Aura Loewe Magnética Loewe for women

Don't know why but Loewe aura series never caught my attention.I remember once I sprayed one of them(probably edt)and I couldn't smell anything so I always passed their counter.today I was cleaning my room and I found handful of samples I even didn't know they exist including a tiny sample of Loewe aura magnetica.finding new samples is as exciting as finding money in pockets of an old coat you know so I dabbed a little and rushed to check it's reviews on fragrantica.no reviews?!Loewe perfumes are well-known where I live and almost every big perfume shop has a counter for them and ofcourse a shelf of it is place for aura series so I was shocked to see how underrated it is in fragrantica.perhaps people who share similar taste in perfumes with me never checked this fragrance for I think Loewe aura Magnetica is awesome!
It opens bright and fresh with sambac jasmine,mandarin orange and a dash of pink pepper,not too much of it as I can hate large amounts of pink pepper speacially when it's paired with citrus notes.after getting to know estee lauder modern muse and then modern muse chic and loving them head to heel,I've been on a quest searching for other great musky-sambac jasmine scents; finding it unexpectedly was such a lovely surprise and seeing my beloved musky jasmine sambac paired with leather is too good to be true.I was waiting for a sudden unwelcomed note to enter and ruin everything but this never happened
Peppery Mandarin fades away and gives room for base notes to give another dimension,a darker,deeper,sophisticated one,to gorgeous jasmine.there should be just a hint of vanilla and benzoin,just to round everything with their warm creaminess and even less than that sandalwood and patchouli to provide a subtle woody depth.what really shines on my skin is a musky jasmine wrapped in leather which is soft and non-dirty
I love it when a perfume is elegant and sexy at the same time and it's definitely the case here.it has a nice balance between fresh notes and darker,heavier base notes.base notes blend so beautifully that I can't get enough of it,I love to see non of the notes overpowers the others and prevents it from turning to something overly heavy or masculine.if you love a balanced and high quality combination of leather,musk and jasmine grounded by warm,creamy balsamic notes you need to try this great perfume but make sure to test it on your skin.if you like perfumes such as modern muse chic or if you wished to have a less leathery more musky Bottega veneta this is a must try for you
I can't think of best season for it because I think it's a year round fragrance best in mild to cool weather both day and nights.I can't judge it's longevity and sillage as I've just dabbed drops of it but I don't think one may face projection or duration issues with it
The only down side is that it's pretty expensive but as soon as I can afford I'd bring it home proudly

I kid you not, this smells like blood (that metallic/iron scent) on me once the citrus opening is gone. I have no idea what note is causing it. Other two Auras (EDT and EDP) don't do that (although I'm not a huge fan of them either).
