Emotion Rasasi for women

First I was a bit worried about that this fragrance would be so bright and cheerful which is suitable for young ladies.

But after trying it on my skin, I'm so happy with their blend: tender and clear citrus, fruits mingled with jasmine, and warm musk, vanilla plus sandalwood.

Elegant yet versatile fragrance.

I really enjoy how the fragrance develops on my skin.

This is the fragrance to go with me especially during rainy season and humid summer in Japan.

I smelled this on a woman who was a cashier at a Middle Eastern grocery store. I'd had whiffs of the scent for many years, but was never in a position to interrogate its wearer, except for once - a man at a party had it on. I asked him what it was and he told me it was from the Middle East, that I wouldn't be able to find it here and refused to give me the name (jerk!) So, yesterday, I noticed this on the aforementioned cashier and she was kind enough to give me the info, even looking it up on her phone to show me the bottle.

There's a business here in Chicago called Intense Oud that carries a wide range of fragrances from the Middle East, including many other Rasasi scents. I stopped by today to grab a bottle of Emotion. Excited to finally have my hands on this mystery perfume, I sprayed some on and.. it's not the same one! Or maybe it smells differently on me. A mild disappointment, but I have another couple of Rasasi scents on the way as I continue my search. Their price points are so friendly, it's easy to blind buy.

Self-indulgent backstory aside: Emotion is just OK. Not offensive in the least, just mainstream and slightly cheap-smelling. I haven't worn Clinique Happy in 20+ years, but Emotion is reminiscent with its bright, astringent, artificial floral kick. I don't get musk, vanilla or sandalwood at all, and there's not much time for a drydown as this only lasts about an hour on my skin. It might be nice layered with something more musky or humid - it's very sharp to my nose.

I feel like if we were living in some Handmaid's Tale-esque society, where we all have to dress and groom ourselves the same, whatever standard-issue perfume we all had to wear would smell like Emotion.

I order because of the reviews and because I bought for my partner a fragrance from the same brand Rasasi and I was impressed by the smell and persistence. Is not the case of this fragrance...definitely is not my type of perfume,very weak performance on my skin and I used it for 1 week so I can make an oppinion.Has a pleasent aroma for summer,but is nothing to impress with.
And for me smells like a cheap perfume....sorry for this...maybe I will try another fragrance in the future from this brand or maybe they are just good on producing men perfumes.

I just got this today. It's bright & bubbly. I have racked my brain trying to put my finger on what this smells like. Initial spray is not quite the same, but the drydown is just like Tory Burch Bel Azur. I prefer Tory Burch, but there is also a huge price difference & if you like that one, you will like Emotion. Seems to be lasting on my skin pretty well also. I believe projection throws a few feet, definately a noticed walk by.

Very prominent white flowers on my skin, especially in a sunny windy day like that one today. The citruses are more quiet and gentle.
Very long lasting and pretty safe for the office.

too citrus . It is starting as stingy sour lemon-kiwi juice for 10 min, then the jasmine and the pineapple joins the cocktail after another 10 min the water lily and the Mandarin Orange floats to the top , all the previous notes remains in the background. it settles down to musky Mandarin orange.
moderate silage and longevity.
In general, it is a good fragrance for summer,nothing special about it but it is one of fragrances that smells mysterious when the wind blows.

You know how some perfumes are so yummy they make you feel hungry? This is one of those! Do not be fooled by the price. It smells lovely and is pleasantly long lasting. I remember one of my friends wearing it years ago and ordered a bottle today :)

Strange, but I still cannot understand this fragrance..) On the one hand, I like it 'cause it's not sweet, on the other hand it seems a bit sour, I can hardly distinguish the components... I can definitely say I adore Rasasi's "Instincts", but I doubt if Emotion can ever become my favourite perfume...

I love this. I've been through two bottles already and have it shipped to Australia from the UAE. It's an ozonic floral, so aquatic notes weaving through a soft floral. Very very easy to wear, perfect for work. I love it.

I spotted this at a local Boutique ,I am planning a blind buy it seems my alley (florals with some sublte citruses or fruit) but I wonder about the musk is it overpowering to the florals ??Thanks
Also , I used to have a similar body spray in the 90's with the same name written in this way , I remember I loved it very much So if anyone remembers it it would be very helpful to get the picture right ..:)
Update : tested it today on my skin..Sadly , I am not a fan smells so spicy & musky ...Didn't get any florals.

I used to use this perfume and it still remains one of the best perfumes I have ever tried. Very nice

I gifted this perfume to my girl friend on her birthday and my GOD this is awesome. Whenever she wears it i simply go crazy. It's silage is awesome. it radiates very far and longevity is also very good.

At this price, this perfume will beat many perfumes from reputed perfume houses.

No matter how much of expensive perfumes ive tried i always end up buying 2 bottles of emotion. Ive been using this perfume since 2000 and have never ever failed to get compliments from men and women. My friends loved the smell and have bought it too but they do not tell anyone how much they bought it for. I believe its quality that counts not quantity.

Love this smell and will never stop using it. Women & girls who have nottried it yet please do its a path to positivity.

this perfume is so special for me i really love it alot,it lasts for so long

This starts off as a citrus floral scent. I can really smell the mandarin and orange, more like a freshly cut orange peel mixed with jasmine. Emotion dries down to a floral woody base with gentle sillage.Very longlasting and very cheap at approximately 15USD for 50ml but a little goes a long way.

this is a truly womanly smell. so subtle yet sweet! although i love the initial smell the best, the middle smell is just as alluring and entirely different also a tab bit lighter. adds a bit of sophisticated sweetness to whoever wears it and is also cheap if compared to other perfumes, but its good! its nothing that tingles the nostrils.Gives a warm fuzzy feeling once u smell it. Definitely a good to go for summers
