Gucci Guilty Black Pour Femme by Gucci is a Amber Floral fragrance for women. Gucci Guilty Black Pour Femme was launched in 2013. The nose behind this fragrance is Aurelien Guichard. Top notes are Red Berries and Pink Pepper; middle notes are Raspberry, Lilac, Violet, Peach and Red Currant; base notes are Patchouli, Amber and Caramel.

Gucci Guilty and Gucci Guilty Intense have been heralded as the scents of 21st Century seduction. In these audacious, globally award-winning perfumes, today’s guiltless young men and women have discovered the scent of provocation that has proved utterly addictive. Thrill seekers the world over have been seduced into indulging in guilty pleasures. Now, in the dark and mysterious Gucci Guilty Black, the story becomes still more compelling, giving it a new, more passionate and more daring edge. A sequel and a new chapter.

Creative Director Frida Giannini remarks: “These characters fascinate us as they are taken on a life of their own. We are eager to know about the next chapter in their story as it unfolds through Guilty Black”. The Guilty Black lovers bring out the most thrilling sides of each other: alone they are magnificent, together irrepressible. Fearless in their passion, they are brazen, shameless, unpredictable – ready for each and every explosive encounter. Their attraction is instinctive: they go where they sense danger and each other. Too much is never enough for our young hedonists, who drive each other to live life to the fullest. Again and again, they give in to pleasure and the excitement of breaking the rules.

Gucci Guilty and Gucci Guilty Intense are scents of indulgence and guilty pleasures. Now, in Gucci Guilty Black, the house chooses provocative, glossy black to encase the glowing red and green of its iconic webbing.

GUCCI GUILTY BLACK Pour Femme is an intense oriental floral in which RED-hot sensuality is all:

Top notes

The scent demands attention with a sparkling prelude of succulent red fruits and an impertinent fist of pink pepper. The mood is youthful audacity.

Middle notes:

The heart combines the lusciousness of raspberry and peach with a heady femininity of lilac and violet. here is tenderness amid the bravura.

Base Notes:

The patchouli that is the hallmark of Gucci fragrances here generates a sense of addictive craving, while the voluptuousness of amber suggests deep femininity.

Gucci Guilty took the house’s golden entwined Gs and used this emblem as an incitement to subvert. Gucci Guilty Black carries this association still further – never has the coupling within this logo appeared more provocative. The brand is equally famed for its iconic green and red web stripe – signalling both “made in Italy” and “luxury heritage”. here this webbing is transformed into gendered colour schemes: danger-signal red for the Guilty Black heroine, unfettered green for its hero. The flacons are uncompromising bold, black perfection. As one would expect from Gucci, there is great tactile appeal in the bottles’ marriage of high-tech and high style. Giannini notes: “I wanted to create a provocative design for Guilty Black, yet building on the now iconic packaging of Guilty. We added an evocative red glass for the female fragrance, green for the male, as a tribute to the timeless Gucci web stripe.”

The imagery through which the house has brought Gucci Guilty to the world has captured attention: a spectacular combination of director Frank miller’s film noir and Frida Giannini’s sensuality. For this new project, art direction was again overseen by Riccardo Ruini, Creative Director at REm (Ruini e mariotti). Ruini has art directed Gucci’s advertising for the past five years. The campaign for Gucci Guilty Pour Femme won the coveted prize for Best media Campaign at the 2011 US FiFi Awards.

The advertisement was shot at Cinecittà Studios, the legendary home of Italian cinema. Again, its director was Sin City creator Frank miller; its stars femme fatale Evan Rachel Wood and hollywood action hero Chris Evans. Now, in Gucci Guilty Black, we join them for a fresh chapter in their story, and a thrilling sequel to what has come before. The chemistry between them is electric.

Leading fashion photographers Mert & Marcus were again responsible for the print advertising - explosively sensual images in which the gleam of the lovers’ skin is cast in red and green light. Mert & Marcus explain: “We see the couple at night, in flagrante, washed in electric green and red neon. The aura is raw and compelling. very modern, very sexy, very Gucci.”

Gucci Guilty Black Pour Femme is available as 30, 50 and 100ml edt, followed with 200ml body lotion and 200ml shower gel.

dark and very strong compared to other female fragrances, hated it at first but then it grew on me. you dont need more than 3 sprays for it to be too much, as i said it is very strong.

perfomance 10/10 :)

kvaja

I overspray this like a mad woman but the scent still doesn't seem to project. I get whiffs of it here and there but there's no scent bubble, it becomes a skin scent almost immediately.

The smell itself is pleasant, smells like berries, violet and patchouli. It smells a bit bubbly, fizzy due to the red pepper and patchouli.

Overall it smells like a nice shampoo and I mostly use it casually on the days that I feel like wearing something light and non intrusive.

I would't buy this again due to bad projection. Not to be hars but I've had deodorants that are stronger then this. My bottle is from 2022.

@Forbiddenjade's review does justice to this perfume. I like it more than the recent Gucci Guilty versions. Applause to Aurelien Guichard for creating what for me is a mood booster and sophisticated but youthful feeling perfume. I find that the fruit (not too sugary), is balanced well with floral and warm elements with hints of spice and powder.

I got a bottle from QVC. A while back and didn’t open it till 1-2 years later . Well, it smells like expensive baby powder .. my mom used to have a body powder from La Mer or some brand like that and that’s what this smells like . It has like a very very slight tobacco or suede or smoky undertone that’s barely noticeable .. not sure if that’s the caramel or what . I just don’t love this . It’s way too basic , I thought all the fruity notes and Carmel , it would be a sweet perfume . It really isn’t. The patchouli isn’t very strong but it’s there and it smells like expensive cream or powder . That’s it . It has a SLIGHT resemblance to Viktor and Rolf Bon Bon to me but no wood and instead patchouli , but it never turns sweet like that one and stays clean and linear . Not worth the $ at all.

Buyer beware no indication of origin on the box that's a bad sign - inside the box a round sticker surprise "Made in Germany'' by Coty. BUT worse after you opened the box you can't return them bc store policies have changed due to Covid. This is a reformulated nightmare, nothing like the true notes listed above.

Dive_Space

I agree with the some of the comments below, there's nothing dark and mysterious about this one. But, it's sweetness is alluring, sexy even. Now, pour femme or not, this is absolutely unisex, as long as it's worn in cooler weather. Projection is not huge, but its there and it's enough with 3+ sprays. I lament that the scent doesn't develop further than its top, merely fading over time (about 6 hours).

If you happen to stumble on a pre-2016 collecting dust on a shelf somewhere, grab it. The later releases just before discontinuation are so diluted it's absolutely not worth your money.

J350

I don’t understand the hate but this is genuinely a very pleasant performer. It’s not offensive to start with and it’s also not weak to be a skin scent but this will definitely make heads turn. The composition is great but I am not getting hints of red pepper.

Juliusq75

Quick update- paired the Nebras with Gucci Guilty Absolue- wow. Softened it up but still packs a punch without the headache for me.

Layered the new Gucci Guilty parfum in gold and pink which was just sitting there living with me being mad at it for being so dang boring— Nebras brought it to life. I can wear both of these again now.

Tinabill

Black? Seductive? Mysterious? Vampy? Guilty?
Where?!
Bad? Absolutely not.
It’s just that the whole marketing from name to bottle to add campaign is way off from the scent IMO.
GGB starts with juicy sweet red berries on soft powdery florals, ending with a well behaved patchouli and warm sweet amber. Lovely and pleasant, maybe flirty at most, but not deep or dark by any means.
I find the Guilty and Flora lines from Gucci pleasing but not ground breaking. However I love their Bloom line. It has so much more character.
Also the performance of GGB is like a weak edt not an EDP.
To be considered if you have a small collection and you are looking for a fruitchouli where patchouli doesn’t overpower, but if you are a collector with a wide selection, it’ll probably be redundant.

Juliusq75

Call it basic but I always loved how soft and pretty this scent was. Of course- Gucci watered it down and then discontinued it, making my remaining bottle a serious disappointment.
However— I got Lattafa’s Nebras today and since it has some similar notes but is just a touch linear, I thought it might layer well with it. Well guess what Guilty Black girls n’ boys— I have something even better than both Guilty Black or Nebras now. The Nebras makes the Gucci pop again and then turns into a vanilla velvet with the faintest florals. Let the mint die down for a minute, but once it does it’s very smooth.
I also layered with Lalique Amethyst, which I like but does get a hair too sharp for me at times. The Nebras accentuated the red berries that I love and smoothed over that sharpness that I don’t always want with a light vanilla frost.

Tried to layer with Very Good Girl (Carolina Herrera) and it was just meh, took the sparkles out of it.

Hope this helps someone rejuvenate an old bottle of Guilty Black! Happy Spraying!

Amostras e Miniaturas

I am from Brazil.
The text was translated by Google.

The dark bottle has nothing to do with the fragrance.
The output is comfortable and a little creamy, reminiscent of a moisturizer.
The sweetness of the fragrance is very light and refined.
The exit brings me memories of perfumes used to aromatize designer stores, remembering the smell of a mall.
The red berries and raspberry are more sour than sweet.
In the evolution, the violet note leaves the fragrance slightly powdery, and the fruit smell (which was already very light), practically disappears, leaving the evolution, zero sugar.
In the final phase, a sweet smell appears (would it be the caramel note?) But it is a very light sweet, nothing gourmand.
Gucci Guilty Black is NOT the style of club perfumes. The fragrance is simple and smooth, but very tasty and well balanced, like those perfumes that you can't stop smelling.
At least on my skin, it's a joker perfume, which can be used in the workplace and in the classroom.

sadiyam

smells like a cherry blossom scent from bath and body works or l’occitane.

SmellzCrazy

Heavy, sweet lilac belongs in cool weather. (Sickening in the heat.) Syrupy, waxy floral.

Forbiddenjade

This is way, way better than the original and all other flankers. It is standing on its own, though vaguely retaining their DNA.

The red fruits here are so well balanced with flowers and Patchouli and Amber. On my skin, reacting with my pH, this exudes in a much refined, smooth scent. Very classy, and I wouldn't have guessed without testing it.

It does not project beastly, but it's perceivable and persistent with a great consistency. It doesn't fade or morph into a disfigured rendition of its top notes. All seems to work in harmony creating a demure sophistication, a comforting aura around me. I only sprayed it once on the back of my hand and yet people stopped me to ask what it was that I wore.

I love it and recommend it to those with rather dry and colder type of skin like mine. I'm pretty sure that the slightly alkaline pH would make this fragrance sing like a nightingale. As it does on me. Who'd have said?

Buy testers as I think that this needs a particular chemistry to release its magic. A keeper for me, and a decent 7/10. I'll enjoy wearing this daily, everywhere.

PS: this nose knows magic, I'll check his other works!

UPDATE: 2 hours in, the Amber and red fruits are singing from my skin!!!!

"Casta Diva, che inargenti
Queste sacre antiche piante,
A noi volgi il bel sembiante
Senza nube e senza vel...
Tempra, o Diva,
Tempra tu de' cori ardenti
Tempra ancora lo zelo audace,
Spargi in terra quella pace
Che regnar tu fai nel ciel..."

This. Is. Suave. Plaisir. My 7/10 went up to a fat, round 10!

druxyroses

great if you're looking for a fruity patchouli that manages to be work-appropriate and doesn't smell like it needs to be worn to a club.

KylieBooFace

Super pretty. I ended up falling in strong like/love with the slightly sweet, lilac-patchouli amber of Gucci Guilty EDT (2021). Gucci Guilty Black (2013) is a slightly sweeter, fruitier, bolder version. I adore the raspberry blast at the start but the drydown is very similar (but not completely the same). This is the more outgoing older sister of GG 2021 EDT. Gucci was foolish to discontinue this! I don't think it smells dirty, but it has an interesting accord from the purple floral amber patchouli that may not be for everyone. I find it soft enough to wear in multiple settings.

hardcandy74

Have just ordered a bottle after finishing a decent sized sample. It just works for me, and is ok in lots of settings. It's on the cusp of darkness, but is a creamy sensual fragrance that is really enjoyable to wear. Love it, one of my top 3!

twiztidladii

Very light but I get very sexy whiffs of Violet and Amber.

Emera1d

I remember testing it when it first came out and it took me this long to get a bottle. I have been looking for a lilac perfume, which I love to wear between mid April and mid May when the lilacs bloom. To my nose this is a very clean, gentle lilac and peach, with surprising longevity. I actually smelled some lilacs in bloom and can't say it is a realistic lilac scent, but somehow it is recognisable as lilac and the peach makes it less floral and more sweet. I can see how it can be dismissed as a clean floral, but to me it is very special and it feels posh. Definitely prefer it to Idyll Love Blossom, which I used to have. Bottle doesn't match the scent at all. It is more "strength in gentleness" than femme fatale. Husband asked why I got a "Batman" Perfume and now I can't unsee it...

Aglopez09

It reminded me of a fruitier version of pour femme but it didn't last past an hour on my skin.

Dhayana

Ended up giving it away to my stepsister who loved it at first sniff. It smells incredible on her but not on me. The patchouli, pink pepper & violet where more prominent and gave me headaches. It's my chemistry for sure because on the bottle and on her it smells fruity sweet with the warmth of the amber/pink pepper and cozy powdery violet.

Any fragrance with patchouli on it turns bitter and sharp on me 😑

Cataddicted

I don’t know how to feel about this one. It is fruity, but it is absolutely nothing like the original gucci guilty. It doesn’t have very good lasting power at all, I guess those who are particularly keen on fruity scents may well be into it. I think I’ll be donating this one.

Juspaigeme

Guilty black pour femme is a fruity sweet perfume but it’s not your basic fruity sweet perfume... it's bold and sexy!! It’s sweet and juicy from the berries and peach with powdery violet and lilac and some spice from the pink pepper. The base is warm, ambery, caramel and the patchouli is just right. It’s a compliment monster and makes me feel like a baddie!

Anitanita.

I wish this perfume had better longevity as it last about 3 hours on my skin :( Beside that it is very pretty perfume, fresh and juicy with some touch of warmth.

lavender_wind.

A very pretty, soft, juicy and fresh scent. Agree with the reviewer below that this isn't a "sexy, dark scent." But I find it pleasant, wearable, and quite feminine. A "like," but perhaps not a "love". Good for a young adult maybe.

Letitlinger

Most misleading name and bottle design ever? Gucci Guilty Black is not a dark, sexy fragrance for illicit encounters or date nights - or it wouldn't be my first choice for that anyway. It's actually a pretty, friendly, easygoing floral I wear to work and to hang with family! Very berry, lilac, and violet forward (but not just another candied violet; the berries are the star with lilac as a strong supporting act). Good for any time other than high heat, particularly cooler weather. Moderate longevity. Familiar smelling, but nice enough to use up before moving on to something else not blind bought :P

carlahoffman

I love Gucci so I had to try for I found it at Saks 5th off for half price . The opening reminds me of Alien Fusion with it pink pepper opening with a touch of its Mandarin sweetness. It not a bold or over a powering opening, but a light pretty scent but I did have to spray twice for it's either really light on my skin or a very close to a skin scent.

But wait, time passes and now I can smell it very nicely. I can smell the Lilac and Geranium with the peach blending them together for a lovely floral scent with a touch of the pink pepper lagging behind them. I really like it for the projection is growing still but its not annoying, but fun, a very feminine scent that feels like spring/summer is here.

It was very impressed how long it lasted. It goes into it's dry down of a creamy amber combine with Geranium and Lilac which the I love for they both have a lovely floral sweetness . I don't think this scent will appeal to some people for you have to like pink pepper along with the floral notes I listed but to me they blended very nicely into a different, lovely, fun, pretty, scent.

Can't wait to try it this summer for its working great in cold winter months. Good for day or night use!!

Phemia

With a name like that, I expected something dark, sexy, warm and spicy. Instead I get an overwhelming fruity sweetness that dries into a powder with a hint of spice. This isn't at all what I expected and I was let down.

On me, this initially went on very sweet with an almost waxy kind of quality (I was getting slight Lipstick On from MMM vibes right at first). The fruitiness was right there at the front as well. Through the middle I picked up on some of the spice and then it dried down to be less sweet, more powdery and creamy. Still, this doesn't smell like a mature, elegant, or classy fragrance. Someone mentioned it's more suited for parties and dates and I have to agree. Definitely a fall/winter night fragrance. I couldn't imagine this being worn any other time, it's way too cloying for me.

Masha_latte

This is absolutely my new favorite perfume - I love it so much! Beware of dupes, those smell vaguely like Gucci Guilty Black should, but they are just a puff of air compared to the real thing.
The real GGB is sweet, subtle and fresh, and the longevity is quite good. I can smell berries with pink pepper and possibly raspberry, with sweet and tender amber caramel base.
On top of that it's somehow different from anything I smelled/owned before, win-win for me definitely.
Surprised to see people comparing it to regular Gucci Guilty, they are very different on me, the latter missing the tang of berries and caramel sweetness. On the contrary, it's rather similar to Dior Addict Eau Delice (unfortunately discontinued).

So here's to my new found love for berry scents!

u24masonl

This will be an unpopular view, but for me it's just 'meh'. I got bought this as a birthday present a few years back and I have continually tried so hard to like it.

It's safe, granted, but to me smells generic. It's trying to be dark, but there is no depth behind it. It's what good girls wear if they are trying to be daring. It's not sweet, but there is no oomph here. There are no stand-out notes for me, and sillage and longevity is weak.

I think what I'm trying to get at is that this is a perfume that just... smells like perfume. Does that make sense?

plum

This is what regular Gucci Guilty is supposed to be.
I was never bothered when it appeared: I simply ignore all perfumes advertised and pushed hard into my throat. While decluttering my home I found a small sample, this peel off one and it smelt just gorgeous. Very similar to City Rush by Avon which I own but wasnt aware GG was an inspiration. I tried to found a good deal, bought a mini bottle off Ebay, found a small sample at home and in a meanwhile I blindly bought GG black. I tried my sample of GG and huge disapointment.... I cannot stand initial note of it. I was worried about my blind buy of GG black, started to consider resale or return... but, we only live once! Opened it yesterday and this is the beauty from my peel off sample! It has nice fruity opening and carmel! It also smells beautiful on clothes. Great buy, Ilike it a lot and find it much better than GG EDT.

SailorV

I love fruity scents that have a little substance beside the fruit notes, and Guilty Black is just that. It opens with peach and raspberry, which are sweet and remind me of gummy candy here. But the intense, dry pink pepper, musk, powdery violet and hints of lilac balance the scent, so it smells like a good perfume and not like some gummy bear bodyspray. In the base I get patchouli and amber too, so the fragrance turns warm and slightly sensual. It becomes better the longer I wear it, contrary to Guilty Intense, which has a nice opening, but is lacking in the drydown, at least on me.
The only thing I would criticise about this is that I wish the lilac note was a little stronger.

Guilty Black is more flirty than deeply sexy and "guilty", and not a black or dark scent. I would say the gold packaging from the other scents of the Guilty line would be more fitting with this, maybe with some red or dark pink accents.
I don't think I'll buy it, because my collection is so large, but this is a pretty and versatile scent. I'd happily use it if I got it as a gift or if I found it for an extremely good price.

violetstorm

oh how i love the old gucci guilty line........its one of my favorites for a lilac scent :) for this particular version the lilac & violet smell amazing !!! its blended so nicely....comes off smooth & elegant :)

i was wearing this the other day & it made me wonder why in the heck did gucci mess with a great thing lol..........the old guilty line is so wonderful BUT the new gucci line well for me just doesnt cut it (well i havent tried the love edition one so maybe that one might be ok lol )..........but the others just dont compare............if u havent tried the old line - try it - all the versions are simply beautiful :) especially if u love lilac :)

aflakes

I really want to like this, but I can get past the fact that the opening smells like a Huggies pamper.

Siv7Stars

This v lightly spiced, it's incredibly smooth, it's not a nose hitter. In terms of being sexy you'll need to be feeling fairly sexy already n have got close up to smell this on someone, it doesn't project that much. I don't get obvious berries either, it's very well blended, nothing stands alone, which I personally prefer. It's soft, smooth, sweet n creamy, skin scenty, maybe a tiny bit of smoke in the vanilla at the end. It's a fresh vanilla, not heavy. I may have to get another bottle before it disappears. Don't know how I failed to notice this until just now, I think it's perfect.

alexandradaos

Beautiful, very well blended. Smells like juicy berries (but it's not immaturely fruity, not in a way I'd consider 'girly' and juvenile), smooth milk chocolate, and yes, as someone said below, paper money.

The red berries are definitely there, but very well blended with the sweeter, smoother notes, so they aren't sour or stringent in any way. I don't particularly distinguish the pink pepper, it's well incorporated and gives spice and body to the fragrance. The amber-caramel medley makes it particularly warm and cozy, and gives that 'freshly opened chocolate' feel.

The reviewer who said this smells like the purple Johnsons Baby was spot on - it really does! However, the gourmand notes add extra sophistication to the blend, and the berries make it a bit more fun.

Something I don't quite like is the smoky note in the dry-down - where does this come from? I think the fragrance could have done without, which would have made it my ultimate any occasion, extra cozy, ultra huggable but still sexy and mysterious fragrance. That smoky note, probably added for additional pretentiousness, is a bit too mature and contrasts with the general vibe of the perfume.

Speaking of which, the general vibe is not really 'guilty'. It's more like 'warm, embracing, but I have a couple of secrets of my own'. I love it, but the longevity and projection make me sad, really weak.

Nijntje

Oh. Well, that's disappointing. I love Guilty Intense and I was giddy with excitement trying this because I thought it would be an improvement on Intense, but... it's a little boring? Opens very sweet with the red fruit and I can also immediately pick up on the caramel toffee scent, but it's not a real, molten caramel. I think Boss Private Accord does that a lot better. There's a mix with some soapiness that stays clear from being sharp, but only just. The patch is dry and heavy, but the development of the notes is a bit disjointed, like they don't mix well together and they're fighting for dominance. The pepper is hardly noticeable in the beginning, but after half an hour I do get spicy. Still, I'm left with a very distinct feeling of 'meh'. Overall, it even smells a little cheap.

It's as if someone requested Guilty Intense to be sweetened for sexiness. Instead, Guilty Black is only sweet in the opening, and then it dries to a drab dry soapy scent with a vague caramel background and something else that reminds me of deodorant spray. It's not an improvement. It's not sexy. And it gives me a slight headache. Pass.

stacia79

This opens VERY sweet raspberry. At first I thought OH NO but as it dried down more nuances came out to play. I once heard that every Gucci fragrance has a note in the base that in reminiscent of paper money. So now I hallucinate that note in every Gucci scent.

Anyway the opening on this is very different than the drydown, which is less peppery berries and more powdery ambered peach.

Kìmonanthe

First whiff is very juicy and sweet, the red berries hit you on that first spritz immediately. Then I get a very heady, powdery patchouli that's very sexy and powerful. I enjoy the dry down most, I get the caramel and it's not so assaulting on the nose which it can tend to be. I get a lot of compliments on this one, people seem to enjoy this a lot. I guess it's less painful on the nose when it's smelled from afar. My boyfriend likes this a lot, I own a lot of perfumes and constantly am rotating which one I wear each day but he never fails to compliment me when I wear this one. He keeps asking me what perfume I am wearing when I have this one on. I guess he can never remember LOL
Projection for me is close to beastly, I can walk into a room and people can smell me from afar. Longevity is a good 8-10 hours on my skin, I can still smell this even after scrubbing myself vigorously with a loofa and copious amounts of body wash.
This is generally a likeable perfume for all. If you're meeting someone or a group of people for the first time and not sure what to wear in order to not offend yet still leave an impression on them (albeit that impression might be one of sexiness) then wear this. It's very rich and sexy and strong enough but does not offend at all.

bel.gravia

Oh my do I love this! I have great love and appreciation for the original Guilty, and this one is a flanker well done. This is the berries version of Guilty. More berries, less musk. Black is thus, sweeter, more powdery, more fruity. This is on the fruitchouli side, together with my beloved Jimmy Choo Signature EDP, Miss Dior Cherie, Flowerbomb... if you own any of the mentioned, you may not need this one. Although, I would say it is worth having on its own because of the pretty violet and lilac accord.

sophiagardenia

It's odd - My mom purchased this for me when I was quite young, 7th or 8th grade, as I smelled it during a mother-daughter trip to the mall in Nordstrom and loved it. Now, as a 19 year old in college, I remembered this perfume and went to repurchase. The first thing it reminded me of is....baby powder!? I don't get that sharp freshness from the berries at all, but rather, a sickening powdery smell. The pepper definitely comes through, though. I just remember this perfume smelling gorgeously elegant and mature, like a strong, sensual young woman. Perhaps my body chemistry changed. I literally sprayed it on myself in the car, after I purchased it, and went right back in to return it minutes later, lol.

raiza1990

This is fruity done right! It’s jammy, soft and sexy. It reminded me of Guilty Absolute, but Black is darker, softer and simpler. It’s very pleasant, but doesn’t project well and it’s not really long lasting.
Anyways, really pleasant fragrance. Good for dates.
Final note: 7,5/10

oiprocs80

Gucci Guilty...To me this is a light, youthful and innocent fragrance. It is nice and last at least 7 hours on me. But doesn't bring to mind sexy or guilty. It takes me back in time when my children were babies. Because to me this smells so much like Johnson and Johnson baby lotion, the original in the pink bottle. The most predominant notes imo are the berries and lilac.

Freckleface

My signature scent! My man allso like this one very much😍 love IT! I mostly smell the divine lilac in IT AS the original one❤️

madmax78

Oh how I love this perfume....it’s just yummy! I just feel damn good when I wear it...hell yeah!!

victoria.mei1992

The more mellow Gucci Guilty version, without biting spice. Amazing. I finished my 15 spray bottle, will going to buy another full sized one.

astrid_astaria

This is in my top two favorites. It's sweet, but clean and sensual. It is Light, but smoldering at the same time. I purchased it, and YSL Black Opium together.
My everyday fragrance. I was shopping on vacation and tried it. Outside the plaza, my husband asked if it was me that smelled so good. It doesn't last as long as a few others, but it definitely lingers on the skin the next day. Men love this scent, and I do too. I am on my third bottle. The only thing I do not care for, is the dye in the perfume. It stained my white blouse pink! I was under the impression that it was only the glass on the bottle that was pink!

YaGirlSniffsMe

As a guy I would love to smell this on a girl! Sprayed some in ULTA and wow this is defientlty a sweet berry & peach with a slight make up vibe to it. 100% date night scent. Or night out with your friends. I feel this could defiantly be a all year round scent maybe just hold a few sprays back in the summer.

ReneeW1

This is a warm sweet fragrance. The fruity sweetness hangs just on the edge of too sweet but never crosses the line. The patchouli, amber, and floral notes keep this fragrance in control and give it the warmth that tempers the sweetness.

It feels a little young but not so young that I am uncomfortable wearing it. It also seems to lack something to really give it a unique scent. Its not exactly generic but it doesn't have the wow factor.

Longevity is moderate and it leaves an impressive scent trail. All in all its nice but probably not something I need a FB of .

Edit: I had a mini bottle of this so I continued to wear it. The more I wear it the more I love it. It last about 7 or 8 hours and almost everyone finds it to be pleasant. It isn't particularly complex but its a nice basic fragrance. I think I have changed my mind about the need for a FB after wearing this scent for about a week.

EDIT 2: Gucci Guilty Black has become one of my standard cool weather fragrances. I wear it frequently from October through February or March. Love it.

Freckleface

Looove love love it!!
So similar to the gucci guilty (gold), but thats fine for me since that is my nr1 fav frag in the world!

DarlingNikki

Miguel: I say go for it, LOL!

Miguel Sobrevia

I love so much this scent that I want to smell it all the time... My wife smells really nice, I can't get out of her neck!!!... hahaha . Can I wear it too?

EnergeticCrab

A fairly standard fruity floral. Surprisingly soft and mellow for the brand and notes list. Not that interesting, you have smelled this before.

Contessa01

Another great addition to the Guilty range, I heard great things about this so tentatively blind bought it! Luckily it’s gorgeous. It’s a smoky, patchouli, berry flanker, like Guilty’s naughtier cousin. I love the Guilty range and always get compliments. Highly recommended!

agado

this bottle is sooo unpractical :( when it comes to an end, you can't spray whatever left at the bottom :(( scent itself it's not to bad

Midnight Lady

Fruity scent with noticeable berries mixed with pink pepper. To me it smells a bit smokier that Guilty Intense, the parchouli is more prominent here. I get a little bit of violet after the drydown.

Playful, sweet, heavier evening fragrance. I would prefer more prominent floral notes to it so it would make it really different to Guilty Intense.

PricklyAndHot

I prefer the original to it.

kiyu00

Open with fresh fruity berry before slowly fade away till flora, patchouli along with hint of pink pepper appear and finally drydown with amber and powdery scents.

I think this perfume is beautiful fruity flora, feminine, sweet but has a hint of "dark aura" ( I understood why they call "guilty" and "black" ) that made me feel elegant, power and mystery.

And it's more interesting because the longevity for my (very quickly absorbed) skin is long lasting and the sillage is good even if the average is moderate. I sprayed at 7 a.m. and now 6 p.m. I can smell it. seem like it's suitable for my chemical.

I can wear it both of day and night. ( happy! )

Mirabele

i just got it from a swap and i really like it. it seems to be similar to original, but i am no expert, i just barely tested it some time ago. Gucci Guilty Black is not a perfume i would wear for profesional situations, quite the opposite. it has a vibe of dates, parties and ocasions like these. i will update later how much i like it after some time, but now it seems to be perfect for winter and for coming holidays festive season. i got it on a day that was good for me, and the fragrance captures well the feeling of optimism and confidence. very feminine as well, sensual and flirty in a grown up way. pretty much all the good things i expect from a fragrance in black bottle. like it a lot!

Fleur divina

Gucci Guilty Black for women is a lovely floral with fruity berry notes with a hint of spice and patchouli. It’s longevity and sillage is moderate, may be few hours on my skin. However the scent is not a typical floral but different in a sexy way. It is a bit similar to the original Gucci Guilty but has more depth and lasting power. .

Kei Kitz

I first gave a negative review of this eau de toilette but after two weeks of owning it I have had a change of heart. I get so many compliments on this one! And the more compliments I received, the more it helped to realize that this EDT was actually worth my impulse buy.
This smells like red berries done right, that it doesn't smell synthetic or like syrup. Just right. It also makes me think of chocolates. Lastly I love the blown up patchouli on this one. It's heavy so it smells like dollar bills that have been sitting in the wallet for a long time. It smells like men in dark business suits and vegas. Money money money and POWER. It smells sophisticated, and rich, and sensual. Definitely one for night time but I wear this even to work and I get so many compliments from men and women alike. I absolutely have fallen in love with this power flacon. If you want to smell sexy yet sophisticated and powerful, wear this.
Sillage - heavy
Longevity - about 4-5 hours on me

perfume_infatuated

A true lady scent. This is a classy, mature, and powdery floral-fruity perfume. Such a good take on the powder smell and presenting it in an intimate way. I'm not a fan of the opening, but the dry-down is too feminine, sensual, and remarkable. It could be light in sillage, but it's longlasting and noticeable from a close range.

Again Aurelien Guichard is behind such a subtle perfume. Now I can call him the powdery-notes-man, for his (Narciso Poudre) + (Valentino Poudre) + (Trussardi My Name, which resembles the most innocent baby powder ever).

mrspowell

Mmmm this perfumes is sweet, fruity then floral...i like it better than the original.

dyaver

Hmm... it's a fruity-sweet fragrance that becomes powdery in the dry down. I wouldn't say it's original or sexy or dark for that matter. I get the pepper only in the first few minutes, then the fragrance softens and becomes creamy. Still, probably better to use for the night as it might be too cloying during the day. The original is definitely more 'guilty'.

ECfromDC

I smell sweet, fruity then floral. I love it!!!

Piperok26

I really disliked the original gucci guilty because it smelled like baby powder and nothing else on me. This is really nice because of the berry note. It is more complex and sexy than the original. Longevity and sillage is moderate.

Madrona

I was recommended this by someone who said it gives somewhat of the same impression as my signature scent, Hugo Boss Intense. Smelling them next to each other I see what she means. Intense has a slight sporty/shaving cream/unisexy edge to it though, and this one doesn't. This one is sweeter as well. It's nice, but not a love.

mrs.ralph

I have this and I can't seem to reach for it, not my favorite at all. Open to swaps

aliciacb828

This fragrance is almost as confusing as its predecessor, boring, mildly fruity, and peppery but I can't really tell a difference between this and Guilty. This one is slightly more fruity.
This fragrance is in a word, nice, not bold, daring, mysterious, dark, just nice. I really don't think this is an addition to the Guilty line, it's almost exactly the same to me.
Just like Guilty this perfume is only guilty of having a misleading name and the only mystery I'm left with is why its called Guilty Black as though it was a sexy or sexier version, but it's not. Although the long winded description says it, this perfume is not breaking any rules

I won't be purchasing the full size; the pepper in this one gives me a headache

daisyvision

I think I was expecting something a little darker and more mysterious than this, based on the name and the sleek bottle. It's not a particularly inviting scent. It's predominantly fruity - but the raspberry feels a little more sour than sweet. I can faintly detect the pink pepper, but the remaining notes are lost on me. It's not bad, but it doesn't make the 'raw and compelling' statement it claims to.

MartinaG

It smells like a cherry hand cream. Even my husband asked me if I changed the one I've been using and bought a cherry one. No sillage at all, all skinscent-y. It's nice, but I prefer Intense version better.

Marie_Zet

I received this perfume as a present before my trip and I really like it. Its sweet fruity smell has a long durability and power. However, it's not annoying. It's quite feminine and maybe too sweet for me and definitelly doesn't have any "dark" notes as it could indicate the serie Black. But still a good perfume which I will always associate with my travel :)

blake.lee

The packaging and advertising don't match the juice. There's nothing dark, deep or sexy about this fragrance. I actually find the original Guilty more interesting. This is a nice, inoffensive powdery, baby wipe scent with a touch of barely there sweet fruits and an almost unnoticeable and very clean patchouli. I was expecting a vavavoom, sexy time scent, but this is simple, quiet, boring, good girl fragrance. There isn't a sexy bone in her body.

Kai'elle

Quick burst of red berries then a hit of pink pepper and purple flowered smoke on a bed of green amber :)

Lovely little rainbow :)

L: Moderate/Low
S: Soft

arwa hussein

sweet and chic This one is my favorite of the Gucci Guilty.

ECfromDC

Sweet and Smokey but hardly fruity imo.

perfumeglam87

Dark Sweet And Smokey! This one is my favorite of the Gucci Guilty. Looking for something dark and sweet, then this is it.

Addowaa

I love the way this one smells on clothes rather than skin. It is very mild and has this mature smell to it. It's a cool day time perfume and can be a signature scent too. I'll definitely purchase another bottle.

tattooedzombie

I like this one, but I probably wouldn't purchase. It isn't very unique. On initial spray, the berry note is prominent. On me, the drydown is creamy, but doesn't turn powdery at all. I don't get the lilac or violet at all, mostly fruit.

MEOWITSTERRA

Right off the bat, this one smells a little like sweet baby powder because of the pepper, violet and lilac, but after a few minutes, the peach is definitely noticeable. It's nice and ripe, yet not in that way that makes your mouth water. After that fruit wears down, it feels more well rounded. It is so delicate and dry and warm, though the fragrance was inspired by "danger." Patchouli isn't really present on my skin until the end, but it isn't super prominent and just gives a good edge to the violet. After eight hours of wear, I can finally notice raspberry and amber, and it pulled something vanilla on me!
I do prefer this Black version over the originals, since they lack a "something." I think the red berries in this juice did the trick.

victoria.mei1992

Like it, I think this scent would please enyone. Could be a blind buy for sure.
First notes are creamy, sweet, like heliotrope, I gues it's violet, lilacs and red berries. And at dry down there's sweet light amber. Very luxurious smell. I feel rich wearing this.

AnnaT

nice fruity sweet frangrance. Not too young or mature, not too sweet or weak. A bit sexy everyday wear. Not special enough to be memorable or classic. The advertisement poster doesn't reflect the style of the scent at all

DarlingNikki

I like a fragrance with patchouli in it. I, a person who can't stand the thought of patchouli let alone the actual smell, like a fragrance with patchouli in it. There is hope for every patch-o-phobe out there, LOL!

On a slightly more serious note, I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by GG Black. I have the original GG and I don't know what I was thinking when I bought it because all I can smell is patchouli when I first spray it and it makes me gag. This, however, comes across in a much different way to me. The patchouli is present, but it seems more well-behaved and tolerable. Perhaps it is the opening sweetness of berries and gentle nuances of lilac that calm the patchouli down; whatever it is, this is a thing of delightful beauty on my skin and I'm seriously considering buying a full size version once my little sample is gone.

gamme82

Gucci guilty Black, found This version discounted and had to have it:) bought it Without smelling it, based on The reviews here. I have Never tried any of The GG Line before, it just did not have my interest, untill now. This is very surprising, youthful and fruity, mainly cherries.
Sillage and longevity is moderate, This is probably due to it being an EDT.

ladyone1

It's noting special but not bad at all... Smells like cherries in my eyes..

pinkchevalier

I was neither not a fan nor a fan of Gucci Guilty. I'm sure I've sprayed it a few times in passing but found it vague/immemorable. Struck by the more constrasting bottle, I decided to try this one and the dry down is 90% like Dior Addict Eau Delice. It has maybe a dollop less of Vanilla, but the Cranberry/Vanilla combo is definitely there. The beginning notes are quite pleasant, and almost interesting but it's sort of vaguely fruity, slightly sweet and a tiny bit creamy. It's less challenging than the bottle might indicate and though I like Eau Delice, I find it somewhat cloying and the same drydown here affects me similarly.

sushijunkie

Smells like a heftier version of Dior Addict Eau Delice :)

Felina

Slightly spicy and red berry at first, then dreamy and sweet floral. It's very pretty, definitely dominated by lilac for me, which I love! I don't get the name but I actually think the bottle is pretty nice, though it makes me think of batman. :D
Lasts a ridiculously long time on me, I smell nice all day long. :) Love!

CatherineLaundon

Gucci Guilty Black is an amplified version of its predecessor, Gucci Guilty. This is not an intense fragrance, per say, rather Black is sweeter and juicier. The bottle is, ironically, quite colourful with the red glass design; which I really like.

The opening of Gucci Guilty Black is all fruits. Raspberries and red berries and pink pepper. The lilac of the original is replaced with violet to give Black more warmth. The patchouli note is so quiet as to be almost non-existent and the amber is sweet and musky.

I love this fragrance; it's in the same sweet/musky/floral family as 212 Sexy by Carolina Herrera and Wink! by Avon, both of which I wear. It's not terribly ground-breaking or original, but it's still a great fragrance. Don't be put off by the dark packaging and marketing; this scent is entirely appropriate for daywear because of all those berries. Longevity is around 6 hours, although it becomes difficult to detect at around 4. Silage is moderate.

samira1981

Well, at first I thought it was a men's fragrance. I liked the fruity-spicy start but there was something masculin and disturbing in the dry-down which made me get rid of this perfume.

armacoonsum

I love this one, but it makes me angry. Comes on strong, seduces with red berries and molten purple liquid sex, then puts all of its demure lilac clothing on and leaves me abruptly. Pretty little bitch. Expensive, too. I'll never commit to the full bottle. For that kind of cash, I'd expect it to put out. ;)

ScarlettX

Nice, wearable, light and pleasant. I think it's very easy-going scent, you can't go wrong with it.
A little more fruity than the original Guilty. Not overwhelmingly sweet or annoying in any way.
There's a little bit of everything, I think it's quite fine.
I loved the original more, as it reminded me of beautiful lilacs at the countryside, but this is also very-very nice.
I don't understand the name though. This doesn't smell like black guilt to me.

ChristmasMaple

Funny, but this actually reminds me of Jovan Black Musk which I miss dearly!

boannika

This one was a blind buy. Bought it a month ago. Big mistake! There is just something sickening about it, I believe it is the combination of powder and amber that make this scent unwearable and somehow heavy. The packaging is great, and that is pretty much the only thing I like about this.

dcookoo

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

I am a big fan of the originial Gucci Guilty and Guilty Intense so I was expecting to like this. I sprayed it onto my hand and I instantly loved it. It was definitely Gucci Guilty, but much sweeter, much more fruiter. The pink pepper and red berries are definitely detectable. The patchouli is just a hint, so all you patchouli-loathers need not worry. Nicely blended fragrance, not too much of anything.

SILLAGE & LONGEVITY

Not great. Around 4 hours max. Stays close to the skin. Considering perfume never lasts long on my skin, no matter how strong it is, I'd also check other reviews.

FEELINGS PROVOAKED

Sexy, edgy, modern

CONCLUSION

A nice edition to the Gucci Guilty family, It's definitely worth a try. And I think it's worth mentioning I've seen Guilty Black selling online much cheaper than the originial Guilty so shop around for a good deal (I've seen the 75ml selling on allbeauty.com for £31).

HanamiTsukimi

When I first tried this I immediately disliked it. I thought it was loud and obnoxious. The second time, I realized I might have been influenced by the name and the bottle. To me, what's inside is more playful than seductive as its image would suggest. I still wasn't won over, but I went from hate to dislike. The third time, I went from dislike to interest. And now, I think I can safely say I like this. Though who knows what the fifth attempt will bring.

It opens with a blast of berries, then pink pepper, then raspberry, then patchouli and nectarine. Slowly the florals start to peep out as it sits. It's spicy, but definitely not dark and edgy. It's warm and pretty sweet, actually. It's well-suited for a fall evening out or a winter evening in.

auroramaria

GGI opens rather fruity with berries you can feel original Guilty in this but Intense is more fruity with raspberry and peach.
It then dries down with amber and patchouly being quite intense.
It's rather nice but personally I prefer Guilty EDP also longevity is not very good here sillage is moderate.

blue_belle

While cleaning out my room yesterday I found a sample spray of this hiding away somewhere. It's not the kind of thing I usually wear, and I'm not even sure where I got it because it's not the kind of thing I would be drawn to, but because of that it was the first thing I reached for this morning. Surprisingly enough, I'm very impressed!

This starts off with a juicy fruit note (current, I guess, but I actually thought it smelled more like raspberry) and then mellows out into a creamy peach/lilac combination. There's just a hint of spice in the background but it's not overpowering--even my dad, who usually hates patchouli, decided he likes this one. It's less "dark" than I was expecting but it's very pretty.

Since I haven't tried the original I might do that before I decide if I want to get a bottle of this, but I really like it and I'll have fun using up my tester.

DansingDragon

I got this one at discounted price(at my own risk considering some of the reviews...), and I like it a lot - it's different from the majority of scents on the market, definitely grown-up and sexy, stays close to the skin, which makes it wearable day time and evening, and the longevity on me is good 4-6 hours:)

arenee92

I was really craving a new perfume, something sexy and mysterious. After sniffing around Ulta for what seemed like ages, my nose kept coming back to this one.

It smells completely different on me, than it did on the card. My skin tends to turn things super powdery, while on the card it smelled more berry.

This is sexy, sweet, but not cloying. Powdery, but not in a baby powder way. It's a sexy type of powder. It's sultry and dark. I feel that it could be worn day or night, depending on the person. It's heavy on the patchouli, and pink pepper, with a touch of raspberry, and amber. I don't reach for this one often, but I'm glad to have it in my line up. A great night or date scent!

Jartan*555

Hate to admit this but I'm usually a play it safe girl and I'm 37!!!???
I usually love the very fresh, innocent, fruity floral with just a little amber musk woodsey base. So, when I first smelled the guilty's, I thought, No Way!!but I'm finally tired of playing safe so I made myself try the One and was pleased. It was okay, actually. Then I tried guilty Black and at first it kind of scared me. Then as I started roaming around Macy's, I could smell it on me and was like WOW!!! It smelled warm yet fresh. I really like it. It's a flirty but still classy. Definitely, snuggable!!! I've gotten many compliments wearing black. The only downside is the longevity. No more than 3 to 4 hours. I wish they made an EDP, for sure.

Coconutmusk

I picked up a roller ball of this a few weeks back and I have wanted to write a review on this but I'm having trouble figuring this out. Not because I don't know if I like it or not, because I defiantly do, but because I can't really pick up what I'm smelling. It's like when you wake up from a good dream that immediately starts to fade away from memory but you can remember small bits and pieces and you try to put the pieces together but you can't, all you remember is it made you feel happy but you don't really know why.
To me, this perfume is just as soft as those hard to reach memories. With the black and red bottle and named "Guilty", I guess I keep expecting this to be loud and in your face- but it is soft, slightly sweet and demure. This should have been named "Innocent".
The opening is all pink pepper, then somewhere in the middle it's a soft....I don't know! It's just "soft". Maybe amber with a touch of the lilac? I really can't tell what any of these notes are other then just "pretty". I sprayed this on about 20 minutes ago to revisit it and I have to press my nose to my skin to get any scent. I really wish this was longer lasting and had more projection because it is very pretty and I'd probably get a full size if that were the case. Unfortunately it's a bearly there skin scent that could use more punch with a name like "Guilty".

Kittycat63

I'm a BIG fan of Gucci Guilty so I was eager to test this today when I saw it in a perfume section of a department store.

At first I liked it and thought it was very similar to the original Gucci Guilty, maybe a little bit fruitier though and the lilac is far less noticeable sadly, and I thought it was very pleasant. Luckily, I didn't even notice the patchouli in it, which was a VERY good thing because I really hate that note! Sadly though, after about 3 hours Guilty Black virtually evaporated and I can only smell it very slightly if I stick my nose right against my wrist! I tested two other perfumes as well on different parts of my arms .. Chopard Wish and Moschino Cheap & Chic Chic Petals .. and both of those have outlasted the Guilty Black.

So, for me, this would be a perfume to skip because I don't see the point in buying a fairly costly perfume that has almost no staying power. Luckily I have a bottle of the original Guilty which I got in a swap and I'd definitely get another bottle of that when I run out but I wouldn't waste my money on Guilty Black, despite it smelling nice while it lasted!

ChesleyMusic

this is more fruitier than GOLD. Gucci Gold scent is really gender neutral, anyone can wear. I find Gold more muskier and bolder than this one.

RighteousStarByDannyMotta

I AM A MAN AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BLACK AND RED FRAGRANCE BY GUCCI SO MUCH, THAT I BOUGHT ONE JUST MYSELF A SMALL 60 DOLLAR BOTTLE TODAY!!!

PepePurFume

Absolutely love this scent! I cannot get enough of it! It's definitely in my top list of favorites and possibly my signature. My fiancé also enjoys it. A few years back I tried the original Gucci Guilty and liked it but not enough to buy it. The original actually smells more masculine on me than the Black. As we all know, each person's skin chemistry is different, therefore, you should always try before you buy. It's extremely frustrating reading strong, bashing negative perfume reviews when a person's skin chemistry rejects a certain scent. We all wear what smells good on ourselves, there's no need to totally bash a perfume. Constructive criticism is much better than bashing. Just saying....

jeanbean7777

Hmmmm....testing it out for the second time in the dark. First time I thought it was sexy. But i I didn't like it on my skin. I think it's the terrible patchouli note that Gucci overdoes a lot of the time. It's in several of their fragrances and it kinda smells like wet pencil shavings or sweaty money...the dry downs usually make me feel sick. Gucci if you are reading this a lot of your fans don't want this note in your scents. So get rid if it please. ..I really got a good blast of this when I first squirted.....however, it was mercifully gone within a few minutes and in really liking the masterfully present lilac uniquely associated with guilty. The Same really elegant clear scent that the regular guilty has and it is a quality scent. It does smell expensive. Maybe that's why they have that paper smell in there because they want to be associated with money perhaps. A few reviewers cited that it reminded them of Vegas and turning heads and lights and it does.....but also expensive suits and cutting deals. Fancy floral arrangements in front of waterfalls in five star hotel suites. Something about this scent makes me feel alive and like I am really good...like a make it happen girl. If I can get it to last a few hours I think I'm going to buy this.

artemiss

I rather like the regular Guilty, and was a bit sad to see this rather than that in my sampler. I found it a bit cloying from the bottle.
On my skin, though, I think I like this rasperry version a touch more. Unlike the overwhelming mess I get on the card, on me it's red rasperry, amber and a sheer floral that comes and goes. (I suspect violet is the ephemeral one, but the lilac seems touch and go, too)

smkonink

not that this is particularly bad mix but i do not associate this mix with sexiness but rather innocence. i can not shake the memory of play-doh from this scent so to me this is mis-named

thatjacksonchicck

MMM This fragrance has something in particular that I can't describe.
I don't have this fragrance but yesterday I went shopping with my two sisters and they have made me immediately try the scent..when I sprayed it on my hand at the biginning I did not like it very much,it was too heavy and the fact that this fragrance has a lot of alchol smelled too much of fruity-wine.
But after a while the smell was biginning to unfold and I could smell the sweetest notes like raspberry and pink pepper.
I give this fragrance 4/5 for the lovely notes and because I can't resist it even though it gives me a headache!

Jacqui2012

Very sexy fragrance. I find it strikes a personal note with me and as such it has become one of my current favourites. Behind the purchase of this scent comes a story of love, betrayal and sensuality Ha! Went through an emotional roller coaster ride with this bad boy appropriately titled 'guilty'.

em.caroline.9

It's got all the notes I love in fragrances... I'm not sure why it comes off like stale powder to me, very disappointing results on my skin.

Luthien999

My boyfriend bought me Gucci Guilty Black as a Christmas gift(the biggest package). It is a very elegant, glamourous and luxurious scent. Very stylish, sexy and full of passion as well. I always get compliments wearing it!

Toom_Snoopy

Sweet, dark, and mysterious. The first spritz is boozy fruity, a little medicinal then it's sweet and sweet. The drydown is warm sweet amber, a bit powdery.

Notes from official site:
top notes of pink pepper and red fruits
heart notes of violet
base notes of patchouli and amber

jewel.wido

The intial spray blast was not that great- smelled plasticky to me.
However, let me tell you- things quickly changed for the better! This is the perfect scent for young sexy moms who rock! It's fresh, sexy, addictive, and comforting all in one... not at all black or dark, like the bottle suggests. I also get a beautiful powdery smell that reminds me of my daughter's baby powder (Johnson&Johnson soothing chamomile/ lavender).

Highly recommend to anyone- it's also very safe.

2746cstreet

I smell peaches, makeup and amber. Not a lot of patchouli or pepper.
Here and there I get a whiff of berries, but I have to think about it.
Final drydown is basically amber. I don't find it dark or sexy or even very interesting.

ledavis727

I spent a long time in the store deciding which fragrance I was going to purchase, and I ended up choosing this one over the original Gucci Guilty and Gucci Guilty Intense. What kept drawing me back to smell this again and again was something I couldn't put my finger on for a while.. Then I realized, it smelled exactly like chocolate covered cherries! Juicy, dark and sweet at initial spray and then developing into something sexy, cuddly and warm still with a little kick of sweetness. Although it's an EDT it really lasts a good amount of time, close to 5 hours on my skin. Perfect for fall and winter, this is an absolute go-to smell for me when I want something sexy for colder days.

SorceressOfTheDark

The openings of the Gucci's have not impressed me. The are rather soft and I would suppose I have acquired a taste for a stronger, more robust perfume that can take me away, one that will grab me by the shoulders and shake me. Granted, there is no horrible alcohol whizz at first hint, just a soft hint of something to come. Maybe peach. Maybe vanilla. So we have generic fruity-gourmand blended into a soft cream sitting low, so low that I must put my nose into it and therein lies the problem. The patchouli is so weak I don't know it's there. Another common scent packaged oh-so-prettily, rather vampy to catch the eye of unsuspecting wallets, a designer name for those that care enough about labels, pretty packaging and the money shall be spent on commonality.

mamamia

I dont know how but all i smell leather and milk in it. im not complaining what i smell but a bit masculine for my taste.

papergurl

Sometimes the flanker just gets it "right", or is better on with my chemistry than the original. Intense was cloying, Black is delicious and great for fall. It lasts several hours for me and I get compliments. Smell it for yourself and see how it goes.

alanav09

to the reviewer that complained about the bottle's 'vampirish' looks - nothing wrong with that! i actually prefer my 'sexy' scents to look sexy and dangerous, and my 'classy' scents to look... well, classic. love this bottle. period.

on to the scent: dark cherries, lilac, patchouli is what i smell. I LOVE IT. i have both the original and this. its a mouth-watering scent, with that hint of 'danger' to it.

i give it 4/5 stars and would most likely repurchase (unless something even better comes out, cause i like to change it up).

you go, gucci!

Mooniq

Well, not worth buying, it stays on my skin for about 30 minutes, then gone. Nice scent, a bit sweet, a bit fruity, a bit flowery. Like many others - but this one is last in line - it doesn't smell anything after 30 minuter.. Bad work Gucci.

renneyg007

If only there was an EDP.....

I LOVE this frag. It's sweet, but there are some spicy undertones ;) Maybe it's not exactly sexy, but seems like a good scent to wear when going out on a date when you're in your late teens-early 20s. Works great with my body chemistry, but since my skin is extremely dry (like, "bleeding when I stretch my hand too much" dry) the longevity isn't the greatest, but it manages to go on for 4-5h, which is pretty much a miracle on me!

agado

smells like cherries covered in chocolate mmm yummy!

I like the original Gucci Guilty.. The intense version has more depth and longivity though. That is why when I got Guilty Black, I thought it was going to be the ultimate buy for me. To my disappointment, it smelled very heady and masculine.. It is a very nice and well crafted perfume, but definitely not for women. Or at least women who prefer to exentuate their tender and feminine side. Sorry Gucci.. This one's not for me. Unless I grow a moustach.

CoffeeCup

Very simple kind of fruit jam. One thing is for sure - it's a true fruity, no florals to be found in this simplistic juice. Berries, peach and a bit of vanilla (not lily). It just strickes me how naive (not young! young can be all sorts of things - smart, preppy, cute, charming, innocent, lovely, pretty to say the least) this fragrance is; especially compared to the price and promo (ad, design, buzz, "story"). Pass.

ChubbyRedBird

I blind buy this bottle simply because I just LOVE the design of the bottle, it is the most beautiful and classic bottle I ever seen.
To my surprice, this smells awsome and have moderate sillage and longevity!!!!
The bottle looks much better in real life!!!!!

chillalot

Trying out my sample...very juicy and warm. It's a winner in the sexy snuggly category..I will add this to my collection

edit: yes the bottle is very ugly...very vampirish...why Gucci??? this may keep me from purchasing...I would never want to display this monstrosity()

sensuous@midnight

just bought it because il was massively discounted.
sprayed it on my wrist...and now, well I am not sure I did the right choice, even if it was a bargain.
poor lasting power, cheap synthetic berry scent, I shouldn't have been blinded by the price; pretty sure I won't wear it :-(
I hope base notes will be sexier. so far it just smells like some cheap celeb frag.

edit 24 hours later: on sale on eBay......

Pari88

Wow, it smells like a cross between my beloved Armani Sensi and Armani Diamonds. The initial blast is Armani Diamonds; fruits and spices, slightly metallic and screechy. Then, almost immediately, there is the drydown: Armani Sensi. Mmmm...heaven. I would call this a love, except it lasts no more then an hour on my skin. If only the lasting power were better. I'll be putting it on my want list anyways and hoping for at least an average lasting power.

I have to say even though I understand the superhero idea for this campaign I don't believe the smell matches the theme. I do like the black bottle simply from a practical point of view. I have the gold bottle and it always has fingerprints over it even though I wipe it and try to look after it there is a lot of mirror like material and it is hard to maintain if you like to keep the bottles the black one to me is a little more practical.

Gucci have claimed this line of perfumes are seductive to todays customers but I don't honestly find them seductive just pleasant and inoffensive. I think of some of my older style perfumes and to me they are seductive but these not at all just personally. Obviously the current consumers have changed their opinion of what is seductive these days and obviously it usually involves berries and patchouli and I am the odd one out here but Patchouli seems to be relied upon a lot these days to attempt to make a perfume deeper and more sultry but rarely works in my humble opinion because you wind up smelling only patchouli and not much else. I cannot follow that trend I am afraid, I refer to my oldies for that purpose when I want to but that is just my experience with this line from Gucci so far.

I prefer the original as it didn't try to be sweet and innocent and sultry all at the same time which to me has resulted in missing the boat completely. At least Gucci's previous perfumes were strong and following some type of originality but this new edition is nice it is not a horrible perfume just for me it is nothing to get excited about and as usual the ones I liked are discontinued as the majority of their customer base found them too strong and these ones that I think are not so earth shattering are expanded upon with never ending flankers!!:)

Maybe in todays world strong just isn't what people want anymore but I do!

Perfumefreak

I don't get those bad rewievs.
This is not that bad. I actually like it... a lot!
More heat and deeper than the original Guilty, a great favorite of mine.
The greatest difference is in the dry down part. There is something vanilla-like scent, patchuli..?
As i've always hated vanillatic scents, this is improvement for me. Dior Hypnotic Poison is absolutely the worst vanilla-oriental scent on earth.
Gucci Guilty black is fresh, warm, sweet and at the end; vanilla.
An for the record; not a granny scent at all.
I love this one.
I won't buy Guilty Intence version, I'll get this instead!

aqua76239

This is rather simular to the original but "deeper" if you will.
Its full of lilacs so if you don't care for the smell of lilacs, I suggest you steer clear of this. Personally, lilacs are my favorite flower of all time so I love the scent of it.
I don't even get a hint of red fruit-weird I know. Its all about lilacs on my skin-there is depth and sweetness on the drydown, no doubt from amber and patchouli. Patchoili normally lasts longer on me and this is no exception. I get about 3 hours out of it, although after first hour or so, its mostly skin scent but you can still smell it. So far I really like it-normally I like to smell like dessert but this is definately nice for a change.
I will say that I don't see this as "sexy" which is what all the ads seem to imply. With this name and ads, I would imagine this would be an oriental scent but its anything but(quite misleading). Also, fragrance itself is red which I find rather offputting. They could have just went with red glass bottle instead of making liquid red which can stain your clothes if you are not careful
However, I am thinking about buying this scent if I get a good deal on it. So on the scale from 1 to 5, I would give it a 4 because lasting power is not that great.

Hrisi

It's nice, but so soft, just not so much existence and barely can be smelled. And, by the way, realized most of Gucci's fragrances are not very strong. Flora is one the exceptions.

Blackandred88

I am shocked at the negative reveiws of this. I think it's because GUCCI is becoming so popular people must exploit it to make others look good....

This is very very unique. A smell of seduction and red lights.
It remind me of Las Vegas Nighife and heads turning in all directions kinda way.

Gucci accenti , gucci by gucci, gucci rush ,gucci 2 these were the perfumes...the flankers that followed are just the same to me. I hardly recognize them . I ´ve tried gucci guilty and I find it another common scent that you can hardly recognize .And the most disappointing thing is that all the beatiful and unique perfumes I mentioned are or will be discontinued..I don't want to offend someone this is just my opinion. I believe that the latest flankers by gucci aren't as original as its first masterpieces.

hollyms

Nice unique fruity scent for nighttime

spangles

I actually really love this fragrance and dont wear it enough probably due to having so many others that i love wearing! But i do agree it is a very sexy fragrance.Well done Gucci

djuzz.becuzz

I'm almost shocked by the amount of negative reviews this received.
It is indeed a very generic mainstream scent of which there are many similar to this in fragranceworld... Just because it isn't unique doesn't mean that it's bad.
I actually really appreciate scents like this. On me this is a very yummie gourmand scent. Very sweet, almost edible...
The only downside I would say is the low longevity/sillage.
Scentwise I wouldn't mind to add this to my collection.
Yummmmmm...

beth54

Am still enjoying the little spritz I got from the sample I received today. I loved the Guilty Intense and this is a lot like it but different in that this is definitely not an oriental floral imo-it's a fruity sweet fragrance. I smell very strong fruit and it's pretty good, but not good enough for a purchase. Sorry Gucci-this smells like a hundred other fragrances out there. Wanted to love you!

gooberskitty21

Smells just ok...like a stronger version of Guilty intense. The bottle makes me think of a super villain, dunno why. If Marvel's Carniage wore cologne, this is what his bottle would look like. Pass..

alanav09

omgooodness with the haters! Honestly, I really do like this fragrance. i own the original, and this smells very much like it, but fruitier, which (at least for me) rounds it out very well. smells scrumptious without being disgustingly fruity (ahem* anything marc jacobs has released after oh lola).

NOTE: lilac is very intensive in this. It is listed as one of the heart notes (correct me if im wrong) on the gucci website =]

its a perfume for a badass, no matter the age.

miZZpuRRfect

too bad it smells nothing like the original but darker. it is a synthetic fruity scent just like any cheap celeb scent.

asher.jessie

This smells VERY synthetic, artificial, and fruit-candy-esque. It made me think of koolaid, fruit punch, or life savers. This is definitely a downgrade from the original Guilty, which had some darkness and mystery about it...it was sexy and sensual! This one is just a fruit punch.

mirisfrik

I am kind of disappointed with this new scent from Gucci. Such a beautiful bottle and advertisment photo made me expect some mystical and shopisticated scent, unfortunately on my skin this does smell just artificial.

takeasniff

I tested this the other day on my wrist and I agree with other reviewers who say it smells too much like the original or of nothing much at all but I have been wearing the Intense version my husband brought a while ago and I have to say the mandarine orange persists on me and mixes with the patchouli and the iris and I like that mixture but sometimes the mandarine orange can come across a little citrusy and scratchy.

I feel with this version the cherry and the strawberry give it a sweetness but a smooth sweetness not a sharp note persisting like the mandarine orange. I felt this one settled nicely and lasted quite a while on my wrist. Due to the fact that I have really enjoyed the Guilt Intense once I have finished that I would consider trying this because I do like this style of perfume Gucci has released and I would like to see how I go wearing it over a long period of time and I do like flankers so there are several reasons for me that I would give it a try but if the mandarine orange didn't bother you in the first one then you could stick to that one this one is very similar.

If you are like me and liked the first one but would like to try the strawberry and cherry version then this is worth a try because these notes I think are noticeable in this flanker enough to bother with it.

I don't like the black bottle I think they should have done a rose gold colour to keep in the line of gold Guilty bottles and to reflect the sweetness this one has as it is more of a pink, gently smell certainly not evoking thoughts of a black and red bottle these colours to me are too harsh to represent this smell.

parissa1

Very very very similar to Guilty intense but not so long lasting

patxaran

With all this marketing hype this is the exact kind of stuff i wouldn't dream of testing in a shop. But since I got a free sample, curiosity won and I dabbed it on.... It opens with a blast of sweet and sour perfumy berryness that is ever so 110ties (that's 20 yrs after the nineties). After a little while I thought it was pleasantly bearable, like in the way of a Guerlain Petite robe Noire or a Black XS or Armani Black Carat. But hold on, this one is different and not in a good way. It's not even that there is anything specific or any note here that would put me off. This one is different. It puts me off by the absence of any edge or naturality, it smells very synthetic. Sorry I cannot like this but the good thing is it doesn't hurt very much either. Death by sameness and boredom, rather.

meret

From the beginning til almost the very end I smell nothing but a red berry juice. Reminds me of my childhood and the birthdays when homemade juice was offered as a drink - at first a bit sour, and second serving horribly sweet of all the added sugar. Exactly how Gucci Guilty Black develops. With the exception of detecting some velvety softness on top of everything somewhere in the dry down faze, just right before it turns into a "plum and black currant jam with vanilla" on my skin.
As for the floral side - none! Can't find any lilies (why is it mentioned as lilacs on the introduction text?) nor violets.
Seems like this production really is about the packaging, advertising and media buzz, just as the proportions of the introduction text indicates. Sadly.

Red Rose

I tried this on a paper strip & forgot how exactly it smells. All I remember that it smells really sweet & nothing much after that :(

beatrix75

OMG its soo delicious its so friut sweet good fragrance !!!perfect for any case any ocasion i love and kongratulation Gucci

genny17

Well this not really black or intense, but this is very wearable, even it if it is light, it smells nice. It is more fruity and sweeter in the top notes than Intense which is more oriental, but on the dry down they become quite similar. Black is to Me nicer than Guilty Intense , more modern, younger, fresher
I decided to buy it, as I think I will enjoy wearing it, it is a Gucci , it is feminine,in a s oft musky way. It almost has a calming quality, which is a plus.

PastelMoon

This is a painfully boring, inept flower fruit soup. It smells sweet and tacky and that's it.
'...intense oriental floral in which RED-hot sensuality...'
Please... it's a meek mall scent, it's almost embarrassing.
*facepalm*

mimi88

nice, but nothing special. it seems that i have already smelled it somwhere, reminds of many other soft perfumes.By the way i do not understand why it called black, i see no association between the smell and the black. To me word black in the names of perfumes means dark, sexy, deep, provocative and so on..i do not find any patchouli or amber here - only fruity floral. the smell somehow reminds of versace versace :)

liiva

Usually I do not like sweet scents because of they similarity and weakness, but this is acceptable, sweet but longevity is good, so I can say that this scent is with some character.

Juliana6

It's very sweet and joyful. Like a playful kitten in the flower bed without any worries. Girly, dreamy and light. Maybe a bit childish... Too sweet for me.
I smell peach, raspberry and violet. Lifts up the mood but lacks the deepness and character I like in my fragrances. Quite long lasting.
I don't understand why it's called Guilty Black, there's nothing black, except the bottle.

jchaddad

the constant release of these generic flankers are just getting more and more offensive

alfarom

Trendy and juvenile fruity floral of no interest.

Rating: 3/10

Minnija

best staying power from all of Guilty line ;)

lucifera

it's very light on me! :-s kinda mweh...i expected more from this

Tanyaoxo

Tried this at Selfridges yesterday and loved it! Smells just like Intense but with a fruity top which is delicious. Don't find it synthetic at all. I was with my boyfriend and he said it smelt so good he could eat me! This well definitely be my next purchase when I get paid!

Edit: Yes it is sweeter than GI, but personally I prefer it. Although I must admit, sometimes the patchouli did begin to annoy me, but I own both and when spraying them together on separate wrists, black just has the juicier, more girly edge.

dormir6

Boooooring....

małgorzata.kurpiewska

Smells like Guilty Intense plus red berries. Sadly the fruitness makes it generic. I think that Guilty Intense is more classy. Black is probably for younger women. The name Black is misleading, this is not a dense evening scent. Sweet and fruity, that's all.

robororo

It smells almost identical to Guilty Intense, but a bit softer, sweeter and less intense. More fruity and less peppery, I think?

Trvevil

Seriously? Well, Guilty was a miss for me. Premiere was... way more horrible, I hated it so much xD

Guilty Back is tolerable and wearable. It is pleasant, mild patchouli with berries and mild spiciness, well balanced, nice and really unnecessary. There is no point in this edition. At all. Except for making money. Why? It reminded me Givenchy perfumes. I think it's really similar to Play.

I put 5 sprays on my sleeve and it wasn't too intense at all, sillage is quite medium and for this amount of sprays I'd prefer it to be more loud. I've worked night shift this night and can fairly say that on skin it lasts maybe for 5 hours.

There is nothing special, no thrill, no sex and nothing interesting whatsoever. I'm sorry, but these generic flankers bore me. Well, it smells lovely, but that's it. It's like it's made for a day you want to put on something when you really don't care what.

Other point. After an hour or so I started to notice that it smells kind of like a cheap fragrance like... It does smell a bit cheap. Same was with previous one.

P.S. I love Gucci by Gucci, all Floras and other older fragrances. So, I'm just dissappointed by their recent releases :(((

Blackandred88

Wow! This is one of those unique sexy fragrances that has no competitors. GUCCI has dominated the world of SEX!!!

No other luxury brand in the world has or ever will do what Gucci has with it's iconic sex symbols. Every other brand wants class or luxury....Gucci on the other hand has Class, luxury and pure sex.

auroramaria

I finally got to try this new flanker and I must say (to my surprise actually) that it smell really lovely!
Think Gucci Guilty and add some lovely fruit, the result is a smooth and creamy scent that seems to last up to seven hours!
Violet gives this scent a vibrant side and makes it really enjoyable.
Sillage is pretty good and so is longevity considering it's an EDT, the bottle looks better in real life.

EDIT: just for the record this has come out in Italy already so that's how I got to try it

CDGfan

When you need to call Batman you can just use this bottle lol

Minnija

bottle look soooo awfull and cheap....I love regular Guilty bottle, colour, design, but this one look really bad.

robororo

I disliked Gucci Guilty, really liked Gucci Guilty Intense and I hope to fall in love with Gucci Guilty Black! In my opinion, notes are amazing, I just love spiciness-freshness of top notes, calm sweetness in the middle and spicy warmness of the base notes. Definitely going to try it!

auroramaria

Gucci should stop with all these flankers and so should Burberry!!

RoRoSe

Gucci you will not stop doing this ?! edt first then Edp daaaah this become so boring now .. stop doing that :(
