Lactonic almondy goodness. I didn't feel any citrus in the opening, just a blast of almond from the get-go. It fades so quickly but it is so nice! I might actually get a bottle, considering the low price. It would be lovely for a relaxing day at home or when you don't know what else to throw on. It also reminds me a bit of This Is Her!, but without that sweaty musk note I feel in there. Also shares some similarities with Un Jardin a Cynthere.

As a novice in the perfume world, this comment will be very surface-level, but I'll give it a go. For me, there is no citrus, only orange flowers, and if I try really hard, I can pick up on some sweetness. To me, this perfume is very soap-like. It's clean, fresh, and inoffensive, it's good for after showering and as a daily fragrance; affordable and of high quality, you can't go wrong with it.

I agree with most previous reviews - it is a citrusy (opening only), laconic almond. Ever so slightly artificial, but I actually like it.
I want my fresh washing to smell like this, I want my cozy house to smell like this, but most of all I want my skin to smell like this when I am naked. To put this perfume on is like a confession erasing your sins - makes you feel so innocent, cute, cozy, loved and safe.
The juice is great, the bottle looks nice yet it is cheap AF, and you can buy a refill. No brainer - go get it girl. xoxo

A cozy and inviting scent that leaves an impression of warmth and comfort. Almond dries down to a sweeter marzipan accord that is enhanced by vanilla and it actually smells quite expensive. I only wish the longevity was better but with a price like that, I can't complain.

This smells pretty. It's not hat sweet almond with a caramel note. This one is almond soap... But not any soap, this smells like expensive Italian soap. It's a bit powdery from the citrus flowers and iris but I get that skin scent aura from the almond.
Its very comfortable and perfect for bedtime. It can also be a signature scent.

This was an unexpected find, I've read the scent notes and was absolutely interested and as it was so cheap, I had to buy it. This perfume is very almondy and lactonic. I can smell it for hours and it gives off a lovely whiff every now and then. The longevity is also amazing. It does not remind me of Marzipan as it's not so sweet, but of a delicate almond meringue/biscotti/Macaron. Absolutely lovely.

this opens with almond and a soapy orange blossom and musk. it's incredibly soapy on me, and almost sharp. after an hour + i get the milk note and now i see the resemblance to bois farine a bit. i like it now but i am not sure how much i can endure that soapy opening. will have to retry in different weather i think.

trying in cooler weather: better, opening is still soapy but not nearly as sharp. it's cozy, great for bedtime but doesn't have a lot of projection.

Very nice and clean almond cologne, could be a almond/citrus flanker of 4711, for it s more a cologne than a eau de parfum imo.
Great that you can buy refills and that its colorless.
I spray it in 'overspraymode' on my linen sheets, good night!

PS: its pure luxery for almost no money!

It's a pretty nice fragrance, kind of like having marzipan with a bit of orange. It's a soft smell, comforting and great to every day use, I would not use it for a date or to go out though, because it stays pretty close to the skin.

Simple yet lovely! Smells just like freshly slivered almonds and soft spring blooms. This scent is surprisingly yummy without being too sweet; it's the perfect complement to any sharp/soapy fragrance that needs something smooth to balance it out. Pairs incredibly well with Nivea body lotion!

As mentioned below, i expected very sweet and heavy perfume, iris, praline and milk with almonds. The opening is the almond you would recognise everywhere, but citruses keep it fresh and light. It was so cheap I ordered it along another perfume, a lot more expensive, and this ended up being the pleasant surprise. It's just delightful. It's not nutty or very sweet and again it has that lactonic tone that most of us love and adore because it reminds us of childhood when breakfast and dinner were milk and cereals. Like a wooden bowl of fresh milk, that smell of almonds and their flowers that feels almost poisonous because of their bitterness. And fresh orange and lemon peel.

My second Jeanne en Provence bottle. I waited too long to get Iris & Néroli and it seems it's no longer in production. I was so impressed with Tubéreuse & Néroli that when I had the opportunity to get this one, I didn't hesitate. It's cheaper then most shipment, so there is no sense in ordering it alone.
There is unexpected freshness from the start, I have never smelled anything quite like it. Powdery, almost chalky and minty, a bit aromatic but smooth and comforting. Slightly sweet but never sticky. Like soap and oats. I would not mind a soap smelling like this. I believe iris to be responsable for the overall sense of cool freshness.
Unusual but welcome. It will probably become a dumb reach after a shower, or a little something to brighten my book and pajamas evenings. It would perfectly compliment mint hot chocolate.
I see a refil bottle in my future.

That evening... there is a starchy, maybe mineral or metalic facet that developped over time and now it's all I can smell and I don't like it. It might dissapear in summer, it's worth a shot. But if it stays this baby is getting a new home.

December the same year....my dentist loved it. When I like something that doesn't quite work for me, I like to give it to people around me. Not all that altruistic as I create the possibility of enjoing those perfums again in their company.
About month ago I got myself a bottle of Amande Persane from Roger & Gallet, since is again in production. It's very close to this delightful little thing and no metalic screech in sight. Or sniff. I'm very happy with it and I believe the longevity is even better. The price of it is still very affordable and a steal for its quality.

Very comfy scent. It is indeed an 'your skin, but better' perfume. Love it! I find the clean note similar to a lotion from Jil Sander, the Simply Poudree intense. I wish more people would try this out.

Thank you @Skinscents4Fusspots for your wonderful review <3 !

Extremely light and pretty almond without any of the nuttiness that some perfumes have that translates as biscuity or popcorny. Think Burberry Brit Almond rather than Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa '62 Almond, but much lighter! It’s missing the honeyed and overly sweet vibe you get with other light almonds like Heliotrope Blanc, so I just adore it! It’s more like almond essence with a slight milkyness and lots of powdery Iris. Powdery but not full baby powder! Kind of an ethereal skin scent. Perfect for bed or right out of the shower, but not good for people who want longevity and projection. It’s cheap and cheerful but I think this is what a fairy would smell like!

I also love that you can get metal refill bottles of this perfume…. Hurrah for environmental packaging!
