Bought this for a friend and he let me smell it. To me I don't really get citrus off paper but I do on skin, but that is only for around 15 minutes. After that I just smell somewhat of a juniper/pine like note and I get that until it wears off. I definitely like it alot though, its not like im saying its bad. 8/10.

Awesome explanation well said @garantis28

Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui. This is not an Aventus clone. This is inspired by Aventus. These two fragrances are built in a completely different way.

Aventus is much like a light and airy Tiramisu. It has multiple layers of texture and flavor, with a stable, yet delicate base. Most clones are built like a cheesecake - homogeneous throughout, heavy, thick, and filling. I’m talking nearly all of them: Lattafa CDNIM, Afnan Supremacy Not Only Intense, this Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui,and the list goes on. They may be tiramisu FLAVORED but they are not tiramisu. They are cheesecake pretending to be tiramisu. If you want tiramisu, then cheesecake won’t do, even if it does taste like the former.

Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui is very heavy on the synthetic lemon. I still get that synthetic plasticky ambergris scent similar to CDNIM. It’s not as bad but it’s there. Pour Lui is fairly linear as well. Not as linear as others clones but again it’s a far cry from how delicately layered Aventus is. This one is better than CDNIM, and more true to Aventus than Afnan Supremacy NOI (which is smokier yet higher quality than the Rasasi).

Simply put, none of the “clones” will ever be Aventus.

Now I’m not saying that Aventus is worth the money. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t buy the clones. What I am saying is that if you’re looking for Aventus, the clones will never give you the same experience. This one included.

E.L.2002

Good fragrance. Better than CDNIM for sure, because it's far less synthetic. Possibly better than Aventus which I never liked.

Spray this on textile not on skin. In my experience on skin is very weak, and mostly mossy.
But on textil is like sweat almost bubblegumy, ambroxan and mossy and much stronger. Not bad, but some different take on the aventus DNA.

This stuff Rocks!

Nothing close to Aventus ...... I can only smell ambergris and leather within a minute of application which continues till it fades away in couple of hours!!! Nothing exciting!!! Not a blind buy for sure

I finally got my hands on Rumz Al Rasasi Pour Lui. I am very satisfied so far. I really enjoy that part smokey / part fruity-citrus 🍋 scent. Definitely reminds me of CDNIM EDT. It has that Creed Aventus DNA feel. It performs fairly well. Between 6-7 hours on my skin and great projection. Plus the price is amazing. No complaints my way.I plan to let it sit and macerate for a month or two and see what happens. I will definitely be layering this fragrance with many of my other " Creed Aventus" dupes/clones.👌👍🍋💨

2022 batch decant.
Like my fellow neighbor just under me, better quality than CDNIM edt/edp.
Very smoky, not really fruity, but good and linear.
I prefer Afnan NOI, but this one is closer to Aventus, if that's what you want.

boffin1979

Better quality than Club Di Nuit Intense. I realise it is synthetic, but smells very natural. To me, it smells like fresh, pine needles or pine tree sap. Pineapple is very raw, fresh and provides a supporting sweetness. If this is what Aventus smells like, I’ve hit the jackpot.

alexmare3

this right here smells exactly like Aventus Cologne

PickledVibes

Better than Aventus. Better than CDNIM. Better than Explorer. Better than Supremacy.

Oh, and by 'better' I mean smells nicer, projects further, lasts longer.

Fight me.

stefan2808

Smells really fruity, stingy,it reminds me of something familiar i dont know what. It's a nice fragrance for a blind buy i expected worse.Worth it for the price, i can still smell it after 7 hours of being outside and working out, sillage i can give it like a 7,5/10

Bkwarlord

Was hyped about this love the opening dry to mid gets more peppery n woody reminded me of Mont explorer n a bit of Armaf dry down not bad but wasn’t what I was hoping for.

Wasn’t strong on me

prophetrises

Sweet fruity pineapple, musky woody compliment getter. Somewhere between CDIM and Cedrat Boise. Not at all synthetic, better quality than CDIM but with similar persistence and projection. Sweeter and more pineapple than Cedrat Boise, but very similar quality .l truthfully prefer Rasasi Zebra over both. Can be found for around £30 for 50ml, which I believe to be a fair price for a very great performing, head turning gem.

BASMAJ

Scent profile between Cedrat Boise and Mont Blanc Explorer IMO...

I'm a little disappointed because I blind bought it & by mistake they sent me the wrong one so be careful! .. there are two of them look the same only the number is different... I wanted Rumz Al Rasasi 9453 Pour Lui Rasasi (inspired by Black Afghano) but they sent me Rumz Al Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui Rasasi(this one inspired by Fking Creed AV)... I opened it and used it & can't return it to the local seller... I have to go personally to the store in a different area far from where I live..and it's cheap so I'm keeping it ..its not bad.. I like it! But I already own MB explorer which is very similar to this but performs differently.

MB explorer is a little smoother ..less sharp in the opening.. woodier...TBO I recommend MB Explorer but I really like the balanced sweetness of this one!

The performance of Rasasi Rumz is good... around 2 hours close to average projection & lasts 6 to 8 hours on the skin.

Price: 5o ML 25$

7.5/10 my new fragrance 👉gym..grocery shopping.. walking around the block.. 🤷🏻

Update: ok .. the longevity is 5 to 6 hours ..1 hour average projection hours ... not bad.

Update2: I left this to sit for a couple of months and this has improved and it feels more defined now ! It becomes sweeter more lemony I love it ! 8/10🤍 now I would say this is closer to Cedrat Boise not Mont blanc explorer. I recommend it.

Update 3 : I wore this at 6:00 am the temperature was 8°c very cold windy day and this smelled unbelievably fersh and beautiful! I love it, it's smoky, sweet and fresh ... amazing in cold weather! And it's different from Mont Blanc Explorer ... if you love this DNA there is no harm to own both.

aqua_de_la_vita

I know everyone at some point thought another Aventus clone would appear. To me Aventus is far more lighter with citrus/pineapple notes whereas Rumz Al Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui, has a definite more woodsy/spicy vib coming from cedar and pepper. Yes there's a definite pineapple and citrus notes but it fades quickly.
Both have a slight warm vib from musk and patchouli helps to make it a more comfortable juice to wear during the day or evening. This is almost one of those all year around frag except not for the winter months.
Longevity and Sillage is a monster..very high.
This juice doesn't have that synthetic base, it has a very nice appeal once it settles within 5 minutes you're good to go and enjoy the quality. 8/10

Smells aventus , no smell CDNI

[email protected]

This was pretty good! Doesn't project on my skin as well as some other alternatives but it smells great. You get the sweetness off this in the opening. I layer this with my Aventus from time to time and it smells awesome! Very smooth opening compared to CDIM but doesn't perform as well. A great buy for the money!

MaryaJohnson10

Best of all fragrances that do not fade away even after the shower. This reminds me of CB, CDNI and L’aventure. I agree this one smells more like Aventus but this is truly a deeper, richer, and thicker one. the texture is woody, leathery, and much intense with cedar and birch. The quality of this one is also higher and better than Aventus. There is linearity from beginning to end along with the beastly performance. The longevity is long-lasting and the silage is superb too. the fruitiness and smoothness make it more beautiful along with some of the smokiness. This is more wearable in the winter and fall due to warmth and depths. Incredibly good smell and a pretty good competitor, not a clone of Aventus. This is an all-rounder that may be worn by individuals of any age group, can be worn in any season and at any time of the day. Good for a casual or general occasion. The compliment factor for this is high and this is completely affordable. A must try one!

behemotha

Can't quite get a hold of that pineapple or jasmine, but that may be a good thing in my case. Alcohol hits you really hard initially but goes away in a few. Then comes that favourite bergamot and black pepper. Wears off to patchouli and leather.

Very pleasant and not offensive. Sprayed my neck about 40h ago - can still get patchouli whiffs.

Think this one would be in my top 3 findings for 2022. Finally found a frag that would resemble the smell of my grandma's apartment, and I've been looking for this at least for 15 years.

SupermanEcstacy

If you love Creed Aventus, this should be your go to from now on. Inexpensive, fruity (subtle smokiness) and just all around a wonderful fragrance. It does have longevity issues, but on clothes you will get a solid 8-10 hours. Everyone has their own choice of alternative to Aventus, for me personally this is mine and I'm sticking to it, since CDNIM is just too harsh for my nose.

ulisesheureaux

This is an excellent cologne. Why buy Creed Aventus when you can buy this clone for a fraction of the cost? It's 90-95% similar and its projection and performance is a little better.

Amos Jolthead

I’ve sampled several Rasasi fragrances over time, and I generally think they made great scents. This is no exception. Opening with a spicy and sweet mixture of black pepper, pineapple and citruses, Rumz Al, gave me the impression of a night on the town for the gentleman who’s dressed well and looking to impress. The projection is perfect for getting noticed but is also respectful and doesn’t attempt to smother anyone.

On my skin, the heart of the fragrance was less discernible, but I could easily smell the flowers on paper. After awhile, I could smell the ambergris, cedar and oakmoss but these are all balanced by the flower notes. The citrus and pineapple seemed to last a really long time for me. The end of this rounds off nicely - a sort of salty, earthy mix of ambergris, oakmoss, leather and patchouli. Absolutely gorgeous fragrance and price-tag.

FreddyK

I received this frag today. I was very shocked by how smoky this is. Almost every reviewer said that this is JUST FRUTS NO SMOKE. Citrusy opening and then similar scent to CDNIM at the dry down. Much better quality compared to CDNIM. I wouldn't call this frag a straight CLONE of Aventus. This is inspired by frag - Rasasi's own interpretation of Aventus. Good scent overall but not blown away. Projection is below average and the lasting power is 5-7h

Scotty123

Wanted to see if the youtubers hype on this was real, so I bought a bottle and got it in today. I will say the videos I watched were all lies, because though it seems to last a decent while it’s not strong at all. I have the new 2020 batch so maybe be that’s why it’s not very good? It sits way to close to the skin and the price is extremely overpriced for me to purchase another bottle. However I’m sure y’all are wondering, and yes it smells like Aventus with its own twist, but very close to Aventus. My personal opinion, CDNIM is still the best Aventus clone out there in terms of smell, price, and performance. However my favorite Aventus clone is Dossier Musky Oakmoss, you can’t beat the price for the quality on their products, and the scents are sooo close to the originals! If only their version of Aventus performed better, it would probably be the best Aventus clone out there.

ANKATR

Aventus muadili.

Ismo29

This isn't too smokey at all IMO. It's one of my most complimented fragrances and it lasts for a very long time. It's not overpowering at all either. I've been told that it smells "pleasant" and "airy".

It basically smells like aventus with a more pronounced lemon note.

peh

It is horribly strong. The smell itself is pleasant if smelled from a bit of a distance. It lasts ages. However if you spray yourself with this with more than one spray or spray too close to your face/nose, it will annoy you the whole day even after showering.
I also made the mistake of spraying myself with this on while I was wearing a mask, to this day I get whiffs of it when wearing the mask. Many say this is a fruity clone, others are smokier etc. However to my nose this is not very fruity at all and horribly smoky. Like smelling a campfire someone put out with pineapple juice maybe. Absolutely synthetic as well.
This might be good for some, for me it wasn't. I have sold this.

Hayleysmells26

Will keep this simple
If you can't decide what one to go for out of this and all of the other clones of the the King 🤴 🙌 get this! I have most of the clones and this is the closest, its so much smoother and more refined, has more ppineapple then lemon the best clone to my nose anyways.

Ismo29

I've owned this for a few years now. It's surprisingly long lasting. I had someone comment on this yesterday because they could smell it in my empty office half an hour after I had left. This was 4 hours after I had applied it. I could barely smell it at that point, which I now realize must've been due to olfactory fatigue.

It smells close to aventus with the lemon note being more prominent. It's also quite smokey.

Hasan.fragrancer

Wow what a fragrance amazing, u will smell quality ingredients here i have the 2016 batch and its extremely long lasting, i saw 2018 bat h with friend its weaker than mine

kins666

It`s synthetic. Nothing better than CDNIM. I find the citrus sharp to the nose and less fruity. The citrus stays hat way throughout its life. Projection and longevity is below average. For the price it`s not value for money. Skip it and stick to CDNIM

im.atwork1

Very citrusy opening and stays that way throughout it's life. The quality of the perfume is very rich and top notch.
It is a bit pricey considering we get only 50 ml for around 30 USD.
Longevity and performance are good, but definitely not the best.

Su8072

Interesting.

I got this today and was looking forward to this apparent aventus on steroids.

Smells to me better in the opening than cdnim but doesn't project as much and is more if a skin scent which in my opinion lasts longer but you have to basically have your nose on to smell.

The recent 2019 batches of cdnim are garbage so i go this as an alternative and I'm honestly not that impressed. It's ok. It's winter where I live at the minute so maybe it would be better for summer.

If you over spray this it has a smell similar to raid insect repellent.

I like the smell but my honest feeling is that by now the amount of aventus clones ive gone through I could of just bought aventus 😂

It's ok for what it is. If you want this kind of thing just try an find an old batch of cdnim which were bomber.

Emgamo

Citrus Opening & then evolving into aventusish.
Not so close on Aventus as Mont Blanc Explorer..But more heavier Scent in a good manner! I consider the longevity to be moderate.

And so on.., amazing scent

TonyAKAMrClean

* Still has a harsh opening, like the opening of vintage CDNIM.
* Does smell higher quality after it settles, but at a price, OVER TWICE that of CDNIM, and the projection is lower/closer to skin and it doesn't last as long either.
* It is 90% alcohol by volume, which is not an Eau de Parfum concentration. I think it would project great at a higher concentration...

My bottle was produced in July 2019, so it's possible that performance could increase, however I doubt that would be the case after seeing others complain as well. This scent has a lot of potential as a clone of vintage Aventus, but I think it needs some tweaking. Your mileage may vary though, depending on which aspects of Aventus you like. Again, this does smell high quality, as it should at its price point.

MacGuffin

This scent has a very strong lemon-citrus bomb opening and with zesty citrus drydown like Armaf CDNIM, but less synthetic than CDNIM. Longevity is weak though and it is pricey than CDNIM, it's 99.75 Dirhams for 50ml. It can also burn your sensitive skin but CDNIM is also the same. I like this scent but there are better Aventus variants than this one like Al Maknoon, CDNIM, and Vibrant Leather by Zara in terms of purchase value.

I live in Dubai and after seeing a 'YouTube review' of this went to the mall to the Rasasi counter to test it out. Two sprays on my wrist and I went for a walk around the mall. A citrusy opening that lasts for about 10 minutes before the smokiness begins. In about an hour I was struggling to smell this even on my skin. I was completely shocked. So I made a second trip just in case it was a case of nose blindness. Same result, this is extremely weak and a huge disappointment.

CDNI is a much much better and stronger.I was also Introduced to Esencia pour Homme Eau de Parfum Loewe for men which is a 125 usd clone of Aventus which was quite ok.

alfrued

I have two bottles from 2014, the original formula
The presentation quality & design are similar to diptyque bottles, but rumz is more slimmer and square shape.
The scent: I cannot detect any pineapple in the opening, the lime is prominent, also opening is very smokey, the pineapple & fruits start to shine after 30 minutes, 2 hours later I cannot detect it on my skin, but still smell it on shirt that I sprayed on.
By the way; I’ve tried various clones to Aventus, this is the closest in the dry down, also not give you the synthetic feel you get from other rivals.

And I noticed a very strange thing, the vol written on the box is 90 while it is EDP, and I believe that any decent EDP should have more than 12 percent essential oil then other ingredients...

I can only compare it to Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man since I've got 2 bottles of that. Personally I prefer cdnim because it's more smokey and smells in the air better (but not directly off skin).

This is very fresh, more fruity and also kinda different than cdnim. Pour lui reminds me of Acqua di Gio, although more closely resembles Aventus.

I would recommend purchasing armaf but not sure about 2019 batches. I know for a fact that 2018 are very good even though at that time they were said to be worse than previously, same as what's happening with most latest batches. The only reason I've purchased Pour Lui is because it's under 100ml so I can take it to an airplane.

gpaul2019

great smell, really fruity opening. lasts a long time, get a lot of compliments with this. would recommend getting this, i will defo be buying more

Munnou Bhai

I've Nov 2018 batch (made in Oman) . Unfortunately it didn't work for me as per it's hype. Can't say about it's projection. But it stays on my clothes max for 3/4 hours. On the other hand, I got best performance of other Rasasi's perfumes. Moreover, I'm lover of Rasasi house!

Don't know it's Olfactory fatigue specifically with this perfume (as @ Vapor Trail commented) or it has really bad performance

Munnou Bhai

ad_scott & Vapor trail

Longevity lasts for how many hours & Sillage..??

Munnou Bhai

Vapor Trail & ad_scot
How is the longevity??

ad_scott

A nice fragrance. Fresh pineapple and lime at the opening which settles down to a mix of cedarwood, fir and lemon. I wish it had more longevity and sillage but overall it is very good for the price.

Vapor Trail

Cutting right to the chase here: this is the best Aventus clone I've tried.

Granted, I've only tried a few - Armaf CDNI Man, Insurrection II Pure, and this - but Rasasi's "Zebra" offering beats out those other two pretty comfortably, in my experience. It's less synthetic smelling than CDNIM (though perhaps with less of the smoky accord) and a far better performer than Pure.

In fact, the only downside has nothing to do with the fragrance itself: it's only available in 50 ml helpings. Rasasi fragrances can be a nuisance to find for US buyers like myself, so I wish this one came in 100 ml bottles.

It's still worth it though. Performance is such that you're only going to need 2-3 sprays (though as previous comments say, olfactory fatigue happens easily with this fragrance). A great take on Aventus from Rasasi.

SocialAssassin

Don't like the opening all that much. There's just too much going on with the lime, plum, and pineapple. The dry down, however, is lovely. Woodsy and smokey, indeed reminiscent of Aventus.

MyCoh_JayRo

The reviewers on YouTube are lying. This turns into a skin scent in 2 hours. It's not beastmode AT ALL.

craftsvision

Don't know what is all the fuss about, it's skin scent after 30 minutes. All these reviewers here or YouTube, seriously? Not worthy at all for it's price for a 50ml bottle. Highly disappointed.

I get a musky fruity sweet scent
Projects moderately first 30 minutes soft sillage first 1 hour to a skin scent which lasts 5 to 7hours

Falkenhayn

This is the best Aventus clone for me, even though it's a bit more expensive, you'll notice the higher quality instantly. L'Aventure and CDNI both have a harsh opening, but not this one, it smells awesome from beginning to the end. The performance is amazing too.

What I like most abouth this "clone" is that it smells fruitier and kind of smoother than the other clones. If you don't like the smokiness in some batches of Aventus than this is definitly the best alternative.

PS: Concerning the other guys telling us about the bad performance, it's olfactory fatigue. This happens to all fragrances with the Aventus vibe, so you should just ask another person and they will tell you how strong it performs even after three hours. I agree that you don't smell it yourself because of this after a while though.

tobassam

Has a cloying note. If this is an Aventus clone I can tell you CDNI is miles ahead, it's a pleasant smell at least.

Vostok308

Batch: R3003865/F1059912. July 2017.
I thought L'aventure and CDNI were good Aventus clones but they pale next to this.
One of only a very few of my fragrances that remain slightly after a good shower.
Performance is absolutely phenomenal.

Scent: 7/10
I have never smelled aventus so i can't tell if there's any resemblance like people mention here.
The scent starts with a powerful citrus blast (lemon, lime and orange to my nose) and then it transitions to pineapple and birch. It is generally more pleasant after the 10 minute mark.If you overspray this smells like insect repellant,so don't overspray!

Sillage: 10/10
Wow,the projection of this thing is insane! i got olfactory fatigue soon after i applied 2 sprays but my friend commented on how he could smell me from 2m away an hour later so don't overspray!! one spray is enough for an office setting and two sprays are more than enough for a night out!

Duration: 8/10
The duration is pretty long,as is typical with most rasasi EDPs.

total:3.9/5

Worth buying but may not be suitable for everyone.I believe this is most appropriate for a warm social setting like a wedding,an engagement,a baptism or something similar.I would not use this in the office as its very heavy and it can become overpowering.I would also not use this in a date as there are better options.

MisterNassty

If you live the DNA of Aventus you will like rasasi 9325 pour lui. Its not exactly aventus but its pretty darn close. For a collector of fragrances like myself you can tell a difference when you're nose to scent, but in the scent bubble around you its almost impossible to tell the difference. On my skin this stuff has amazing performance, on hot & humid days this stuff still lasted 6+ hours sweating outside. Inside or on cool days it is a beast of a performer, i get a good 8 hours of scent. Its more on the fruity side rather than smokey for sure, for the price it would be stupid not to try. This is my first rasasi fragrance and it will NOT be my last.

e.yilmaz29

First impression: For me it is very similar to aqua di gio, especially in the beginning..... 2 weeks after I purchased rasasi I smelled Aventus andere immediately rasasi pour lui zebra came through my head. So it is very very similar. But the smokeyness of the aventus is far better.

CB23

The people claiming Smokey are either only smelling the top notes on a tester strip or have a smokey batch if that’s even a thing with Rasasi. I haven’t noticed any batch issues personally and this one is a fruity Aventus-ish scent, better than CDNI Man

aenache

That lemony note has been hunting me from the early beginning until the drydown. It's just there and you can not ignore it. Too proeminent, too much lime and lemon. For me it's a no. Sorry.
Update 2019...recent batches have only 2 hours longevity and are still way too lemony.

stickaforkinit

smoke logs with lime, I dont get the sweet juicey fruits nor pleasant woody smoke of aventus. Its OK better than CDNI but behind L'aventure in terms of closeness to aventus. ADAMS also smells closer to aventus when I use it as a room spray.

If you prefer dark smokey take on aventus it might suit you, for closeness L'aventure or ADAMS (depends on how it smells off your own skin), if you want a sweeter(lots fruit low smoke) take on aventus, try perfumers choice no 9.

None of the clones really give a close rendition to quality of aventus, except maybe L'aventure (at times), so save your money and get some the real deal.

I havnt tried parfum vintage, customer service is awful, put in an order takes months no response had to ask for a refund via paypal.

edit: I forgot to mention avenue, which is smokey lemon, if you like like 9325 then might like that

Bambus

At the moment I have Aventus on my left arm and Zebra on my right arm. The main difference is the most definitely the lime. From the opening to the drydown, the lime in Zebra is the most prominent note in comparison to Aventus.

Can you tell them apart? When they are side by side, for sure. Otherwise I would say you have to be very familiar with Aventus to be able to tell.

Zebra itself smells amazing. I love the lime note. It's like if you take Aventus, remove a tiny bit of sweetness and add a tiny bit of bitterness. I think people are missinterpreting this part a lot, as for example "Yes, the pineapple here is not Aventus' ripe sweet and juicy dark yellow pineapple, but rather sour, pale yellow one, that was picked way too early." - No, no, no. That's the lime, not an unripe pineapple, my dear sir! That's what makes Zebra different from Aventus.

In my opinion, you can definitely call Zebra a tad manlier version of Aventus (that does not mean I consider Aventus feminine). So which one is better? That's up to you. It is absolutely unfair to call Zebra "a poor Aventus counsin. Just no. Performance is roughly the same. The notion that CDNI lasts three times longer, as I see here in one of the reviews, is simply laughable. When it comes to compliments, I assume Aventus would hold a slight edge due to that smoky and fruity yumminess, Zebra feels more serious.

Also please not that Zebra is not exactly a cheapie. It is not an expensive fragrance, but we are still looking at slightly under 70 euros per 100 ml (the bottle is 50ml). In France you can get 100 ml bottle of Aventus for 194 euros. Just be aware of that. Also! CDNI is no longer the cheaper alternative, at least not in Europe. E.g. Notino ramped up the price to 68 euros, I checked France, Germany and Spain, £63.00 for the UK (5th of April, 2018).

@boart67 Looks like you tried Rumz Al Rasasi (9453) the one with a leopard logo

If you are looking at this fragrance here, it is probably because you saw it is close to Creed Aventus.
I'm going to make it short, clear and simple:
This is a very very good Aventus clone.
Nothing else to say about it.

Just got Rumz Al Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui today and initial review after 3 sprays to my entire forearm - it has been around 30 minutes and I'm sniffing every minute.

First of all I am confused about this. There are positives and negatives and can't decide the overall score.

Opening: Lemon-Lime-Bitter pineapple, lemon-lime-bitter pineapple. Thank god I love lemon, lime and alike citrus scents, so I was very happy with it. I don't care if it's similar to Aventus or not at this point, the scent on its own is very refreshing and crisp.

Midnotes: I liked how one reviewer below described the pineapple note in this one as "sour", "pale yellow" and "picked up early". It is so true, you don't get sweet pineapple so it was a bit hard to notice with lemon-lime. Here I get similarities to Aventus, but if you ask me, this can only be a relative to Aventus and definetely not a clone.

Drydown: I'm still waiting but I don't expect miracles after this point. The scent is already very close to skin, and I still get the lemon as primary actor and slight hints of cedar, musk and ambergis. I do not get any leather at all as described in shown notes.

Performance seems to be lower than expected. I wasn't looking for a performer but this looks like it will stay light in the entire cycle.

Compared to Club de Nuit Intense, there's no competition that CDNI is maybe 3 times well performing than this one and for those looking for a clone, CDNI is the closest one.

As a light lemony fresh scent I liked Rumz Al Rasasi 9325 Pour Lui however for the 30 euros price for 50ml bottle did not make a good deal for me.

I like the lemon usage in Rasasi fragrances, and this one is one of them. However again if you are digging Aventus, maybe this one should not be on the top of your list.

I have got many compliments from my female co-workers whenever I use this... I use this layering with an oil perfume(from Rasasi I don't know the exact name) which is a bit leathery.. the outcome is excellent.. this is one of the most recommended perfumes and price is affordable too... give a try you will never regret what you got.

NeverBeBeat

While it is an Aventus clone, I don't have any of the described fruity notes in the top in my bottle. After coming here to look at the notes, I'd have to say that i'm surprised that there are any fruits mentioned at all. My bottle is mostly black pepper and everything you see in the base notes.

What else to say about this? The fragrance isnt as overbearing as Aventus can be, it goes well when layered with Al Yuqawam/Tuscan Leather, and doesn't smell synthetic, like most Aventus clones do.

I own this one, club nuit intense as well as Creed Aventus.

In my opinion, although this has much smoother and nicer opening compared to the harsh start of club nuit, it still very lemony and not as fruity as Aventus and it doesn't have the magical drydown of both club nuit and aventus. it is like a half-way clone.

Even longevity and Projection, it lasts fairly on skin but doesn't hold 3 hours on clothes.

I recommend club nuit intense for the scent, performance and the price.

best aventus clone hands down....performance is easily three times more than current aventus...i love aventus a lot in winter...but this baby will perform all year round...best 42 USD you can spend for a niche quality juice....thank you rasasi...i love your house

1) Presentation
I will keep this short. It's nothing special. Really. Design may even be a bit dated, but the quality is good so I kind of like it.
7/10

2) Performance
First something about the longevity. On me I get a minimum of 6-7 hours longevity from this fragrance. As for the projection I would say you get 2 hours definitely above average projection. After that of course projection is weaker but I would still say borderline between average and slightly above average. People will still notice you. Of course number of sprays will vary from person to person but my experience is for warmer weather go for 2-3 sprays. This will get the job done. Little remark: I get olfactory fatigue from this fragrance pretty fast. Only noticing it from moment to moment but I asked people and they said they can smell the fragrance.
9/10

3) Smell
Short story at the beginning. The first day I wore it I was walking around in my city (and yeah that's maybe my subjective perception but I had people turning their head when walking by and no I think it was not because of something negative). I got confirmed in that later on because I went to my hair stylist and after getting my hair done a female customer and the 3 female hair stylists complimented me like crazy and asked what I was wearing ("You smell so manly" / "Wow this smell is incredible" / "The whole room where I washed your hair smelled like this and it's amazing"). I then asked what it smells like because I was very curious which notes they got from it. Well they were no experts but they all said fruity but not in a sweet cloying way, a tad bit fresh and a tart manly woodiness. Pretty good description in my opininion. Opening you get slightly harsh notes of the citrus fruits and a bit less of pineapple. Later it's pretty much a very musky/ambery/woody scent with hints of fruitiness, a bit oakmoss and leather going on in the background. Yeah it's very similar to aventus but I think it has its own place in the fragrance world. Extremely safe blind-buy imo. Try it out.
10/10

4) Versatility
Very good allrounder. Can be worn by every age. Maybe for teenagers only if it's a more mature and masculine teenager. You can wear this every season even though I don't wear it in the winter time. This is a scent you can wear day time and night time. Pretty much wearable for any occasion, may it be casual or formal. "Outfit-versatility" (many don't consider this but I think it's important). It's a bit more of a classy scent but I mentioned you can wear it casual and also formal. The issue is that it depends on what is casual for you. If it's "casual chic" and timeless fashion go for it. If you wear skinny jeans, yeezys and oversized shirts for example (not an expert for that kind of fashion) I would say this scent won't fit you.
9/10

5) Overall Conclusion
Get it. It's nice, compliment factor is high and it's super affordable. I think I paid about 30€ for 50ml and it's an edp concentration by the way. With that being said I give it an overall 9/10

EDIT: I was not using this fragrance for a while now. Just „re-smelled“ it after using Aventus for a period of time. I find it still to be a similar scent, but my main problem is the prominent leather note which I get out of this. Today I would not rate it that good, even though it is a good fragrance. I would say not 100% blind buy, but if you love/like the Aventus vibe this will probably be a fragrance you could blind buy. If you want a very close clone to Aventus I would say there are other fragrances that are more fitting.

Vaporized

Surprisingly the one i purchased has quite unsatisfactory performance. It barely gets past the two hour mark for me, although as members have said, it has the Creed Aventus vibe.
After a bad experience with Rumz Al Rasasi Zebra i had to spring for the actual Aventus clone; Armaf CDNI :P

GodKing

During the Spring I received Rasasi Rumz Al Rasasi Zebra Pour Lui (aka Rumz Al Rasasi 9325 - Pour Lui), Rasasi Rumz Al Rasasi Crocodile Pour Lui (aka Rumz Al Rasasi 9459 - Pour Lui) and Rasasi Rumz Al Rasasi Leo Pour Lui (aka Rumz Al Rasasi 9453 - Pour Lui). All were quite good copies of other popular fragrances.

Zebra is one of the better Creed Aventus clones (fruity batch) I have tried but, like all of them, it has not managed to duplicate those Aventus burnt-pineapple and smokey-birch accords that make is so special. Still, it is quite good and performance is also stellar in that it lasts 7-8 hours on my skin and projects slightly above average.

I almost forgot to mention...the bottles are kinda tacky and kinda cool at the same time. Well worth the asking price.

JonesyBrum

My budget won't allow me to purchase Aventus .. so imagine my joy when I discovered this ! I asked the sales assistant in my local Selfridges what she thought I was wearing & she immediately said 'Aventus' .. Say no more ! I also own CDN, which is pretty good too, but quite simply, this has a more palatable (closer to CA in my opinion) opening & lasts longer, on my skin at any rate, than CDN. Prob works out a little more expensive than CDN as it's only available as a 50ml bottle, but hey, look on the bright side .. it's easier & lighter to carry around in your 'man-bag' !

Black Russian

No doubt it is a cousin of Aventus! The poor skinny bitter cousin. But it is not necessarily bad thing.
Yes, the pineapple here is not Aventus' ripe sweet and juicy dark yellow pineapple, but rather sour, pale yellow one, that was picked way too early. Yes it missing completely blackcurrant and birch (which I believe actually birch bark, not wood itself), so it isn't as opulent as Aventus or has it sweetness. However, it makes Rasasi offering tad bitter, fresher and leaner version - better suitable for hot Summer days.
I think it is very likable scent, full bottle worthy and safe blind buy. Not as many people will love it as Aventus, but also less people would dislike it.
Performance is about same as Aventus - borderline between moderate and longlasting/heavy.

Finally fragrantica ... i tried 4 clones of aventus

Al Dur Al Maknoon Silver Lattafa ... a good clone for the fruity batch of aventus but lack preformance

Supremacy Silver Afnan ... good one

Insurrection II Pure Reyane Tradition ... weak preformance

and rasasi 9325 Pour Lui ... i think its the best in term of performence

Plantus

I've smelled this fragrance first time in the same day I've finally smelled Aventus. I was amazed how close is this one to the original.

Yes, is more citrusy in the opening, and the pineapple note is not as bright and sweet, but for the price this is a very good alternative.

The performances are about the same too!

I still prefer Vibrant Leather over it, but this work a lot more better as a evening fragrance because the extra performances.

Houdini4

So....fragrantica finally got to listing this one, no sorry I shouldn't be moaning they've responded pretty quickly it's only been FOUR YEARS!

Anyway, I wrote a review at the time which I tried to spread via the forums, I can't remember exactly what I said but it was likely...."This smells a lot like Aventus." and it's true it does but when I first smelled it, either I'd forgotten what Aventus was like and didn't make the connection or I had some degree of nasal fatigue that day. The point is I liked it enough to purchase and it was only upon arriving home that I began to get the Creed connection. Since then we've had many reviews and people discovering this scent as an Aventus clone or alternative but in truth batches of Aventus seem to be so variable the dopplegangers evoke many different qualities from many different batches.
This one I'd say is a very rich, deep and thicker incarnation of this 'genre' for want of better terms. One of the other Rumz (the one with the cheetah on) reminds me a lot of Black Afgano and this even has more of that deep leathery, woody texture, with pretty intense birch and cedar. This is not to say that 9325 isn't musky or pineapply because it has that going for it too.
It's weird because although very similar and cheaper than Aventus I still own and enjoy both because it is mildly different enough to do so. For those who just want a good clone at a cheap price this is a must have. I'm definitely not one of those people who is bitter because they bought Aventus at full price and desperately defend it at all costs when people even mention clones they like better. It's all personal preference, and I enjoy this but genuinely prefer my bottle of Aventus. I can't even give a decent explanation as to why? I just prefer the smell. If If my arm was twisted I'd say this feels a bit heavier and clunkier than the Creed which can be cloying and annoying but when Applied sparingly is heavenly stuff, I'm just not as passionate about this one.
So performance wise this is superb as you'd expect and 100% worth adding to your wardrobe...Simple.
