Don't blind buy the real thing based on that you love this one. I'm glad I only got a sample of GG as this one's so much better, both in scent and in performance.
I'm going to have to give GG another try later but after wearing it twice now, I'm not impressed.

This is a good dupe of Good Girl by Carolina Herrera. If you love that fragrance and are looking for a cheaper alternative, this is definitely for you! However, this smells more alcohol-based at first. I think you need to let it settle for a bit because the first spray has a strong, alcoholic, synthetic smell.

Oliviana

I actually love Miss Dream so much. It becomes much more better when you have had the bottle for some time. At first I thought it was too strong/masculine for my taste, but after I had used like 1/4 of the bottle I fell in love with it. It's mysterious, powdery and witchy at the same time. It's long-lasting and if you spray it before to sleep you wake up to vanilla scent. Sexy, smells like a good party.

miiilaala

it’s okay for a dupe. la rive doesn’t amaze me, as almost all their perfumes smell like cheap versions of the OGs (because they are). if you don’t wanna spend your money on Good Girl, and don’t mind respraying, it’s a good alternative.

petarmanoilov2019

i love this fragrance. Its cheap, long lasting a dupe of GG.But the only problem its a bit alchoholly before it settles in your skin.

whiteorchid23

It's perfect for colder weather and night time. Wearing this perfume during summer can give you a headache.
It smells almost identical to Good girl, the only difference is that Good girl is a bit sweeter than this one. It's probably the best dupe of GG.
Overall, it smells really good. I would definitely recommend it.

Alphabrett

I feel like it's giving Dior Midnight Poison but not Good Girl, I bought a mini dauber of GG and I'm not getting similarities off my skin, I LOVE their version of hypnotic poison. It's a nice perfume, but not a dupe imo. So far Fragrenza had the best GG (supreme tho) dupe I have bought.

ullamakela

It's a little bit more harsh and kind of spicier version of Good Girl. The black currant is very strong and can be a bit unpleasant but I'll try this layered with Good Girl and maybe also with Burberry Goddess, I hope those perfumes change and balance the strong notes.

Benettiem

I bought this as a blind buy for my mom's birthday and tbh i was very pleasantly surprised. At first spray it might be a lil alcoholy but soon it turns in to an elegant scent and after an hour it mellows down to a vanilla caremely smell that will stay for at least 2-3 hours.

hblakes70

Ok I don’t get the milk ? Maybe the milk makes it lest spicy? But I don’t get lactonic. I got two la rives today this and her choice. They’re likes ( would be loves IF they lasted longer than 30 mins) I got the 1 oz. These are great to see if you like the scent. So I don’t regret ! I also think these are great for your bag or gym! But now o know I will really LOVE Good Girl and my way! I honestly think the best cheapie dupes are the In Style scents on Amazon. They smell same and last! But they don’t make enough current ones. I would buy from them again but there’s nothing poetic to say about them? They smell like their mom…but not as good.

lagutfm

Wow, they are so similar to Herrera's Good Girl! I bought 100ml for 5$ which is crazy, and they smell so expensive. I feel like maybe they're a little bit more spicy than GG? But still a very good dupe.

awhlars

This is a really beautiful fragrance. To me it smells like a hair conditioner that is used in a hairdresser salon and I mean it in the best way possible - it is a really expensive and luxurious conditioner. However it lasts 1 hour at best, even on clothes the longevity is really poor. This is one of the weakest perfumes I’ve ever tested:/ it is however a great dupe of CH good girl - if you want the scent without the power, this is your way to go.

milaaala

Good Girl dupe!

Claudia967

Yes, it does smell similar to Good Girl, but it also smells plasticky/artificial which cheapens it. It also is a bit headache inducing (GG isn’t), which I guess means it’s pretty strong. I smell some cherry/powderiness which I think is the tonka, done cheaply. I prefer Dahlia from B&BW as a GG dupe over this

paww

in my journey to own all la rive perfumes i went thru this one aswell.
the bottle is nice, the cap is horreneously cheap.

the scent is really pleasant, i could say it wouldnt bother anyone even if you'd spray lots. sillage is trash but aannd lastting power is nice on clothes. id call this perfume a people pleaser.
skin scent - i'd find this devastatingly beautiful on a man a well as a woman.

CatOwned

This does smell like the drydown of CH Good Girl. I actually like this scent better than the actual GG, which I'm glad I only got the $15 mini dabber heel. CH Good Girl is definitely a stronger scent w/ better performance, but this is just a softer nicer scent in my opinion. It doesn't have that harsh opening of CH GG. Also this La Rive is so cheap that you can overspray with zero guilt if you want to ramp it up. Finally, a dupe done right.

coffeebean83

Ultimately for me Miss Dream smells like potent dark florals in rich chocolate milk. It's a combo that doesn't agree with me unfortunately....even if a part of me likes the scent sometimes.
Much like Good Girl this makes me nauseous. GG is even a bit more tolerable with some lighter citrus softening the opening somewhat.
Best to try GG in store. If it works but you want something cheaper this is close. Longevity falls somewhere in the middle(4-6hrs).

heather62

As far as dupes for Good Girl go, I still prefer the dupe from Vocal Performance. That version is more sparkling and longer lasting. Miss Dreams is not bad but I probably will not repurchase but I'm going to test it for a few more days.

Lumoava

As a gourmand lover, I blind bought small bottles of this and Sweet Hope online.
I don't know how GG smells like (yes, really!) but I've been interested in trying it.

I really like this one, especially on clothes. I'm not good at detecting or describing notes so I won't try.
All I can say is it doesn't smell "cheap" to me (at least, once the opening has faded) and I wouldn't have mind paying even a little more for a scent like this. Doesn't last that long on skin but holds very well on cloth.

Heliga

This is indeed very similar to Good Girl, but as is usually the case with La Rive the balance between the notes isn't perfect (off the top of my head the only one that doesn't have this issue is In Woman). GG is a little bit mintier and sweeter, and there is a note in Miss Dream (can't pinpoint which one) that is a bit too dominant. That being said it's really recognizable and if you're not trying on one arm each they're essentially the same. Miss Dream is less concentrated, it goes on ever so slightly "watery", but lasting power isn't terrible.

I go back and forth on this scent, I have had periods where I absolutely crave it at night when I'm going to sleep and other times where I've found it slightly repulsive. Mostly I find it to be really high quality for the price.

Whipped Tonka-Bean...

This light dupe of Good Girl Carolina Herrera is a dessert lover heaven without the calories. Imagine a dessert of whipped cream and canned peaches/apricots on a centre layer of cheesecake all on a base made of instant coffee and dark chocolate wafer crumbs! My mom used to make this when I was a kid - love at first scent.

Contrast to CH Good Girl:
Very good approximation, just Good Girl has better performance. I do get a coffee note in this fragrance even though it's not listed. At first I didn't smell the coffee, but now I can smell a coffee note in the air (not on the skin) that is more like instant coffee or the grounds at the bottom of your cup, not the smell of opening a fresh tin of coffee. Miss Dream requires some dark storage to develop performance, but this will likely be easier to wear in warmer months.

Overall: this is an affordable, easy to like, easy to wear dupe of Good Girl CH. I'm a longtime fan of Good Girl, so it's a love for me. Enjoy!

kiaoi

I was curious to try this one but it doesn’t seem to work on my skin. It smells synthetic, plasticky and “stationary”, like the smell of brand new pencils, erasers and notebooks. It’s so weird to me, I smell it and I go back in time, seeing myself in that tiny stationary local shop, checking the best cover notebook for school. I sprayed it on my wrists and on the skin inside my arm and I feel a sticky feeling. One of the weirdest perfumes in my collection.

Jesse Harrison

It is a nice enough scent, and I don't mind wearing it. I do feel a little uncomfortable when wearing this is public, because it feels a little like it is trying too hard to be sexy. I will wear this for date nights at home occasionally. I will say the one time I accidentally wore this out (I had covid and couldn't smell what I was wearing once it dried down a bit) I did get a compliment on it. I would describe the scent as a creamy spiced berry fragrance, with something like a faint whiff of chocolate or coffee in the background. Best in cooler weather.

nateya

This is so sexy! It’s warm, creamy and fruity. My skin picks up the tonka, black currant and milk the most. This is definitely a date night perfume and it’s a spot on dupe to Good Girl. Only con is it doesn’t last long and projection is average.

Moonwalk Memorie

On me, Miss Dream smells like a plain body lotion lightly scented with sharp fruit. Definitely getting black currant and milk. Turns into a skin scent far too quickly ... or perhaps quick enough to become a cozy bedtime fragrance.
🫐🥛🌜

I really like this, but if it IS a good dupe for Good Girl, I'm glad to have chosen the affordable Miss Dream instead.

unicorn1

One of my least favorite La Rive perfumes. If this is what Good Girl is supposed to smell like I'm not missing out on anything. I had to overspray to just to smell it and what I did smell didn't impress me. I didn't get any fruity or vanilla note on myself. Meh.

shadaroba

Funny that lots of people here complained about the lasting power, quality of the scent etc… people, it’s a 5 euro perfume! You cannot expect this to smell like creed lol … having said that, I’d say it doesn’t smell cheap, it’s a good alternative for those who want a perfume that has the Good girl vibes. I have the original and comparing the two you can tell good girl is more round, less “chemical”, and they’re not identical dupes as some would say here. Being used to the original, I just don’t reach for this, but again, still a good perfume for the price.

MissLory33

The first spray on skin smelt terrible, like a strong toilet cleaning product. I was very surprised because of the great reviews of this perfume. Only after about 5-10 minutes the real scent revealed, and it indeed smells similiar to CH GG, but meh, could be better. Smell doesn’t last more than hour and is very weak. Won’t buy again.

Lbtot

Probably my favorite out of the many la rives I've tried. Sweet, laconic fruity floral. On my skin it also has a little freshness underneath the milkiness, so interesting. I love it!

sparklyunicorn

This is really lovely. Creamy, lactonic, sweet floral. It actually impressed me with its good longevity! I could smell this on my clothes the next day! Go La Rive!!! Excellent perfume for the price! I don't feel like I ever need to buy GG. 10/10!!

Mushka98

This is one of my favourite cheapies! To me, it smells like a creamy, vanilla and fruit pie. Not the best sillage or lasting power ever, but at least it's a big bottle, and very inexpensive.

snehaakm

I'm not keen on this one. Started off okay but I can't help but get a creamy milky scent from it, which I wouldn't want to be smelling like when wearing. Disappointed.

Anjolena

(***Update): This perfume is so much better now. Much more fruity, and powdery vanilla-y, all in an interesting way. That thing about getting the 1st sprays out and letting the bottle "breathe" really makes a big difference sometimes. For the cheap price, this is a really nice perfume. Not as complex as I like in a perfume, but still smells good. Pleasant on it's own, may be a nice affordable layering perfume. (My little secret right now is putting on Palmer's cocoa butter oil before spraying this on.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I got "Miss Dream" today and sprayed myself, and awaited it's transformation; initially it opened with a graphite-y scent then smelled similar to cloves allspice, and... maybe pennies lmao, along with sweetness.

On my shirt it kept that annoyingly sharp clove-y spice, but on my arm that note calmed down.

I smell fruits, I smell vanilla, but not gourmand. Part of this perfume reminds me of Guess "Seductive Noir" (which I found too masculine), but "Miss Dream" is less heavy and less masculine to me.

I think Miss Dream is "ok". I'll give myself some time with it.

Pebblesjebbles333

I haven’t smelled GG yet so this review is based on the perfume on its own. I really really like it! First sniff and i knew this would be a keeper. Because of this, now i really want to get Good Girl so bad! If this is any indication how GG smells then i could just imagine how divine that scent must be. To my nose this smells sexy but wholesome, sweet but sassy, warm and cozy. The notes described by fellow reviewers below were pretty much spot on. It smells creamy, vanilla, milky tonka. Just looove!!! The price is awesome and it DOESN’T smell cheap at all!

The longevity of Miss Dream is also good. I kept getting whiffs all throughout the whole time i was out and until i got home. This is one of my best blind buys ever!

La Rive has continuously impressed me. Some of the other perfumes i have and love from this brand are Aqua Bella, Taste of Kiss, She is Mine, In Woman and Have Fun. All amaaaazing scents!

Layoon0808

An amazing dupe for Carolina Herrera's Good Girl. I am not an expert in picking out all the notes and how close they are to the original but it smells great and is so so affordable you can't go wrong with it. I find it to be good for any occasion to be honest, it is sophisticated and classy yet attractive and sensual. Many say it's a very mature scent (and it is in the sense that it's not bubbly and juvenile) but I wouldn't say that it only suits older women. I'm in my early 20s and wear it without a problem. It is a very crowd pleasing perfume just like the original Good Girl (which I love but is way over my budget).
This fragrance house do many many dupes for popular perfumes and I have bought a few more of their other perfumes and I have yet to test them out.
To me it's quite long lasting I can still smell it on my clothes the next day but it is not very overpowering and people won't smell you from a mile away but it does the job.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this fragrance from La Rive especially for the price!

rosesblanches

I sprayed it on my shirt and it lasted for 6 hours. I don't get any milk or creamy notes, and I have no idea why I keep smelling patchouli, which I really dislike. This scent feels like my age, mid-30s. It feels like something you could wear to the office but you need to be careful with how much you use. I think it could be a little sweeter. It reminds me of Miss Cute Noir by Estiara, which had a heavier patchouli and caramel scent. This one is like, less patchouli and less sweet. I know patchouli is not one of the notes but I just keep being reminded of it!

386Vintage

Blind buy. (under 8 us dollars)Nice glass bottle
Scent black currant. Not sweet scent. Perfume for an older person.
(reminds me of another perfume i just cant place it

jotakarli19

The price is really good 👍🏽 in my personal opinion is a good perfume for a women with a mature, elegant personality but not so mature, definitely for women, and about the notes, I definitely felt the black currant, and milky creamy vibe. I consider myself (no mature at all) I have 25 years old and I prefer sweet, juicy and girly fragrance. So i think this is not for me even tho my boyfriend loves it. However I’m still searching for my “Signature fragrance”

clairesque

I blind bought this looking for a nighttime going-out fragrance - my taste tends to lean to lighter, springtime scents and I don't have anything suitable for date nights. I don't *love* this, but quite honestly for the price I can't complain. Also, I've never tried Good Girl (and never would because of that tacky bottle) so I can't compare the two.

Miss Dream is a bit of a "blob" of creamy vanilla white florals (I get the jasmine and magnolia but no rose; I also get almond which isn't listed). It's a sweet, warm, gourmand-leaning scent; I see this as more of a cold weather scent but could perhaps work for nighttime in warm weather too. There's a synthetic, syrup-y quality to it that I don't love, yet it's not too cloying. I don't think this could realistically dupe a designer fragrance, it is lacking a certain depth but I still enjoy it and it is exactly what I expected - a warm, sensual feminine scent for date nights.

Ultimately, I would rather save up to buy something nicer for going out, but this is a great placeholder.

sj.1996

I currently have 19 perfumes by this brand, 10 I’ve worn, 9 still due to arrive (as of 7/18/21). The first set of 10 have been hit-or-miss; I haven’t disliked any of them but they don’t all perform equally for me, either. La Rive puts Miss Dream in their “Premium” line of perfumes so perhaps that accounts for the difference in performance.

Miss Dream was the first one I bought and I bought it because it was said to be a decent dupe for Carolina Herrera Good Girl which I’d received a sample of and loved, but couldn’t afford to buy. In that way, I had an idea what it was supposed to smell like and while I won’t say it smells exactly like Good Girl, it’s close enough for me. The first spray is somewhat overpowering, not exactly an alcohol scent but still strong, and quickly settles into something far more pleasant. I can’t pick out individual notes in the perfume but its not a generic floral, I know what I am wearing and it stays with me for hours- like most perfumes, Miss Dream lingers longer on clothing and hair than it does on skin but I can catch whiffs of myself all day long.

I can’t say much about the sillage or the duration though because I’m not around many people outside my home, or inside it really. My husband can certainly tell I put perfume on when I walk into the room shortly after application and can still smell it on me throughout the day if/when he gets close to me- that’s pretty much all I ask out of a perfume and Miss Dream does that, along with satisfying my need for Good Girl (so I can hoard that tiny sample!). I don't regret buying this one at all. 10/10

LuckyMommy

Haven’t tried CH Good Girl but was thinking about blind buying it, then I stumbled over this and bought it instead of the real thing.
Feels better to blind buy this cheapie, Good Girl isn’t cheap.
I really really like it, warm tonka, vanilla and sandalwood with a floral hint and something more.
It’s soft, creamy, sweet and not synthetic smelling.
It projects for about 3-4 hours and last a long time on me, sprayed it on before bed and could still smell it on my skin in the morning.

Bigsly

This reminds me of a Bath and Body Works scent, perhaps Black Amethyst. The fruity notes are "darker" than I thought they might be, which is what I prefer, so I'm pleased. Overall, it's blended quite a bit but definitely not to the point where it's a blob, and it's reasonably natural-smelling. The texture is fairly soft and smooth, but not quite syrupy.

UPDATE: Over time it gets powdery/woody and I prefer this. It's also strong and lasts well. A great "super-cheapo" to be sure!

Dissolved_Mind

You know what? This is actually really nice. For ten bucks I didn't expect much but it's a pleasant playful gourmand scent that is a very close dupe to GG. It might be not as deep as GG and with less coffee, but it's good enough to be a substitute

PKSMKE

For the first two hours of wearing Miss Dream it was the most gourmand scent I’ve ever owned. Blueberry and caramel, maybe some cocoa. The scent got more floral as it evolved, but was still mostly fruit and candy. Then suddenly after about 2 1/2 hours I started smelling cinnamon and cedar! Agate.ne, you gave up too soon! This dupe is plenty complex. I'm very happy with it as a substitute for Good Girl, which I would never buy due to the bottle design. Carolina Herrera, what happened to your fashion sense?

agate.ne

So I bought la rive miss dream because they said it was a good dupe for good girl. It was. Scent wise the opening is really similar with good girl. However by spl, you get the difference of why good girl is a good girl and why miss dream is the dupe.

I love good girl's oriental spice scent that reminds me of pencil shaving. Miss dream is more on the fruity side. It's light, and lacking the depth that makes good girl good.

Not to say that miss dream is bad. It's a good scent on its own and I like it. However since I am also looking for quality other than good smell, I will still buy good girl.

SallyGirl

I tested GG at ulta the other day and fell in love! I sprayed generously and when I got home my husband who rarely comments on my perfumes, said wow you smell amazing, I love that perfume! I had already ordered the dupe and was waiting For Miss dream to arrive. I received it today in the mail and just doused myself in it with reckless abandon LOL… As I do with most of my perfumes. I’m a notorious over sprayer. This is exactly like GG, i’m talking a perfect 98 to 100% dupe. This is actually stronger and longer lasting, I am so pleased! Gorgeous and worth every $12 I spent on it! I have several La Rive Perfumes and most of them are close enough to the originals where I feel like I’m not sacrificing quality or scent. I’m actually blown away at how cheap these suckers are!! My advice is to purchase Any of the ones you’d like and save yourself tons of money in the process. You won’t be disappointed. Another banger from this house!

PlanetGrl

This is such a nice fragrance. I have sampled GG and while I liked it, frankly I never could bring myself to buy it because I find the bottle so garish and I’ll just say it, silly. I understand it’s likely targeted to younger women but, really. I’ve developed much respect for the La Rive brand since learning about it here the last several months, and here they’ve produced another excellent quality scent for an unbelievably low price.

ceeceelee

I bought this blind because I like the notes and at $13, why not? It's fine. I've only worn once and it is true that I have had fragrances that after one try I was sure they were going to be given away, but I've learned my lesson there. Sometimes opening and letting a fume sit and "breathe" like a wine can make a big difference. So in the mean time I tested Good Girl, which Miss Dream is supposed to a dupe of, and I had the same impression. Very good quality generic floral, a little vanilla/tonka with bergamot bringing up the rear. So, we'll see. Surprisingly, I like the La Rive bottle better. That shoe just wasn't as elegant as photo's portray. I'm impressed with the quality of this perfume, I will definitely be trying the dupe for La Nuit Tresor.

3/20/21
I gave it 3 weeks to kind of "air out" and I very much like it. This time I got a sample of Good Girl from Sephora. I had my husband spray one on each hand so I couldn't see and then sniffed. Honest to goodness I couldn't tell which was which. He told me which one was where and I sniffed on and off for about 2 hours. There were slight, and I mean slight, differences upon dry down but nothing worth the price difference. Neither are a favorite of mine, but I like the scent, so why pay $90 more when I can get 98% of the same perfume for 13 bucks? If it's a die hard fave for you, the bottle is of utmost importance I can see you justifying the cost. I do with my LEVB EdP Intense bc it's discontinued and I love it, so I'll pay the cost. But if this is just to add to your collection bc you like it, this is phenomenal. My next test is Taste of Kiss for La Nuit Tresor, I'm very excited about that one bc it is a love.

middle25

I don't have GG - this is for Miss Dream on its own. I've had great luck with almost all the La Rive's I've bought and this is no exception. This is sweet and milky once it gets warm - post fruity opening to the middle notes with the tonka and vanilla. Pretty and feminine and very inexpensive.

Astrum.Obtutus

Probably one of the best performing from La Rive fragrances it last all day on clothes. Some days i love it some days it's too much. My boyfriend loves it on me.

Daisy_Adair

This is nice, very similar to GG indeed however, this doesn't last on my skin very long so it's slightly disappointing. Yes, I did pay £6 for 100ml, but the others from La Rive perform amazingly for the same price/amount.

Maybe I just got a dud? Otherwise the scent is lovely, smells very high end and while not as strong/intense as GG it still smells incredible in it's own corner---almost like a standalone fragrance, not just a dupe.

So I'd say test it out to see how it performs on the skin. Wish I was one to experience it's full journey but like I said it cuts short after like 2-3 hours tops.

The dark blue bottle is great though, looks quite elegant!

star~kitty

So clearly this is an impression of Good Girl. I actually like this better. It's warm and sweet and nutty. However, GG breaks down on my skin and turns metallic. This stays warm and sweet the entire journey.

miinieeee

Close to CH GG
a lot cheaper but smell a lot brighter. (good way)
a lot more easy to wear.
great for summer night.

SemperFlorens

This was my first by from LA RIVE. I tested some fragrances in my local drugstore and then there was a huge sale online. So I decided to jump in and see if this really deserved the credit it got in the reviews.
First smell from bottle and on paper is quite harsh, but I found it interesting enough to try on. This one really needs to work with your skin chemistry. I can imagine this will not be a win for everyone. It is a BIG fragrance but quite complex. Some of the other LA RIVE fragrances are very simple, but this one is not. I love the liquorice note. If you like Joop! Le Bain than you will probably like Miss Dream.
For the price I paid (7 euro’s for 90 ml!) it is the best bargain buy EVER for such a powerhouse. A little goes a long way and it lasts for days!
The bottle is Ok, very dark blue. Don’t like the cap, that could have been simpler. Most bottles/boxes from LA RIVE represent the designer fragrance they were inspired by, so I guess that must be Good Girl. But I feel Miss Dream stands very nicely on her own. Only thing I don’t like is the name. Please, marketing people at LA RIVE, be a little bit more creative.

JHolly

This smells like a dryer sheet that’s supposed to smell like CH Good Girl. There’s a soapiness to this scent, and is quite a bit louder than GG. This one smells more heavy on the florals. It’s a very nice scent regardless. It has a similar vibe to Good Girl, but if I got this perfume without reading about it online, I don’t think I would make an instant comparison to GG.

amanda.ratu

I have this perfume by today.. it has light sweet scent, nothing like CH Good girl I think.. totally different..
CH GG has citrusy opening, so fresh n fruity, but miss dream doesn't.. but I like this too.. it's kinda office-friendly perfume.. I can spray it more n more..

mmagic_conch

I got a sample of Good girl and absolutely loved it. But I’m a budget buyer and would never spend that much on the real thing, so I tried this as a dupe. It’s the second la rive perfume I’ve gotten, and I’m not super thrilled with either. They both have this matching note that I can’t seem to place but haven’t smelled in any other perfume. It’s not a bad note but it kind of covers up and ruins the other notes. This doesn’t blow me away like good girl did. In fact it’s quite alcohol smelling and faded really fast. I don’t even know if I smelled it properly before it was gone. But I am absolutely going to give it more chances because I bought a whole bottle, and I’ve had my first impressions of perfumes change vastly after more wearings.
Damn. I’ve tried it several more times and even drenched myself in it and I still smell nothing but alcohol and the mystery la rive note. I’m so bummed. I could have gotten a decent Britney Spears bottle with that money. I’m glad it seems to work for some people but definitely not me.

Mdox407

Sometimes a fragrance needs more than one proper wear to judge fully. I received this in the mail yesterday and when I sprayed it on...all I smelled was some sweetness, and something that smelled like a very powdery chocolate note. Almost like cocoa powder. I really didn't like it much. So with that, I rinsed it off my wrist, used another fragrance, and headed to the gym and work.

Then today...I decided to give it another try...with 6-7 sprays instead of just one on my wrist. And I actually really like this. It takes a few minutes to settle down. Straight out of the bottle...it smells kinda messy and chemical. However...it only takes about 3-5 minutes to settle down. It does smell similar to "Good Girl." This one is a mixture of a bunch of things. After the initial blast of alcohol and powder...the notes start to settle and blossom. I can smell the white florals, vanilla, and milky note at the forefront, mixed with the sandalwood and tonka bean which gives this it's balsamic accord. It's definitely sweet. But not childish-sweet.

Pretty versatile to me. I'd probably wear this one in winter and fall the most, but I can see this working in the spring time as well.

Performance isn't anything amazing but for the price...it's certainly nothing to complain about either. My advice is to use a good 3 sprays on each forearm, 2 sprays on your neck, and 2 sprays on your shirt.

Longevity - About 4 hours if sprayed generously.

Projection - About 2-3 feet. Quite impressive for such a cheap perfume.

Overall Score - 8/10

I really like this house. They make quality scents, and really good dupes of expensive perfumes for such a cheap price...and they almost never smell cheap. Thumbs up La Rive. Will be purchasing more from you.

This is an okay dupe to Good Girl. Similar but not identical. I don't recommend buying this if you're a true lover of the authentic Good Girl. 6/10 in comparison. Very "meh" to me. Not one of La Rive's finest clones for sure. It does however have better longevity than many of the La Rive frags I own. Sadly, this smells like they went a little too cheap on the ingredient used to make this one. Good Girl is a beast mode performer, not meant for everyday use. A few sprays will do ya lol. Frankly, one could buy a gently used bottle and it would last forever. I own the original and will likely but a used bottle myself if I ever run out. Save those coins ladies!

My goodness. ANOTHER winner from La Rive!
This is basically Good Girl's classy little sister~

I have an issue of cheapies breaking my heart...But once again La Rive has proved me WRONG.

The opening is a delicious blend of fruits/cassis, specifically blackcurrant but quickly settles into this creamy, milky vanilla...the magnolia is much stronger on my skin than the jasmine as a background note to the milk/vanilla...as time goes by the scrumptious tonka develops gradually...
It's just really delicious!

However I can't say I can smell the rose or bergamote.

The PERFORMANCE is fantastic: Over 7 hours on my skin with great sillage, although this tones down after an hour or two.

BASICALLY: If Carolina Herrera's Good Girl EDP is dark chocolate, La Rive's Miss Dream is white chocolate.

VERDICT: Very safe blind buy and smells MORE EXPENSIVE THAN IT IS. Sexy with great performance. Suitable for all environments including office and dates.

The other day, I tested Carolina Herrera Good Girl on one hand and La Rive Miss Dream on the other. I adore Good Girl, and Miss Dream is a good dupe, not an exact copy nor boasting super expensive ingredients, obviously, but good all in all.
Compared to Good Girl, Miss Dream is simpler, a little sweeter and lighter. It is easy to wear, good for daytime and work where Good Girl is more evening and event. Despite being a very affordable fragrance, it does not have that dreaded ‘cheapie’ smell. They dry down almost identically; Miss Dream without patchouli, which can go sour on some people.
Longevity is better than expected, 5-6 hours on my skin. Projection is heavy at first, but fear not, it quickly settles down into arm's length, thus being work-appropriate. Maybe avoid wearing it on very hot days, I have a feeling that it will be too much.
For anyone who loves Good Girl but is hampered by a tight budget, Miss Dream is a good option.

When I spray Miss dream on me or when I just sniff in right from the bottle I think : Damn it is just exactly the same as Good Girl.

But, you know, then you take your blue shoe, try it on the other hand and you know just at that moment which one is the real deal :) It has this something AMAZING, that is just missing in the La rive's version.

But still it is very, very close dupe and perfect if you want to enjoy the scent but don't want to waste your precious elixir for regular basic days.

Yes,it's very close to Good Girl.but the first time I tested it I could also detect traces of Viva la Juicy.it's as if La Rive Miss Dream is a love child of Good Girl and Viva la Juicy so it's not as dark as Good Girl,no bitter cacao or prominent woodsy patchouli here.I can't pickup tonka either.Miss Dream is like a blend of vanilla, caramel, soft white florals and a touch of sweet fruits(blackcurrant?berries?pear?).it's like a more generic but also younger, easier to wear and easier to like version of Good Girl.a sweet, creamy, almost caramelized vanilla-floral-fruity
I Like Good Girl as well as VLJ so no wonder I like Miss Dream too.it's about 12 USD here which is a very reasonable price for a 3.4 oz perfume and comes in a luxurious, dark midnight blue glass bottle which reminds me of Lancome Tresor Midnight Rose bottle.a single spritz of it lasts about five hours on my skin which is acceptable IMO,leaves a lovely perfume tail when first sprayed and soft to moderate projection as the day goes on
Not a love but I like it and believe it can make a good gift

A very good dupe of CH Good Girl, that is one of my top scents. Miss Dream is sweeter, with a twist o milk and honey. Tonka bean is loud also as in CH's Good Girl.
Good and very cheap dupe, but not similar. I agree with one of the comments that the dry down is very nice and pleasant.
On me lasts almost all day and I got a lot of compliments wearing it. As the original, this is a perfect autumn scent.
Yup...very nice...

It doesn’t smell cheap. A bit lighter than CH Good girl, it hasn’t it’s floral depth but good enough and much more affordable.

raiza1990

Smells very similar to Carolina Herrera‘s Good Girl, but GG is more complex and elegant. That said, Miss Dream is still a very good dupe and a nice perfume on it‘s own right. It also lasts long.
it smells expensiver than it really is, but it doesn’t smell as expensive as Good Girl. It is also not as floral as GG.
Overall, i am pleased.
Final note: 8/10

On me it had a terrible performance, lasted for about 1 1/2 hour with poor sillage. It does resemble Good Girl a bit, but a much more mediocre GG, as it does not have the same cocoa/tuberose accord that is the mainstay of the perfume on me . But this happens on MY skin. Fleur de Femme is the best of La Rive's scents on my skin, the others in this line do not have good sillage or last long, although have some similarity.

If You test this, please give it 15 minutes, the opening is awful, but the drydown comes quickly. To me: Very cold milky vanilla with white florals, not very sweet, fruits are only in the opening (see above). I can well imagine this to be my summer or nighttime vanilla. It reminds me of Paco Rabanne Olympéa minus salt plus white florals, same vibe.
My husband's favorite. Performance is slightly above average, extremely above average considering the price. Does not smell cheap (except for the opening, see above).

lolalee

Smells just like CH Good Girl and lasts all day and more, could smell it on my jacket for a couple of days!
