Boss The Scent For Her by Hugo Boss is a Floral Fruity fragrance for women. Boss The Scent For Her was launched in 2016. Top notes are Peach and Freesia; middle note is Osmanthus; base note is Cacao.

This floral-fruity fragrance is combined with thick gourmand shades making it an equivalent of the modern perfume scene. Gourmand trendy composition touched many designer collections suggesting that the focus lies on sophisticated sweetness.

The latest perfume of the Hugo Boss collection opens with juicy and velvety shades of peach combined with freesia blossom in top notes. The heart is based on osmanthus, famous for apricot scent, while drydown features roasted cocoa, which deepend the composition and provides a darker note and a characteristic gourmand twist.

Advertising face of the campaign is model Anna Ewers, for whom Jason Wu says that she is very feminine and at the same time very powerful in the new photos. The campaign photos were taken by Darren Aronofsky on the last floor of Freedom Tower in New York – according to wwd. Flacon of the fragrance Boss The Scent for Her is available as a 30ml EDP, 50ml EDP and 100ml EDP.

Our fight on her birthday hung heavy between us, a dissonant note in the budding harmony of our connection. But the tentative peace of the following day was a lifeline, a fragile thread of hope.

Shopping for her birthday present should have been a joyous quest, but instead, it was tainted by guilt and lingering uncertainty. Then, my eyes landed on it – the sleek bottle of Boss The Scent For Her. It wasn't the planned gift, just an impulse. But suddenly, it felt like the only right one.

Her eyes lit up when I presented her with the perfume; the delicate scent of peach and freesia mingled with her joy as she unboxed it.

That night, after dinner, we got into the small, impersonal room of the 3-star hotel. When we unboxed the perfume, it felt like unlocking a secret. I watched as she dabbed it on her wrists and closed her eyes, breathing in the scent.

The sweetness blossomed, deepened by the warmth of her skin and that tantalizing note of something richer beneath. In that moment, the fragrance was more than perfume – it became a shared language, an invitation. The tension morphed into something tangible, electric, crackling between us.

And even now, five years later, when a stray whiff of that scent – peaches, freesia– catches me unaware, I'm transported. I feel a phantom of her touch, remember the promises, the smiles, and the climax of our first night together. I am alone, yet not lonely, for the memories keep me company. And then, there it is—the faintest hint of cacao, rich and dark, a reminder of the depth of passion, of the bittersweet tang of love.

The beauty of the evening, the warmth in my heart, the memories that dance through my mind—they are all but reflections, echoes of the essence that she carries with her. Boss The Scent For Her by Hugo Boss, a fragrance that captures the very spirit of romance and the promise of a love that lingers.

I was gifted this, and felt like would give it a chance at work. It is seriously the weakest fragrance I have ever smelled. In terms of silllage and overall components.. The longevity is good (when sprayed 5-10 sprays). And I'm not even that into longevity as long as I can top off a good cloud. This is boring. Even too boring for healthworker-fragrance. I was embarrassed. That's how boring it was. It does smell like light peach. But that's all. Osmanthus and musk gives it a soft dry down... together with the peach. Zzzzzzzzzzz....

Diana Obmetkin

Young, feminine and gentle. It has some freshness to it. Unfortunately, the cacao note smelled horrendous on me, otherwise I would've def got a bottle of this perfume. Not a safe blind buy, you should try it on your skin before getting a bottle of your own.

Overall great perfume, I liked it, but it just doesn't work with my skin chemistry.

Van_illa

Its a very wearable perfume. Not very long lasting but its great for everyday wear. Its extremely femenine and simple.

katjaeinga

basic smell and not niche at all but its so good. feminine and you can literally wear it to anything. will buy again sometime.

nausikaaleukolenos

To me it smells like pear juice, or pear marmelade. I'm quite surprised to see pear is not in the notes.
Very pretty, inoffensive, totally forgettable.

gzbnyz

Its ok but very generic just smells like any other perfume

Devved

Terrible lasting power and sillage, completely gone after 3 h. Also, don`t really smell the cacao but a synthetic vanilla peach. Everyone correctly said that it smells like a fruity shampoo. No depth to the fragrance, linear and doesn`t really develop into anything. BOSS fragrances for women kind of suck, which cannot be said about their men`s range.

Karabialas17

It is an ok perfume. Definitely overpriced for what it is. It is not super sweet and smells nice and clean but honestly I feel like I could buy a much nicer perfume for a better price.

pao_dc_live

I definitely don't smell peach, but something fruity, sweet and clean. It smells like fruit shampoo, but not like Garnier.
Nice for spring, in summer is too sweet.
Unfortunately it does not last long and for the price there are better ones, although if it is a gift it would not be bad to reapply.

Saboba

Such a lovely fruity perfume. Very unique comparing it to other perfumes that are overpowered on the florals or have tons of scent notes. I mostly get a peach note that reminds me of summer, very juicy, very edible.

Bergan

Smells exactly like the green bottles from Garnier- ”Fructis” Shampoos. Not bad but not worth the price!

DilyanaG

Love the smell, but poot longevity. Great for warm weather! Super feminine vibes.

Night of April

I smelled this in store and it was too shampoo-ey for me. I would say this is for an everyday use but it doesn't match the high price-point with the scent.

LisaJane97

I smelled it today and ordered it! It smells really amazing: it’s feminine, sparkling, peachy, fresh and sweet..it’s like the perfect scent of the perfect beautiful girl, that’s the association I have. I’m so excited to receive it! I would say it’s perfect for spring and summer. ✨

vilkel

It is light, sweet, but not overpowering, a nice inoffensive office perfume IMO. Peach is the dominant note here. My boyfriend got this for me and I would not have probably chosen this myself, but I use it quite often, more so in the spring and summer. The longevity and the sillage are weak so a lot of sprays necessary to get me through the day. A shame that the cap doesn’t stay on. Overall a safe blind buy if you can get a good deal and don’t like overly sweet or strong perfumes.

shaym1n

Lovely fruity/floral scent. I wear this perfume to school have received compliments. The osmanthus is quite present, which is nice, but I personally don't detect any cacao. It's perfect for daily wear, as it is inoffensive and polite. Unfortunately the longevity and sillage are poor, you'd have to respray it multiple times to make it last all day.

Smokeandhoney

Smells like John Frida heat protection spray on my skin… or something like shampoo

Grimdeux

reminds me too much of powdery sour candy, like SweeTart or Pixiestix. Not that it smells sour--it's nice and tangy. Refreshing, definitely not unpleasant, but a bit kiddy.

katie02kat

It smells like car cleaner

rainme

Delicious peach with a hint of cacao, unfortunately it disappears after an hour. Don't waste your money on this one, get the intense version instead which retains the fruity juicy character (unlike private accord which is mostly cacao) but has way better performance.

fragheadny

Was really excited about the cocao note... but it is nowhere to be found. All I get is the peach and freesia on my skin, although I will say the peach smells more like apricot to me. It seems too sharp and sour to be a peach note. It smells very pleasant but I guess I'm disappointed at how boring it is.

AinoKaroliina

This perfume is fruity, fresh and simple. Sweet but not super sugary candy type sweet, it has a more sophisticated tone.

A very safe choice that I doubt could offend anyone.

The major problem with this perfume is that the lasting power is very poor. On me it lasted less than an hour and at this price point it's not acceptable.

After the pleasant fruitiness quickly fades away I'm left with a scent that reminds me a little of soft plastic toys, like a My Little Pony. It's a little odd but not offensive as it's a weak scent.

pinotos802

This scent is lovely and so soft and feminine! It smells like you took a bite of the juiciest, sweetest peach and there's all these gorgeous flowers around you! The fairytale doesn't last very long though, and it is extremely dissapointing at how little it lasts!

chimidoro

Fruity vanillic coconut candy.

It smells like a shower gel or a shampoo.
It's a nice, albeit rather basic scent.

It reminds me of taking a shower on a cold morning and then walking in a midday shower, then nipping in to a cafe to warm up with a tea cake and a cup of coffee.

Drugstore, 1990s.
Likeable, easy reach, everyday scent.

BritneyPerfume4Eva

It's like Viva la Juicy by Juicy Couture mixed together with Moschino's Pink Bouquet. The chocolate of JC plus the artificial fruitiness of PB.

I bought this perfume because, as a child, I received a tester in a magazine. I ADORED this fragrance - sadly, it's nothing like I remembered. Very disappointing relative to that. I'm wondering whether I've mistaken it for a different perfume. The freesia, peach and chocolate do go together, but there's no supporting or complimentary fragrances. Normally, you'd see a gradual transition from a more delicate top note to a rich bottom note; not in this perfume; there's a sudden switch from artificial peach to artificial chocolate. It cheapens it. It lacks complexity. Mass market. I can only hope that I'll one day find the little tester I had as a child.

This is my overall opinion of this perfume: it's nice. Just nice, nothing more. It's not worth paying 40-50 quid for it. It's a 15 quid bottle, in my eyes. It's artificial, simplistic and the bottle is a bit meh. The glass portion of the bottle is quite elegant, but the gold fake metal lid is garish. It looks like Wall-E. The bottle screams 'older woman', but the fragrance is girly - very strange. The scent is disconnected from its name as well. Plus, the others are right, it is soapy.

Good for: the office, presents
Bad for: people who get headaches easily or otherwise dislike artificial fragrances

dorkaluu

I was looking for a peach fragrance so I tested a few including this one. My goodness... it's like the cheapest, most synthetic peach shampoo from the supermarket. I am so glad I didn't blind buy it and nobody should.
If you are looking for a feminine peachy perfume my favourite at the moment is Arashi no Uni from Maison Matine. It is everything I want from a feminine peach-floral combo.
So please don't blind buy this but more importantly please don't waste your money.

mejevika

The most shampoo-y of all shampoo scents. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone over age 12.

smellslikecoffee

Opens very peachy and sweet. Dries down in like 10 minutes or so into a a smell that reminds me of a sweet bubblebath. Sweet and clean. Never touches base. Then quickly fades away. It smells like ´Boss The Bubble´, not ´Boss The Scent´.

sweet2mechii

Flirty, fun and warm.
The longevity is okay. I love it, but only use it from time to time since it can be a little obnoxious. It's fruity and not artificial, it's more complex but it still has that kick.

Aisha007

Perfumes like this make me wonder why brands and perfumers would release such a pleasant but weak scent! Why! Perfumes are not cheap!😂😂😂

auds-nose

Disappointing!
Sillage and longevity very poor - a shame because it is a gentle, warm and elegant fragrance.
Peachy, sweet with a strong osmanthus hit when first sprayed. Mellows down to an elegant vanilla/flowery/woody fragrance...& then, ...it's gone

vattenmelon

I love this perfume so much! Its very sweet but not childish or immature, i want to eat it! Because its so delicious. Smells expensive, luxurious, / Classy …whatever you want to call it. If it werent so expensive( for me at least) i would always wear this perfume😃

Secretasenha2023*

Very feminine and versatile. Smells nice but noting special. that same DNA you have smelled many times before.

reve.abellana

My very first perfume. Initially, it smelled amazing and dried nicely on my skin. It was fruity and feminine. I got it, wore it for a time but found that the longevity and the sillage were very poor. The perfume, despite having been stored properly, soured within a few months for me and I was deeply disappointed when I would spray it and the smell was completely different. It became some nauseating, overly sweet smell that seemed artificial. I didn't finish the bottle. It may have been bad luck, but I ultimately feel that this could have been a nice perfume if it at least had a better longevity and hadn't spoilt.

Vivus.Laszlo

Szerintem a Scent kollekció talán legrosszabb darabja. Vakon is megvásárolható, mert semmi kirívó nincsen benne.

Alexandra.kom

Really nice summer clean peachy perfume! Really love it and wear it a lot in the summer time cause it has no lasting power on me in winter!
I always put it on with its cream to make it smell more and last longer.

Stephaniex44

I smelt this on a friend and for the longest time I thought she was wearing "Ari" by Ariana grande.. lol. It reminds me a lot of the marshmallow and raspberry notes on Ari

KippieBall

I definitely smell the peaches on this, and it was lovely and sweet. I would say this is a day scent, and wish this would have better longevity. Need a few touch ups through the day, but it's good enough for my wardrobe

mussulisa

Smells soo good, it smells mostly like a fresh sweet peach. I think most people would find this pleasant. However the lasting power is really bad. And I almost never have a problem with lasting power because I don't mind reapplying or straight up changing my perfume in the middle of the day, but with this one, even if I overspray, it last like max 3 hours. If I would only do like 2 sprays it would probably be completely gone within 30min

sim1km

My mother bought this for me as I picked it in a moment of stress in the duty free. I had so many scents sprayed on my wrist already after hours of searching for the perfect one, until I couldn't identify the perfumes anymore. My mom was losing patience, so I just gave up and picked one that wasn't even on my list. I stepped off the cruise ship with a lot of regret when I found another perfume - with everything what I was looking for - too late.

This perfume is honestly not my taste. It's so peachy it becomes annoying. The lotion is much warmer and preferable, as it feels like I'm hitting everyone in the face with this perfume when I step into the classroom. I can only smell the top notes; barely any cacao.
It could be nice if you mix it with some warmer notes like vanilla or something woody. But this perfume is just too much for me most of the time, unfortunately.

AttePatte

Beautiful groumand perfume. Reminds me a bit of ARI by Ariana Grande. It's sensual and sexy.
Not a "in your face" perfume. I find it subtle and inoffensive for it to be a sweet groumand.
Not my favorite, but I can see why ppl like it and I wear it quite often.

amyaz

It smells along the lines of one direction our Moment, Nina ricci luna, Britney spears fantasy. Think any of those with a heavy peach note.

Don't recommend purchasing from Gift Express ever, I ordered Boss for Her Intense and they sent me this version instead. They flat out stopped responding after I showed them they sent me the wrong product. First, and last time, purchasing from that site.

Hannehoney

Smells like peach gummy candies rolled in sugar :) Nice fruity everyday scent and the lastingpower is good too :)

Paguvi98

Me encanta y amo su olor pero no dura nada.

Clover

In all fairness, this is a clean fresh peach scent. The problem is that there is a note here which I find extremely headache inducing - I think it’s osmanthus. It’s giving me a headache and it’s messing with my allergies & asthma. Literally closed my throat.
Please be careful if you have allergies or asthma.

JayTheBird

If you love peach, try this!
For me this was an accidental buy. I was supposed to buy the edt, but grabbed the wrong package when I got distracted by my kid in the shop. When sniffing these I preferred edt because it is more fresh, a bit more zesty (in a good, citric way) but still clearly loyal to the original scent.

This is very sweet. Very peachy, I don't really get anything else. Some very mild flowery touch maybe, no cocoa for me. Even being so sweet, there is nice freshness too. Shower-like freshness, as if you had just washed yourself with some peach scented shower gel. Or like peach flavoured ice-tea on a hot day. Stays pretty much the same from the beginning to the end. Not very strong but I can still see this become nauseating if overspreyed. Longivety is terrible, 2 hours max. I know that's often the case with light fruity scents, but would have thought that an edp from Hugo Boss would perform at least a little bit better.

This is not a bad scent at all, for me this just doesn't have that special something. I have almost gone through the bottle, but probably not gonna buy another one. Maybe next time I'll go and grab that edt finally if I can still find it somewhere...

KingJules96

This hands down my favorite scent. The white chocolate comes through without being too dessert-y, and there's a lingering sweetness without being way too sticky sweet. It also dries down on clothes over time really nicely.

PaperInABook

I love the first spray when at the Duty Free shop at Dubai back in 2018 and bought this on the spot. But dont know why, my smell preference tends to change few months after, and the poor bottle been sitting inside my drawer for 3+ years untouched. recently i started using it again and find the peachy opening notes becomes weaker. instead the nutty cacao/coffee note gets stronger which gets me hooked..

its a mature, elegance, cozy, nutty scent which I find its inoffensive for office environment and it is ok to wear it throughout the summer months as well. not too sweet, not cloying at all. I will repurchase this. :)

jadesfragrances

i really like this! i love peach notes and it’s done really well here. the florals are pretty nice and i can also pick up the chocolate-y note, i never normally can in other fragrances that list it, and although it’s still subtle, it really rounds everything off nicely.
perfect spring/summer day scent. pretty inoffensive imo as i wouldn’t say it’s overly sweet and definitely not overpowering.

begim

Lovely scent but horrible longevity :(

ylva

Love love love this!
To my nose this is the perfect summer scent.
Tip: try with a vanilla bodylotion

Scentsational93

This scent is sweet but simple. Fresh and fruity but not particularly memorable. Doesn’t last long or carry well. Its fine, but I think there are better options.

ClaireMeow

I find this quite lovely, but it's not going to be for everyone. It's powerfully synthetic, but at the same time short lived. It's a linear frag of juicy peach and osmanthus. Perhaps I did detect a hint of cacao, but only on the paper smelling strip, not on my skin. Though the major vibe is sweet and fruity, it's also soapy and somewhat creamy. It reminds me at times of Aapri facial scrub, which raises a nostalgic smile 😊

Unfortunately the soapiness could easily become overwhelming if oversprayed - but don't worry it doesn't last long 😂. In fact it seemed to dissappear without a trace after 4 hours. This is the primary reason I won't be buying a bottle.

Tinabill

Synthetic peach gummies.
I got this in a hunt for a realistic cocoa/ chocolate accord, but the search continues. I don’t get even a hint or it.
In my (not so humble) opinion, Hugo Boss wanted to be the “boss” of office/ corporate go to scents. He “managed” to achieve simple, safe and subtle scents that are acceptable for entry level employees that want to blend in and be acceptable at first. However they don’t satisfy if you’re ambitious and want to stand out (some will work out to middle management level like deep red). But he doesn’t provide any visionary CEO level perfume (at least not in his feminine line).
Actually this product The Scent verges on fraudulent business in my opinion. Bottle up some artificial candy flavoring that doesn’t last in a sleek flacon and back it with an attractive campaign, give it a name that implies it will be the ONE scent you’re looking for, and the masses will undoubtedly buy. Shame! I think no perfumer was named because non were employed.
It was so traumatizing to me I even refused to consider the praised private accord flanker or any recent HB scent.

likesleet

im really not getting the cacao. this only smells like fruit through woody & leathery notes. it smells very stale and old.

Gioia's secret

Review by a sample:
I can detect osmanthus note, which I love, and this fragrance is a little bit nostalgic to me. I think it reminds me my childhood when my mom was monthly buying Cosmopolitan magazines. There were some pages with perfume which you could have sniffed, and I remember that I was looking only for these pages, as I was a kid, and wasn’t interested in the articles. I consider that time as an era of fashion magazines.

KTobie

I absolutely love this scent, I only wish it lasted longer.

AnitaHendricks

Peach and cacao! The green notes open up later. This is a nice perfume! I would wear it during the day time. This could be a signature scent, but I wouln't prefer it during extreme warm or cold days.

maritzza

Wow what a great signature scent this could be. I love this peachy and floral smell. It's so feminine and lovely. I would wear this anywhere during the day. It's flirty yet still appropriate for work place.

citaernanda

I never knew I like peach til I get this one. My mother's collection is very diverse and this one was one of her daily out-of-the-shower perfumes. What I like about this is the politeness of its sweetness, it's subtle and pleasing. I remember there was some floral touch to balance the fruity smell. However, this does not last on me properly and I don't like that in a fragrance.

mrshnchnkm

Peach juice with candied flowers. I can't smell cacao at all tho. This is a juicy, fresh, cute, everyday perfume for the summer.

Mondayz

My club/party scent when I was younger!
Still love this one and it was a fragrance my parents picked out for me. It literally smells like peaches dipped in chocolate. I still have my 30ml bottle from back in the day. A great night time fragrance, non-offensive so can be worn during day-time too but for me this is a night time and winter/fall fragrance. Lasts for about 3-4hrs on skin. Will repurchase this one soon but have grown a bit tired of it as I've worn it since it was released.

Marie76

I get a faintly ozonic strawberry and a soft elegant amber dry down, with some sweetness (although I honestly cannot distinguish the chocolate here, at all). The top notes persist for quite a while, you can smell them right til the end, although it's not exactly a linear fragranced, it still feels layered. It's interesting, not too close to the skin, but not beautiful enough for me to invest in a full bottle. It feels summery, must be the strawberry.

BigBobRoss

Fresh summary peachy scent, can't go wrong unless you hate peaches!!!

The atomiser is high quality too pressurized.

SniffyWhiffy

I saw this around but never felt like testing it out for some reason. But then I got a sample of this with a purchase and I absolutely fell in love. It smells like candied peaches to me. However, it doesn't last as long as I'd like it to. I'll be buying a full size of it soon anyway because I love the smell.

ellinitta

Really nice, unpretentious, fresh summer scent. Makes me fell happy and energised. Not overpowering but very light, almost too light as it fades away in just a couple of hours. Would go for it in summer time.

Hayven

Gentle perfume indeed. Unfortunately it’s subtle and short-lived. Peach and some floral notes. I didn’t sense cacao at all. Kind of a let down.

mommymilkers

The osmanthus is very headache inducing. The peach tones it down a bit, but nevertheless it's still there. The quality is designer, but the likability is niche.

Swansi

To me it is like a delicious orange chocolate🍊🍫😋

Eyes of Queen

I like it. I mean, I rather use it for my car or something like that. Definitely a very feminine car smell but for my skin I’ll rather something more sophisticated. Again, It’s not bad, it’s just ok.

mariboo

I received this perfume as a gift. If it had been my choice, I don't think I would have ever laid my eyes on it because it is not the usual perfume that I go for... but I am very happy to own it now. The scent feels young, preppy, fresh and girly. Great for everyday wear.

songsongblue

Right away I get a strong sweet peach, in fact too sweet for me even though I like peach. After a few seconds it is flanked by what it supposed to be cocoa. Instead I smell something like the coconut sun oils that used to inescapably waft across most beaches a long time ago. The peach says bye bye very quickly, the coconut stays. Luckily on my skin the whole thiing is almost gone after 2 hrs. Very faint sweet peach with freesia remain a wee bit longer.

Bad_Girl_Bex

I received a bottle of this for Christmas from my brother and his girlfriend and I absolutely love it! (Not really a surprise that I would because my brother knows my taste in perfumes and his girlfriend has great taste in fragrance too, so they were bound to get me something I'd really like!) It came at just the right time as I was back in one of my 'less intense' perfume phases, wearing Mon Guerlain for most of December. This doesn't smell like Mon Guerlain, but if you like that sort of fragrance, then you might want to give this scent a try. It's a feminine yet fun smell that lifts the mood.

Way back in the 90's, like all teenagers I was obsesses with the perfumes from 'The Body Shop' and their peach smell was a firm favourite. But whilst TBS peach was a harsher, tangier, full on 90's bomb, this is far more delicate and grown up. It would still be equally as appropriate for a teenager as it would a more mature woman (I'm 41) but if you loved the old peach fragrance from TBS, you'll probably really like this much more subtle and classier modern take on the peach note.

It opens with a sweet peach note, but there's also a creamy note in there too like cashmere and it feels like being wrapped up in an ivory cashmere scarf. Wearing it in winter so far, the colder temperature brings out a sparkling feel to the fragrance, so I'm interested to see how it will wear in summer. I'm guessing the fruity note will develop a little more as the temperature rises. For me it's one of those fragrances that constantly has me wanting to sniff my own wrists to get another little hit of the scent; it's very positive and happy feeling.

Not being a perfume snob, I'm just as happy with something from Hugo Boss as I am anything from a more boutique fragrance house (I've loved Deep Red ever since it was first released and always will) if the scent sparks joy in me. This perfume definitely does that. I've received a couple of compliments since wearing it out and about and the other half really likes it on me. This is a perfume that I'll definitely use up and purchase again for myself once it runs out, for those days when I'm really looking for a lighter, fresher yet comfy scent that brings a smile a to my face and makes me feel a little more girly.

washudtoj

This is Lacoste L.12.12 pour Elle Sparkling dupe, despite having different notes.

Smells 90% like that one. Sweet and feminine. Since I already own Lacoste, I see no need to get Hugo Boss. Plus, this one is a bit overpriced, in my opinion.

I smell lots of synthetic sweet note (this one says it's peach but Lacoste says it's cotton candy; I say they're the same note) with some kind of spice (again, this one says it's cacao pod but Lacoste says it's spice; I say they're both spice.) The spice is there to cut through the sweetness a little, though I don't care for it, honestly.

It's a good scent, but I would strongly encourage you to consider Lacoste Sparkling. It's much cheaper with better performance, and the two scents are practically the same.

AvocadoEnthusiast91

I really love this perfume, it's so pleasant and gentle, not strong and overpowering. I would use this as a daily work scent if only it stuck around long enough. It only lasts an hour or two and has terrible projection. It's sad because it's such a lovely safe scent anyone could pull off but with the amount you need to top up through out the day, a 100ml bottle would only last a few weeks - just too expensive to be worth it. I will buy again but only when it is heavily discounted

I_am_nothing

This fragrance is the best in all of its aspects as it has it all in all of the major categories of scents - warmth, sweetness, freshness and floral notes are all there. It is an all-year rounder for sure (although I think that every perfume is to be worn anywhere at anytime, why limit yourself?)

Great perfume that would suit anyone in my opinion as there is no single punch note, everything works in perfectly balanced harmony.

rikkestigbonde

I bought the large bottle of this and wore it all of last spring and summer. It’s lovely! Smells a lot like peach iced tea to me. Fresh yet warm, feminine and inviting. If it lasted longer on my skin, I would never part with it. Unfortunately I feel like it’s a bit too expensive for it’s poor lasting power and I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing anytime soon.

bxdfx

It's a blend of fruity and warm. I'd personally leave this for a business vibe, although, it can totally pull an everyday wear too. It's fresh - and that's because of peach I'm guessing, but there's something warm that not only makes this scent pleasant and feminine but also long-lasting. I wouldn't call this perfume basic, in fact, this can become your signature scent if it works well with your body chemistry.

SuzScents

Wow! I layered Hugo Boss', The Scent, on top of Smooth Teakwood scented body butter from Tee's Better Butters (Etsy.)

This combo created the most fabulous, lightly smokey, deeply rich and creamy, ambery, chocolately aroma!
Certainly, a very calming and incensey vibe going on here. This is bed time/post shower/chill and veg, perfection. Pure serendipitous magic! 💋

SilhouetteX

What's with all these perfumers wanting to be edgy and putting cacao, coffee, licorice or honey in perfume? Yuck, obviously it's my personal opinion, but I have no idea why anyone would want their SKIN to smell like that. Anyway, cacao note ruined it for me. This perfume smells divine straight out of the bottle, very peachy and fruity-sweet, but the cacao overpowers and hijackes the other notes immediately after. A shame.

hexed

A total throwback! Not sure what to, a bubble bath, or some perfume worn by my mom or sister about 20 to 10 years ago? Might just be Tresor, I'll come back to it at some point. I'll keep updating with developments, so far it's quite the simple powdery peach scent but the power of nostalgia is playing some trick on me, making it a little hard to read despite being a very pleasant, easy-to-approach scent.

Edit: I wouldn't say it's in and of itself a seductive scent, but because of this vague association it has a very familiar & comforting effect, yet it also makes me think of women I've admired and striven to be like, much like Kenzo Flower retains that sense of mystery and connection to a "glamorous adult world" for me. That kind of "ooh, can't wait to be a sexy adult woman" sense of giddiness.Which is odd because I could imagine like teenagers enjoying this a lot, it's not overwhelming or too complex, very wearable.

Sihammm

Too sweet and peachy for me. Don’t get the cacao at all. Nothing special and it reminds me of la vie est belle, not because of the notes, but because of the same level of “boringness”.

Luthien999

This is a sweet but classy perfume at the same time. Day-time. I purchased masculine version as Well.

Emera1d

A pleasant peach floral, that reminds me of something I can't quite place. Cute but boring, definitely for people who prefer their perfume on the safe and quiet side. Worth a try if you are really into peaches.

sybilline

I wanted to love this. I really, really tried to. But sadly, all I get is peach. Not even a realistic, juicy peach, but rather, an artificial, powdery peach, and if you close your eyes and try real hard, maybe you can get the tiniest hint of osmanthus and something floral. I got a 100ml bottle for an outrageously cheap price, and this summer, I put a dent in it, since it's inoffensive and an easy reach on those days where I don't want to wear anything complex. But even then, it failed me. The only way to wear this is to overspray it, and if you do, even the slight nuances of something other than peach are lost. There is no drydown. There is absolutely no cocoa. Just peach, getting more and more stale as time goes on. Even on clothes, it doesn't last longer than a couple hours. On skin, the most I've gotten out of it is half an hour of longevity. Honestly, Yves Rocher has a peach body mist with better silliage and longevity. I don't regret buying it, but once I use it up, I certainly won't repurchase it again.

Franci90

Unlike many reviews below, the most prominent note to my nose is cocoa, not peach. The peach and the freesia are more like an sweet, yet fresh, hints that lighter the cocoa, than distinctive notes. Overall nice, sweet for sure but not as sugary as many gourmands. Neither duration nor sillage are particular impressive, unfortunately.

Power of Perfume

A very pleasant peach fragrance. Sweet but fresh, light but memorable. The bottle is beautiful, the commercial is beautiful (Oh boy haven't I watched it quite a few times on YouTube!) The only complaint I have is the longevity. When I do 4 or 5 sprays, gone within 1 or 2 hours. When it's 8-10 sprays it can last for 4 to 5 hours on me.

I've tested the private accord and liked it too, just not as much as I like the scent for her. But I think I'll still get the private accord, because that one is good for winter, and this one is good for the other 3 seasons.

amr99

Great peach fragrance. Pretty linear IMO. This is a great layering addition. I later with Geneva Chocolate from be layered (another great layering frag) and I get very close to the scent private accord but peach instead of mandarin. Great basic office/gym frag, crowd pleaser. But if youre someone who really doesn’t like basic I still think you could later this with other frags. Dior addict with the peach and spices, light blue intense, with any coconut based scent would make it fruity tropical, ect.

I think basics scent sometimes get overlooked, understandably, but if you’ve got the nose for curiosity there are some ‘basics’ that go a long way for making a truly unique blend all your own. There’s a lot to be said for a frag that is a good all around for layering and this one is one of them.

annaj

On first spritz, like most of the fragrances of this decade this is pretty sweet. It might be the age of my tester but I get a very heavy celery vibe. I don't get the 'lactonic' category at all. I get a lot of freesia and peach. After an hour I still can't get the mid notes and no hint of the base notes. After about 4hrs I get a hint of pachouli, but the dominant note through the whole thing is peach. IMO sweet fruits are best for top notes. For a Boss fragrance it is underwhelming, especially when compared to the complexity and smooth blend of the men's edition.

AnaisLouLou

This is sort of like a peach tea version of L'imperatrice 3. It's a pretty concentrated perfume. If you overspray, you'll definitely feel it's a shampoo smell. It's not as fruity or sweet as L'imperatrice 3. I own both and I prefer Hugo Boss Scent for Her. I think this is a lovely easy reach to freshen up before leaving the house or layered with Private Accord or Absolute.

Beacarona

I just love this 😍 And my boyfriend does too 😉
It’s fresh and light, and I smell the peach most of all, with some cacao in the background. I also smell something else, but I’m not sure what it is, it is the peach I notice the most.
On me it lasts for about 6-8 hours, and I think that’s good as many says it last much less.

aqua76239

i got a decant of it because i was attracted by cacao note. But this is really blah to me. Sort of floral fruity basic scent. Nothing interesting at all. I don't understand where is that "gormand note" thats mentioned because i can't smell anything gourmand there at all

sassa7

Initially and years ago I bought Sweet Woman by La Rive. The scent seemed so artificial, sickly sweet and slightly nauseating that I thought it's probably not an accurate dupe of the original The Scent. I thought, it cannot be! Such a juvenile, weird light yet cloying overly sweet scent could never be the product of a big brand and everyone raving about this perfume. I tried to like Sweet Woman, still recall wearing it on multiple occasions and it just always made me nauseous. Well I gave Sweet Woman away for free long time ago. A few months ago I bought The Scent. Stupid me for falling for the rave reviews. Thinking the real deal must be better than La Rive's. It is exactly like Sweet Woman, La Rive was right, it is just that they imitated a weird perfume in the first place! Anyway, I still do not get why people like this, it might smell good on them and not on me. Ive never smelled it on anyone around me tho. I got used to it now and even though it still is sickly sweet to me and seems very very plain as a scent, it becomes a tolerable skin scent after an hour. It is just a like/okay from me. To be noted, cacao does not play nice with my skin. Im also allergic to caffeine, and always prone to nausea by specific scents since I was little, so it must be chemistry too. The cacao here is the kind of milky that makes me dizzy. Hormones change tho so that was the case with perfumes like Jessica's Ten, it made me so damn nauseous and now I like it, well love it! The Scent smelled so bad to me when I was 27 and now it is much better, still too plain but at least it doesnt make me dizzy anymore. I do like it when I walk my dogs in the summer. Others like Playboy VIP, I still cannot stomach. What I get here is a sweet peachy note, no depth really nothing floral, it is like a Disney perfume to me haha. Too basic and juvenile for me. I dont mean to offend anyone who loves this. Like I said it must also be a skin chemistry issue. On my skin this is just average and still weird, overly sweet without a bold structure.
To my personal taste and having experienced amazing perfumes, this does not deserve rave reviews, objectively, when in fact many people look down on poor old Bath and Body Works so much, while BBW creates some amazing scents now that they have improved over the years. Anyway, maybe The Scent will smell divine on a more oily skin. Ill test it on my mom who has darker, oily skin and perfumes always smell great on her. I even bought the Intense version which smells to me like iron, like the taste of iron in your mouth. This OG version is better compared to the Intense.

Murmaider

I love this scent. It smells beautiful, not too sweet. I want to wear it all the time, but it gives me a horrible headache so I can't really use it.

dannyhiro

Such a beautiful female scent!

9/10

jay1

Maan I wanted to like it, the bottle is so clean and simple.
Didn't like the scent. Plus it has a very sharp note.. maybe cumin or something related?
Would someone be able to shed some light on what that might be?
I didn't get any peach sadly..

vzorka3

Not a bad scent but nothing special. It’s discreet enough to be chosen for sleeping or just being at home. A big glass of peach icetea that brings back the 90’s somehow with a Salvador Dali perfume vibe.

Whit

This was a pleasant blind buy! Fizzy peaches dusted with cacao make for an uplifting, slightly sweet combo. Peach can be a weird note on my skin, but in this composition, they're kinda boozy on me. I don't get any freesia; if it's there, it's blended to the point I don't smell it. I don't get any osmanthus either. The cacao is just a dusting, so it's not overly sugary. I think this a good everyday perfume that would wear well in all seasons. It's definitely a happy scent; good to chase away those winter blues. It's not anything overly unique, but it is an easygoing fragrance.

Alexa09

It’s definitely my favorite from the line. It’s sweet, but not overpowering, due to the floral note of freesia that adds some freshness. It’s really an uplifting and happy fragrance, especially if you like peach scents.

Deefatani

this was love at first sniff, to me, it smells powdery and fruity and a bit floral. I test perfumes on my clothes and this lasted a really long time.

Onsmupske

It smells like the candy on a candy necklace!
It's nice and doesn't directly make you think of it, but after hard sniffling, this is the best globally known example I can compare the smell to.
It's a crowd pleaser and my boyfriend likes it for a daily perfume.
It's soft and feminine.

Kanutten

Often wear it when going to the gym, but rarely on other occasions. It's a great working out fragrance. Anything with lots of peach in it reminds me of shower gel or Biotherms body lotion. Nice peach scent.

n_bogi

Very nice perfume, but I was disappointed by its longevity. :( All I can smell is PEACH, which is not a bad thing, but I will not repurchase this. It is definitely for younger girls in my opinion.

vattenmelon

So delicious! Fresh sweet sexy feminine WITHout being heavy at all so so yummi i LOVE it !

Hypatia22

A pleasant airy scent, reminds me of The Body Shop’s long gone Fuzzy Peach if anyone remembers it. A very nostalgic scent for me. Bought it by mistake thinking it’s private accord, but I think I may keep it.

Vickalicious

This is a very pleasant smelling fruity floral fragrance. Easy to wear and perfect for just about any occasion; would make a great signature scent. I can't really see anyone not liking this one, or being put off by it. Nothing revolutionary, but very pleasing and a nice "go to" when you don't know what to wear.

qofb

I've been eyeing up this Scent for Her line for a while now, I've tried the Absolute and Private Accord (Hello Terry's Chocolate Orange, I see you!) and liked them but also thought them very very sweet. This is still extremely sweet!

I bought this one in the end, I'm not sure why, despite the warnings about poor longevity.

This is mainly a peachy apricot fragrance, mainly from the osmanthus I think, and it has a syrup-like sweetness. I'm guessing the lack of any other base note here other than cocoa which I don't smell, is also the root of the problem with longevity. This is basically a skin scent throughout, you'd have to be some champion oversprayer with magical powers to get anything more out of this. That said, I will enjoy sniffing this one and keeping it to myself. I like it.

gerli

Smells a bit spicy and powdery in a good way, nice and warm but nothing too strong. Just like you would expect a Hugo Boss fragrance to smell like. Great for work and everyday use. It doesn't last unfortunately and the Intense version doesn't smell anything like it.

Jana711xx

Linear peach fragrance…leaning on the room freshener side nice enough but nothing to get excited about

ladieqah

received a sample. really love the scent but very similar to Paco Rabbane Lady Million Prive so i wont get a full bottle.

miem1004

This perfume literally change my life. It smell so good to the point that I wear it to sleep. Since I cant go anywhere that much in this day and age due to COVID, might as well make myself smell good when I'm staying indoor.

The peach smell is so fresh and vibrant. Its definitely a gourmand perfume since I cant stop from smelling myself when I'm wearing it. Even though the sillage is moderate (my colleague need to sniff me to smell it, I still love the smell).

Its suitable for office wear, for spring ahh its for everyday, all year round usage. period.

lovelylady2020

Sigh. First, let me say this. The Scent smells beautiful and is a light soft scent. Now on to the con.....

I am sooooo disappointed in this perfume. Unfortunately, this perfume does not last at all. This scent lasted less than 45 mins on me and I sprayed it on my pulse points. I did notice when I put vaseline on all of my pulse points and really doused myself with this scent it did last a bit longer about 3 to 4 hours. You may need to either apply this scent heavily with vaseline on your pulse points or carry this perfume with you. I sprayed some in an atomizer to carry in my purse.

returnatyourperil

i like this! imagine big slices of peach coated in a bit of cocoa dust - that is what this fragrance smells like (the peach note is dominant though) its a nice, basic, mass-appealing fruity and somewhat floral gourmand. definitely not unique but if you like peach try it out. however there is one thing: the longevity is TRASH. it turns into a skin scent quick, so either spray your wrists twice before you go out, spray it on your clothes to make it last longer or simply just bring the fragrance with you - shame that this has to be done to prolong the longevity for such an inoffensive and nice scent

if im being honest you could probably find something similar at bath and body works, victorias secret, the body shop etc. the sprayer is amazing though

EDIT: i go back and forth between simply liking this and then after sniffing it for a while i start thinking it smells a bit juvenile and synthetic lol

kkaattjjeess

This is one of those perfumes I was 1000% in love with at the time of purchase but got over them just as quick. Part of the reason is the terrible longevity, unfortunately no Hugo Boss perfume I have ever tried lasted more than an hour on me (I had at least 3).

The main note in this (to me) is peach, smells like an exquisite glass of ice tea you would get at a very expensive restaurant.

Mbrock

I thought this would be gourmand because of the cacao note but I can't even smell that. Its peach & freesia. It is a generic smelling fruity floral that has no silage & disappears within minutes on my skin.

MyersAlice

I honestly can't smell any of the notes mentioned.
I just smell.. spices. Didn't enjoy it.

AreZta

En mi piel solo siento vainilla muy muy muy a ras de piel. No me dura ni una hora. No lo vuelvo a comprar, por suerte era la botella de 50ml.

DebiL1211

After a few wears and testing this fragrance, it reminds me a lot of Adidas Born Original which is nearly impossible to find in the USA.
I like it but not sure I want a FB. Citrus smoky floral. Very pretty. longevity on me was 4 hours from a dabber bottle. Starts and stays pretty close to the body. Nice everyday scent.

Mrsmooreavl

I've been testing this for several days and I still don't know how I feel about it. Something about this smells unfinished to me. The freesia is overwhelming on my skin. The freesia is very peppery. The chocolate makes the perfume smell thick and dense. It weighs the fragrance down. I don't hate it but I am disappointed as I had high hopes based on the notes. Will definitely be playing around with layering scents and lotions to lighten it up. Will not be wearing this alone. Excellent sillage and longevity.

HollywoodNovaBaby

This reminds me of Mon Guerlain minus the lavender.

raiza1990

Sweet and fruity. Can be cloying if oversprayed. Not my favorite from this line, but it’s not bad. It’s a warm gourmand, good for cold weather and date nights.
I imagine a young woman wearing it. she is feminine, a bit naive and likes to have fun.
Final note: 6,5/10

KittyDeBeauvoir

This is extremely nice!

I just got a spray of this at my local chemist where it was sitting on the counter, and am very pleasantly surprised.

I was a little bit nervous because I had high hopes for Hugo Boss's "The Scent Private Accord for Her" scent, and - despite it's typically outstanding note combination - it smells absolutely horrible on me (too sharp, in-your-face; and dries down very bitter).

This opens very fruity sweet! The peach and freesia combination is POWERFUL! Very easy to overwhelm if you're not careful

The middle notes soon emerge and are lovely - must be that osmanthus; kinda apricoty, but light with gentle florals.

The cacao dry-down really does provide a deeper, more complex, rich tone to it. Again, not in-your-face, but pleasant.

A noticeably layered perfume. :)

Am tempted to go back and buy a small bottle based on one spray alone!

Kitty rating: 8/10.
Hubby rating: 7.5-8/10 (MORE THAN 7, PEOPLE!)

mikikikiriki

Grim, the plastic peach. I can see that it would appeal to a lot of people, it's designed to be mass market product, risk free and not challenging the nose.

LuluBear

I agree that this smells jam like. I also have The Scent for Her, but the private accord version. I don't think it's worth having both at the same time as to my nose they are very similar. The main difference I would say is the dry down. This one smells a bit lighter (less heavy) and the cacao smells a bit fresher/more natural whilst still remaining gourmand. The private accord smells sweeter to me and has a deeper, more chocolatey vibe to it - more of a true chocolate rather than cacao and the mandarin also sweetens it. The dry down of this version reminds me a lot of Myrrh and Tonka by Jo Malone but with a tad more fruit which makes it a bit lighter (and doesn't turn musty on me like the JM one).

I would go for the regular For Her if you want the lighter version (don't get me wrong, you end up with a gourmand either way). If you want something sweeter and deeper, go for the private accord.

ginchuginchu

Scent of feminine enthusiasm.

The scent is a well put together, feminine, clean and chic representation of a young professional. Her ambition is wrapped in the right amount of feminine ardor and delicate eagerness, while embracing and anticipating any opportunities comes her way.

Atomikbomb_

This fragrance has one of the best openings that I've experienced in recent history, it's magnificent. Yes, it's very peachy and heavy on it...almost apricot and jam. But with a slightly peach tea not e that also emerges, so it is heavily sweet, then not, then back to heavy again...

However, the first half an hour is the only sublime part of this. What is remaining after the opening is a very "been there, done that" dry-down of generic freesia and sugar muskiness (like a Victoria's Secret perfume). Sexy? Yes. But also extremely generic and unremarkable.

The longevity is mediocre at best, and I get 4 hours maximum out of this. It isn't a quick fade, but it certainly isn't there for the long haul. Projection is probably a 4/10.

shusha

Loving this new addition. Probably the best peach fragrance out there. Peach usually becomes very strong on my skin and can be suffocating, but here it is so well blended and just right. The cacao adds a contemporary edge to it and is not too sweet at all. Osmanthus gives it freshness. It's a beautiful fragrance with well balanced sweetness and freshness. Basically it smells like an unripened fuzzy peach placed near some freshly cut flowers. The longevity (3-4 hours) and sillage (elbowlenght) are moderate. It's a comforting scent and wears fairly naturally so its name suits it.

octobertragedy

I will start by saying that I am not a fan of HB fragrances. I've tried some, in stores, on friends. Nothing seemed to be to my liking. The majority are synthetic, average, more expensive than what they are.
Well, this is THE ONLY exception. I fell in love with it in an instant, bought it and yes, wear it very often.
I love the peach combined with freesia. LOVE! I feel tonka bean and mint, that are also among my favorite notes.
Indeed, it is a safe, feminine, non offensive fragrance with a twist of sparkle.
On me the longevity is good, I mean 6-8 hours (that is very not like HB).
And, for some reason it reminds me of CH Good Girl, but a sporty, funny, sunny girl :)

Feige

The peach makes it smell rather artificial. It reminds me of a shampoo like Garnier Fructis or so, except this scent isn’t as fresh and it’s more hollow.

Addict2Perfume

Boss The Scent For Her by Hugo Boss is peaches n’ cream! I couldn’t believe I bought yet another fruity-floral, but this stuff is pure peach perfection! I love how fresh and feminine it is and it’s great with a t-shirt and jeans or a little black dress. I must say the men in my life do seem to especially like this one! XOXO

anastasija777

This is a really nice and creamy scent. It’s non offensive, sweet and fresh, which makes it perfect for everyday at work. It works all year around. I got it as a gift and I will probably not rebuy it becouse there is other fragrances I like more but this is perfect if you are looking for something simple for everyday. The longevity on me is 6h and sillage is weak to moderate.

Ronett

Smells cacao with manderin

lrnonken

Very pleasant and light, at dry-down becomes a skin scent (not much projection). No particular note jumps out , instead overall it is a very likeable and well-blended scent.

gamme82

The Scent is a professional woman who does not need extra statement, its enough on its own. Its fresh and just enough sweet. On my skin it last 6 h, and its sillage is arms lenght. Peach and powdery cocoa is very prominent, and the sweet floral freesia. I recommend it, its suitable all year and also tolerable with people who doesnt like fragrances. Its a little oily and airy, but thats a good thing, probably suitable for everyone for that reason. For me its definitely a rebuy.

Jacquis

I tried this perfume in Tjmaxx. It's a very pleasant, everyday, fresh and light fragrance. Safe for the office. I fully expect that there would be an "intense" option to this. I cannot remember specific notes. It does not project and lasts only a few hours. Hugo Boss for her would make a great gift for someone who is very sensitive to perfumes.

Fragrance4Jojo

I was looking for an inoffensive, light, every day fragrance for summer wear, the salesperson sprayed this on a card and I really loved it. Put on my wrist and wore around the store and decided to purchase it, even though I'm not too familiar w the quality of Hugo fragrances. First impressions - peachy, light, effervescent. After getting it home and doing a few more tests though, I'm not feeling this one. the peach is very synthetic as others have said, it smells like peach-scented bath products instead of a fresh juicy peach. I'm returning this one. It's just not a very well constructed, interesting perfume in my opinion. It's on the right track, I love all the notes, I think possibly the quality is just not there which causes it to be a bit screechy.

MiraTuba

Smells like cheap peach scented body mist. Synthetic and worst of all - very longwearing on my skin.

missjodles

This is my signature everyday fragrance.

Peach is my absolute favourite scent and I love the strength of the note in this perfume. I also adore the soft cocoa base and the very light, floaty florals creamily mixed in. It is a lovely fruity floral gourmand, very light and sweet - but not too sickly.

Longevity isn't the best on my skin but for an everyday perfume I often reapply, I personally don't mind because I love the scent so much. Am looking forward to trying out the intense version.

I often get compliments while wearing this fragrance so perhaps others can smell it better on me than I can. It's very pleasant and inoffensive, and my boyfriend likes it as much as I do.

Valensia

The peach is very dominant, a bit synthetic. A nice everyday scent for summer. I would recommend the "intense" version instead. In case you've already bought it and not so happy, try to add body lotion on the spots you spray, it helps to mellow the peach sharpness and prolonging the longevity

mauryji

_sweet fruit

_it reminds me a LOT of Angel Mugler , dont know why

_i'd like my girlfriend to wear it

_she can't stand it.

_bought it for myself . i was wrong??

missk

Boss The Scent for Her is quite reasonable. This fragrance is a pleasant, every-day scent which is both easy to wear and inoffensive.

Boss The Scent for Her is primarily a clean fruity floral with notes of peach, freesia and osmanthus on a base of dusty chocolate. Don't be fooled by the chocolate accord, this fragrance is not a gourmand. It smells to my nose like a peach-scented shower gel; clean and fresh.

This scent is best suited to Spring weather and could be worn either to the gym or to the office due to its subtle projection. I would refrain from wearing it during really hot weather, however, as the cocoa accord in the drydown is rather dense and musky.

Hugo Boss fragrances are either a hit or miss for me, some of their more recent releases have been woeful, to say the least. Boss The Scent for Her is definitely one of their better fragrances in regards to both scent and presentation. It is sure to appeal to many female consumers and would suit both young and old.

Despite the soft projection, Boss The Scent for Her has excellent longevity. I am pleased to see Hugo Boss trying to up their game in the fragrance market. I'd be interested to try the Boss The Scent for Her flankers when they are released.

annubi19

Tested this at the store today. First thing I wanted to do is go wash my arm and make the smell go away! Got home I washed it it's still there! I hate the scent! I can see it being nice maybe on someone else. Yes it is very generic and sweet on the dry down with a very screechy opening! Very synthetic smell. Sorry!

Pempipot

I tried it and did my best to like it but, alas, it's one of the most generic scents I ever smelled. It's generic peach, with some generic flowers. Gourmand edge is virtually non-existant. Extremely simple fragrance, with no originality at all. Sillage is small. Longevity moderate.
There are so many peach scents out there that are simply wonderful and I do not get why anyone would want to get this...

kerion

I really enjoy this peachy-chocolate concoction. Different from anything I have in my collection. A bit fresh and a bit sweet. Not too heavy. Great for work. Wish it lasted longer. I get about 3 to 4 hours

Jeresa545

I really really love this scent, I adore the pairing of cacao and peach (something about chocolatey smells mixed with orange/peach/etc just appeals to me so much!) but unfortunately the longevity is an absolute joke on my skin :( I need to spray about 10 sprays for the scent to hold, then it only lasts about 30 minutes before completely disappearing. I've tried the intense version and the parfum edition as well, and sadly they all disappear so quickly. I love the smell so I will keep spraying it on my winter scarves/coats as it lasts longer there than on my skin!

ladyone1

Very nice scent, not too strong, not too soft. I love it to wear for the office.

christinalk

Peachy and chocolatey, sweetness and warmth. Neither heavy nor cloying, but it is immersive. The freshness comes from the florals. Very girly and youthful all together. It projects very rich and very creamy. Beautiful.

I pair it with the body lotion which helps with longevity and sillage.

A simple beauty, and a true pleasure to wear.

Freckleface

Supersweet fruity candy-ish perfume!

AmoreProfumi

Very pretty scent light clean fruity/floral.. at first I though it was pear before I checked the notes & seen peach.. fresh bright un offensive office safe.. prefect for spring/summer..my only complaint is it DOES NOT LAST! which is disappointing beings its a EDP but I did a sprayed on my hand & like 1.5 hours later it was gone.. barely noticeable.. I haven't tried the intense yet but I'd say maybe do that one if you want it to possibly last longer. & yes bottle is clean/classy.

nadiadncr

Lovely bottle. The juice starts out peachy a more refined version of Jo Malone's Nectarine Blossom. Then it switches to a nice clean scent that reminds me a fresher Noa by cacharel type of perfume. It is nice and it stayed close to the skin for hours. I'm not sure if I want to own a bottle because it lacks in projection.

Mvanilla

Ahhh, this scent has a lot of sentimental value for me. I received it for my eighteenth birthday in the summer of 2017; a summer that so much happened to me in - i entered my first serious romantic relationship, i gained many new friends and I visited New York City for the first time. I wore this fragrance throughout all of those memories.

The fragrance itself is a beautiful sparkling peach scent in the most part, with some delicious sweet cacao to give it some body. However, this isn't one of those powerhouse gormands, after all while it becomes more of a skin scent. Very suited to spring/summer and hot weather, perfect for gourmand lovers like myself who want a light refreshing perfume but still want to keep things sweet!

EDIT: i have yet to smell the intense version, but I imagine it would smell similar yet more suited to autumn/winter

I received a bottle of this in a swap, and am really pleased with it. It's fuzzy peach with apricot from the osmanthus, and simple white floral in the background. A very gentle gourmand, sweet but with a subtle sharpness which all together sits close to the skin. The bottle is reassuringly heavy and feels quality, and it sprays in a very fine mist. Safe for a blind buy if you're looking for a fruity-floral daytime perfume that isn't overly sweet or dramatic.

Farhana879129

I love how it smell very very soft and creamy. Floral and fruity. So easy to my nose without give me a headache like some other perfumes. What i am regretting about it, is that the sillage is soooo very poor and it not even stay on my skin for long period. After 2 hours the smell is gone even after 20 times spray.. Lol. Too sad that i pay for quite high price but the performence is not there. But the true is i really love how its smell.

I love this perfume. More suited to spring/summer. I tried the intense version and both smell and longevity are just the same to me.

SailorV

Boss The Scent For Her is mainly a peach shampoo scent on my skin. Nice and refreshing for a hot day, but nothing special. I don't understand why they made this a pillar fragrance and called it "THE scent". It would be much more fitting as a summer edition or something like that, as it's very light and fruity.
The cacao note is virtually unnoticeable to my nose. I get something dry and sweet in the background after a while, but if I didn't know there was a cocoa note I would have thought that that's supposed to be a woody note.

I kind of like the opening, which is very peachy and fresh. Sadly it dries down to a faint soft fruity floral skinscent very quick and loses its freshness. I usually don't have longevity problems, but this only lasted a couple of hours on me.
I think I'd enjoy this scent for a shower gel or body spray, but not really as a perfume.

orchid89

On one side I find this perfume rather generic and almost boring, but on the other side I really like it. I'm a sucker for peach, so of course that explains my love for this perfume.

It's very heavy on the peach. It's sparkling and uplifting. I know it's not listed as a note, but I also smell cranberry, and in the middle stage I also get a little bit of strawberry.

I'm very impressed with the longevity and sillage. Two sprays last 12+ hours with strong sillage for the first 4-5 hours. After that the sillage is moderate.

DulciusExAsperis

I have great affection for this scent even though it's not my favorite. On its own it's very simple, maybe even overly so - it's peach, peach, peach, then a touch of the osmanthus & freesia; it's light and summery and uncomplicated. I don't really smell the cacao.

Where this perfume really shines IMO is in layering. It's easy to combine this with anything that feels too heavy in order to lighten it up and make it feel fresher & more contemporary if you're in that sort of mood. I've had great luck adding this fragrance over the top of many things. Because the longevity and sillage isn't huge, it generally meshes seamlessly with things that I find overly spicy or powdery or vanillic or what have you, if I'm in the mood for a little fruit. It's lovely with fragrances that are cardamom-y, clove-y, cinnamon-y, sandalwood-y, rose-oud-y... if you have this in your collection, give it a try!

nanavalente8

I don´t own this perfume, but I have tried a couple of times and I find it very similar to Miracle blossom by Lancome. Just think that blossom has a better fixation on my skin :)

magdalena81.1

It´s both sweet and fruity and doesn´t change much over the day. Very nice and I don´t think anyone can find it irritating. Suits many different venues.

olliejosh32

A warm peach fragrance. I like it. I just bought a bottle yesterday, and I think this could be my new day time scent for a long time. It's not overpowering, it's pretty, easy to wear. You can spray it all over without feeling like you are choking everyone around you. It doesn't last long on the skin but the scent lingers on clothes. Fuzzy feminine peaches and cream.

bashe

this is a winter edition of a fruity scent to me.
it gets very sensual and hypnotic, men get crazy about it.
very flirty scent, seductive, mind blowing...just wow.

no wonder it is rated the nr. 1 on market, in my country at the moment.

if you don't like sweet perfumes, nothing for you though.

Erinbath22

Wow this peach is gorgeous! I would call this sexypeach.
This peach is sparkly and fresh, yet has this warm, almost tobacco-like cocoa note making it sophisticated and different.
I got the fresh sparkly peachy freesia first, then I thought I kept smelling like a soft whiff of Hot Couture mixed with it. Nope. It was just The Scent For Her being quirky and alluring, at least to my nose. Must be cocoa?
I think this is rich, fruity, and sweet but not too heavy to wear in the daytime. After about an hour this just becomes a skknscent but really lingers. Very soft, if that's what you're looking for.

Out of many samples I tried on many occasions recently this is the most pleasing and beautiful. It is warm, sweet semi-gourmand peach loveliness. That cocoa note with sweet osmanthus is a real stand-out for me and lingers on the skin. Lasted quite a long time and was going strong even after a shower.

r4elle

I tested it a couple of weeks ago in the shop. And actually got it today because there was a discount in the store. Strangely enough for winter season my nose really enjoyed this simple and generic smell. I am always overpowered with the niche fragrances that people around me use and they usually use the strongest statement fragrances around all day both in the office and outside. I guess I just want to take a rest from those overpowering ones. This is perfect, just very close to my skin, very happy and warm scent. I will be wearing this daytime even though it's not quite appropriate for winter :P I like that fruity floral scent. The peach and freesia work well together here. I haven't noticed the cocoa note, still waiting for the dry down.
P.S. as to the price - I totally agree it's overpriced. It should not be on the same shelf as either Chanel or Dior or Prada.

O-Carolina

Tried this today at Myers and give it a thumbs up. Definitely a all-round floral suitable for everyday.

If you like this but wanted something deeper and more substantial - try Yves Saint Laurent Champagne (vintage if you can get it) :)

Iwet

Nice scent, although it's nothing special and different. Unfortunately the silage is really pour on me. I stopped smelling it before I left the drug store.

Treslicious

This immediately reminded me of the Beyoncé heat rush. Both have that musky sweet quality. One is more like orange candy, the other is more peach?? (not a real peach). I can also smell some floral bitterness from the freesia. Takes about an hour for the juicy notes to go away, leaving a sweet creamy musky base. There’s nothing to hate about it. It’s pleasant. Boys will like it. I’ll probably still wear it, but I was disappointed because I was expecting a truer peach or something unique. I’ll keep looking.

T-rockstar

The best way I can describe this is - feminine, sparkling and refreshing, like a glass of peach flavored champagne on a summer morning. I have never smelt peach done quite like this so I think it's very unique. Perfect for spring or summer. It does not last long at all, and I have the EDP...has a medium silage. It is therefor pricey for what you get - which is a pity because it smells amazing. I am going to layer it in future with peach body wash and TBS peach body butter and hope it helps. Might as well throw in a peach shampoo while I am at it. I find many Hugo Boss fragrances that I have just don't last long - I have Deep Red and HB Woman - though all beautiful. They should up their game

dina

Very likeable peach-centered fragrance but not worth the price tag it comes with... It's basically Pretty as a peach by BBW with a little more refinement...

This smells nice but does not lasts at all. After few minutes I could not smell it at all. Dissaponted.

Ohhellozippy

This smells heavenly, delicately fruity. Sometimes simple is more sophisticated. Beautiful natural peach. Love this beauty. My precious.

Alicja Tamara

I've tried this a couple times, but it did not convince me to buy it. The peach is big in this one, I almost felt like it's the only note I could pick out. After 30mins the scent developed a bit more, and I could smell the cocoa. It then reminded me of an expensive tanning lotion, the one you put on from a sachet just before a tanning bed. It smells nice, warm and juicy but it's definitely overpriced for what it is.

lala-jaenner

It's a "nice" scent. I bought it for a wedding as I found all my perfumes were too much and I wanted something nice, that means to me polite, discreet, cheerful but won't get much attention. Imagine the bridesmaid's dress: this perfume is that kind of nice.
If you're looking for a special scent, your signature scent, then you can look further. But if you're looking for something nice, then here it is. Downsides: It's expensive and doesnt last long.

To the notes: Lots of peach, it's very sweet but fresh thanks to the flowers. Cocoa notes are very vague.

karo_dos-santos

Try to layer The Scent for Her over Hypnotic Poison. Result is amazingly delicious and the two together last so much longer.

dglightblue

Winter test on card.

Smells just like sachet juice!
Clear juicy fruit

Might be different on skin.

MsKayJae

Don't blind buy this if you are looking for a big warm creamy cocoa note, as it plays a quiet supporting role here. It is a safe buy though if you love simple fresh floral fruity fragrances, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone this scent truly offends.

Awater01

The scent for her.... children's shampoo? I can't help but like it but there's no edge or depth to it. It seems too safe like fruity bubble bath or no tears shampoo for kids. It would be more interesting to me if there was some spice and or maybe a sour note. Considering it's kind of synthetic and doesn't last, it's not worth it when you can get something similar for peanuts. Like "So..? Sinful". On the plus side it's a lovely bottle.

RCDiane

I dont like this at all unfortunately. It's really sickly synthetic on me and too much like a body spray or Ed Hardy perfume in my opinion. Same headache-inducing chemical concoction. I feel like you're paying more for the bottle than the scent on this one. The sprayer on this is phenomenal though lol. It's such a fine mist, it almost makes it fun to spray it. Unless you have a way to test the scent first, I wouldn't blind buy this one.

joiedevivreh

Lovely fruity floral with unfortunately poor longevity. If only I could just carry a bottle of this around with me all day! Beautiful fruity foral with no surprises, which may be disappointing for some fragrance connoisseurs, but is so pleasing to my nasal palette. Freesia and peach are definitely detected, but neither of them dominate. Rather this is a bouquet of fresh, light fruits and flowers that come together for a very youthful but elegant scent.

milk_in

Really, really love first notes in this. So fresh, peachy and little bit flowery..About 10 minutes later it becomes soft and sweet, cacao clearly stands out and become main note. But luckily, peach and freesia doesn't fade away completely, they stays in it. Pleasant, feminine, exlusive, and doesn't irritate my head.
Sillage is quite soft, and longevity is about 6 hours.
Liked this a lot, very enjoyable!

Ellina Coco

I just wish this is more special. It is mainly sticky, sweet, fruity note. Sunny and summery, like someone mentioned, but not "scent of a woman". I dont feel perticulary sexy wearing it,its too simple. Maybe I can turn it to a touch of feminity in hot summer when my ten will turn bronze,so the "scent" could light it up.

DaisyChain90

I am actually surprisingly really enjoying this fragrance. I don't usually really rate any of the boss scents, men's ore women's. This is definitely very soft and subtle. Perfect for spring and when it gets warmer as the notes won't change with heat. Light but enjoyable and perfect for anyone.

m_d_s_t_000

Not a original scent, such a smell can find any body shop spray. But safe.

sherry.zayn.malique

One of my favourite....not to strong.not to sweet

medea_svenspoa

Sweet peach perfume.
Perfect for an elementary o mid school girl.
Enough said.

Kuroshio

This Perfume is....simply a Masterpiece.

Littlegrassstraw

Fresh fruity-floral without any calone or ozone notes. At first I really love it. To me it is more acidic than peach, more in the direction of pineapple, which makes it more fresh than peachy scent usually are. But something dry enters and expands, eventually turning slightly screechy. I am inclined to think it is the cocoa note not working on me. Simple and light clean scent that cannot annoy anyone around you.

zahraaliyah

Just bought it as a gift set with the 100ml edp and 200ml body cream, the most expensive buy for me on a perfume so far.unlike others i dont know why many dont like this when am fully in love with it... a luxurious perfume with a romantic feel... in love and lasts longer compared to lady million.. i had the choice of ysl nuit blanche and id prefer choose this one... ysl will be for another purchase.

Astar

This perfume makes me sick. It's so peachy, it's more convenient (and cheaper) to buy The body shop body spray for the same scent and longevity. Very simple, some would say "clean", but for me definitely simplistic scent. It might be a nice scent for a hot summer night, if you get along with freesia and peach notes, which I definitely do not.

scarlett.angel

Another fruity, sweet, peach scent. The freesia is nice but reminds me of that Victoria's Secret fragrance mist which had peach and freesia in it... come to think of it, now it smells almost exactly like that! Extremely off putting to me for that fact. Yes there is some "other" note in here but nothing dark or original. Smells like VS spray which smells like fruity shampoo. Would not pay for this. D&G The One is the only peach/apricot scent I can tolerate.
Edit: 30 mins later and I had to scrub this off... so sweet, way too fruity sweet on me it was giving me a headache! My skin tends to amplify sweet notes so this is a definite no go for me.

Roxana D

I just discovered this one last month and, since then, it has become my favorite and can't reach for any other perfume when I choose what to wear. I love its sweetness and coziness (it lingers on my cashmere scarf just lovely) and I can smell it all day long. I can't feel the cocoa notes whatsoever, but indeed something gourmand is there, maybe this is what makes it so pleasant (but not at all heavy or overwhelming).
Bottom line, love at first sniff! :)

Princess

Pretty, beautiful peachy floral perfume and the most gorgeous bottle! Feminine scent, great sillage!

maritta

To me this smells like the combination of Hugo Boss Orange and Salvador Dali Dalissime. Peaches and apricots. Quite lovely and sunny scent.

realjaneeyre

It is very similar to Rush from Gucci, both of them African freesia petals and peach as top notes. I don't smell that much peach as everyone is saying, I think the freesia is much more intense. It is very pleasant, it reminds me the 90's.

sabrina.gv

I have somthing for sweet scents. This is fruity floral.
The peaches start strong but it mixes with the floral part quick. I love it realy do.
Its fluffy,cuddle....a moment when you hold someone in your arms you die for, for me my little 6 jear old boy. Its like a warm loving cuddle with everything that's in me.... Stupid for a lot of people but that what it is to me.
I got it in a package with the lotion and a purce spray

sugahuni

Extremely beautiful, peachy/floral scent.Longevity & sillage are superb,lingers wonderfully.Gorgeous bottle & fragrance.Love it❤☺

cinnakitty

I just tried this tonight. It smells very peachy, but so so familiar. I'm wondering if maybe it has a similarity to Liza Claiborne Liz Claiborne in the triangular bottle, or one of the early Benetton's as those are the two images I'm getting. It's really late eighties/early nineties smelling.

Whatever, I like it. Smells like I should be reading the imported US Seventeen magazines I used to get.

PerfumeKing14

i got a sample of this & while i don't dislike it I'm not really sure if i like it.. its inoffensive & reminds me of something else, maybe shampoo? i don't know, its pleasant enough but a little boring for me i think. i could see people wearing this & it shining on them but on me it fell kind of flat.
