Aura Loewe Pink Magnolia Loewe for women

I genuinely believe this is what happiness smells like… at least for me. This is a very uplifting, joyful sweet scent. The red fruits really shine in opening and first few hours, and it finishes off with a luxurious sandalwood lingering on your skin in the final moments. Happiness in a bottle.

I really love the opening of this fragrance. The fruits are so uplifting. They don't show too much in the drydown unfortunately. That stage is dominated by a very sweet sandalwood, which I find a little masculine leaning.

Overall the fragrance is a lovely one. I wish that Loewe would sell a miniature discovery set. I'd love to explore this brand a bit more.

Good fresh feminine scent. But it won’t leave a trail. Sits more intimate

Starts off with berries and some sweetness and then quickly morphs into purely Sandalwood. I would say 80% sandalwood in the dry down. So if you want a Sandalwood fragrance with a touch of musk. This would be it.

Sweet, juicy opening. Uncomplicated, girly and playfull. Berries combined with gentle magnolia, fair and elegant.
After a while, a base of musk and sandal change it. The charm persists, but it is an adult scent. Simple, feminine and poetic in some way.
I really like its clarity.

Sillage moderate, stays quite long (6 hours).

This is interesting! Starts with a blast of red berries, very bubblegummy, later it turns into a soft, powdery floral with the berries in the background. It smells girly and expensive. It may be too sweet for some, so not a safe blind buy, but i like it. It’s feminine and joyful.

I tried this at SEPHORA, the bottle is really beautiful and caught my attention, besides I love magnolia. I bought a mini and used for a whole weekend. I find it way too sweet and the sweetness is overpowering to the extent the magnolia note remains as shadow note in the overall performance. It's for me a night scent, has good sillage and longevity.
Not my cup of tea, but may be good for other tastes. Is a good quality perfume, just not my thing.

This is nice. Floral, woody and a bit dusty, with great Sillage and longevity. Smells elegant and almost unisex. A good mix of warm and cold.

Smells a lot like strawberry cough syrup and not a lot like magnolia. Too sweet and cloying.

Perfum-ey, sweet and clean musky scent. Polite and well behaved, good for every day or work, but not attention grabbing or unique. Can't see myself finishing the sample.

Very very fruity at the top, I got strawberries, peaches and a lot of green apple, more so than any floral notes. It's much more girlish than I was expecting from the brand. A touch of magnolia is certainly evident in the heart however, but the fruit really overpowers. It's an extremely strong perfumey scent, which sends my nose straight to the edge of a sneeze, like a supermarket bubble bath. Not one for me I think.

I don't know how i can describe this fragrance..
On me it smells like Always scented pads..they is something about it that turns me off
Positive side it lasts long and strong projection

I got a sample with a recent purchase, and the first spray immediately brought to my mind the perfume Lanvin Me.


Its not identical, but Im sure they share the same base or core chemical ingredient.

I think this is a example of how much distance exist between the poetic description of the olfative piramide and the actual composition.

The perfume it's quite sharp and strong, but gain grace with the time. Definitely for cold and windy days.

It's a kind of treacly scent, slightly plasticky fruit initially, it's quite unnatural smelling especially considering they say 20% essential oils.. but the dry down is great, musky sandalwood with some sweetness.. although this is the nicest plasticky note I've ever smelled, normally it would put me off totally but it's bearable here. The box is nice, the bottle is lovely. Aura White Magnolia is better to begin with, it's not quite as synthetic, but this is better at the end.
Addendum: There's some smokiness in the drydown. :)

Strong attraction at first sight because Pink Magnolia is undoubtedly beautiful. 20% concentration of essential oils makes it last all day with light silage, it means that even the 2ml sample will give you a good idea of the composition.

There is no usual pyramid or development here, what you initially spray is what you get to wear for the whole day and in this case I do not mind as I adore every hour of it:
honeyed magnolia, surrounded by white musc and sandalwood. The musk tickles the nose in the same way as champagne bubbles do and the thoughts float far from the work space and into a very romantic direction. Very feminine, seductive composition.

I've got the full bottle long before my sample ran out, clearly understanding that I need it in my life. The bottle is elegant and playfull: golden brushstrokes in plain sight and light aquamarine color against the light. The cap is of Sycamore wood.
