I was hoping it was similar to trussardi sound of Donna, but it's not that. It's indeed GG from Carolina Herrera. It opens with fresh apple scent for me. Very nice in general.

Zana1970

I hope they never discontinue this beastly perfume..i got sound of donna and i smelled GG, to me they don't smell nothing at all with RMCouture, it is simillar to Abercrombie authentiek nights (much softer!), but this one is a beast, and I love it!
On me it is a fresh pear with orange blossem a little bit powdery, just a scrach from the heliotrope and a warm sandelwood..one of my best blindbuys..but I love Anne Fillipo creations!

swedishmilk15

Smells like LVEB intensement without the patchouli. I really like it!

morphoevgenia

I have a personal story with this perfume. So, it is priceless to me and I don’t think I ever get rid of my bottle. Tho, it is been 5 years since purchase, and it is turning. Mademoiselle Rochas Couture smelled like a cherry pit liquor, but now it`s got the skunky note of rancid almond. Or was it always there? I do not remember it before.

I got Sound of Donna Trussardi not long time ago and can confirm that it is very similar with Mademoiselle Rochas Couture. Rochas is definitely boozy and bold, but the opening is just identical. It also reminds me of Girls Can Do Anything by Z&V or Jimmy Choo Fever, the same rich syrupy tonka, but I don’t find it similar with Good Girl.

Barbarossa

Have it for a year. Liked it from the beginning. But at the beginning I enjoyed only the dry down, the opening was to strange for me and not well blended.
After that I let it sit for some time the opening became much better as well. It’s more berry (somehow) and the tonka very noticeable from the beginning. The dry down is the same. This gorgeous creamy vanilla and tonka 😍😍😍
In the same category of scents as alive and good girl (in the opening, the dry down is another category), but much better.

Erinlu

I felt this perfume strange at first, it was winter. I left it forgotten for a bit until almost summer and now I find it adorable. At the beginning I can feel the bergamot and pear and at the end the sweet tonka bean. I love it !

LadyMuck

This is a strange fragrance and not easy to define.

It opens with a blast of strong notes and those top notes kind of collide and don't agree with one another.

The mid notes also are not all together flattering and seem to conflict and become rather bitter.

BUT as soon as the dry down takes place and on me it took an hour or more then the fragrance suddenly transforms into a lovely sexy woody feminine fragrance that stays on the skin for hours and even can be smelt the next morning.

The combination of sandalwood, musk and tonka bean join forces with the pear and orange blossom and create a very beautiful fragrance.

I get no likeness to any of the fragrances people compare it to though.

This is my second review of this perfume and I can truly say this is a love/hate perfume based on the most forward note I get on initial spray. If the first note I get is Tonka Bean it is a scrubber! If the first note I get is Vanilla it is heavenly and addictive. I honestly don't think there's an in-between with this perfume.

siynaloa

Very sexy and feminine, the colore and shape of the bottle are gorgeous 🔥
It’s so well blended for me the proéminente smell is the tonka been and orange blossom it give that round smell to this fragrance

Kouka97

Blind buy but i love it

PlanetGrl

I keep wondering what that aromatic accord is…the pink pepper and bergamot together? It’s an almost minty smell, like the pith of a citrus fruit. Then it’s sweet, a bit nutty from the tonka bean, this is unusual but I quite like it. It lasts pretty well for such an affordable one. I’m finding it harder and harder to find scents without patchouli in it. I didn’t like GG and don’t find this similar at all.

libraprincessxo

Update: sprayed this again today because I just didn't accept how bad this smelled on me last night and I have some news. The dry down is still terrible, that medicinal and chemical metallic scent is still there and is all I get after this perfume has settled on the skin, the top notes vanish so quickly I didn't get any pear, bergamot or pink pepper at all once again. The tonka bean + musk combination in this perfume will literally get you smelling dirty and like expired medicine/candy. Still upset because I had the same problem with Good Girl and thought I had found a dupe that works on my skin with this one.

libraprincessxo

So. First time I smelled this on the store I immediately fell in love, it reminded me of Good Girl but even better so I didn't think twice before picking it up. Used it first time to go out at night and I loved it, didn't smell perfume-y at all and seated very well on my skin. Then it happened... after some weeks without using it, I chose to wear it today on NYE and turns out it was the worst decision. I don't know what went wrong, if it's my skin chemistry or something else but it smells terrible to me. The scent is straight up like expired medicine now. Pungent, metallic and sweet but in the worst way. The first spray didn't smell as good as before but the opening wasn't near as bad as the body. God, it truly smells like dirt, medicine and expired candy all at the same time. I was horrified because I wasn't expecting this at all! I'll definitely be gifting my bottle and washing my entire body before I step out the house cus ain't no way I'm starting 2023 smelling like expired cough medicine

oenomel

Opens with a weird fruity floral vanilla, then dries down to straight up vanilla (Solinotes Vanilla or cooking vanilla extract). Might be good for layering.

Edit: Moving from like to love after I let it rest for a week. I love the fruity boozy vanilla, very Good Girl-vibes!

Hypatia.G

Okay, I can't relate to those who see this perfume similar to CH Good Girl, all I can smell is Diesel Loverdose. The base smells exactly the same in both perfumes although the ingredients are not the same. I have both fragrances, and I can't tell the difference between them after 30 minutes of spraying them. Also, I tested them on others and they seem to agree with me.

Barbarossa

My third blind buy. Took me time to understand it and start to liking it. At the beginning I was serious about giving it away, but after few times I start liking it more and more. The dry down is strong side of this perfume - its smell is very round and not straight to the face, sweet and soft with vanilla and tonka, I get some nuttiness as well (but it’s probably just me, or the composition itself gives me this vibe). Overall great cozy perfume for cold days!!! Probably the coziest that I have in my collection so far.

Edit: now it’s one of my faves! I just can’t get enough of this creamy (vanilla and tonka is soooo soft here) dry down!!! Such a smooth and gentle scent that lasts!!!!

The dry down is straight up vanilla cream with berries. Just perfect!

Heliga

4.5 stars. This is basically Good Girl with more mintiness and tonka. I really like Good Girl, but I can't stand the bottle, and this was a good price. I also have the GG dupe from La Rive, "Miss Dream", and it's slightly closer to Good Girl, but Rochas has a higher quality feel to it (especially the dry down and the bottle). The top notes wear off pretty quickly, but the leftovers stay on pretty well and smell great.

XtineX

I bought this because of Soki London's recommendation and it's a great purchase.

Firstly, the bottle is soooo beautiful! I even bought the set, which has the 50 ml bottle. It's very affordable too. Secondly, it smells great, dominantly tonka bean. It's surprising not seeing a vanilla note here because I can definitely smell vanilla but not overwhelmingly so. It lasts pretty well too. A definite nighttime or romantic event scent since it's quite sweet and creamy.

I was curious when I saw here that many people find it similar to Good Girl. I've bought both and I can definitely confirm that they smell very similar. Exception are, Good Girl has almond and chocolate notes and has stronger projection. But since Mademoiselle Rochas Couture is almost 3x cheaper, you can just spray more.

This is a definite must-buy! People should talk about this more.

rita.novik

The opening is better than the body of the perfume.
It is well blended and creamy rounded, but it is not light, airy or sexy.
The body is dirty, animalic and medicinal. I hate it on others. Big NO for me.
Longevity is decent.

Babyniks

I’m on the fence about this perfume. Because I hate the top note it smells very very medicinal to me. Pear? Pink pepper? Bergamot?? Really??? I do not get any of that. To me it opens like a red fruit cherry or some kind of berry with powder. But not in a juicy or fresh or delicious way. It’s a medicinal red fruit. And that goes on for quite a while.

As it dries down it gets powdery and sweet. Not sugary or honey type of sweetness but powdered sugar type. And the medicinal part dries out slowly.. at this point I would describe it as powdery dusty slightly floral slightly sweet. Very Parisienne vintage-vibes kind of scent. And I like this part as well.

THEN the magic happens when all of the medicinal note is gone, maybe two hours later, what is left is the most delicious beautiful powdery berry vanillic scent ever!!! I’m so so so in love with this dry down! It smells like the dessert called Zefir. Berry marshmallow goodness! The longevity of this perfume is very impressive. The dry down lasts very long and the sillage remains moderate till the very end. Sooo.. I’m really torn about this one. I half hate it and half love it.

ScentBliss555

This was my first blind buy based on notes and description. The notes sounded like me and it is! Before kids and before sticking to the rules, I was going against the grain and making bold statements. It is fun and effervescent. It's definitely not an every day scent but I find it to be a great confidence booster!
For measure, I find both OG Good Girl and Hypnotic Poison's openings headache- inducing! All three seem like the kind of fragrances that want to achieve the same thing. I just happen to think Mademoiselle Couture does it with a little more constraint.

Blind bought this about a month ago. Since then I've met her big sister, L'interdit Rouge, and understand it's not for everyone.

The bottle leaves more to be desired but the fragrance is worth the purchase.

zr.fragrantica

A little headache inducing for me

Florind

Top - divine
Middle - femme fatale type sweetness, just like the bottle colour
Base - animalic, very dirty / nutty & deep pink sweet

I adore the top note so much that I tried this 3 times at 3 different stores to find out the base note smells rotten in 3 different ways.

edit
;4th time. I got it as a present. It smells so sexy, chic and pleasantly sweet till the end.
5th timr. I bought big second bottle.

lysithea

I get the Good Girl vibes from this beauty. Although coffee note is not listed somehow I get coffee smell. It could easily have been a Black Opium flanker.

Devinerz

This scent to me is like the big sister to Britney Spears Fantasy. It has all the musky soft sweetness of that but with a unique complexity all of its own that sets it apart.

It opens with an effervescent cherry note but soon transforms into a more relaxed clean soapy vibe, meaning that even though it is warmer scent it doesn't feel oppressive in warm weather.

The bottle has a vintage vibe which I love. I think this is a perfect gift option as I can't imagine anyone disliking it.,

Cicc

Marzipan, cherry, vanilla, shampoo, amaretto, lipstick -these are what I get and it's strange, compared to other reviews. The drydown is quite similar to Hypnotic Poison's but more synthetic and less sweet. It has a unique vibe, I love it.

Edemay

Manifesto meets Good Girl :)
This is more so like good girl minus the masculine vibe.
Its more powdery and soft like a warm hug
I do also get a play dough smell and get a hint of pepper

Edit: Im selling my good girl and buying this instead!

LisaLovesPerfume

Cherry is the note that I detect, even though it is not listed. It is similar to Trussardi Sound of Donna...but slightly sweeter. Gorgeous bottle and a very pleasant olfactory experience.

epona1705

Nice, but similar to Hypnotic Poison but sweeter, less "playdoe" and no almond. To me, it's like Wanted Girl meets Hypnotic Poison All in all a very nice nighttime fragrance

Nymph_peach

I do not know much about perfumes, but im testing out various perfumes. In the range of my perfume experience, this perfume smells kinda like la petite robe noire by guerlin. but this one is less cherry-ish, more tonka bean, and less heavy. I guess thats what i like about it. i liked the guerlin one and i always wanted something like that but not that heavy but deep and kinda coconut-like hug warmth. This one is not very like coconut, but it has that lasting musky tonka base. it can smell a little like medical patch time to time tho. But overall, it starts kinda juicy not to heavy and something reminds me of that cherryness. feminine not that young and kinda reminds me of color purple or ultrapurple just like the bottle. kinda spiritual(?) and sensual at the same time.

maria1106

I LOVE every single creation from the house of Rochas (as i LOVE Gres). And eventhough the company has changed hands i believe, still their perfumes are among the best, in my opinion.
Mademoiselle Rochas Couture is a perfume that is modern -elegant- floral scent in the middle and dries down to a warm-sweet-sensual vibe.
Modern -as i said- but sophisticated scent with excellent lasting power !!!
I'm glad that there are perfumes on the market out of the ordinary that most people know, and Perfume Houses who maintain their good history and name.
Love it..

dglightblue

Playdough, nutty, tonka type warm and sweet.

Kors wanderlust sensual similar??
Rounded and clean type of sweet, its semi rich, it retains a sort of clean though not a freshie

Alinany

Only Anne Flipo creation that doesnt leave me with terrible aching headaches. Glad to see no raspberry in this one!
It is light, airy, uplifting scent. It makes me happy when I wear it. Moderate longevity, i get around 4-5 hours on my skin with the arm length sillage for the first couple hours.
I get mostly heliotrope and tonka on my skin. Good price, super cute Elegant bottle ( i’ll take it over bulky Juicy Coutures)

It is hard to dislike in my opinion. Give it a few shots, you’ll love it!

The perfume Mademoiselle Rochas was launched in the year 2017, in concentration Eau de Parfum, and was created as a tribute to the perfume Madame Rochas (1960). In 2018, the first flanker, in Eau de Toilette concentration, hit the stores. In February 2019, another version was launched and brought, once again, the perfumer Anne Flipo, together with Juliette Karagueuzoglou, to give life to the new fragrance of Mademoiselle Rochas Couture.

This time, the inspiration was Parisian Haute Couture, in which Maison Rochas is inserted. And to convey the whole refinement of this concept, the bottled gained a new look, now with a voluminous black grosgrain bow, which is also printed on the box. The design remains the same but has gained a plum-colored paint and silver finishings.

Mademoiselle Rochas Couture brings, in its composition, a fruity and radiant output with notes of pear, pink pepper, and bergamot. It is the beginning of a fashion show and the first model enters the catwalk, leaving a juicy and inviting trail.

In the body of the fragrance are the notes of orange blossom, lily of the valley, and heliotrope, representing the middle of the show, when there must be cohesion between what has passed and what is to come in the collection. An addictive content of vanilla takes over the environment and a spicy and challenging facet emerges. The fragrance then becomes sweeter and more sensual.

The last model steps on the catwalk and closes the show. As the audience applauds, a woody trail arises and reveals the creamy notes of sandalwood, tonka bean absolute, and white musk. Mademoiselle Rochas Couture will accompany the entire team for a long time, from there straight to the After Party, where relaxation gains space, but sophistication is never left aside.

For me, this flanker does not carry the same versatility as the EDT version, but it is not exclusively nocturnal. I just don't recommend it for warmer days or stuffy places, as it can be uncomfortable. This fragrance has a high projection and excellent durability.

With Mademoiselle Rochas Couture, adjectives like “chic, glamour, sophistiqué, élégant and irresistible” will be part of your routine, even if you don't speak the French language.

olga.bondarenko.777

When you want something light, airy, creamy vanilla but a bit spicy - not like itching your nose, rather yummy berry- nutty liquer, to not be madam, but namely mademoiselle with class

Mont_Blue

This perfume was a blind buy, I was having a very good streak, unfortunately this was the exception. Purely for a taste thing, I imagined another aroma. And this makes me dizzy.

The perfume since its release has a soapy note that mixes with the strong tonka bean, giving way to a floral note, probably the heliotropes. A note of patchouli or vanilla is very noticeable, there is something sweet. As the minutes passed (10 have passed), this intensity seems to calm down giving way to a drying similar to black opium or good girl of Carolina Herrera but more metallic. For lovers of these perfumes perhaps this can be a good option. . A fragrance that would not bother me so much to feel in another person but not in me.

dglightblue

... oh i get why the carolina herrera comparison now, in cooler weather, about half hour in, it's abit like good girls middle.

I started off with sweet deep caramel all darkthough, not similar to juicy couture type, plus a plastic doll head or eraser. It's on thecool side rather than sweeter.

Now: eraserish, cool, creamy rounded, not high pitch sweet,

Cmed

A very big want from me! We all need that comforting fragrance from time to time. And this is it for me. I agree that the most dominant notes are the tonka and heliotrope. The fruits are providing a balancing facet while overall it's on the warm side, smooth, creamy, sweet in nature but not in a sugary way. A tactile fragrance that makes you want to draw in closer.

MairyLou

With one word: Gorgeous!I blind bought it when I saw tonka and heliotrope.Yes it is very close to Good Girl. If you like GG you will also love this one. I see longevity for others is good but unfortunately to me not so much. I don't know maybe it becomes one with my skin pretty quick and I cant detect it 2-3 hours later. I reapply during the day.Creamy, sexy, sweet, not cloying even in hot weather. Thank you Rochas for this beauty!

arlertmoon

I love this perfume. Every time I wear It people ask what I am wearing. Really nice for a summer night or even winter night.
Super sweet and romantic.

wtjetje

I wish I had the experience of other reviewers but this was a no-go for me. Very sharp almost headache inducing gourmand. On my skin, the pink peppercorn was intense and never went away. It didn't smell dissimilar from what I imagine off tonka bean would smell like: sour and sickly. Unfortunate that this didn't work on me.

katniss

I can say it's almost the only sweet fragance I can tolerate, it's what I wanted, something sweet but not nauseating, and finally I got it !! If I was a man, I would follow this smell in the street until I found out what it is, so sexy and attractive.. BUT I have to say that the beggInIng is very similar to Good Girl. which I don't like the most, what it's really heaven is the DRY.

bronni666

The notes pyramid are not ones that I would typically desire except for tonka, but I took a gamble anyway and I am more than delighted. I adore rochas couture. Musky and woody, it is seductive and alluring with decent longevity and silage. Good work rochas.

Vanian

Hey everyone, this is hug in a bottle. Complete, warm, nice, comfortable, cozy. It envelops you like a warm cashmerean scarf in a cold winter day just to protect you from the frost out there. Yet another time when Anne Flipo impresses me with her creation (the first one was Trussardi skin). I really don't see anyone not liking this fragrance. It is a love from first sniff and it stays there with you throughout the time of its wearing. Everything is blended beautifully. I'll make an input of its total aroma development when I have chance to give it a proper wear and concentrate on the juice itself, only. All in all - a winner.
Just to add that this fragrance brings to my soul such an incredible peace, something I can not even explain with simple words.

Nataliaviladitrapani

I can not describe the gorgeousness of this beauty!!
I usually don’t like sweet fragrances, but this is so perfectly blended that I cannot leave the store without bring it with me.
It is juicy, classy, innocent sexy and for me so different to other popular fragrances.
The final phase is so sexy and make me remind a little bite of Olympea EDP, which I absolutely adore.
Hope to be useful!

rola.asad

I usually don’t have luck with Rochas, but this one is definitely a hit for me, it is not really that unique for my nose, however the scent itself is really good, fruity, sweet, and edible, and performs better than its sister, I believe I’ve tried something similar in the niche market, but I can’t figure out what it is, so I’m happy to purchase this instead, since it is pretty affordable!

Edit: I know that there is no honey listed in the ingredients up there, but I get this vibe, sweet honey vanilla powdery vibe, lovely!

Astar

Gorgeous fragrance from the quite underrated brand. Rochas surprised me with quality, longevity and intensity of this scent. Very grown-up and musky, with apparent notes of tonka beans that come to the surface quite soon. Musk and pear add sweetness to the composition that blends beautifully. Should I even start on the gorgeous packaging?..

Irinka Popova

Sooo intensive and long lasting !!! I like it so much!!! My second favourite Rochas fragrance after the masterpiece AQUAWOMAN!
