bottle will be good as new!

lanaaeles

Chloe created another beautiful perfume. Soft, feminine and fresh. Smells like laundry detergent, but in a very good way. It lasts up to 8 hours on my skin, I smell whiffs of it through the day. On my wishlist for next spring.

Update : couldn't resist and bought it today

Update 2: this has become my lazy Sunday scent! The cotton flower gives me a homey, comforting, cosy vibe

Γιάννα

At first smell it was very similar to Chloe's EDP. Then it reminded me of Chloe's Love Story, and then.. something different. Feminine, sensual and delicate. I loved it and I just bought it. I think all Chloe's lovers will love it

harpist

I've been studying abroad in Europe and have had the pleasure of coming across this in stores.

I was very excited to see the new 2015 Chloe EDT, as I adore the EDP and flankers.
Chloe Eau de Toilette first smells very clean and sweet, similar to the Roses de Chloe version. Where this differs is that the rose is quite subtle- it's there, but only gently whispering with almost a fresh "green" quality. More of the magnolia and gardenia combination comes through, giving it a clean and almost creamy floral fragrance. The sweetness vaguely reminded me of honey. However after an hour, the scent really settles and becomes mostly the base notes of the musk and cotton flower. I can still identify it as part of the Chloe ID, but somehow this gives me a very nice shampoo or scented detergent smell. Don't get me wrong- it's quite pleasant and I'd love to have my linens scented like this. ;)

Unfortunately, it does not last very long. I think 2-3 hours would be its maximum on me. It starts out with a moderate sillage but soon dwindles into a soft skin scent within the hour. It's a lovely scent for the spring and summer, but I think I would prefer the EDP for the fall. It's certainly quite nice, but that is all there is to it for me. I look forward to seeing what others think, and perhaps I'll try it again when a warmer season comes.

adacat

Smell is good but too light.
