I tols a salesperson I was crazy about this one and it was discontinued. So she made me try “brands collection no 94” and I must admit it smells an awful lot like Love, Chloè.

Im happy I found it. Comforting and elegant scent.

EauDeLa

Love, Chloe perfume is a magical elixir. I recall the first time I smelled it in a Sephora upon its release, not expecting much. I consider the bottle somewhat underwhelming. However, that first sniff was pure olfactory wonderment. Just pure rice powder and flowers, like diving into a cloud of uncompromising femininity. The projection and lasting power are also remarkable. Such a shame that Chloe discontinued it, as I have met so many people that consider it a favorite and/or holy grail. Though I tend to love every fragrance that Chloe releases, none come close to my passionate affair with Love, Chloe. A few years ago I bought the closest dupe on the market, Phyllis by Pull & Bear (also discontinued now). That is a good one as well, though it has a zing or Sprite-like carbonation to it that makes it less powdery. If they re-released Love, Chloe - I would instantly buy 20 bottles and sell the majority of the rest of my collection. I love it that much.

I was curious, and tried to find my big cousin’s perfume from my childhood memories. However it was there, but it wasn’t the same.

Het bottle had a key/lock chain on it too and it was light pink. It might be Love, Chloé eu florale edition.

Gonna try it…

I ADORED this perfume, I made my way through about 3 bottles at the time, really hope they bring this back.

Like so many others, I was gutted when they discontinued this fragrance. It is special, unique, exhilarating, refreshing, and strong. I will share a secret, as I know many in the comments are pining over this scent: I went to the Chloé flagship store on Greene Street in NYC and had a nice convo with a sales associate, when she mentioned that if you ask for it at that location, they may be able to do something!! Good luck <3

Bostystrah

I think we should MASS email Chloé to bring this fragrance back. I also wrote an email to new creative Director. I hope they bring it back to life

Mullingarynka

This was the best fragrance EVER!!!!! Could Fragrantica do something about it? Maybe write a petition to Chloe and beg them to get back this beauty to production and into shops. I can see that I'm not the only one missing this perfume. Thereis thousands of us.

lujain00

If anyone is selling this please dm me.

x3tina

Does anyone know where can I find this perfume ? It was my favorite but it’s discotinued unfortunately…

RoseGrande

Palermoperfumes.com is said to have an amazing five star interpretation of this perfume.

Perfect10Tara

Oh boy was I into this. Which obviously means it's been discontinued. Oh well. This was an absolute powder bomb! Huge sillage and longevity. It was like nothing I'd ever smelled before and for a while was my signature scent. Just gorgeous. Strong, feminine, irresistible.

I’ve gone through quite a few powdery scents and ended up getting rid of them but this scent is like a powder absolute. It is clean and pure and feminine, not like the unisex fresh scents of today’s time. It was very unique and I wish it was still made.

Frontandscenter

I don’t get any of the pink pepper, just powdery goodness, and some rice. It’s nice, but I don’t really get why it’s so hyped up. I got a partially full 30 ml bottle second hand last year and I haven’t used much, but the few times I have, I’ve gotten compliments. It’s so weird when that happens; you’re not really into a perfume, but people around you think you smell amazing.
Lasts 6-8 hrs and projects well.

Moonami

One of my favourite Chloe perfumes. Layering it with Boucheron Iris (in the purple bottle) became a signature scent for me for some time and got compliments on it. Very elegant and classy.

I don't know why Chloe discontinued this gem though (Whyyyy??!!). When it got discontinued I was lucky to buy a bottle but had to pay a hefty price for it!!!

ballerinanoir

This one is very special. Powdery, delicate, very elegant scent, the one I used to wear to feel cozy.. I discovered this fragrance during a very bumpy and sad time in my life. And it brought me a lot of comfort.

Raquek Zimmerman wears camel clothes in this perfume video which is how I imagine a woman wearing this perfume. Confident, elegant and aware of her presence.

I miss this perfume. Too bad it was discontinued, it was a masterpiece. Powdery in its supreme craft! There is no other powdery scent like this, there is some spicy hint in the midde. Not even Narciso Poudree beats its elegance.

I dont remember smelling anything like. The only scent that evokes the same feeling is bottega veneta edp, but it is a totally different scent.

Sillage : moderate
Lasting power : 8 hs
Iris, lots of powdery notes and musk and rice.
God i miss this scent! Chloe made a big mistake discontinuing it.

Parfluive

One of the most surprising, enlivening, spirited and inspiring perfumes ever.
A cold but soft freshness that lingers for a long time, days on clothes. Hyper feminine and luxurious.
It has something activating and comforting at the same time due to the somewhat resinous pink pepper, the musk and powdery notes.
All the flowers blended into this is just... perfect.

I like to wear it when i go out in the evening, in autumn, winter and perhaps early spring.

Still have half a bottle i now use sparingly since it's discontinued.
I have searched but i haven't found anything like this piece of art.

During the pandemic, my perfume obsession was reignited. I admittedly have always loved perfume but it wasn’t until I needed a hobby that distracted me from the ensuing chaos of an all too darkening reality that I dove in deeply. In those early days, I started trying to become educated on Covid because it was slowly becoming the centerpiece of my daily thoughts and interactions. Unsurprisingly, I was led to dismal corners of the internet predicting that whole ice skating rinks would need to become makeshift morgues in order to house the expected death tolls. There was unrelenting fear mongering and divisive arguing taking place on my social media pages. It was such a paranoia fueled, bleak time for everyone. I found myself supplementing Facebook and YouTube with this site more and more to evade the drama. Inadvertently, this is when I first discovered Love, Chloé through scouring message boards. It was one of my first fragrance acquisitions after neglecting my collection for a while.

Being fairly new to this world, I couldn’t appreciate the sophistication of LC. I sprayed it on my pulse points and it registered merely as a tangy, baby-powdery scent that overwhelmed me. It reminded me of a deodorant I had owned at some point and the settled way it smelled at the end of the day while I changed into my pajamas. This wasn’t necessarily a bad thing but it wasn’t quite what I expected. I had a friend try this on and she said it smelled like Liz Claiborne’s Curve to her 🤔 I had no idea how to interpret LC initially and it definitely is a unique scent that has grown on me in the last few years. It’s the first perfume I tend to think of for a special occasion and that right there shows its place in my heart. My initial thoughts of it being powdery were accurate. But it’s not solely powdery. It could be the pink pepper or the starch from the rice but there’s this grounding warmth to this scent that just expands throughout wear time. There’s just the slightest aspect of wood/dirt hidden behind the florals that makes the warmth radiate even more. It reminds me of that old Campbell’s chicken noodle soup commercial with the snowman. The soothing heat causes the snow to dissipate revealing a chipper, comforted child. I know it sounds strange but this exactly how this perfume makes me feel! That must be why I have a preference for wearing it in cold months which are pretty frequent in my state. I choose this indiscriminately to weather and more so when I want to feel uplifted but I find that it performs equally well in all seasons. You would be hard pressed to find a perfume that performs comparably to LC in the current market with regard to longevity. I can still smell this in the morning. The unique array of purple flowers is fascinating because it would seem that they would make this scent feel dated. It feels retro but not old-fashioned. Perhaps if you bottled Lana Del Rey’s essence of reinterpreting old-school glamour… all the old rules apply but it’s a new game. The orange flower enhances the soapier, clean aspect that this fragrance morphs into about an hour in. I am a sucker for a fragrance that has intricate layers woven into the duration. This is definitely one of those. It’s a whole ass symphony for the senses.

I can’t say enough good things EXCEPT how it’s been discontinued. What a shame that people can’t experience this scent anymore. If Chloé does actually decide to hear our woes and bring LC back, it would most likely be a hollow, replicated shell of its original exquisiteness. I have heard that Phyllis by Pull & Bear comes close to recreating LC. I don’t know if they discontinued that as well but it seems like it has fallen off the face of the earth. I have seen that the bottle design was altered but it looks like they just shelved it completely. Oil Perfumery has a decent dupe that I have tried. It’s the best dupe I have tried and does come close but it’s just an impression. I will disclose that I came close to selling my bottle at some point when I saw how much money the existing bottles were going for and really needed the extra cash. I did a little bit of whining while I took the pictures for the listing and edited them. I believe I even blurted out, “I don’t wanna!” In the end, I just couldn’t. I have never had such an attachment to a perfume I was listing like that before. My rationale on reselling perfume is usually that I might not be appreciating something in my collection that someone else might enjoy and get more use out of. The opposite happened with this fragrance. I kept thinking about what a void would be left if I parted with my bottle and how much less I would enjoy my collection if CL weren’t a part of it. Yes, I know it’s only perfume and yes, I have other perfumes (some would argue too many.) This particular perfume is special to me. I found it during such a hopeless time in my life where nothing felt glamorous, affirming, or comforting. This was my little reminder that those things were still tangible and I guess it still represents those things for me. My perfume passion has started to dwindle recently, as I think it has for a lot of us, but I will forever be inspired by scents like CL. The way they make you feel is indescribable but once they have imprinted on you, you can’t let go.

Rosiewebber

Soft purple powder, sweet and gentle, floral, elegant, ladylike, innocent. There’s something so addictive about this one, it’s such a shame they discontinued it.

marialena888m

Is there anything we can do to get Chloe to bring this fragrance back??? I’ve tested hundreds and hundreds of fragrances by now in search of a new signature, but there’s nothing like this beauty. Nothing comes close.

madsoem

I really liked this when I had it for it’s somewhat unique powdery smell.

cemeteryfairy

I’m selling my one oz on eBay it’s only been sprayed once for $100 Please contact me on Instagram so I can send you the link, it’s mandymotel

I initially was’t interested in sampling this are all as I’m not a huge fan of purple florals or powder scents, but in the name of science I tried it anyway. I initially sprayed it on a paper strip and wasn’t really enthralled, but later that night and for the rest of the week the small paper strip engulfed my handbag with a powder-soft cloud of irresistible goodness. I knew I had to immediately buy it that week and get a backup of this rare gem. Love, Chloe encapsulates the feeling of taking a warm clean cotton robe out of the dryer after a shower. It’s warm and comforting, blanketing your body in a deliciously addictive clean powdery scent that last on the skin for ages. I can’t recommend this enough and I wish Chloe would bring it back, I’ll want this in my collection forever. A true staple <3

"to powdery" - my wife

It happens to have a strong floral powder vibe that some may enjoy. More mature scent, wasnt my 30 year old wife's taste. Anyways, full tester bottle still available for trade. PM me. Cheers

astralmonad870

I was interested in trying this because I love purple florals, but the talcum powder ruined the entire fragrance for me. Why the hell would the perfumer decide to ruin elegance with wet wipes?

NandaGScorpio

Selling mine.

zenithince

Love Chloe has been my daily choice for a long time. It offers the best expression of purple flowers and powder.

A pleasant mix of sweet vanilla powder, iris and spicy pepper at the beginning, followed by a light lilac. Unlike other sweet-powdery fragrances, it exudes femininity and elegance, giving a feeling of luxury, like a pink bubble bath. After drying, there is a delicate hyacinth sensation that lasts all day long. Love Chloe is truly unique, no other perfume can compare.

I am passionate about it, I feel very expressive when I wear it. It offers a subtle but powerful aura and impressive staying power.

dandeli0n

Lovely and vintage makes you feel angelic reminds me of Barbie in the nutcracker Clara would wear this, but I get the rose notes even though it does not have it so kinda interesting, it turns to a soft skin scent which I like the most I don't like the opening it's annoyingly powdery at first, reminds me of a girl who loves to lay down in a field of flowers and talk to animals, my mom said you smell amazing is that a fabric softener lol

Currant01

If you love purple, musky, powdery florals this is a must try. I almost dare to say it’s a safe blind buy if that category is your thing. I try not to keep back-up bottles but if a decently priced Love Chloé crosses my path I will buy it. One of my most elegant perfumes! Smells exactly like the bottle looks

perfumesniffer

this would still be my signature had it not been discontinued. it’s that powdery rice-y note I was head over heels about. this scent seemed like flintsones chewable vitamins + guerlainade sauce + rice powder + abstract orange blossom/heliotrope fluffy pillows. absolutely perfect and unique. nothing comes close. wore this from about 2011-2019 until I ran out. #stillsad #foreverandalways #lovechloe

I love Chloe Love but it difficult to find. I found a copy at perfume parlour (uk) and its fantastic.

everyone in türkiye still wears this heavily. the dupe-perfume industry is big in here thanks to economy, and they don't seem to discontinue it. this frag, is really loved here; there are even deodorants with this exact smell. the first time i smelled this i was in middle school, i had a really bad-ass friend that smoked at the age of 13 and was really into WWE women's division. she got this as her signature and it was also the first time i heard the words "signature perfume". i remember liking it so much but she wouldn't give me the name because apparently she was afraid i would go and buy it too. after making me promise i wouldn't buy it while we were in the same school, she gave the name to me. i think this is a beautiful scent but the people who wear it around here rarely even suit it. i think they underestimate the power of "perfume" and how it can look out of place for some people. this perfume is(was) for either the purest girl or the loveliest modern grandma. and if i saw a person who dons all blacks and swears and smokes, i will not associate this perfume with her.

Lidell

In case you have the chance, please get Luxure Lady Elite, which is an extremely cheap and incredibly well-performing dupe for Chloé Love. The dry-down is just 10/10 the same and it has moderate to strong sillage with about 8-10 hours of longevity, for the price of around 7-8 EURs.
You are welcome, I hope it can ease your pain.

Céline B.

Am i the only one who notice peppermint a little bit on top notes?

VanillaaManiaa

This used to be my signature, I used up all my bottles with wanton abandon…something about the powdery drydown was soo addictive.
A fragrance that frequently crosses my mind, I miss it dearly, like an old love; another one that got away…

Aeris

I can’t believe they discontinued my beloved Chloe Love. The closest dupe I’ve found is Nanshe by Nishane. It’s eerily close, yet way more expensive. I spent $200 on it regardless because it filled that hole in my heart that was left after this left. It broke my heart to take it off my profile as my signature scent :(

MaggieCindy

Not a review. For those who are missing it, give a try to Rouge Lipstick by Adopt. I'm surprised at the similarity.

Mullingarynka

As far as I know there is a big big NEED for this fragrance. I'm one of fans myself. It is quite long when this Masterpiece was discontinued. I just wonder why Chloé do nothing to bring it back???

PortofinoMornings

My forever signature scent. I hope Chloe will bring it back and maybe considers to discount scents in ther current portfolio that are nowhere close to this gem…

Sparklygem

This will forever be my favorite perfume. I still have half a bottle left that I only use on special occasions, and one brand new bottle that I'm saving for my wedding day. Still hoping Chloe will bring it back one day. Haven't found a dupe that comes close yet.

poccas

I miss this gem so much.... please bring it back.

ArtDecoStyle

Not a review: If you have chance to visit Türkiye, Philia by Sevilla (in Sevil Perfumeries) is a very similar and a good quality perfume. The price is in the average designer range.

(I only recommend dupes for discontinued perfumes. I hope Chloe will hear us and put it into production again.)

pobedite1

It smells bitter first, and then it turns sweet powdery scent. I don't like the bitterness.

churinl

I just NEED to say that I am literally heartsick that this masterpiece was discontinued. 😭I am desperately looking to purchase a back up of this, or even the Intense version which I've never tried, but the prices are stratospheric, even for used bottles. I still have about 2/3 of a bottle left, but I know I will need at least another bottle. I may have to purchase the Phyllis dupe so many speak of. Perhaps I can make my bottle last for longer if I use it to layer or perhaps only spray Love on my wrists and the dupe elsewhere.
If by any chance there is someone looking to unload their unloved bottle, please contact me. Hopefully we can make a deal.

MonicaCloud

A cloud of delicate flowers gently embraces me in powdery heaven... Beautiful, clean, soft, elegant, comforting, peaceful. This is what angels smell like. I am in love.

peachpony

I wasn't sure what I would think of this one when I first received it. It wasn't fully my note profile as powdery can feel a bit boring sometimes; dated even. This, however, is so clean, feminine, divine, the slightest hint of angelic sweetness. My Husband never really notices my perfumes, but today he could not get his nose away from me ! He claimed this is what they were referring to in Outkast's So Fresh n So Clean... I mean, I'll take it. It's clean with a hint of sweetness. It's a soft feminine soapiness like you stayed in a cottage and they left out a basket with all of these beautiful little soaps in it. Feminine! Lovely! Discontinued! Ahh! I heard Oil Perfumery makes a wonderful dupe, so we will see.

EDIT: Love that I said powdery could be dated as it's now one of my favorite scents. I look back on some of my old reviews and shudder at my past self lol. I'm still opening up to new scent profiles all of the time and that's the exciting part about trying perfumes.

lowcarbketofooddiary

My favourite will be LOVE Chloe EDP, Intense also very similar but they all discontinued. God knows why! I have been searching high and low for it, anyone knows if any other perfume smell similar?

NSingh

I blind bought this but sadly this is not for me! I find it way too powdery and the musk overpowers all the other beautiful notes on my skin. :(
I would like to swap or sell my 75 ml Bottle. (Pan India Only)

LSAUG

Love is purple flower power! Lilac, wisteria, heliotrope and iris are all here and they all shine. The pink pepper in this is very softly done. This is quite strong and only 1 spray is needed but it is very pretty. The rice adds a unique sweet starchiness to the dry down. This is a lot better than most of the iris perfumes on the market right now probably because of the lack of citruses and the iris isn't overdone. The adding of other fresh and sweet florals tames down the dry airiness of the iris. Very feminine, long lasting, it smells like something from another era, but it should be in ours. Beautiful, sad it is discontinued.

luxurydiva

Powder heaven. One of my all time favorite perfumes.

Extremely unfortunate that this gorgeous scent has been discontinued. You wonder why Chloè would abandon such a beauty.

Chloè– please give us Love back on the shelves!

silthrill

As an iris addict I frequently find myself in the tales of discontinued perfumes (is it just me or are the iris-dominant frags discontinued at a higher rate?). When you finally get your hands on a decant, there's a hesitation to try it (as you risk falling in love with something discontinued), but the FOMO of not knowing what it smells like usually wins. This, thankfully, is something that I expected to love but didn't. This is powdery and to my nose, purple and ozonic. I would say that a significantly better version of this is Pourpre D'Automne by Maison Violet- and this one isn't discontinued. Perhaps if I didn't know of Pourpre D'Automne, I'd like Chloe Love a little more.

Ferra_Verto

Impeccably beautiful, this is what dreamy purple smells like. Iris, hyacinth, and heliotrope served on a cosmetic powder base. Soft rice accords lend some dimension.
Sillage is arms length at best, this scent is made to lean in and intake. Lasts for ages, 8-10 hours+. Perfect all year round, I wear this outside in spring and summer, and indoors in autumn and winter. Coziness galore.
Sadly this has been discontinued, grateful to have 3/4 bottle left. Hope there's a re-release (no reformulation please!)

ryanhuynh

Update @2022

Just got another bottle at local perfume shop for around 80usd with tax. I was very excited to get this beauty back to my collection. This scent is totally beautiful after I've tried tons of powdery scent like Poudree by Narciso, Misia by Chanel, Lipstick Rose by FM,etc. Love by Chloe is the most exotic makeup-y powdery scent of them all. Happy to own this again

alienjanna

Please CHLOE. Bring this beauty again. Why did you do this to us:( ?

emreeryilmaz

It looks like a fragrance as if spice has been added to spring flowers. Although there is no rose in it, it has a pink rose-like tone. The fragrance is generally herbal aromatic. Spice can be felt, albeit in small amounts.

The fragrance is creamy and powdery with a high amount of floral and a very mild amount of spicy. The spice is hardly felt. Pink rose and lilac are very felt. It exudes an aromatic scent.

Contrary to the rating above, the fragrance stays on the fabric until the end of the day and has a high projection and silage ratio.

Longevity: 8/10
Projection & Sillage: 7/10
Fragrance Quality: 6/10

melissa97

I do not have the original of this perfume. I have a solid perfume produced with the essences of this perfume. I will make my review according to the perfume I have.
First of all, it smelled too green to me at first. There is no sweetness. I can say that I smell a mixture of herbs, leaves and musk. After about 1 hour, the green scent fades and only a light floral musk scent remains. It is very difficult to distinguish the notes. They have achieved a beautiful unity with each other. In general, I liked it very much, except for that green smell at the beginning. Musk is with you from the beginning to the end. I am sure musk lovers will love this one.

lifmealone

This is a fresh out of shower/ feminine/ sophisticated baby powder scent (if that makes any sense). Please bring it back CHLOÉ.

felised

I first came across a tester of this utterly gorgeous creation in a magazine, right around the time it first came out. It was love at first sniff. I have never smelled anything more beautiful in my life. Not sexy or captivating in any way, simply elegant and beautiful. I can best describe it as a delicate powdery floral, a lot of powdery scents tend to make me nauseous and I could not get bored of Love if I tried. They really couldn't have thought of a better suited name either, if I could capture "love" and put it in a bottle, this is what it would smell like.

Love by Chloé was a masterpiece... Leagues above any powdery designer scent on the market by far. I would love to see this come back.

melia

As I have finished a 75 ml bottle I’ve had for 6 years approximately, I find this deserves a hommage. When my mother bought a 30 ml bottle around 10 years ago, I was a bit sceptic. I like powdery scents, but this one didn’t really do it for me. However, over the years I completely fell for it, as a gentle and long lasting love. The scent is dreamy; in terms of powderyness I would describe it as creamy and modern. The purple flowers blend perfectly into the musk and rice, and it has amazing silage. Staying power on clothes is until the next day. Pity they discontinued it… but as all ending love affairs, there rests nothing but to accept it and move on. :)

pulcinella

This would be my signature if it wasn’t discontinued. As much as I love this, I’m not paying 150+ for an unopened bottle of this, so I’m saving my 50ml bottle for special occasions. The pull and bear dupe is close, but not the same.

This is just the most gorgeous, spicy, powdery bouquet of purple flowers ever. Elegant, long lasting and sweet. Instant mood lifter. Love it beyond words.

Not like I don’t understand this being discontinued, since I can’t imagine it being super popular. Oh well. I’m still holding hope Chloe brings it back, as unlikely as that is.

Elyze

Probably one of the best powdery perfumes!

I love this, Pull & Bear one is similar to this but there is something missing.

This lasts such a long time and smells soo good! Got many compliments on this as well.

melusina1982

It smells like fairies dancing at dusk.
Non sweet purple flowers bouquet with the most delicate touches of rice and baby powder.
I use Phyllis as a substitute since its discontinuation although they are slightly different: Phyllis smells more like almondy heliotrope.
The flankers were absolutely marvellous too.

Mullingarynka

Please PLease Please Chloe bring this back!!!

marialena888m

Warning: This is going to be long!

Love Chloe is a dreamy powdery floral…clean, warm, distinctive, and has a vintage/nostalgic vibe to it that I love so much. I adore lilacs! There aren’t a lot of fragrances that feature this note and execute a composition so graceful and versatile...a true modern classic. The powderiness is reminiscent of luxury face powder, and you also get that clean feeling like you just got done taking a hot shower. You know that warm, fresh feeling after, you’re wrapping yourself in the fluffiest towel...and the scent of the best quality lilac shower gel that you used, it is heavily perfuming the steamy air around you. There is also that sweet musky smell of clean skin that adds an element of sensuality (this must be the rice steam and musk combination, it comes through more in the drydown and I adore that).

I smell a vast green garden with blooming purple flowers, a romantic vision, and yet, I see a woman dressed in softly monochromatic neutrals (like the ad) in a more urban setting, beige cashmere sweater, below the knee pleated skirt...she has doe eyes and perfectly parted soft hair, a cool and distant sort of beauty, and she is sitting in a quaint cafe in Paris, warming her hands around a hot drink. Her clean and well-assembled appearance attracts attention as she looks somewhat out of place. She gazes dreamily outside the window into the rainy streets outside. Her beauty may be reserved and distant, yet her eyes reflect warmth, tenderness and perhaps a restrained sensuality...perhaps a longing for something, or someone, or a time gone by. Nobody knows if she is waiting for someone, or what she is thinking, or what she is feeling, but most likely she is just content with the moment, with her self, indulging in her reveries.

This has been my signature scent since 2014. I was 27 when I first smelled this, and I immediately knew: ‘This is me’. Full stop. It was an instant love that never diminished. People close to me have even commented that this fragrance suits me so well. Before Love Chloe, my signatures were Miss Dior Cherie (2005 version), and then Lolita Lempicka (another evocative, powdery scent with a dreamy element to it...just sweet instead of classic like Love) after MDC got reformulated. I still wear LL to this day, but I had wanted something more serious, more polished and sophisticated than LL, more ‘clean’ than sweet, something that better reflected my maturing into my late 20s and beyond...however, I still required that innocent, ‘wet-eyed’, dreamy quality to my scent, that element of ‘fantasy’ that I never outgrew. Last but not least, I also wanted my signature to be distinctive and different from trending scents, something I can wear all year round, and with great projection and sillage to boot. And this scent fit the bill perfectly, it checked every single requirement and passed with flying colors (and that has never happened before!).

I bought back up bottles when it was getting hard to find, and by now I am running out. I am looking for a replacement to be my new signature and it is so difficult! We should petition for Chloe for bring back this gem!

To Kittymoon:

I have to disagree. Strongly disagree !!!
I had read reviews before buying this perfume, and the first one I have snatched was "that tester", which has had the word "TESTER" printed right on the bottle.
Now I have managed to grab some originals - and let me tell you:

THEY.ARE.THE.SAME ‼️‼️‼️

So to all little scared perfume lovers - do not be afraid to buy the tester, which is marked like that on its glass.
You will get your beloved Love, Chloe.

My personal opinion -
I do not like it, though I love a rice note in general. Not here. I am not going to wear Love, Chloe.
But I cannot say it is not done very well. VERY well. Like some others say - I am quite surprised that Chloe had managed to produce such good, memorable perfumes thus far, including original Chloe, EDP and Nomade (and all the flankers). There is no perfume like Love, Chloe, far and wide. The vintage powder and the rice note are very noticable, and play very well together. This is an elegant, inoffensive, lady-like perfume. Something similar I found in Narcisso Rodriguez Poudree, and the drydown of Chanel L'eau No.5. If you have ever had the chance to smell old, vintage makeup, there is this pleasant smell, especially in vintage powders. I find it pretty.

ShowMustGoOn

Super powdery. Like real old fashioned face powder. Some flowery notes. Some sweetness. Super strong when it comes to last power and projection. I just can’t imagine wearing it. It’s simply all powder. Over the top powder.

Hummingbird

I got few years ago a 30ml bottle of Love, Chloé. Then I didn't pay any attention to it and it just sat in the back of my perfume closet. After trying it couple of times on my skin I decided to wear it. I do agree it's a feminine and sophisticated vintage powder puff scent but it's maybe too powdery in my eyes.
I am thinking of decluttering some of my perfumes that I just don't wear and Love, Chloé is one of them. So message me if you are interested to buy the 30ml bottle.
PS. I live in Europe.

EDIT: I sold the bottle, so at least one lucky Love, Chloé fan is happy :)

kittymoon

I loved this too, but it was tricky to wear, since it's a bit vintage smelling. And very intense, soft and powdery but also very sweet and definitely beastmode despite the softness. Just be aware of fakes, don't get scammed. aliexpress has these exact bottes, most of them are stamped "tester" and I have seen some on ebay already :(

ozlemmenguloglu

Praying for its revival..

Klio

Pure soft powder. Really comforting scent.

_flowersandmusk

My absolute favorite perfume of all time. I used to get the roll on at Sephora and this it reminds me of my younger days. It’s feminine, elegant. I’ve had people come up to me in public sniffing me. Definitely my most complimented signature fragrance. The orange blossoms do wonders on my skin. And it lasts FOREVER. Truly amazing. I am looking to buy a bottle please DM me if you’re looking to sell ❤️ Or if you know some good dupes!

Found an unused perfectly kept miniature bottle in my aunts perfume fridge, and years after my first whiff (in which I hated the perfume but I was 18 back then) I smelled and tried Love once more, and I think I actually love this perfume... A sophisticated, soft and beautiful formulation! Smells almost dreamy, but for someone who still has a foot on the ground; she knows the melody of la vie en rose coming down the street doesn't speak of life but still daydreams on the reflection of her mirror, she eventually comes down the stairs for dinner back to her usual place in life. Reminds me of powder compacts my mother used to have when I was a child. I think the formulation works really strange on my skin; the first spray was powder and lilac but at the drydown I cannot tell the notes apart at all. It is immensely melancholic but also enchanting in its quiet way, might be one of my favorite makeup scented perfume.

angienotesjunkie

Sweet purple flowers, sitting on a bed of dewey green leaves, lightly sprinkled with powdery icing sugar. Beautiful!

loliirain

This is such a beautiful feminine fragrance. Elegant, flirty and ladylike. Clean, fresh, creamy, powdery florals. Smells like confidence. Love wearing this in the springtime. Silage and longevity is excellent. It’s a shame Chloe discontinued this. I always get so many compliments when I wear this, from men and women, young and old. Have yet to find a fragrance that smells similar to it.

Pulverheksa

My all time favourite! Praying for its revival🙏🏻

ArtDecoStyle

Chloe Love was my instant love and signature scent for 4 years and still can't believe how such a beauty could be discontinued. Perfect clean make-up powder. Abstract purple fowers, rice and clean musk give its distinct character. Gentle and elegant but noticable. It was my most complemented perfume. Now I rarely use the last 20 mls. of my current bottle. I will wait to open my back-up until Love will be relaunched.

It was my dream fragrance. There had been no perfume that made me feel the joy happiness that Love has brought. Only Chanel Beige evoked the same feelings. Despite they have no notes in common, it has a similar, happy, feel good and safe vibe. They both share that warm and clean, charming aura.

Please bring back Chloe Love again!

Leolia

This was a powdery feminine dream.
I miss it.

RoseGrande

You guys should try impression oils. There are companies that replicate the scent in oil form and sell it it for a decent price. OilPerfumery sells theirs for $15.

Gemsense

Maraschino cherries, sugared violets, with iced iris petals. That is this fragrance and it is dreamy!!! This is an enchanted garden of light blues and purples at twilight with an icy full moon illuminating the majesty 💙💜👗👑💎💌. This is twilight delight💬

Skinterpreter

I finally, finally got the chance to smell this and I totally fell in love... Honestly, I didn't expect the Chloé perfume to be this good, as normally I used to get samples of their perfumes in shopping centers and I found them only "nice, decent smelling" and that's it... but this is very, very different.
Now I completely understand why Love is so loved by many here on Fragrantica. It's slightly sweet, powdery and had this unique (not too overbearing or floral-pungent) hint of soapiness, too, which gives the fragrance this beautiful soft and clean, heavenly smell of innocence (it's almost baby-like). The scent also feels kind of nostalgic, in a way, but it makes me smile every time I smell it.
I absolutely love powdery perfumes and this is "the new kind of powdery" I don't have in my collection yet.
It's such a shame that this beauty got discontinued. They should really bring it back. :(

solsekuin44

Found a bottle again in 2021 and I'm in LOVE!!! ;)
Will be using the 50ml Love, Chloe sparingly (genuinely sad)
On my way to get Love, Chloe Eau Florale EDT.

These pandemic years had me being sentimental and all, getting the things that reminded me of the good old days back.

Kuty22

I'm so glad @s3raph1nas mentioned the similarities between Love Chloé and Phyllis from Pull&Bear because I absolutely hate that scent, I received a bottle as a gift, cannot wear it.

tinadee

Why on earth was this discontinued? It is such a pretty, airy, feminine fragrance. It's perfect for the office because it is innocuous; yet it's noticeable due to its nice sillage. It evokes compliments and has good longevity (typically about 6 to 8 hours). Even after a shower, I can sometimes still smell it lightly on my skin. As for the scent itself, it's a nice combination of green, powdery, sweet, and slightly woody notes. It is well blended and doesn't smell overwhelmingly of one particular note, although the purple floral notes have a slight prominence. In the dry down, it remains true to its composition and doesn't turn too powdery. This is a perfect daytime scent and I hope it will be relaunched soon.

Ellsa

I’m not surprised this is discontinued...I don’t know why I keep trying Chloe perfumes since I never liked one.

s3raph1nas

This is powdery perfection. It smells like baby powder and makeup in the best way possible and it's a shame it's discontinued. I managed to find a 20 ml brand new bottle on ebay that wasn't too expensive, but I use it sparingly.

I find that Pull & Bear Phyllis is an incredible dupe. It's a tad fresher and doesn't have the faint pencil shavings smell of the original. Another vaguely similar perfume is Montale Powder Flowers, but this one smells like straight-up baby powder before it turns into a slightly more flowery scent after a few hours. A third option, and the most far-fetched, is Byredo Slow Dance. In the dry-down it's reminiscent of Love, Chloe. While it's not as sweet, more boozy, mature and definitely unisex, there is a lovely powderiness from the vanilla and violet notes.

RRHouse

I blind bought this-when will I ever learn! Very Pretty, but sadly doesn't work with my skin. I have a 1.7oz bottle for swap in US- PM me.

NicoleET88

THIS is the Purple Flower Powder Puff fragrance I've been looking for. A generous Fragrantican sold me her used bottle at a wonderful price and as soon as I opened the package I could tell it was something special.
It's a gentle perfume but the sillage is excellent, managing to be strong enough to remain present even at a distance without ever becoming cloying or overbearing. This is both sweet and slightly savory, with an elegant and feminine blend of florals that reads like a natural bouquet. You know how a room smells when you have fresh blossoms somewhere in a vase? Alive and clean and pretty.
The powder aspects here are not dry, but creamily blend with my skin, courtesy of the musk in the base. The rice is not cosmetic to me, but edible and wholesome and warm. I can't say I've smelled anything like it but it does bring up memories of a time in my life when I used Nivea hand cream religiously. It was the one in the white packaging, and I remember the sum total of my personal smell being a combination of juicy leave in conditioner, honeysuckle perfume, and hand lotion. Something about Love, Chloe recalls that seamless blending of various beauty products into one very unique signature scent.
I don't understand who in their right mind discontinued this but I have a bone to pick with them.

legends

I just purchased 3 rare originally 75 ml bottles of this perfume from a local perfume shop.
It’s certainly divine, feminine and sophisticated.
I can’t help to notice that there are many who want to buy it
Message me if you are interested to buy a 75m ll bottle of discontinued Love by Chloe

ceejaej

I was so disappointed when this was taken off the shelves. It was my signature scent and it made me feel deliciously fresh all day long. It lingered on my skin and on my clothing. Ladies would follow me just to ask about my delicious smell. I miss it terribly. Can't find another like it. Have tried Prada L'eau de Iris, Chloe eau de parfum (second choice), Narcisso Rodriguez but none come close.

Holmessn1

This was a blind buy for me, and although it's quite a beautiful fragrance as the rave reviews indicate, it just doesn't work on me. My 1.7 Oz bottle is for sale or equivalent swap. If you're interested message me.

ceeceelee

I should love this by just looking at the purple notes alone, but I don't. The orange blossom combined with the musk goes very barnyard on me, smelling like a cow patty. Orange blossom is a hard one for my skin, combine that with musk and it never works. Insolence by Guerlain is one EdT I can take with it (no musk in that one), but the EdP version of it is too much, even with just the orange blossom. I wouldn't classify this scent as a safe blind buy like I would Chloe, the original. I only have a mini bottle that came in a dual with Chloe, and it's so cute I'll never give it away.

Nicki6089

I was lucky to find a mini last year and I love it definitely better than the original, too bad it's discontinued

marynspicy

working at home, and then was distracted, and realized I want to smell beautiful and soft and ooo, only that thing that Love Chloe can bring....
then realized hold on, do I recall this was no longer found in the stores, but somehow I was lucky enough that I found one at an airport duty free that still had it and bought it about last october.
Now i searched the web to see if i can buy another bottle considering it is really and truly discontinued and not just something i thought... omg am I now obsessed with finding a bottle since it is discontinued... and feeling absolutely gutted that this scent i have come to associate with happiness, I won't again, once this bottle is finished. I could almost cry.
I must add that i am glad there are people who will miss it just as much as i do... a sort of support group.. ;)

fragrancemusing

I have an unhealthy obsession with this perfume. It's such a unique blend of powdery floral, with rice notes in the dry down? The rice add a little something unique, almost cosmetic powder-like. I really hope to find a dupe or hopefully one day they will release the Love, Chloe edp again. One can only dream.

The bottle is beautiful too, it looks like a classy alcohol/potion flask. So simple but luxurious at the same time. a beautiful addition to my counter.

Domkaaa

Love this,if anyone -europe- has for sale, please message me

Mad Monk

I'm so upset this perfume has been discontinued. I loved the playdoh-ish-soapy-sexyness of this smell and have tried to find similar but no success ):

Nancymae

This is one of my many blind buys. I love to blind buy. It is the unknown, the chance that you'll get this wonderful surprise that may end up being on your top shelf. When will I learn. The notes sounded like a safe bet for me but no go.

rihabi

Great powdery gem. All of the heart notes are so nice and warm. Easily one of the best powder juices around.

bizzie_k

RIP, you extinct and magical creature. Had I known, I would have bought ten bottles to last me. Utterly feminine and optimistic.

ChackyScent

One of the most unique powdery feminine smell in the planet. It lasts the whole day on my skin and a week on my clothes. I love it so much, it was a LOVE at first sniff. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued so I'll be cheriching my bottle for the rest of my life. Love you...

Sammuis

Discontinued??!! 😣😣😣😣

franciacarney

I fell in love with this fragrance when I tested in a shop, about 10 years ago. My absolute favorite from all the Chloe perfumes I know. It's feminine, powdery, delicate and strong at the same time. The bottle reflects its sophistication. Fantastic creation. It's discontinued but I kind of like that it's not easy to find.

Nomen

Peachy, soapy, long lasting like a freak. Pretty af.

La-Rox

WHY is this one discontinued?!
It’s the best scent ever.
Want to cry!

Girlie

My signature scent, I just can't get enough of it. So feminine and gorgeous

MsLittlejohn

I have full bottles of Love Intense and Love Eau Florale if anyone wants to trade their original version! 😉

Mel14

Perfection in a bottle! Elegant, sophisticated, very well done perfume. Nothing to envy a niche brand whatsoever.
This is not your every day generic type of fragrance. It is hard to describe but delicious to smell. It's definitely a powdery smelling perfume, albeit well-done. No baby-powder smell here (nothing against baby-powder scents, this is just not the case). To my nose, this is a very complex scent where pinpointing a note or two is hard (except for the powder and the pink pepper). It's neither sweet nor tart, definitely not your typical spring floral scent either, which makes it an unsafe blind buy. There is, though, a soapy quality about it that is absolutely divine.

Let us behold the exquisite minimalistic bottle for a while.

Suited for night time and/or cold days. The longevity both in skin and clothes is a monster and sillage is just perfect...not too Jean-Paul Gaultier "Hey look at me" (which I particularly dislike).

No over spraying is required! In fact, by all means avoid it, unless you want to end up sneezing due to the pepper note. Unfortunately It has been discontinued. I only have one bottle that's holding on for dear life.

This is my beloved signature scent.

10/10 hands down.

Cecanonymous

My wedding scent! Adorable and super lasting baby smell! 🤍

ioanaszmeu

@ArtDecoStyle thank you for your input. it is entirely possible the problem is with the bottle, although it could also be my nose. In any case, I have learned my lesson. Blind buying off ebay is just a bad idea

ArtDecoStyle

@ioanaszmeu, your bottle may have a problem. I used Love for four years but it was never nose burning, too dry and non-sweet. It's strong at first but then settles and turnes into a relaxing fragrance. It has a kind of make-up powder sweetness. It doesn't smell like any cleaning product but has a similarity with scented tissues. It may be cloying when sprayed generously or used without giving a break. At least, according to my experiences. Regards...

AMajeedQT

One of the powderiest fragrances.

Chloe Love is a powdery smell from start to finish; clean, cool, musky powder. This powdery scent turned feminine with a sprinkle of purple floral notes on top, mainly the iris and lilac. It does smell makeup-y. It is in the same vein as Narcios's Pure Musc; both very clean and musky scents.

A lovely, inoffensive fragrance better suited for the cooler days.

"Like".

Zoe Huong Nguyen

Please!!!! Bring it back

Egaines23

JUST GOT A STEAL ON A SAMPLE OF THIS AND I AM IN LOVE!! Sorry I’m excited lol. This smells sooo good, heavenly. Weirdly reminds me of my mom when I would hug her as a child and would get a comforting whiff of her powder blush. It’s floral, slightly sweet but not in a sickening way, powdery but not in a sickening way as well. Just smells motherly, I don’t know if that makes sense. The name is fitting, it smells like unconditional motherly love. Like compact makeup, mature and sweet. So sad this is discontinued. One of my favorite scents now but I will have to thrive off my .13oz sample, wish me luck!

kkaattjjeess

Ugh, this used to be one of the biggest 'love at first sniff' perfumes for me, EVER, and that was 8-9 years ago. Smelled it in a store, bought it later the same day (which was a BOLD move for my broke uni student ass, just to be clear)

Extremely powdery but something about it was so extravagant and unique, just unforgettable. I last owned this about 8 years ago, but I remember exactly how it smelled. I have no idea why it got discontinued, it really stood out from the rest of the Chloe fragrances.

SmellsJustLike

The most subtle and elegant perfume I have ever come across. It reminds me of a very expensive Chanel powder compact. Like liquid gold but never Vulgar. It’s like ivory silk pyjamas that fit your every curve perfectly. The violets come through in the dry down but definitely not overly sweet or sickly. I always get compliments from men on this fragrance. I wouldn’t say it’s for summer but I sprits a little on my clothes instead of skin on warmer days. A lot softer than original Chloe but got its own Je Ne Sais Pa... Have been wearing this since 2010. Chloe need to bring this back it’s getting harder to come by! Pure class.

kittymoon

This smells vintage. I don't think it's particularly crowd pleasing. Reminds me of an expensive soap/powder. It's very sweet but airy. I would only wear it indoors to feel cozy. I used to own and love this years ago, and was on the hunt for a "left over" bottle. Only thing is,I don't trust I will get the real deal... So I decided to give Pull and Bear's "Phyllis" a whirl, and boy that's a great dupe! The opening is more citrussy than I remember, but the dry down is spot on. And to get a flashback of long gone memories for the price of £16/100ml, I mean...

Nataliemarie

Oh boy. I LOVE Chloe perfumes. I read a review about this, came here to read more & couldn't resist the 10 ML travel spray. WOW. You bettah like Iris & Violet. Whatever accords they have mixed here, on ME, that is point blank all it is. I do like Wisteria, a LOT, but I do not get that here. I sprayed half a spray, no need for anymore. Selling it on Ebay for what I paid. Fail.

KittyDeBeauvoir

Sadly, it wasn't as wonderful as I was expecting.
I was expecting a gorgeous, lush, heavenly, super-feminine, glamorous, powdery scent.

In reality, I feel it is more of a drug-store powdery body spray. It's sharp and spicy in its opening and only mildly settles throughout its life. There's definitely lilac and iris. The lilac isn't the gentle, sweet scent I usually love in lilacs. The iris does provide a slight cosmetic scent, but not an intoxicating one.
The powder notes are - of course - present. Again, it smells too light, airy...and, well...lower-quality. Hence, the drug store body spray.
Standard longevity and not a great deal of sillage. A skin scent. The scent is nice enough. Just noticeably average. Gorgeous bottle, though.

I feel like this is the scent that would come out of a body spray I would have bought for my mother as a Mothers' Day present at about 7 years old, with no money, and no clue what she actually liked!
Be careful when buying this for the exorbitant prices its going for online. Personally, I found it didn't live up to the hype. :(

Kitty rating: 4/10.

This is perfection. And I'll hardly ever call that a fragrance, no matter how much I personally enjoy it.
But this one is simply perfect alright. Heady, yet airy. Beautiful, with nothing pathetic about it. Floating but stubborn. Clean and soapy, not sterile though. Hyper feminine floral. Sweet just enough! It's on the verge to end up bland, instead there's something just a tiny bit bitter added, in order to keep it tasteful altogether.
It's so pretty, so posh, you cannot miss her in a crowd nor mistake her for a commoner. She is the princess in her community - strikingly beautiful with perfect facial symmetry, preppy, with perfect manners and the best education out there. And hopelessly romantic.
She has never experienced cruelty whatsoever.

—}—@ darlingbud

This is a perfume I crave — sometimes. I don’t usually go for purple flowers so this is a departure for me. It is different from the screechy fruitchoulis of the decade. But I rather miss some sugar. I sometimes mix Love Chloe with a sweet, resinous fragrance featuring rose because Love alone is like dry wine.

—}—@ darlingbud

Initially a like/dislike, I can see the love for Love. Love is powdery and comforting, at night especially. And in the morning the rice musk lingers on my skin.

Thoriq Dorz

Ill be giving a review as best I could in describing this fragrance. This fragrance starts with spiceness as we could see theres pink pepper in the top notes. It is kinda annoying since the more I spray the fragrance, the more spicy it becomes. And then slowly I could smell myself like belvita biscuit (its either the musk or the rice) since at this moment the musk is getting intensifies. Then I could barely smell the mix of this belvita biscuit scent and a note (I have no clue what the note is) which smells so greeny like a vegetable, really reminds me of a vegetable but still no idea. Then yes we r coming to the base which smelllssss so lovely, the powder and the musk + the belvita biscuit. This fragrance is spicy, sweet, musky, powdery. But the sillage is so soft and the longevity is average. This fragrance reminds me of something but i forget it so its not unique but still lovely

Looking For Gabby

I consider powdery scents to be my favorite type of fragrances. Love, Chloe is beyond just being powdery, it's luxurious. It smells like expensive cosmetics. Super feminine and soothing.

If this wasn’t discontinued I would consider this my signature scent. The fear of running out of my small stash keeps me from swimming in it.

If you’re a lover of purple flower scents or just powdery fragrances and you happen to come across the opportunity to sniff this… Sniff it!

Ameliadrevein

My no 1 perfume of all time glad I got backups so I will treasured it till the last drop 😊 I prayed Chloe will bring this back in the future Cuz this perfume is so modern elegance and beautiful.

Edit : found another bottle and now I got 2 unused 75ml yay 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

Albiretu

A very close dupe of this masterpiece is the new Violet Blossom from Zara. The resemblance is shocking!

churinl

I really need a full bottle of this, but the price is way up there! I haven't decided to take the plunge. I think it's beautiful. Soft and sexy, the powder, iris, and heliotrope are gorgeous on top of the musky notes. I was so surprised because I haven't found any other Chloe's to be anywhere near as good. Now to find a bottle, even partially used, that won't break the bank!
EDIT - it's fate. Just found a 1.7 oz for a more down to earth cost.
EDIT 5/25/20 - the more I wear this, the deeper I fall in love with it. If I did the signature scent thing, this would certainly be a contender, though the list is long. It makes me feel very sexy, something that is hard to find in powdery scents, which veer more to the romantic in my opinion. I can't get enough of it, but will have to be judicious in my application because of it's high price and increasing scarcity. True love for Love!

schneeblume

Comparing this to Jil Sander Simply Poudrée:
Simply is like a winter version of Love. Simply is sweeter, dryer and more modern, Love is more floral and a lot brighter.

sanda87

Hi Chloe lovers, try Mancera Indian Dream, they are kinda similar. Hope it helps :)

Annemarie

In all those purple flowers I also smell violets briefly in the opening, but violet is not listed as a note. Must be a trick of the brain. Violet is often paired with powder and those other florals.

Gorgeous stuff, ultimately not really for me. There is something just a little too perfect in this perfume. I don't wear silk blouses, perfectly tailored pants or classic long-line jackets. I love the ads, just can't relate! But Love, Chloe is nice for a spritz every now and then, and I'm glad I grabbed a little bottle while they were still cheap at the discounters.

bel.gravia

I always imagine a sweet young lady sitting on a sofa, reading the magazine 'Vogue' when I sniff Love, Chloe. Its powdery notes are dominant and make the fragrance easily recognisable. It is a light but not fresh perfume rather suitable for the day than the night. Composed mainly of purple colored flowers, it's a soft floral which has a base of rise, musk and powdery notes, so if it wasn't for the pink pepper and orange at the top of the composition then the juice of Love, Chloe would smell more simple. It's a nice blended contemporary composition of lilac and rise powder. Also, I love love love the metal details and the heavy glass and the light peach color in the bottle! So luxurious, it is a shame this has been discontinued.

10122004

very feminine, classy, elegant and clean it is not soapy more it is refreshing clean and shower feel, love it good for spring and summer morning but can be good for all seasons .
performance and silliage are moderate.

vanillaflower77

Come back already!
It’s Stunning
And so delicately female

sara lii

I absolutely love this perfume and cannot understand why they would stop selling it... It's the only perfume I like from this brand. For those into powdery notes, try Valentina Poudre and Lipstick On from Maison Margiela. They are really nice!

JKJKjk78!

Adore this one. have a original bottle stored in the fridge, from 2010. Should have bought more. use it sparingly.

lmwimsatt

Ugh why do they keep changing the note icons so I have to relearn them all over again? I keep thinking the musk is milk mousse and I still cant tell ambroxyn and calone from hedione!

Miasha

Is there not a way to convince Chloe’ to bring this back to production? They could take away that dreadful Nomade instead!!! This is so wonderfully warm, soft, womanly, delightful, divine. Would be my signature if it was not for the fact that I am afraid to be without it if I use too much... Powdery and lovely, makes me feel safe. I can use this when I am with my grandchildren, to give them a scent to connect with me. And I can use it on a date, to let that man be enchanted and never forget.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭💘💘💘💔💔💔

Infinite bloom

After smelling hundreds of fragrances over the years, nothing could take the place of my love for Love Chloe. It’s not any one individual note that stands out to me, but the composition as a whole is Pure Perfection. Feminine, soft with exceptional longevity and sillage, alluring, yet comforting. Fragrance is subjective, but this one has always hit the mark for me. And I’m surprised after 10 years of having it I can still say that. A modern classic for lovers of sweet, powdery purple flowers. Delicate as a butterfly, yet underneath, hard as a rock. Like a woman.

So

@nadinehachem - I suggest Quelques Fleurs Royale by Houbigant

backtobasic

It is an all time favorite for me. Very feminen, very soft, very strong. It remineds me a ballerina. Elegant, soft, naive but strong. I read it is out of produce but i hope it is something temporary for promotion of their new parfume Nomad. Because Nomad can not replace Love.

Roxanne2212

D&P Perfumum have the perfect dupe for this and lasts all day long, at a very good price! I had it and loved it, got so many compliments wearing it.

Nadinehachem

Does anyone know a perfume
Close to chloe love other than phyllis? I cant find either 😭

Macassar

Buy "Phyllis" Pull & Bear when you can't find it : they are quite the same ;o)

EmRuby

I have a 7ml decant. I love it!! Anyone out there who have a 50ml or larger bottle and is not keen on it, willing to part with it? PM me please.

maltatude

I have a 50mL no box but chain and bottle in great condition. Barely any missing and it smells great. Selling as I don’t wear it, I’ve been riding a white floral wave the past three years! Hope I can rehome this beauty.

DarkDamsel

I get the distinct small of pickles at first spray, weird. Dries down way too powdery for me, not my cup of tea.

fyetan

Powder, powder, and more powder. From the top to the bottom. Soft throw and skin scent within half an hour.
Pleasant but do you really want just powder?

Nourh

This perfume is extremely unique. When i wear i get SO many complements that i smell so clean. I constantly get asked what perfume im wearing. It has been discontinued and i bought a leftover 50 ml bottle for double its price (but completely worth it). Phyllis pull&bear is similar, same top notes but love chloe has more powder and musk if that can make sense. I wish we could somehow sign a petition for CHLoE to bring this back lol.
If u guys also search for similar notes u can try also Bvlgari femme (heliotrope, iris and powder)

bombekmateya

Is anyone selling this or is ready to swap? Let me know, please:)

ozlemmenguloglu

This has been discontinued:((((((((( why chloe?? just ask you why?

Nourh:
Try eBay (US) or similar auction-type sites for Love, Chloe. Good luck.

Love, Chloe lasts longer when layered with the honeyed powder scent of discontinued Johnson’s 24 Hour Body Lotion. Discontinuing the Johnson’s lotion is a scandal too.

Liz70

I received this as a birthday gift from someone who works for the parent company as she thought it might work on me, and she was right; it does! I find the other Chloe fragrances a bit too flowery/overpowering but I think this would be wonderful as an everyday day scent. Although some of the notes (lilac for instance) are bright up front, on me, its like a very good soap and powder. Clean and fresh and not at all overpowering, but certainly "there." A perfect, classic summer scent but also a great office scent as its completely inoffensive. There is just enough "unique" here to make it a scent you'd want to notice on yourself all day, but not necessarily others noticing this on you.

Nourh

WHERE CAN I FIND THIS! This has been sold out worldwide/discontinued 😫 why would chloe do this.

colorfulmess

Instant love. This is more floral than other powdery perfumes I've tried...but I'm not complaining. It's also very "wet" smelling for a powdery focused sent. It reminds me of dainty purple flowers next to a waterfall, and the powder leans more green and herbal than a pure lipstick, make-upy scent. It smells very natural and clean! So far I'm 10/10 for all of Chloe's scents...wow.

Firooz

It's my second ever blind buy and I absolutely love it. To me, it's unique. Not too powdery, too floral or too sweet and Scents are in harmony with each other. Also I love the rice note. It reminds me of raw rice or paddy fields from far distance.

cinnakitty

I don’t have time right now to fully review but if you own it already and have a vacuum with a washable filter, next time you wash and dry it, spray this on it! It’s like a little luxury every time you turn it on.

Riacloe

This is such a vintage fragance, it smells like make up, powder and soap. Not good for a blind buy, people could call it an "old lady" fragance, but I just find it nostalgic, warm and soft. Beautiful bottle, great silage and longetivity and even the deodorant is a good lighter substitute for the perfume, I used to have it in my purse and use it as a touch up mist.

roseberries_

To me, this is one of the most beautiful fragrances ever created. It’s the scent of everything beautiful and rose gold. It’s quite a vintage structured, classic fragrance but with so much life and soul, it has a timeless quality that makes it smell lovely on even a 17 year old girl. It’s composed with a melange of powdery florals; heliotrope (if you’re not acquainted with this flower, it smells like vanilla marshmallows), violet powder, sugared lilacs and rice milk. This fragrance contains one of the loveliest mixtures of musks I’ve ever smelled; it’s sensual yet comforting. It has so many layers and changes slightly on everyone’s skin I feel like I don’t have the words to do it full justice. But this has been one of my favourites since I was that 17 year old girl, and I know it will be, for many, many more years. A modern classic and gem.

florally

Heavenly. Powdery, creamy in the dry down (I swear there's something vanilla-y in there somewhere), clean in that just-bathed-with-beautiful-soap way. So sensual. Ultra feminine. The holy grail of perfumes (for me!).

Bambi.fq

This one is clean, warm and powdery. It's like I've just emerged from the most luxurious outdoor bath, in a garden of blooming purple flowers. Sunshine, steam, warm skin, fine bath products, lilacs, greens. A barely-there touch of sweetness. Yes, the 'expensive face powder' note is quite dominant for the first hour or so, but on my skin, it doesn't hijack the composition, the scent gets better with time. Very classy, very 'French', and very feminine, but also down to earth, inviting and versatile. A fine, modern scent with a nostalgic twist, très retro-chic! If it were a person it would be a fresh-faced natural beauty who exudes effortless elegance and a warm sincerity (imagine the wholesome charms of a young Brigete Bardot). Suits many different occassions, any age group (I've been wearing it since my mid-20s), and works all year round. Sillage and longevity are excellent, and it smells different from what most girls/women are wearing these days. You will stand out wearing Love Chloe. I will never understand its discontinuation. Luckily I have back up bottles. I get compliments from both genders when I wear this. Men seem to like it more though...the last guy who smelled it on me was a 24 year old aquaintence, he commented that I always smell so clean and sensuous, and he wasn't sure if it was my perfume or if I'd just taken a shower. It feels very 'me', like 2nd skin, and it will remain as my signature for as long as I can get my hands on it.

irismrd

Love Love :-) Love, Chloe. I don't know why they discontinued that fragrance. It was my favorite from the line. I found it very feminine - powdery and long lasting.

saleperfum007

Hi guys, i have noticed that this fragrance is discontinued. Just to help out to whoever loves this perfume they do have it on creedperfumesamples.com i think they ship from UK

irisjetaime

Par pitié ne cessez pas la production de "Love" !! Mon flacon arrive à la fin et je n'ai pas eu le temps d'acheter de nouveau ce parfum poudré qui me rend folle !!! J'adore "Love Chloé"....

Indah Ayu

this one is so feminine and beautiful!!!

Lilacs&Lavender

I’m not at all surprised that Chloe has discontinued Love. Fragrances reminiscent of old time face powder and lipstick aren’t the current fashion, even though there are hoards of us who find it delightful and nostalgic.

Having said that though, I can’t love Love.

For me, the powderiness is overdone to the extent that this fragrance can be smothering. How many powdery notes can be thrown into one bottle? Powder, iris, violet, heliotrope (yes, it can be powdery) and musk.

Love definitely needs a light hand.

I don’t hate Love, and it can be comforting after a shower and before bed, but if you can’t get hold of this now that it is discontinued, Guerlain’s Insolence EDP might be a nice alternative for you.

shushkin

I've got admit I'm addicted to this. I own a load of florals but Love Chloe is my fave. I do detect the powderiness of iris and face powder but it's the lilac and hyacinth that make this special for me. Heaven knows why this beauty has been discontinued!
It has a little vanilla sweetness from the heliotrope and enough musk to soften and merge the notes.
My birthday is in May just when the lilac is in bloom in the south of the UK. This scent really transports me to this time when spring is nearly done and everything is still new and fresh.
It doesn't screech at you as some floral do. This is soft but also not weak. It is entrancing. My search for a lilac scent is done. It works beautifully in this.
I admit I'm on the wrong side of 40 but this is what I reach for when I particularly want to feel confident and feminine.
I'm so pleased that I also get moderate sillage and longevity. Please bring it back!!!

Contessa01

A very powdery violet type of scent, it is quite nice and I am surprised to see it discontinued. Although I can't think of an exact match as it is actually quite a unique fragrance with the intensity of the violet and powder combination I will try to compare the vibe of it. I think you will know what I mean when I say 'vibe', it's not that a perfume is a match it just has similar notes and creates an overall similar effect or impression. It reminds me a bit of Lipstick Rose but has a bit more of a sharper note (a bit green maybe but only slightly) that makes it different and not as dense. I think that's the real difference in this fragrance when compared to Lipstick Rose or Lipstick On (coincidence on the name only as these two did come to mind, though they are all 'lipsticky') is the presence of what is best described as the original Chloe fragrance notes though with added violet and compact makeup powder. I can see how some think this is baby powderish but if you are after a baby powderish perfume to be honest as I love baby powder notes I don't consider this to be close enough to warrant the description. I think it is closer to the original Chloe and Parisienne combined which is more of a violet compact makeup vibe. It reminds me a bit of Burberry Body though they don't smell the same, I just feel a similarity in the impression, as with L'Instant which is another. If you want baby powder, I really recommend Demeter Baby Powder, and I know they are hit or miss but Demeter nail this scent. Anyway I digress. I hope I have helped with deciding on a blind buy online.

chloeinsummer

This is my signature scent and i can’t believe they discontinued this modern classic. This fragrance is so classy and perfect in every way.

ingrid.superstar

Grateful to finally have a sample of this discontinued gem --

It's a festival of purple florals!

For the first few minutes I get iris and cherry chapstick.

Drying down, it's the boudoir / cosmetic scent everyone promised me it would be. Before coming to bed, the lady took a very long shower!

But wait -- there is a warm, golden glow hovering around this scent. It has a warmth and coziness that is clean, but without being so fresh-scrubbed like other Chloe rose-based scents. I *love* the heart of heliotrope and a rosy/almondy lilac. Setting in at about the 30-minute mark is also a honey note. It sweetens the pot, here, without venturing into gourmand territory.

(p.s. Have you ever noticed that if you smell honey when you're not hungry, it's easy to tell that it actually smells a lot like flowers?)

After a few tests, I'm running quite low in my 2 ml sample vial. Happy to report that it's time to track down a bottle.

MixedTastes

Trust me to discover a new love just as it is discontinued!

This is such a beautiful ‘any time, any where’ fragrance, although I like it more as a daytime perfume and personally think it suits the cooler weather better.

Chloe Love is powdery, with violet and a soapy iris, but there is also a thick and delicious heliotrope note which I would say is prominent.

Projection and longevity both medium. Clings to hair and fabric for longer.

If you love the Parma violet of Guerlain Insolence or the creamy heliotrope of YSL Manifesto L’Elixir, but want something slightly less sweet and more muted, try this beauty before it gets hard to find!

elmccullar

I’m scratching my head on this one. I get a distinct pickle smell. What in the world?...
It’s a makeup/powder scent on the drydown, But that pickle note at the top is strange.

Update:
Tried this one again. Still get a strange pickle note at first, but the drydown is exquisite <3 It reminds me of my aunt’s makeup table when I was young. I’m in love and I’m hunting down a full bottle ASAP. New Signature scent!

fortunatsounis

I am superjelous to the people who say that this one has a long staying power on their skin. I LOVE the powdery-ricy-rosepeppery smell of this parfume, but unfortunately it doesn't stay on my skin too long, so I swiched to the cheaper dupe, the Phyllis, instead of this one.

ShiraJemJem

I am a floral powdery fragrance lover so this is definitely my No.1 favorite from Chloe and my Top5 favorite of my all time.

A lot of people say it's too much talc-like but for me I think that's what makes this fragrance unique. It smells so clean but classy. Perfect for any occasions.

The longevity and sillage are great. It makes me feel fresh and enjoy myself all day.

I don't know why Chloe decided to discontinued this gorgeous one. So I have to think wisely before I use mine. I hope they bring it back. :'(

I’m an adventurous wearer of cologne as I’ll wear anything as long as I think it smells good. I can get away with pretty much anything even fragrances that are extremely “feminine” (whatever that means). Chloe Love in theory is what most would call a feminine scent: its soft, flowery, powdery and pretty. Low and behold I wear the hell out of this. Maybe it’s my chemistry, but there is something so classy and elegant about this one. As a guy I feel it pairs perfectly with a freshly pressed suit and a crisp white shirt. Not really a going out on the town kinda scent, but for brunch, a wedding or going to work its perfect and get me more compliments than almost anything else I wear. On me it’s strictly a fresh powdery scent that smells natural and a little soapy, like I just stepped out of the shower. Longevity is excellent, two sprays lasts all day on me. Maybe it’s so unlike anything else marketed to men it makes this stand out even more. Sucks its discontinued, I bought two bottles as back up for a high price but I know I invested wisely as the value will go up as the supply shrinks. Chloe Love for Men; who woulda thought?

Selena

A powder bomb, go easy with application. Lovely smell, works best in fall.
Can be too much for some, but the right application will leave you loving it.

CaliMember

I guess it's about time my luck ran out. Chloe Love was a blind buy. The description ticked off a lot of my boxes: floral, super powdery, clean smell - check, check, check, plus I love Chloe EDP. I spritzed Love on the first time tonight thinking it would be my bedtime scent. Boy, it just smelled like burnt rubber or plastic on my skin for the first few minutes, and now all I get is a soapy dry down. I'm on the fence with this one. I'm thinking of giving Love a few more tries before completely giving up on it. But then again, I have so many other perfumes I like without trying...

AgnesK

Omg... Love Chloe really good smell in my nose, as it named, i love this perfume for any occasion.
Iris powdery blended so well..
Similiar with Luciano soprani sopranissima but in soft version..

lulu169

unfortunately the hyacinth ruins it for me...otherwise it would be perfect

camden-girl

After a thin but bright start Chloe love EDP
Gives up some lovely soft florals, on my skin there is a
Vintage rosewater or rose soap kinda feel but done in a refreshing way.its very feminine and pretty smelling,
The rice note rounds out the flowers with a creamy dreamy feel.

This is not an 80s style heady heavy floral ,
But just the opposite really a soft inoffensive lovely
Little Fragrance.
Office or wedding friendly yes !

If you like floral fragrances that are soft and pretty
And like a vintage feel but done in a way that is not heavy and just borderline vintage then this is it.

The tv advert is bang on for this , it's almost soft focus and seems vintage feeling as though it's set in yesteryear. Yet the actress is glamorous and fun , yet classy and elegant.
This perfume is all those things,a twist of vintage in with the modern , a soft focus Fragrance, a tad powdery a tad fresh , the rice note gives it something interesting , Saved by the rice note and hints of green and musk !
I thought this would be more powdery , going by reviews, where's the powdery notes your all getting ?? Sadly I don't get them so much , it wears more floral on me.

Am I going to buy more ?
Maybe not , as nice as this is it's a little too soft for me ,maybe a tad bland ( sorry lovers hit me if you want :) I'm a lover of Chanel no 5 , 19, and Hypnotic poison , midnight p, angel , prada candy etc so im a lover of heavy hitters), but it's easy to wear and a definate big like !!

dglightblue

@jezebell yeah that’s what I was thinking “if you are a fan of perfumes like Narciso Poudre, Guerlain Insolence, Valentina Poudre, this is for you to try.” But, I personally would disinclude narciso poudree as that is powdery but perfumey in a whole other way on me - I like poudree, but wouldn’t wear Chloe love.
I would add that it has the same sort of dryness as Prada iris and Prada de orangier I think it is. Valentina I can’t comment, and yes the guerlain I agree, except guerlain might be slightly more floral on me but still super dry.
Chloe love is incredibly well blended though, I mean I could wear it at a push.
Oh... and the latest Dior joy seems dry on me too, even though the opening is seemingly wet white floral, it jeckal and Hyde’s in me.
:)

Unfortunately DISCONTINUED!

mschnabel666

A great deal on a blind buy! I love powdery/soapy/musky vintage-smelling scents, so this was a no brainer.

I get something kinda spicy in this! Weird. But what I mostly get is... powdery purple floral musk. If this were a Guerlain it would be called Insolence Sheer Musk flanker. But I love it. Very potent iris at first. Very purple like Insolence.
I wonder if the spicy part is the pepper? But it's not peppery.

Sillage/longevity wasn't the best, but maybe it was the late summer humid weather. I mostly tried on skin since I was wearing a strappy tank top. My skin isn't the best at holding perfume.

I love the bottle!

Mingenya Usan

Immediately reminds me of Lancome Tresor but more powdery. One spray is really just enough. Two will be way too much, like wayyyyyy too much.

diatosin

This does smell like love feels to me. I get the same butterflies in my stomach feeling, or is it because I know it will get harder and harder to get.
But it is the kind of impossible love, where the partner has to leave country and your love was never meant to be. The kind of suffering that chokes you and you are left helpless, it leaves behind the hollow feeling of falling into a pit.
This makes me feel spoiled, hugs me while being distant, it also smells to me like an expensive clothes shop, I don't know why.

Slightly vintage feel, yet very modern.

Longevity and sillage are remarkable.

Dorange Sense

Layering this with Bottega Veneta Knot is heavenly!

Miss Fussy

My sister and I have completely different taste in perfume and this is the only perfume of hers that I don't only like, but LOVE.

It's so powdery and feminine. It is amazing.

Coffee_Girl

Agreed with below...SUPER powder heaven. If baby angels floating on a cloud on a sunny day had a fragrance it would be this lol

dsmercoco

Love Chloe was my first successful blind buy. It took a while of me wearing this to get over the associations I kept trying to make with it. I've come to the realization that I love this fragrance anyway. I won't mention what I think it smells like to plague you too.
It is a musky powdery purple flower lilac bomb. I can smell the rice all the way thru. It's not a fragrant jasmine rice smell, more along the lines of a sticky creamy rice smell. Longevity is fantastic, 8 to 10hrs easy. Silage is moderate in first few hrs then at arms length and stays that way for at least 5-6 hrs.
Pity to learn this beautiful fragrance has been discontinued. Have to get a back up soon. I've been wearing this in the heat of summer and it doesn't suffocate me like other powdery scents I adore can. Curious to see how it goes with the cooler months ahead.

*Royale*

Love, Chloe - the epitome of class & femininity. It's comforting yet sensual & embraces you in it's powdery sophistication. Modern vintage perfume, I pray by some miracle they bring it back.

Single rose in the forest

This is the only Chloe I used to avoid so much for so long.I used to dislike powder cause I thought it only fits to old ladies and babies.I tried Love at it was love at first sight. This is not baby powder,it's more expensive luxurious cosmetics powder.I changed my mind for this perfume category. I even wore it on a hot sunny day.And I it was not heady at all. Also it's long lasting which is great for me. So feminine and romantic but not boring at all!perfection

bibibling

Now this isn't gourmand in the least but the rice and powder notes coupled with the natural sweetness of the flowers gives me a thick, custardy panna cotta feeling, if you were to remove the vanilla and replace the aroma with purple flowers. (If you don't know what panna cotta is, just imagine how Jello is made, but use a mix of flavorless gelatin and sugar instead of the pre-packaged Jello powder and cream instead of water. Most people add vanilla but skip that and use some kind of purple flower syrup instead. I think the aroma would be very close to this. Not gourmand but certainly edible. To me there is a burnt sugar scent here as well, reminiscent of Pink Sugar, but very light. Say the burnt sugar in PS was a 10, the burnt sugar here would be a 1. I think it's one of the purple flowers causing this effect to my nose, I think the lilac, because it's a very "not-soapy at all" lilac.

Very lovely, old-school (but modern) girly, and very different. I had Eclat d'Arpege on earlier and this is definitely the big sister! I can't wait to get my hands on Love, Eau Intense - too bad it's discontinued. Does anyone know if this one is discontinued too? I never see it in stores anymore, especially now that Nomade is out. I only see the Chloe flankers and the Love Story flankers...

Anyway, if you are looking for a "purple flowers" perfume to round out your collection this should definitely go on your "to-try list." And if it hasn't been discontinued yet, it probably will be soon, so hurry while you can still grab one!

Hrisi

Chloe Love I love so much, smelling it right now from the bottle, because it's already empty from a long time, but still the scent is strong and concentrated, as I love to be. This is something extraordinary. Makes me feel so nice, elegant and somehow nostalgic. Like I used to live in a past and now returned back there with this smell to remember all. A beautiful, young and innocent lady is coming in my mind. I can see her white, tender and soft skin, with a long dress in a peachy color, maybe one flower in the open hair. Amazingly pretty and tender, but noticeable scent is coming from her every move and step she is making. Seems, she is dancing, but she doesn't. She is walking through a incredible garden and I'm not sure where from the smell is coming. From her, or from the all flowers i can see, but she is the nicest flower there....
Iris, lilac, wisteria, hyacinth, heliotrope...I can feel them all, so well blended in one perfect combination - smell and color. Orange blossom gives a freshness, pink pepper a spicy kick. But can say I love most the uniques of the rice. Love how it makes this fragrance creamy and delicious without be foody. Powder notes are the finish, which gives that vintage feeling.
For me the lasting power is great. Chloe Love has a long life and has a good sillage. Last year when i still have it went to meet with my sister and we spent a time outside sitting under the trees and drinking tea. She was sitting not near me, but complimented my fragrance how nice it is.
This perfume brings tears in my eyes every time I'm smelling it.

jreyes366

The first time around that I reviewed Love Chloe, I don't think I gave it a fair chance. This time, after spending a few months with it, I can fairly give my honest opinion on this fragrance.

It's to no one's surprise that Chloe fragrances are a bit pricey, this one included. I payed quite a bit for a 30 ml bottle, but I wouldn't say that I regret it because I love this perfume. It starts out a little harsh with the pink pepper, but very quickly that fades and the true beauty comes through.

I absolutely love powdery scents, I live for them. This seems to have the perfect balance of powder, purple florals, and just the tiniest bit of sweetness. This is just so feminine and tender, just the epitome of being a woman who is falling in love. This scent seems to just float along with me through the day, leaving a trail as I go. It is very clean and soapy, in an expensive violet soap kind of way. I'm very sad that this has been discontinued, all the great ones usually are.

rola.asad

If anybody is still looking for this perfume and can’t find it, try Valentina poudre by Valentino, I really find them so similar, Valentina poudre slightly heavier but I got the same feelings from both!

LuckyNLove

Light bright powdery floral.
If this is purple floral, cool.
I wear it when I need calm courage.
Who could complain about such a non-sweet but pretty scent...in moderation?
Longevity is off the charts.
It beat Kenzo Jungle L'elephant on skin by a day.
I don't notice much development so sometimes the longevity isn't a bonus.
One spray is enough, by God!

Edit
Wore to work today.
Great. Fresh and familiar all day.
Wanted a change after work so topped it with Elixir des Merveilles.
GUESS which lasted longer?
Yep.
This one. It would not be smothered, by God!

raw umber

I'm really surprised this is not more frequently recommended for lovers of heliotrope. Yes, violet and other purple florals are present, as well as musks and other powdery things, but for me this is primarily a heliotrope fragrance and I adore it because of its purity.

Unlike other heliotropes I have tried and owned, Love, Chloe is not sugary sweet, there is no heavy vanilla or almond candy. This heliotrope is pristine, powdery soft and natural. It's heliotrope as it was meant to be, wrapped in a violet petal cloak. Hypnotizing and trance inducing. Hallucinogenic powder puff clouds.

This is also quite reminiscent of Bvlgari Pour Femme, another discontinued beauty. I'd argue that it's not necessary to own both, though they are not really dupes. If you love one, you will likely love the other.

embomb

Katie Puckrik reviewed this on YouTube and the way she described the smell of rice being cooked really piqued my curiosity. I've always liked the smell of rice and was intrigued to smell it in a fragrance.

However, this was not at all what I was expecting. Upon first spray, it smells like hairspray. Thin, alcoholic, and vaguely floral, maybe. But hang on, this is a story of how I grew to adore this perfume.

As I wore it throughout the day, the powdery notes took on a beautiful, light, clean characteristic, with a green-yet-warm quality that is really attractive. Maybe it is the rice that gives it that mysteriousness of having opposing qualities present at the same time. I'm just not sure, but it really is something special.

Upon further wearings, I even grew to love the top notes as it seems to fit within the theme of vintage makeup. This is going to be a great daytime spring scent for me, though I can easily see someone wearing it as a signature all year long.

The bottle is absolutely perfect as well and I'm glad to display it from time to time.
