SO much better than Soleil Blanc! While Soleil Blanc is very lotion-like, very creamy, this one has a similar base but it is blended with fresher notes. It feels a lot lighter, more wearable!

Saveria

First of all, I don't know what the real perfume smells like because I've only been able to smell this "eau", but I found it much too light. Barely noticeable.

The notes I smell the most are vanilla and coconut with a little citrus note in the background. However, it's difficult to say because you really have to stick your nose to it to be able to smell anything.

Much too simple for my taste and above all, much too subtle; it looks like a mist and honestly, I have smelled mists that were stronger than this.

Tom Ford or not, this much money to smell lightly of vanilla and coconut, I think you can find better for much less...

Jeshuwin

Very soft, but luxurious smell- used to wear this a lot. Good after shower in the summer smells. First smells like your average sunscreen lotion but it has a dry down into the sweet coconut/vanilla notes. Longevity is roughly 3-4 hours for me.

I prefer this to this the Eau De Parfum. Just put it on when you are at the beach or chilling around in warm weather. Classic. Honest 9/10. Got this for a good price under $100. Would recommend for anyone in need of an inoffensive summer fragrance. Smells good on both genders.

AntonioP.

Nothing much to say here. Very powdery pleasant scent that smells like expensive sunscreen. For sure this one is for the hot days, where you are not really in the mood to wear a fragrance. For the summer you should get it.

femininehorror

This smells like bad sunscreen. I usually love sunscreen smell, but this smells like the tube of expired sunscreen that you finally fish out of the bottom of your suitcase 3 days into a terrible week-long family vacation. You can hear your relatives arguing in the other room. You remind yourself it's only a few more days until you're home, but you will never get back the $150 you wasted on this perfume.

Erianwyn

I treated myself to this a year ago in a sale and I still love it. I wore it a lot in the warmer months. I got it out this morning and it’s still absolutely beautiful, maybe a bit creamier for resting through the winter. A lot of people dislike ‘sunscreen’ scents but personally I love them. I am surprised no one has mentioned a similarity to JHAG Vanilla Vibes. That will be my next purchase, it’s lighter and saltier than this, but travel sizes of VV are available for around £25 $28 for a similar vibe if you don’t want to shell out TF prices.

Bond James Bond

I just bought this because I'm really into beachy scents right now. A lot of beachy/vacation scents right now are either expensive or lean feminine.
This on I discovered smells different on my skin when out in the sun than it does inside. Outside in the sun I pick up the tuberose more easily than I do when I'm inside.
I do love the smell of the fragrance...but the price is way too high and the performance is way too low. About an hour in this turns into a weak skin scent. Another one where I feel I have to over spray in order to get the occasional whiff of it on myself. I'll try others that might have a beachy vibe.

Eau de Soleil Blanc Tom Ford
(A31, 2nd hand -98ml. left, USD 100)

I blind brought this, I think it was no brainer.
I kinda know how TomFord gonna be turn out.

Scent slightly develop in the way difference from what I thought.
But still good non the less.

Eau de Soleil Blanc is Cologne type (Aromatic Fresh Citrus) profile merge with Soleil Blanc's DNA.
It is very Cologne like for my taste but that additional coconut, dry benzoin is perfect. It's quite creamy.
I think this will be very suitable in hot climate, even it has certain vibe of sweetness it is not coiling level. as scent develop, it is quite merge to Sun-tan scent profile.
But soft floral support really do help, preventing them from full coconut sun-tan lotion.

Unisex, slightly leans femme because of coconut / floral quality. But I think a guy can wear this.
If have done skin test.

This is my girlfriends scent and today somehow I forgot to put on a fragrance so I tried to put on something was was even the slightest bit masculine in her collection so I chose eau de soleil blanc as a last ditch effort, I sprayed it at around 12 PM, it is now 3:19 Pm and I keep getting whifs of it every now and then. The fragrance also smells amazing to my nose, others might not like it cuz it might come off as sunscreen but I don’t mind that. Purchased off eBay for around $70 and don’t worry it’s legit lol but I wouldn’t pay full price for this one.

Broom09

Smells like Initio Musk rehab or paragon, pretty nice smooth creamy musk and citrus 7/10, the projection and longevity ( from what i have heard) is pretty weak.

webblt

smells just like beach walk, but lasts longer and has a hint of more maturity. nothing to write home about, but it is pretty. hard to do citrus and coconut without making a sunscreen scent. but fine to wear to the office or on a hot day (or even to warm up in the winter).

GavinW

Very similar to beach walk by Maison Margiela. Fragrance is amazing and unisex for all seasons.

lolllee2nd

I have TF Black Orchid but have found othe TF scents were one-note and synthetic smelling on me. I think I've tried just about every sample I can get my hands on (still waiting on Tobacco Vanille with high hopes), and I'm on my second sample of Soleil Blanc. I love it. A smooth, floral, nutty, coconut. It's perfectly blended orange, tuberose, vanilla, pistachio, coconut, so many notes I can smell individually and yet the whole is something delicious and smooth, not too sweet and not at all delicate. I feel this has real substance, and complex. This scent evolves in ways few others do, changing from bright citrus, to nutty coconut floral, to a boozy, lightly spiced and creamy dark vanilla base. I keep getting whiffs of it and think what is that wonderful smell? It's winter right now, cold and damp and misty dark miserable, and Soleil Blanc shines. I keep thinking, with the coconut note, that it has to be a spring and summer scent, but for me it is also soft and cozy like decadent holiday desserts and fancy blended cocktails.

Ariete76

I much prefer the eau de parfum, that one is very good, sunny, warm, sensual.... Summer all round! This is the ugly brother who tries to imitate him in everything and yesterday but unfortunately he can't! There are perfumes that cost less than half and are worth 100 times more compared to this eau de toilette, I have both versions and from now on I will only buy the eau de parfum there is no comparison!

MarshallS2025

pretty sunscreeny sent would 100% be a summer fragrance ( got a 30ml at a really good deal 70$ only reason I got it its not worth the 150$ price tag for 30ml)

Scentabulous71

Way overpriced for this is not one of Ford's best however it does have a big sunny beachy vibe. It's like wearing Copper tone suntan lotion. The only difference is this lasts a few hours longer. It's definitely a unisex scent that IMO cuts right down the center between the 2 genders. Like I said though this isn't one of his better launched, especially for the $160.00 price tag. No no no

RealTwizzy

i LOVE this, will defo be wearing this in teh summer

spaceybailey

A beach vacation in a bottle. I love it. Very MIAMI rich girl. Smells like lots of cash and tanning lotion. Peach Bellinis, tan lines, toasted pistachios, creamy coconut and a bottle of chilled BOLLINGER. My favorite from TOM FORD. I love it on my body, so dreamy, like being on a fluffy cloud, very ethereal. I don't think this needs any layering, it's perfect just the way it is. So Florida Kilos by Lana Del Rey. Very Mirtha Jung from BLOW. "Come on down to Florida, I got somethin' for ya. We could see the kilos or the Keys, baby, oh yeah. Guns in the summertime, chic-a-Cherry Cola lime. Prison isn't nothing to me, if you'll be by my side." That's the vibe. BISOUS

madsoem

Smells just like a bag of liquiorize allsorts. (not a fan of that candy however it is not a bad smell, Im just not okay with that similarity.

Smeraldina77

It is quite subtle. On my skin the top and middle notes, which are the most interesting in my opinion, vanish very quickly and in the drydown, to me, it resembles La Nuit Tresor Nude. Considering the notes listed, I would have expected a much more complex fragrance. It is not bad, but I don't find it to be much different or better than others in the same category, like Bronze Goddess by Estee Lauder for example, and it is definitely overpriced. I got it for a very good discount and I will finish my bottle, but I don't think I will repurchase it.

EosKaiAstraea

Def fem leaning but this excels on me as a man. Very sexy suntan coconut kind of vibe. Was on my must-buy list until I smelled Del Mar by Day Three, it's everything this has (sexy beach coconut) but amplified in quality and blend. My travel spray of this smells medicinal in comparison now. From a love to a like.

Forbiddenjade

Tested this the other day and liked it but make no mistakes... this is a refined 4711! That was my disappointment.

Buy testers.

missloveschocolate

If you’re looking for a dreamy vacation perfume, this could be a good option, but my personal preference goes to beach walk by MMM. It is warmer, rounded, sunnier whereas eau de soleil blanc is dryer, like Sun heated white stones, with a slight touch of coconut. Frankly, I was expecting more out of it, but having traveled to both south France and Ibiza with me this summer, I must say I am rather deceived but its lack of volume and diversity. Beach walk is a far more interesting fragrance that lived all the beautiful moments with me and changed with the heat of my body temperature and time.

. Eau de Soleil Blanc Tom Ford

This perfume has two dominant and obvious parts.  Both of which are smelled at the same time.  The first part: citrus, which is fragrant with the smell of white flowers, especially neroli.  But the second part is coconut.  The successful combination of coconut and citrus in other perfumes such as
Virgin Island Water Creed

And its successful copy
Malibu - Party in the Bay Simone Andreoli

I have tested it before and I must say that this combination is really a wonderful combination to balance a citrus fragrance.  The mild, greasy and creamy warmth of coconut and the delicious and gourmand feeling of coconut make citrus fragrances sexy.  A super fresh and cool fragrance for lovers of coconut and citrus combination.  with little sweetness  Suitable for hot seasons.  Good fragrance quality.  unisex  Unfortunately, expensive.  longevity and sillage is moderate.
In the end, I would like to write a line about the pistachio in the perfume, considering that most of the fresh pistachio skin is composed of D-limonene and the pistachio has appeared in this perfume as a citrus finish.  And maybe its oily part is also integrated in the fatty part of coconut.  It's a very good perfume if it wasn't so expensive.

Virgin Island Water Creed

و کپی موفقش
Malibu - Party in the Bay Simone Andreoli

Jazz10!

Smells like sunscreen. A very overpriced sunscreen lol, nothing special and the performance just isn’t worth it.
Kayali’s “Utopia” could be a duplicate if it wasn’t warmer.

Upon first impressions I was not a fan of this fragrance. But with wear I began to like and then eventually love it. This one opens up a bit too fresh for me, borderline scratchy as a matter of fact, but that quickly passes and in the dry down it is just so beautiful. It's warm, beachy, and expensive smelling to my nose. I have and love both the EDT and the EDP, and I would hate to lose either one from my collection. In the sea of beachy scents that I own (pun intended,) they stand out from the crowd. Looking forward to taking both with me to Kauai this year.

Mini FragReviews Mary

I am usually not a fan of coconut scents. I don’t care for Replica beach walk or Alien Goddess, however Eau de Soleil Blanc was a very pleasant surprise.

It’s bright and citrusy. I absolutely love the opening, so beautiful and light. The dry down is beachy, yet remains refreshing and light. The coconut isn’t sweet and nauseating, it’s watery and the floral aspects of the fragrance make it dressy and fun. Remains very close to your skin.

Definitely that golden hour scent. ✨

TheFl0rist

I sampled it long back. Recently got a deal of 100ml at 100$, yet let it go. Not worth it seriously.

It opens with a green citrus tuberose. I have something great for that, Roger and Gallet tuberose hedoine! The dry down is beautiful, coconut vanilla smells great! Well it smells a lot like Guerlain terracotta in drydown and I'll go with terracotta.

It took 10 min to reach from opening to drydown on my wrist. No thanks. It's a beautiful scent, but there are too many options at cheaper price. It’s nothing unique.

Ceekel

This is a pleasant summer vacation scent. It doesn't smell like sunscreen to me, but citrus light vanilla and coconut. If it's 90 out this works perfectly. I will admit this is very pricey. So buy at your own risk. If you are looking for a bargain then light blue Intense has a similar smell.

DichterundDenker

It's not sunscreen! Rather, it is a high-quality summer fragrance with white flowers. It's definitely unisex. As a strong man, I like to wear it in my free time.

Is it worth the price? Yes that's it. Because this fragrance can really only be worn in summer. So a bottle lasts a few years and you always have something in your wardrobe to look forward to when summer comes again.

sm311214

A lighter version of the original with less coconut and more citrus. Perfect for those super hot days.

elfwizard69420

you wade through a headache-inducing sun-bleached white flower hellscape and then immediately plunge full body into a vat of sunscreen and yeah thats it. the citrus notes are nice but they last like 5 seconds and then it's just tuberose and very fakey coconut cornering you and beating you up.

Xela_529

I really like the addition of citruses to the EDT which the EDP lacks. I just wish Eau de Soleil Blanc would last longer, err, because I really like the note composition in this. I have both the EDT & EDP. I think I may try layering them because the citrus really adds an extra depth & pop for me. Not to be confused, this isn't a 'citrus' fragrance; the citrus only mingles in the background with the original notes in the EDP.

I also wanted to add that I think the EDT is much more similar to Beach Walk vs the EDP.

Overall a solid scent, you just need to re-apply after about 3-4 hours.

Bmcbat

A citrus that doesn't quite smell like a citrus. Beachy without smelling like sunscreen. Floral without being a bouquet -you get the point. It's one for the masses.

Luciero

I tried this in a perfume store with my girlfriend. We smelled it and we both really liked how beautiful and tropical this scent is. But we were trying alot of other fragrances that day. A week later i saw my girl again and she smelled so good. I asked her: is that Tom ford Soleil blanc? And she said yes. She already knew i was in her neck all day long

Heatherlaurenw

Very close to the EDP. The only noticeable difference here is there's less coconut and the drydown is less sweet. The citrus and ylang ylang are far more harmonious here, and the overall formulation is a bit more refreshingly green than the EDP. Longevity is adequate, though the sillage is minimal. Definitely benefits from having a moisturizer applied beforehand.

liebecherie

Citrus opening, coconut, floral, vanilla. For me, this lasts longest sprayed under my shirt on my chest. Does not last long on my wrist. Very pleasant sunscreen scent for spring/summer. Reminds me of a happy, sunny day on the beach.

SindiScent

I own both, this and the Soleil Blanc, the EDP. In comparison they are about 90% similar sharing the same DNA. The main and most important difference is that this one, Eau De Soleil Blanc is a much crisper, vibrant and spicier version where the Soleil Blanc is the creamier and smoother version. The scent profile is absolutely gorgeous and addictive. It’s not your typical beach sunscreen scent. To me, there is something very delicate and intimate to this scent, a must try on your skin. It has a slight salty ocean vibe to it, a kind of skin scent after spending a day at the beach, sunkissed skin, luxurious sunscreen scent, a coconut drink, and faint flower scent all mixed together…delicious and intoxicating, expensive and classy. Works great on cooler weather as well, it’s just more crispier.

Valerieeeee

Somehow the smell is extremely similar to my sample of Carnal Flowers by Frederic Malle, but a bit less green. Very creamy and tasty even

Crakeling

The opening reminds me of coconut sunscreen. The dry down brings out the salty notes of the sea. It smells like sun kissed skin after swimming in the ocean. So nostalgic.

AnnaMagenta

Much more refined, less soapy and sophisticated version of this is Calicanthys from Acca Kappa.

pinkalpaca

I can’t remember the last time I disliked a perfume so much I felt the impulse to scrub it off. This one smells like some lemon bathroom or car scent, nothing else. I got samples of both this and soleil blanc edp and they have nothing in common. Please don’t blind buy this one

Fenissa

Neroli and coconut heaven.
I much prefer this to the original, the neroli in Eau de Soleil Blanc cuts through sweetness I associate with the OG beautifully. It's an easy reach in Summer but also in Spring. I know some people would disagree with me on that, but I do think the greenness of Neroli suits Spring weather. It's beautiful and perfectly unisex.
Longevity and silage are both moderate.

Bionda80

Great, light scent for summer and warm weather! I've had the same bottle for over two years and still have half remaining due to it being reserved for summer months and warm weather. I always pack this for beach holidays since its so easy to spritz on for day and night, and does not overpower in the heat. I definitely get the citrus, light white flowers and subtle spice, but the coconut is very subtle. I'm looking forward to trying TF Soleil Blanc which I'm hoping will be slightly less citrusy, and more elevated coconut.

melusina1982

Lovely citrus like a baby eau de cologne mixed with a soft and creamy coconut. No sharp edges. Carefree and super easy to wear. It is outrageously expensive for what it is but if you are looking for a soft skin scent that lasts and lasts this is fantastic.

Clauder13

Really nice beach scent, i prefer this over Soleil Blanc, this has a citrus touch and smells better in my opinion.
I wear this whenever i go tanning at the beach.
Unisex leaning feminine.

Raul Claudiu

After the opening which is a bit sharp, this becomes super creamy and rich,a really fabulous summer gourmand.Definitely unisex although i think this is sexier on a woman’s skin i still cant help but wear it myself in the summer and even spring.

Furs&FrAGErence

Super inoffensive, rich auntie spf face cream. Thinking to myself, I didn’t really put much thought into said face cream being perfume worthy. But alas, it’s kind of childhood happiness in a bottle.( I am over 30. If that makes any difference to my perspective) It’s nice enough I’ll wear it until it’s used up. I have so many bold fragrances that I know my loved ones don’t share the enchantment for and I figured I’d have something more summer, church friendly.
Longevity is about as expected with this light fragrances. Arms width- skin scent.

Salandria828

I think of this as my happy scent: an exuberant summery wealth of beloved beachy smells and tastes (in fact, it almost spills over into gourmand territory for me, in the best of ways). On my skin, the initial bright, citrusy fruitiness and spiciness dry down to a long-lasting accord of tropical fruits and florals underpinned by an appealing creaminess coming from the vanilla, coconut, pistachio, and tonka bean. This fragrance is a rare case in my book, where the tonka bean doesn’t emerge on the dry-down as the only discernible smell. Instead, it blends harmoniously with the more durable florals and spices for an irresistible, long lasting and luxurious finish. This scent has a tropical vacation vibe for sure, but without smelling like sunscreen or a piña colada. To my nose it’s in a league of its own as beachy scents go, with its tempered sweetness and its impeccably balanced blend of all things wonderfully tropical: flowers, fruits, spices and nuts. It doesn’t come cheap, but it’s long lasting and a little goes a long way. I’m finding it’s well worth the price.

rickyphd

This legitimately smells like piss to me what the hell

Mjchaelj

It smells like a luxury sunscreen that they would have at an expensive resort. Can’t wait for the upcoming months to wear this often.

7/10

AnnaMagenta

I was expecting this to be softer and sweeter like Lys 41 but here this one has a fresh note almost like real osmanthus blossom... I want to try perfume version and see of that more refined. I'll leave it for now as a summer perfume when I want something white flowery.

Through, it is a good smell overall I cannot justify the price. That would be a good smell for a Zara collection for example.

islandgirlmaranda

Oh wow! I can't believe I haven't ever left a review for this one! I owned it for a while now. My bottle is the frosted glass Eau De Soleil Blanc on the front label and the bottom of the bottle sticker reads Eau De Toilette Spray. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this fragrance. It's definitely at the top. It's like a summer tropical LUXURY vacation. This is so incredibly creamy and smooth. It also lasts for hours and hours. It does have similarities to an expensive sunblock. But this baby has depth. It smells expensive! Coconut, Vanilla, Pistachio, & Benzoin is what I get. God this is so good. Close my eyes and dream of a vacation good. I have only smelled the EDP on a paper strip. I'd say they were similar but I like this one better. More light, fresh, sexy, summer, in a bottle.
As it dries down the cardamom appears giving it depth and spice! Like spicy sexy sun kissed bronzed skin!

HeatherBow03

This is very a nice scent! Creamy, citrusy, light, with a touch of spice. The price is certainly a bit hefty imo, but I was able to pay a bit less for mine because of a promotional deal at my local drugstore. I think the sillage at least could be better for the price point, but this is one of my favourite summer/warm sunny day scents.

ceeceelee

This is nice. Nice, creamy, citrus-y, suntan lotion-y, solar floral-y fragrance. One you spritz on and you smell nice. It's not worth a penny over $50.........to me. The price is almost insulting. No shade to those who pay it, fragrance is very subjective, but if I paid full retail I wouldn't respect myself in the morning. ;)

KenanC_C

Very strong citrus opening note, a mix of lemon and pepper but the dries down is really nice. Not worth the price but i got it for a great deal. Does not project very well but last for a solid 5 hours, a great summer scent as the heat will bring out other notes. Solid 7/10 wouldn't rec it because of the price and I feel like there are better alternatives esp for tom ford fragrance in general its just not worth it. I mix this with my Maison Margiela coffee break and its a nice combo.

360NoClones

Great summer fragrance, lemony opening(a tad akin to cleaning producs, but in a pleasant way) dries down to white flowers and coconut. Some people compared it to alien goddess, but this one is a lot less sweet, which I love, because AG gives me headaches.
ABSOLUTELY NOT unisex in my opinion, leans very feminine

Noelly88

This is the beach in a bottle for me. The opening is very solar and ozonic mixed with coconut and powder. Expensive sunscreen or spa day at the beach. Laying out with sun bum and baby oil lathered on. The dry down is more powdery, hints of the other scents do remain noticeable. Longevity, for me, is 4-5 hours and 1-2 days on clothes. It smells quite expensive and makes me smile every time I use it or pick it up to sniff it.

I’ve seen others compare to Alien Goddess. I have both, and I think the TF aligns more with expensive day at the beach. AG is darker, more gourmand.

pimentosugars

At first, I would almost say be careful of those first topnotes. They are delicious, of course, but so bright and crisp they might hit you right between the eyes with a kind of very 'high pitched' smell, the sort of scent that almost makes you see the colour yellow in your minds eye. I say 'almost' because that didn't happen to me, but it was close. Then, as it warmed, the fragrance grew dry in a way that didn't quite suit me, a sort of powdery, clearing the throat effect, which disappeared after about 10-15 minutes. And after that, it became a very lovely coconut/vanilla/amber combo which, even at the end of its stay, was pleasing, reminiscent of holidays and sunshine and happiness. This is a really nice treatment of coconut, but I wonder if it is different or gorgeous enough to warrant the interest. I do like it, very much, it's just that there are other summer fragrances with more immediate wow factor for the money.

JonnyBadass

This smelled like a niche version of John Varvatos Artisan Pure to me. Pleasant, but not worth the price tag.

Christhoper

One of the best fragrance I have ever used, opulent smell.

aldinatic

Edt is better then the edp

AleshaA

Too pricey for something you can buy a clone of nice but I prefer alien goddess although it’s way more simple and synthetic

I regret buying this one... This is my second Tom Ford perfume and I must say it is HORRIBLE.
Lemon bug spray, somebody wrote. I could not agree more with this opinion...
Citrusy at first but dries down to something incredibly irritating. Bug spray...

sigginator06

Smells just like sun screen. Only for the summer when you wear sun screen anyway. There is just no need for this.

faevert42

This is perfection. It is so transportive to a beach holiday and yes, suntan lotions but in the best possible way. This scent is very creamy with a touch of citrus that gives it some edge. It is such a staple for me in summer. I find the staying power great, but all my clothes in summer smells like this scent, so no wonder (also Hibiscus Palm, for a slightly different vibe).

Koko_S

New Alien Goddes intense has a similar vibe but Eau de Soleil Blanc is much more refined. The difference in the price can be seen there. I like how this fragrance appear and disappear over those few hours, so when I first tested it, I was like oh who smells this good

Pilikins

I blind bought this because I like Soleil Blanc but kept on wishing it has more citrus notes. But no shops had a tester of the Eau version. I am really glad I did. It is nearly exactly what was hoping for - lovely fresh lemony opening but then it goes into the creamy white flowers and coconut. Although I do love the original SB, it is too heady for me and gives me a headache. The white flowers in ESB are not as heavy and penetrating. The downside is that the tuberose is not as prominent which I love in SB (but which probably gave me the headache- let’s face it). The coconut is not as thickly creamy either which is also helpful headache-wise. Overall this is wonderful, more wearable and less unctuous version of SB. Sillage is light to moderate and longevity is 4-6 hours. Leans feminine.

This is a darling of mine, as I've only ever fully gone through a few bottles of fragrances. It is truly summer in a bottle- coconut, citrus, and white florals. It's essentially the perfect sunscreen smell to me, and in the best way possible. It's hard to argue with longevity when these are the notes you're playing with, but it tends to do well on my clothes and me. Your mileage may vary, of course, but this is a top 10 for me. I just yesterday smelled Mugler Alien Goddess on someone and remarked how similar it did smell to this. Not identical- but similar.

Lindsconn

The actual smell of this is beautiful. It’s like a luxurious sun cream with beautiful citrus notes and coconut!

However for the price this performs shockingly bad. It has barely any projection and doesn’t last more than a couple of hours. I even wore it whilst on holiday in Sicily in August when it was extremely hot and even then it still wouldn’t project!

I genuinely wouldn’t waste your money on this unless you like extremely subtle fragrances.

SensitiveRecluse

Incredibly creamy, luxurious sunscreen. Don't be fooled by the fact it smells like sunscreen, this smells expensive. This smells like an heiress vacationing on a yacht in the south of France, like smooth tan skin, warm from the Mediterranean sun. In the summer, this feels so sophisticated.

To those who say Beach Walk from Replica is a dupe, I have both and don't agree. They are definitely sisters, but the white florals in Soleil Blanc are more well-blended and creamy, Beach Walk is more coconut-forward and aquatic. I prefer the creaminess of Soleil Blanc but if you have one you definitely don't need the other. Pick your favorite!

Miss Dolittle

I feel disappointed. I cant really smell it. I'm a over sprayer and still can't smell much.
I had higher expectations

Miss Dolittle

I'm little or more than gutted
I can barely smell it. I'm a over sprayer too. Going to my sons if they can smell it. Maybe I'm nose blind to this one.

Thatgirljackyyy

I thought I was buying soleil blanc esp, but ending up buying this and I am not disappointed. I’ve been really loving citrus lately especially bergamot. This it’s the perfect blend of bright citrus, fresh white floral with a smooth and subtle dry down of creamy coconut and maybe the vanilla. I agree that it’s kinda the same dna as Alien Goddess Mugler, & I agreed with other commenters that this really puts on a show in the heat.it’s got that citrus coconut sun screen vibe, but as if it’s an expensive sunscreen you got at Bloomingdale’s.
I wore this on a day trip to Palm Springs and a lady at the casino said I smelled like I just left the spa. It’s soo luxurious and just reminds your of a spa vacation that cost too much. I’m wearing today and layered it with a vanilla ( Eilish Billie Eilish) just to see how that played out and it’s amazing.

PGak

I have had a sample of this sitting on my vanity for over a year. First time I smelled this, it was an immediate dislike. I hated it. At the time I found it too masculine with its burst of fresh, bitter citrus in the opening. That is the main difference between this and the Soleil Blanc EDP - edp has zero spice and all you get is the heavy creamy base.

As mentioned below, this blooms in the heat! It took the heat for me to fall in love with it. And I have become utterly addicted. Since receiving my bottle I have been wearing this nonstop: skin, hair, clothes. And leaving a trail of Eau de Soleil Blanc in my wake. It has eclipsed my summer obsession to Orchid Soleil.

This is light and airy and creates a cloud of peppery crisp citrus around me that cuts through the thick coconut. In the dry down, the citrus dissipates but never fully disappears. It is always there to uplift the fragrance. The creamy coconut comes to the forefront while the rest of the notes warm up and blend so well together you cannot pick them out. Instead you are transported to the beach, walking barefoot along the ocean. There is sand in your toes and the tide at your ankles. The fiery sun beats down, heating your back and bronzing your shoulders. Salt is in the air. And the wind in your hair. Carefree. Summertime. Bliss. This is salty sun-drenched skin and ocean.

Performance: doesn't last long and needs to be over sprayed. Does better layered with the EDP oil.

Balmy citrus & skin sunscreen...

It begun like sunscreen with that coconut note on top. and few floral then citrus.. but when itr calms down it goes quite amusing with that balmy mild sunscreen on skin and a touch of citrus with a beautiful white floral touch kissed by a galbanum note to shatter boredom.

This blend is really beautiful! i never thought that it would turn that pretty when i first sniffed the top note cause it wasn't that much promising! but as it cools down it goes quite skin close & very tender with huge doses of sensuality. Beautiful.

Btw, if you didn't like your bottle... then i am here to help you getting rid of it ;)

Perfumeaddiction22

Smells like sunscreen. Period.

maistylz

My favorite part about this scent is how rich and smooth it smells. The fragrance lasts for a long time, which I love because with most scents you have to constantly re-apply or they won't last at all!

Cvperfume

Adore. I always get compliments when I wear this fragrance. It's tropical, creamy, clean and fresh.
Feels to me like a how a clean white linen outfit on a tropical island would smell.
It's luxurious, and is my absolute favorite summer scent. Layered with the body oil it lasts a long time on my skin.
One of the only scents of mine that my husband always compliments when I wear it!

Lea.hem

I’ve tested this for about 2 weeks and I neither love it nor hate it. It’s a fragrance that was almost amazing, almost! If only it didn’t smell so similar to sunscreen and it had kept its coconut-y softness I sometimes get.

simian

Coconut suntan lotion vibes? Yup, that's absolutely present here and it begs the question: do you really want to smell like a $10 bottle of suntan lotion? Sure, this is a more elegant and refined version but nonetheless it evokes suntan lotion. This may limit versatility as people may wonder why you are wearing suntan lotion to the office. Perhaps if I didn't read the reviews here making such comparisons it might be different. However the mind always tries to draw associations so the suntan vibe is inevitable.

This opens with shredded toasted coconut with a perfect amount of sweetness. As it dries down this coconut recedes and thankfully so. Consistently smelling coconut becomes annoying. Citric florals come in to break up the monotony and offers some bright uplifting effect to balance the cozy coconut. This is far more interesting that the somewhat boring clean dryer sheet smell. Light and energizing but also still cozy and warm. It strikes a very nice balance that some may perceive as weak. If you want something that projects well this isn't it. And you shouldn't want that. Suntan lotion that is constantly there becomes cloying and offensive. Longevity is very good at 7-8 hours but projection is a bit weak though actually ideal for a fragrance of this nature. Catching glimpses here and there is where the charm lies and TF nailed it.

I kinda dislike the overall suntan lotion vibe but it is so well done here you can't help but appreciate it.

singlehandedbeauty

There are so many incredible choices in the "sunscreen" genre, but Eau de Soleil Blanc is my favorite. In terms of coconut forward fragrance, this and Soleil Blanc are the most enjoyable and sophisticated. I do, prefer EDSB to SB because, in the thick heat, I prefer its overall freshness. EDSB is a summer day with a refreshing breeze—a mood lifter when trapped in oppressively hot and humid conditions. I ADORE it. In terms of lasting power and sillage, SB performs only slightly better, but if I layer EDSB with Bronze Goddess Azur or BG Body Creme, I get a full eight hours without compromising the note structure too much. I swore that I'd never purchase anything from the TF Private Blend line, but I am happy to have snagged this little work of art at a bargain before the ridiculous price hikes. TF should really make EDSB the next member of the signature line. It would sell like Balinese coconut hotcakes.

takema

Eau De Soleil Blanc is my pool party scent. When I smell it I picture a day lounging by the pool with a tropical drink or splashing around in the water. It's not one of the fragrances I choose to wear to the beach. I can't pick out what it is about this fragrances that me thinks of concrete pools rather than sandy beaches...but it does.

In the opening it is a bit bitter and sharp, but in a beautiful way that makes it refreshing in high heat. It is mostly summery, tropical florals with a generous dose of citrus zest. As it starts to dry down I get the pistachio and coconut. I enjoy that the coconut is subtle and fresh smelling. I wish the pistachio lasted a lot longer and was turned up a notch or two. Its smooth richness adds a nice contrast to some of the bitter and sharp elements in the fragrance. It the deep drydown it starts to sweeten up just a bit.

This fragrance smells it's best in high heat. I find in cooler weather it falls a little flat and smells pretty uninspiring. But it comes alive on a hot, sunny day. I think this is unisex enough for anyone to wear, but it does lean a little feminine.

I wish Eau de Soleil Blanc projected more. It quickly settles into a fragrance that stays pretty close to the skin. I do find that the warmer the weather the better the projection with this fragrance. It's longevity is pretty decent. It lasts about 6 hours on skin. Though, I would appreciate a bit more for the price of Tom Ford fragrances. I think this is pretty overpriced. I don't think I will replace the bottle I have once I finish it. There are other fragrances that fill the same need this one does for significantly less money.

For sale (in Croatia), 90% full. DM me if interested.

SarabeineHoney

I LOVEEEEE THIS SCENT. A few weeks back I tried this one simply BECAUSE the lady said it smells like sunscreen (weird k!nk right?). I didnt buy it then because I wasnt sure about it, but fast forward a few weeks and I cant stop thinking about it.

So what did I do. I pulled a ariana grande

I want it …. I got it 😏💕

Comicalcupcake

Catch a glimpse on a crowded boardwalk of a sunkissed woman in a white dress, with a radiant smile and bare feet, and then you blink and she's gone...
I LOVE this one but used up half a sample vial in a day trying to keep the scent going. There's no way I could buy a FB when Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche is 90% as good and about 1/3 of the price. If anyone hates theirs, I think the universe is telling you to send it my way :)

Autumn_Moon

I'll admit that solar florals aren't usually something I gravitate towards; however, I'm in possession of a rather generous manufacturer's sample, so... what do I have to lose by trying it, right? :)

EdSB's citrus notes are quite prominent upon first application. I get a good whiff of bitter orange, bergamot, and petitgrain... all backed up by a vague spiciness. It's not unpleasant, to be honest. It's also well-blended (which has generally been my experience with Tom Ford fragrances -- there have been a few that definitely don't work with my body chemistry, but even the ones I don't like are crafted with care).

Neroli? I don't detect it anywhere during the evolution of this fragrance. Perhaps it's meant only as a subtle enhancement to the composition. (If I'm in need of a neroli fix, I'll turn to TF's Neroli Portofino, which is far more neroli-centric, IMHO.)

After a while (20 minutes or so), a sun-and-surf energy emerges. It *almost* veers into Play-Doh territory... but not quite. Here and there, I detect a whiff of coconut, but it's never overwhelming; it does not scream "trapped on a deserted island with Gilligan and the Skipper," nor does it ask me whether I like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain. The fragrance evolves into a sun-kissed, beachy scent -- part suntan lotion (but, certainly, a more expensive suntan lotion than anything I've ever purchased), part pebbled sand. There are hints of vanilla, and it's sweet, but not cloyingly so. I do see the similarity to Replica Beach Walk (but, for me, BW was more pebbled sand and less of everything else, and didn't last as long).

My verdict? This could be magical on the right person. It was crafted with care, and seems approachable. I've decided that it isn't for me, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't have a home on someone else's shelf! If you are looking for a sun-and-sand perfume, this could be your thing. It's worth a try.

Mangaetteok

This disappears COMPLETELY (!) In less than 2 hours, from your skin. The scent, at 1 & a half hours or so, FINALLY becomes what I'd hoped for pistachio/coconut cream - but ONLY just before it disappears, before that it is TUBEROSE extravaganza (& far too close to the original Juicy Couture edp for my liking, hate that (hate heavy tuberose anything) - & this is all tuberose.
Unless you buy TF Private range - the lasting power is atrocious on all of his, this is the worst, I think, lasting power wise - & though I really like the scent, at 1 & a half hours in - it takes that long to get to what it was purported to be - & then almost immediately has vanished - & I really DO mean, it's as of you'd never sprayed this on your wrist or neck (& yes it should be skin, bc ot doesn't smell nearly as good or as round/full, on fabric; this isn't cheap, supermarket stuff that needs to be sprayed on clothes. As soon as this company buy anything, including TF, the quality becomes a joke sorry.

I like Kate Spade Live Colourfully (Magnolia cream & Suede with a smidge of pistachios) on it's own or layered with Demeter Pistachio, (gorgeous) - for a better, longer lasting version of this (that combination is amazing& has hapf decent lasting power too (& I also Jennifer Aniston Chapter One, which also has not good lasting power, layered with Demeter Pistachio (pudding) - which give an effect v similar to the very end dry down of TF EDSB - & I wear those often. This - is a "holiday" perfume, you couldn't wear to the office or outside of high summer, in the city i think, (but it's nicer than MM Beachwalk, altogether) - tbh, tuberose is not my thing - but I didn't think this would be so tuberose heavy from reviews & from excited sales blurb, I expected it to be so amazing & was v underwhelmed. Why should you pay those prices for less than 2 hrs lasting power - it's really not good. This is fine, if you hv money to burn, but tbh it is a bit ridiculous. (& having to reapply every 2 hrs is just too much for most ppl with busy lives) - clearly the makers of the TF range know the lasting power is pretty terrible, but just keep on doing this, prices up & quality down, so that's that - there are far better, expensive perfumes out there

Marie20707

I was expecting more and I was disappointed to find that this smells like suntan lotion. I have a full-size bottle, two bottles of the oil and a travel-size as I was gifted this. I don't know how to layer this to make it enjoyable. It has absolutely no staying power either. You're better off just wearing suntan lotion as that scent will last longer.

Adog22

More citrusy in the dry down then Soleil Blanc. Doesn’t last.

KabukiSummer

If I were blindfolded and asked, "By what you smell, where are you?" I would answer, "The beach! " This is my summertime happy scent, it gives me a smile when I wear it. It reminds me of suntan oils of the past... bikini clad girls and boys in Speedos splashing in a sunny sea shore. I can even hear the slapping of the waves and screeching seagulls in the background. It just pure paradise in a bottle.

AmBo

This is my fourth Tom Ford fragrance, and while I find them overpriced for the longevity, I love this in the summer. I bought it with bonus points from Ulta, so it hurt less. It's watery coconut, gauzy, drapey, and easy to wear in the summer. It lasts maybe 4 hours on skin but 6-8 on clothes. It would be a great vacation scent.

smokeorfire

This smells like a faint but elegant sunscreen. Not just sunscreen but sunscreen applied to skin that's been kissed by the sun for a time. There's a warmth to it that makes it alluring. This also leans more unisex than the EDP and is easier to wear but from my experience still is perceived as a feminine scent by the masses. I prefer this over the EDP as the latter has a stronger pistachio note that can come off smelling like playdough when combined with all the other notes.

n33333nz

i tried the body oil in sephora and loved the smell throughout the day so i decided to buy the perfume, but turns out i hate it lol
my nose is rlly sensitive to certain notes and coconut is one of them, despite this i wanted to try it for the summer but it’s so nauseating i had to layer it with something else.

lawgrl

I own bit this and the EDP. I have to say that I prefer this one. The opening is slightly sharper, but the coconut and white flowers then truly shine. The EDP is a heavier floral, and I find that those notes dominate the others (less coconut). Interestingly, I find that this has better performance than the EDP. A perfect perfume for hot, humid climates. You can wear this to the beach, at the office or out for lunch. A really useable, fresh floral.

SilkyWoods

This is the best summer fragrance out there. So fresh, so sunny. Mouthwatering deliciousness, it smells like I imagine the most thirst lessening beach cocktail would smell like. Can’t get enough of this.
It lasts sooo long on me too and I smell it all the time.

Rcates78

Was an instant LOVE on paper but ended up just a LIKE on my skin. The top notes are interesting and well-blended and the heart and base are intoxicating. What stood out for me is the tuberose and coconut which are two of my favorites. The perfumers website says "Coco de Mer accord" and I def sense a watery, slightly sweet, aquatic note that accompanies the coconut that is divine. It's warm, airy, beachy, and rich without being cloying. The "suntan lotion" scent everyone alludes to isn't so readily apparent here; more reminiscent, rather than literal. I had the chance to compare it side-by-side with Replica's Beach Walk and they're very similar, although Beach Walk dries down smokier with a touch of powder and little coconut, if any, while Eau de Soleil Blanc has an aquatic note that lingers, keeping it breezier than Beach Walk (which I think I prefer). The only caveat is that after several hours, Soleil Blanc turned pretty musky on me and I found that a little unpleasant. Too bad bc otherwise it was a win.

jadesfragrances

starts off as a really bright, juicy lemon and settles into a bed of white florals, softened slightly by the vanilla. this is perfect for warmer weather, when you definitely don’t want anything too sweet or overpowering, just a fresh, clean airy scent. i get the suncream scent others have mentioned but it’s more than just that - the spices and florals make it a little more complex. also, i don’t get much coconut in this - it’s there but way off in the background. apparently the original SB is more coconut heavy and creamy so i’d be intrigued to try that too.
projection isn’t crazy, it sits quite close to the skin, but in hot, summer weather i think that might actually be a good thing.

Unruly Julie

I just sprayed this for the first time and OH MY! It smells like paradise!

KaliDurga

I'm not getting suntan lotion at all, just a delightful amber. The opening is beautiful amber but it fades fast. I hope my sample isn't old. This is one of the best ambers I've smelled.

W&

The perfect suntan scent if you ask me and I payed far to much because I was craving this so much at the time.

But wait, there are 2 spot on dupes that I also own. These are: Just Jack Simply Blanc (cost me 10 Euro) and The Body Shop Yuzu & Coconut (cost me 13 Euro) ;-)

j4yt33

Neroli, neroli, neroli. If you love neroli, get this. If not, look elsewhere

RandomPatterned

I truly enjoy how smooth this is. The fruits, florals, and spices are exceptionally blended. I do feel the suntan lotion vibe is well executed and I like that it is not too coconut forward. I am definitely fond of beach life and fragrances that remind me of vacation but I would not wear this often enough to purchase it as it doesn't fit my lifestyle. The folks I picture wearing this are tan, have more disposable funds than myself, and hang out on yachts and at private resorts. Next time I'm by the water wearing unscented SPF 50, I will have a Summer Shandy and raise a toast from my beach towel to Florence Pugh in Ibiza and think fondly of Eau de Soleil Blanc.

riquero

This is phenomenal! So good, can’t stop sniffing myself. Lacoste White comes to mind, as if this was the perfected version of that fragrance. Funny because only one other review mentioned that here, but to me the resemblance is so clear. Anyway, amazing fragrance.

smellymellyx

I’m totally with the person below me and echo all their thoughts. I smell myself like crazy when I wear this. Deep sniffs of luxurious summer perfection.

There are several reasons one may want to smell like coconut suntan lotion. I grew up at the beach every summer, this smell gives me nostalgia of the best days of my life and being around family that are no longer with me. I will spray this on myself 3x a day all summer if I have to and repurchase forever.

Latetothescene

It's a big yes from me, haha! Yes yes yes! I love this. Suntan lotion scent but made with quality ingredients. Omg, this will be the first frag that I Will actually use up this summer. (50ml) So beautiful and soft and not a screetchy note in sight. Tmn. My bestie bought beach Walk which to me smells like the nail polish version of this. Can't stand it. I get why it's so popular because if you don't get that note, it's gorgeous and very similar in vibe to this, but this has citrus and more herbs. It's a molecule/nose thing. Get the same nail polish note with narciso Rodriguez frags. And I'm not alone.

I found my fav summer scent. Yes, it's not a beast, projection, where? Longevity on skin, err...3 hours max? Team oversprayer here! On clothes it's ok. Lol. Don't Care. This is for me. Deep sniffing my skin. I look like an addict. 🙈 Price, if discounted 20% or so, not that bad actually. Slightly Overpriced but i can live with that. Tom Ford...I mean... Estée Lauder. Cash Grab...again, don't Care.
Will be in my collection foreeeeeeeever! Please check out my shelve for reference in taste. (So helpful, I do that a lot with reviews)

orangelips11

I don't know why some people want to smell like suntan lotion and coconut, mmuh, its a big no for me.........

Franci90

Sorry, but this fragrance doesn't live up with the hype and the pricing. It smell like a spray suntan lotion, very basic, no evolution nothing. I like many sun-tan lotion inspired fragrance, and I have nothing against fresh scented water with a summery vibe, but not at this price point. Considering TF pricing, I'm expecting more complexity, more structure, more evolution. I'm expecting a high end perfume, not the smell low cost body spray, no matter if it is actually a pleasant low cost body spray.

Caseystewart64

I don’t agree at all about this perfume smelling like beach walk, the EDP soleil blanc may smell a tad bit similar to beach walk but this perfume (EAU DE soleil blanc) smells very spicy and citrusy all well still smelling appropriate for a beach vacation, it is a masterpiece in my opinion. I absolutely love it, I do wish there was a more prominent longevity and silage… but Tom Ford always gets me, and if your looking for a high end summer frag deff check this one out!! I almost passed on it because I gravitate towards the sunscreen scents for summer like beach walk and bronze goddess eau fraiche but this is addicting

fragreviewer

Ooh, this is a green spicy version of Bath and Body Works At The Beach. I definitely get the cardamom and caraway here. There's something about this fragrance that makes me think of a Hollywood film star in the 1930's, like what they would wear to the beach or something. I guess that's the spicy aromatic quality. It evokes something old fashioned but in a fresh not cloying way.

sarahhermann

I call this my Best accident EVER .. so actually I didn’t want to buy this one I wanted the white one , which it had the same name, And it looked really similar but it’s just white , this one is more like a see-through glass type of thing .. so0 yeah I accidentally got this one , because I was in a rush I gave them the name I didn’t look Twice paid for it And just took it . and then when I was in the car I smelled it and I was like waAaaaaait that doesn’t smell like the one I smelled it in the shop . and why did they give me the large one I told them I want like the 50 one.. .. I had so many damn questions 😂.. so yeah I would say first impression I was like really pissed so I couldn’t like it and for me it smelled like KFC napkin ... BUT THAN the next day I opened it to smell it again and it gave me ( this expensive vanilla coconut lotion that makes you feel you’re in Bali or something , like in a really rich ass island living your best life having people massage you carry you everywhere type of feeling ) which i LOVE IT ... for me I can smell the coconut and vanilla notes so much on my skin like the citrusy smell just goes away on my skin, so I love it because it gives me the notes that I really want and love .. so yeah best summer fragrance in my opinion of course after Olympia because I don’t think any summer perfume can take Olympia’s place I’m just being faithful .... but it’s my second favorite summer fragrance fo sho totally recommend it .. but don’t blind buy it and don’t judge it by the first opening ... I rate it 9/10 .. love love love it

slowly dipping my toes back into the TF line after much hesitance. i think other than White Suede this is my fave scent to date it's so evocative of a supremely luxe vacation. in the green opening i get the cardamom and a fuzziness i know for sure is the pistachio. couldn't identify any petit grain and i'm glad bc i don't think i'd have enoyed it one bit. ive always struggled with the opening partly bc i only recently had an appreciation for green smells and also bc i never had any patience to wait for the drydown. especially considering i would try this in department stores while being assualted by at minimum 5 other fragrances.

so it was surprising to me how smoothly the opening transitioned into a citrusy-blend of yellow flowers. even w/o having to consult the note breakdown i knew what i was smelling was a light bouquet of yellow flowers and it checks out because of the strong pull of ylang ylang on my skin. even more-so i was more surprised by my own reactions because i wanted the greenness to stick around a bit longer. the tuberose in the middle gives way to a slightly creamy sweet suntanny drydown (aided by the coco de mer/vanilla/tonka bean i smell) that i imagine is light enough to not feel sticky during hot weather.

idk, it gives off this soft, gauzy quality that's reminiscent of sunbathing under a cabanna and gazing up at the white fabric protecting you from the sun. the most luck i've had a with a TF fragrance for sure and a part of me wants to purchase this so i can use it for the upcoming summer but i have the rest of my 10ml bottle to go through before i make a decision because the ONLY solid complaint i have is it's piss-poor longevity. i'm aware this is an EDT but considering this is TF fragrance i'm honestly shocked at how weak this is. that coupled with the price is a no-go for me.

i'm hoping as i go through the 10ml i can find ways to layer it with my other summer fragrances that can enhance it or add to its longevity. if not, i'm really gonna have to leave this in the dust for a longer lasting coconut fragrance [like Alien Goddess or Beach Walk; neither of which are dupes but they have more presence and their longevity goes further than Eau de Soleil Blanc]. i'm half tempted to sample the original EDP version bc i think that would be more up my alley as far as longevity goes but the price tag is enough to steer me away from confirming my love for smth i will not allow myself to splurge and purchase. that being said, if EDSB pops up online on trusted discounter sites i would snatch it up in a heartbeat.

realistically the 10ml will be enough to get me through this summer and after observing how it performs in the heat as it was designed to [fingers crossed it blows me out of the water and proves me wrong] then i'll know for sure if next year's summer purchase will be a full sized bottle.

HER30

Like a refreshing candle in a neutral modern California beach home. I just tried too many sickly sweet fragrance samples and this was a breath of fresh air. REALLY nicely blended and so different. I love the cardamom, citrus, coconut, vanilla, pistachio, neroli. Just WOW! It's uplifting and fresh yet grounded with sweetness. I stick by what I said about it smelling like a candle though. It doesn't smell like a "person" to me - but like a place. I will not be purchasing this one. Summer-y, daytime, unisex scent. If you like coconut (which seems to be a divisive point on this one) give it a try!

LisaMCollins

I adore this scent. On my skin the Pistachio/Vanilla/Tonka bean sing. It's a soft halo in the air of coconut, Ylang-Ylang, and beautifully blended white flowers touched with Cardamom. This is a scent you wear for yourself, it's not a beast and it will not color the world around you in a tropical haze...but what it will do is keep you enveloped in your own personal oasis.

I put the perfume on at 7:30am and now that it is 13:30 (12:30 pm afternoon) the creamy Tuberose is melting into another lotion like note of Benzoin...now I smell the suntan oil scent that people are talking about, but please don't let that deter you from trying this beauty. If all sunscreen smelled as expensive then no one would forget to apply daily.

Sopiko

It's unbelievably poor performing and overpriced perfume. I regret buying it. It's like a cheap body spray that evaporates from the skin in just an hour. Undetectable!

lavieparfum_44928

This is muskier than the original. I'll be sticking to the normal version as I dont like to smell like BO when I'm at the beach :) It's still nice, but not as special as the edp.

Impartial

Wow, I tested this one at the airport and was transported directly to the beach, in the middle of summer (direct flight!)

It smells like suntan lotion with a bit of coconut, but better and lighter. I felt like I was on vacation the whole time I could smell it (not strong projection but nice bubble scent and I get whiffs during hours). It leans feminine but as a man I have no problem to wear this.

Summer beach vacation in a bottle. Wonderful.

AlaskanAngel

This smells okay when it's cold but on pluse points it gets really syrupy and in warm weather it's sickeningly sweet. I enjoyed it in the winter when I dreamt of the beach... but in actual tropical locations it was sticky and suffocating. I can't even smell it now because the memory of it stifling me in the heat makes me nauseous.

ArcticCrocus

For someone who typically despises coconut as a scent, this is really damn good. Heavy on the neroli and other white flowers without being heady. The bitter orange top really keeps it interesting.

pelega

This is like Carnal Flower and cheapest version. But very fresh and sexy.

Rhiannandb

God this is just amazing , I'm a huge fan of coconut so of course I'm gonna love this . Fresh spicy, aromatic, citrus , creamy coconut . Such a beautiful coconut scent . I feel like When people say something smells like sunscreen it's cause they had a coconut sunscreen growing up or something cause idk what kind of sunscreen smells this luxurious. If theres a sunscreen that smells just like this please put me on cause like ....this smells gooood! Like a rich fancy well blended expensive coconut 10/10

wafflesandsyrup

I can understand why people say it smells like sun lotion, it does in a way. But at the same time it has something… I don’t know, stale in it? Dry down has a certain lack of freshness. I wouldn’t call it ‘heavy’ or ‘cloying’ or other words that usually people use when they talk about lack of freshness. In this case it’s like an old lady’s scent: it asks for a good airing out.

LuluBear

The most predominant notes on my skin are tuberose and a green(ish) coconut. It does get a little sweeter overtime but it never goes gourmand. It's not an offensive fragrance by any means, but unfortunately it also does not last longer than 1 or 2 hours on me. I have worn it a few times and it has not wowed me so for me this feels a bit overpriced especially considering the longevity.

If you like light fragrances then this might be worth checking out, but if you do not like tuberose I would steer clear of this one.

meganlamode

While Soleil Blanc and MMM Beach Walk smell similar because they both contain coconut and ylang ylang notes, there are definite differences. Soleil Blanc has a much more identifiable citrus opening to me, like some sort of lemon dessert. This disappears fairly quickly, though. I love the tuberose in the middle of SB, which Beach Walk lacks. However, BW has a wonderful musk base which isn't present in SB, and which makes BW last longer on me. SB becomes a skin scent very quickly.

gothicromance

I have a few roller-ball sample vials given by a sales associated when I bought a full size of another TM perfume.

It smells like someone put on a lovely sweet vanilla-neroli perfume, then slathered themselves in sunscreen. After a couple of hours, the sunscreen effect fades a bit, but the coconut remains pretty strong. Too summery and tropical for me.

MonicaLV

On me this dries down to a really pretty fresh laundry scent. It smells like what Downy’s April Fresh would be if it were a perfume. I absolutely love it, but I also love clean, vanilla, fruity and coconut scents.

I sprayed it on at night before bed and woke up still smelling like it.

My husband also loved it not only on myself but on himself as well.

juliana.dallagnol

There is no way to deny that this fragrance is the epiphany of a sophisticated sunset in a fancy boat wearing white, big lashes, shimmering and diamonds, and drinking champagne. It's fresh, woody, and salty but has a comforting side with the coconut and vanilla.

Kiki kollia

Beautiful fragrance citrusy at first but after it sets the coconut vanilla and neroli projects pretty I got it for summer as it is more of a fresh scent. I imagine wearing it tanned on vacation drinking my cocktail at a beach bar the afternoon. The price is a little high but if u catch a sale its becoming reasonable

Adriennne

I smelled this at the mall. It didn't smell like anything to me and I sprayed it generously on my wrists but it was gone in less than an hour...

k3llfae

Received a little sample vial with another purchase from SDM. Verrrrry summery, but all I can personally get from it is sunscreen. It's not a bad fragrance, and I feel like it would be great on someone with a warmer, sunnier vibe but I don't do well with the heat or with this scent, sadly.

Something about it reminds me of the Coconut Lime Verbena I used to wear when I was 13 but I'm not savvy enough to break it down beyond saying they both have citrus and coconut.

yourlocalilocanx

At first sniff, the first thing that came to mind was the beach. Immediately taken back to summer time, felt like a car ride on the way to Long Beach with the windows down. If the sun had a scent, it would smell like this.

Very warm, not a cozy warm, a summery outdoors type of warm. It’s bright and sweet once it settles into the skin. The dry down in a vanilla, slightly citrus skin scent. This compared to replica’s Beach Walk is so much better. Beach walk smells like a smelly gym. This smells like a sunkissed goddess. Too bad it’s winter as of now, but when summer comes around I am absolutely purchasing this.

Giving this a 8/10 because I was expecting more of a coconut note.

KrisJef

Creates an instant feeling of summer. Makes me think of summer holidays in Spain. I normally use it quite often in the summer. During spring I wear it when I want to feel warm. So in a way it is a warming fragrance. However, I personally associate it with summer season.
Main notes on first spray for me are coconut and orange blossom, almost a bit over powering. Projection is very good. I can smell it on me the whole day. Dries down to vanilla for me.

M1tsouko

Eau de soleil smells like lemons, tortillas, and tuberose. I don't really like much about tom ford because of how pricey they tend to be, and beause they don't last long. Over a hundred bucks for a perfume that only lasts 3 hours on my skin? Pass.

dglightblue

Helloooo coconut, and white florals with a slight dry citrus edge.
It's not like fleur orchardee by Lagerfeld to me, that one is dry floral, eau de soleil is a bit more lush.
Awesome sillage, tom Ford are usually beautifully made pathetic lasting power, this one is more bombastic luckily.

KaciLeo

When I first spray it, it smells very citrusy. It lemons but in a good way. But once it dries down its more of a vanilla, coconut, beach smell. Kinda has a sunscreen smell. overall tho I LOVE it. Its exactly my vibe.

coffeefifofum

The top notes are gone far too quickly! Ten minutes of expertly blended scent and then it's just a powdery beachy blend. I can see why another reviewer said they found a tropical room spray that's just like it.

The first few minutes, though, are immaculate. Citrus and floral in perfect balance. A hint of coconut and vanilla with just a dash of sweet. Tuberose and green so subtle you'll miss them if you aren't looking for them. Someone really put in the work for an incredible first impression ... and then it's just a basic coconut bodyspray with a dash of jasmine. Can't see paying a Tom Ford price for a Claire's scented day.

GloriaGisela

OMG YOU GUYS!!!!!! I just came from Walmart and bought this glade tropical spray IT SMELL JUST LIKE THIS PERFUME!!!!! I kidd you not!!!! Please tell me if I’m going crazy!! :/

Maillady3

This is my guilty pleasure bc I am a sucker for a beachy, sun tan coconut scents. Works well in the summer and gives me Hawaiian tropic sun tan oil nostalgia. The longevity sucks, over-spraying makes big difference. I just really love this in the summer and keep repurchasing when I run out.

pennny

I just tested smells really clean in a weird way on my skin, not like musk something I don't like. Definitely not for a safe blind buy.

Brothowalee

I recently bought a decant of this. I hope that i don't buy a diluted one, so this is my personal experience :

A dominant bitter orange at the top, which in my mind similar to the smell of an orange peel, combined with other ingredients described at the top notes.
The orange peel smell nicely complemented by other citrus-y ingredients (which create a distinct blend of zestiness), rounded of by a hint of floral and spices.

In the middle, i could still detect the distinct citrus blend, but slightly toned down to make room for a floral ingredients to enter our sense ( i could pick up some jasmine scent)

At the base, the distinct citrus blend gradually faded, but still there.... and enter the blend of coconut and vanilla (which evens out the aroma), rounded of by a hint of tonka, benzoin, and amber.

Overall, this distinct citrus blend is another new experience for me, but the one that grow on me.
I think it's more suited to night time usage, as a colder temperature would bring the best of it.
I'm not sure yet about the longevity, as i only tried it on my clothes, but it lasted for about 3-4 hours.
And it's a definitely a unisex fragrance, one i could easily picture females would wear these due to its citrus-floral nature.

antoniov

When I tried it I felt it would be a nice expensive summer wear to get away from Bronze Goddess and others. A bit heavy but I might give it a try in the future..

D-Bo

I just wish this lasted longer than it does. It's better than the regular Soleil Blanc and more suitable for a man to wear. That's not to say this is masculine, but I'd say that it's absolutely suitable for a man.

SirWaqarUlArfeen

A beautiful scent profile which isn't novel or unique. Performance and longevity are on the moderate side. I like it but several better performers are available in this price so...

KylieBooFace

I was not too impressed with Mandarino di Amalfi Acqua and Eau de Jasmine Rouge, but I LOVE this. It is clean with a kiss of tropical florals, coconut, and vanilla. It is what I wanted Alien Goddess to be. For reference, the only full bottle I have of Tom Ford is Lost Cherry, which is amazing (Noir Pour Femme dries harsh on me). I strongly recommend this if you want something like a clean tropical shampoo without being too much like sunscreen or soap. It is also clearly feminine, sweet but not candy sweet.

Edit: I wore this again on a rainy day and felt so uplifted. The citrus, ylang, coconut, and slight amber-spice are amazing. I hope this won't be discontinued, because I love it.

ClaraDelValle

I bought myself a 5ml decant of this to use over the summer. I've never tested it out in stores before, but judged that I'd like it based on reviews. I'm not particularly experienced with fragrances that are perhaps better suited for warm weather - living in the UK, we don't get a great deal of summer and nearly everything I own and gravitate towards are scents for cooler days. Because of this though, I wanted to branch out and try to find something I could wear on those hot summer days, and when travelling to warmer climes. Now that I've almost finished my sample, I feel that my opinion on it is pretty solidified.

I really like this, on the whole. I think it smells gorgeous and I'm constantly smelling my wrist when I've got it on. It's quite addictive and gets creamier the more it dries down. I totally get the references others have made to the scent evoking a sense of being on the beach, sun soaked warm, sandy skin with a salty, fresh sea breeze coming in off the ocean. I don't really get much of a sunscreen vibe to be honest (I've never really used higher end sun lotion so this may just be my nose), but it does bring back memories of sitting in a beachside bar under some palm trees with a cold drink, enjoying the shade after spending hours lying on the beach in the Mediterranean sun, and multiple dips in the sea. It makes me feel happy, and longing to be able to travel again and be on a hot, sunny beach for real.

I also agree with other reviewers that it doesn't last a particularly long time, and after an hour or two on my skin it becomes harder to detect. I think I like that though, for the most part. I personally prefer something lighter and less in your face to wear when the weather is warm - I know I feel a bit ill if I wear a stronger, heavier scent in 25C plus weather, and I don't want to negatively affect those around me. But this really does fade quite fast beyond that point, to where it's hard to tell you're wearing it at all unless you directly sniff your skin. I'd like it more if it were moderately/faintly noticeable for a longer period of time. For me, it's too expensive to feel like I would want to top it up regularly. I think I'd get through a bottle too fast to justify the cost, when I feel like there will be other summery scents out there that I will like more and may project more for longer and for less money.

I'm not usually one to pay too much attention to what those around me think of my perfume (unless it's a really strong negative reaction from multiple people!), as in, if a friend didn't like what I was wearing, I wouldn't stop wearing it. But I wore this to a friend's BBQ over the summer, and when I arrived and gave her a hug, she swore she could smell a gas leak 🤔 I'm pretty sure it was this she was smelling, and whilst I've continued to wear it, that comment did stick in my mind. And since, I've also been able to smell where she was coming from!

Overall, I enjoyed using my decant, I think it smells really lovely and it was worth the purchase, but I don't think it's one I'd buy another decant of, and it's not something I'll splurge on a full bottle for. The quest for the ideal summer/warm weather scent continues!

EDIT: trying to finish my sample up before it gets colder and I don't fancy wearing it anymore... 1 spray on my forearm at 9am, went to the gym at 5pm and after warming up, the girl running behind me said 'ooh, someone smells great, like coconuts'! Maybe it just takes a bit of body heat or something to still be noticeable, at least by others.

giparisan

Got a sample of this. I fell in love immediately after spraying, and thought I finally found a Tom Ford fragrance that I love… well, NOT! After two hours I was so nauseated I had to scrub it off. I think I have a problem with neroli, it’s not the first time I feel nauseated with a perfume that has neroli in it.

Aprettygarden2

What a stunner! It’s a pity it’s very fleeting. I put some on and was unable to detect it an hour later, neither did my husband. It’s the perfect summer scent, very creamy and not sickly sweet. I unfortunately will not grab a bottle, but I’m happy with my little roller ball from Sephora.

xmikax

This is divine. It’s bright and smells like a sweet lemon— kinda like fruit loops except brighter and more crisp. The dry down smells like a creamy lotion. I really love this. I wish it had better projection or longevity, but that’s okay. I prefer soft scents I guess because they’re not so headache inducing.

Jkr111

I’m regretting buying the large bottle of this. I’ve never experienced a perfume that vanishes without trace so quickly. I literally spray it like a body mist on my hair, clothes and skin and within an hour it’s gone. I’ve even been asking my partner and friends to confirm that they can’t smell it either, as I started to wonder if my nose was malfunctioning. Feels like I’ve been gaslit by a fragrance. It’s a lovely scent but I won’t buy it again - so frustrating.

finnlinn

I absolutely adore this scent. It has a unique sweet citrusy scent that reminds me of a syrupy coca cola with lemons, and a little bit of expensive creamy sunscreen (soapy if you will).
The reason I think this scent fits during spring, summer and fall is that the milky sunscreen touch transforms into more of a clean, soapy in colder temperatures.
My biggest complaint with this is the longevity, because the price doesn't really justify it. Lasts for only a few hours, and it doesn't project out of arms reach. I will still repurchase because it's an unique scent that has become a signature for me because of how sweet it smells on my body, but take note of the price and longevity.

Senor.Blanco

I don’t care if people think this is more feminine, I love this scent. It’s like a Neroli coconut sunscreen. I usually layer it with either Creed Virgin Island Water or Tommy Bahama Set Sail St Barts

thestranger

This feels like summer in a bottle - radiant and joyful. I feel the heat coming off of my skin. It distinctly reminds me of sunscreen in such a joy-provoking way. I'm immediately transported to the sand and sun rays. I prefer this to the Soleil Blanc, which is also so beautiful, but definitely heavier, sweeter and dirtier. Eau de Soleil Blanc is being on the sand under the sun, and Soleil Blanc is your scent on your drive home after all that water and sand. Sunscreen vs. pina colada. I love them both but Eau de Soleil Blanc is a purer joy for me!

gemma_ni

I loved this scent profile and repurchased another bottle in May 2021. The next day I finished the first bottle, I put the new one on. What a significant watering down! It almost lost the middle and base notes while the top note is full of pungent bergamot. The first bottle had a decent lasting power as an eau de toilette, around 4 hours. On the other hand, the second one only lasts 5 minutes and it is not creamy at all.

I am disappointed with Tom Ford's quality control. What's the point of selling bergamot alcohol in a pretty bottle?

DaniBear1121

I got a little sample size of this number with my points from Sephora. What stands out most to me in this fragrance, unexpectedly, is the green from the petitgrain. I didn't even realize before I tried it that note was present but I recognized it right away. I don't love petitgrain because it tends to drown out other notes I want to smell more. Such is the case here. I don't really get the coconut or beachy vibes from this. It's more Springy, green, floral, than the warm sun-kissed fragrance I expected and hoped for. Perhaps the Soleil Blanc is more for me than the Eau. I give it props for lasting power, and it's not bad but it's not a love for me.

julheart

Trying both Eau de Soleil and Soleil Blanc (edp) side by side. The citrus, petitgrain, and galbanum in this one - the edt version- really make all the difference.
Eau de Soleil is cleaner and brighter. Definitely less creamy than the edp but that coconut is still there. It's chiffon compared to the heavy silk of the edp.
Still slightly nutty with vanilla coconut on longer wear. The greeness lingers a bit.
Have to say I prefer Eau de Soleil. But I love them both as my imaginary Summer vacation scents. EDT during the day... EDP at night...

fleader

I like this. Beach Walk is too in your face for me; I find this more yummy and wearable. But it belongs to a common genre of perfumes, citrusy sunscreeny summer scents, and you can find more or less the same thing for much cheaper.

jamesnash

…in an attempt to mimic the hot, white luxuriousness of summer in the most hedonistic setting possible, the amber fights to turn everything into end-of-the-day sunburn, sweat and unhorniness…

LMBelvi

Thought I loved this years ago based on a sample. Never circled back to retest it until today at Sephora. Thank goodness I tested again cuz this is an absolute no! I can still smell what called to me affectionately… the citrus vanilla coconut and tonka, plus a few other notes. But Crikey! How could I ever have fallen for a scent with 4 (count em, 4) white flowers!! Tuberose is my sworn enemy. Galbanum even worse, but I’ve only learned that recently. I am here to tell you people that our tastes change over time! Be careful out there, and I’m not talking about covid! 🤓

Liliana Ângelo

I was so surprised when I opened this perfume box, that I had to check if the serial number was for a fake or real perfume... the bottle is awful, like a cheap imitation! the cap is plastic and the sticker on the bottle could be in metal, not some cheap sticker. Truly I was expecting something more "Tom Ford" alike. This just screams "we do not care about this looking cheap, because people will buy it just because it's TF anyway".

The 1st spray had me thinking "why did I buy this! This is just like wc freshener"... But as the minutes go by, it started to get creamier and a little bit more towards my expectations. A little bit!

1 hour after the initial spray, it's a lovely scent, mostly coconut. Creamy coconut and vanilla (in by far some tuberose as well). 2 hours into it it's mostly gone, nothing here!

The projection is nonexistent and the lasting power is very intimate and very moderate, I was expecting much more.

I will not repurchase but I don't think I will sell it either. If you can afford to spray 3 times a day to get some payoff out of this, you'll enjoy it!

Aveline

This really does have a true beachy feel to it, and not the impression of a beach that so many tropical fruit or aquatic type scents miss the mark on. It reminds me of sand, it feels hot, but with a breeze that's bringing along a whiff of expensive (not Coppertone) sunscreen. I wouldn't categorize this as predominantly citrus, I pick up more on a cardamom nuttiness mixed with the tuberose. Coconut is more of a background player; it's milky rather than sweet/synthetic. Warm but fresh. I like Eau de Soleil Blanc but I don't feel like it's a must have for the price. Coquina by Solstice Scents could work as a cheaper alternative imo. I wouldn't call it a dupe, it's not as creamy and is a tad soapy, but in the same family. If they were siblings, Bronze Goddess would be their cousin.

LawmaLlama

I tried this from a sample rollerball, and was completely unimpressed. There isn't much to it other than a grassy coconut scent that fades in about 3 minutes. I even rolled it up and down both arms multiple times ...

The Wolf

Less pistachio than the edp and also less density.
More wearable than the EDP in high heat. Has an airiness to it.

Similar to MMM Beach Walk. BW opens stronger but this lasts longer on my skin and clothes.
Leans a bit fem but I love suntan lotion frags and coconut.

If you like suntan lotion, this is the ticket.

P.S. To the person below me that thinks HUNDREDS of other people are wrong, and that she is the only one with a working nose.

Harsh Toilet Cleaner? In what universe do they use suntan lotion and coconut to clean toilets?
Congratulations, your nose is broken or you bought a fake bottle.

Keemun

Suntan lotion, sweat, hairspray, and some sort of coconut frozen drink. That's what this is. Hyper-realistic take on laying by the pool at a fancy tropical resort. It's very nice if you're in that mood. Wearing it is like announcing "I'm at a resort in Maui, currently".

LettaBleu

Lighter, fresher, airier, sparkier version. A lot of citrus and white flowers... strong tuberose... slightly creamy base ( not as heavily creamy as the EDP ), touch of spice, dash of powder, bit of salt... It's sunny, cheerful, sparkly, but also smooth. It does smells like the EDP in a way. You can definitely say they are cousins. But it's also different enough to get both if you like them. It's pretty, pleasant, safe. Easy to wear. Easier than the EDP. That one is just so rich and creamy it ends up being super heavy and cloying. I like this one better. And this one performs better on me, too. But like the other one, it's super boring and underwhelming. Smells like many other scents out there.

mimahirn

I bought a small bottle of this beauty about a week ago. My collection is really lacking in fresher, more hot weather appropriate scents, and I wanted to give this a go.

The opening reminds me of Neroli Portofino for a few minutes. Neroli and bergamot just pop. Then it quickly moves on to a brighter, sunnier, more enjoyable version of the original Soleil Blanc. I really really love this smell. It’s very classy, refreshing, and uplifting.

Here’s the sad part - I can’t smell it an hour after I spray it. Completely gone. I have wandered around to my family members - wrist outstretched - to see if they can smell it. Nothing. It does not matter if it’s sprayed on skin or clothing, it’s a ghost and then gone completely. I’m quite heart-broken. I could layer it with the Soleil Blanc body oil and get more longevity that way, but I can’t quite force myself to purchase another expensive product just to make the perfume work. So, sadly, I’ll be using up my bottle as a body spray, dousing myself daily in this hot weather, and then I will look for something that performs better. Commiserations to all of you who love this but hate the longevity and projection. I feel you.

drdevonprice

Frothy coconut milk on ice eases into a long-lasting, suntan lotion smell with hints of pink pepper, tonka, a tiny bit of vanilla, and a fresh gasp of seaspray. This is a summery, resort fragrance through and through, a bit too sunscreen smelling to belong in a professional or cool weather setting, unless you're deliberately trying to pretend or imagine that you're somewhere else. The coconut is pleasant and mouth watering at first, not gourmand-y though still remniscent of a coconut mojito or slightly milky, very frosty drink. An elegant floral note suggests you are sitting the lobby of a hotel, between the gift shop and the doors heading outside, which keep opening up and wafting beachy, watery freshness your way as guests wander in. This scent lasts, but it's mostly the sunscreeny-ness that lingers, so it can start feeling like less of an intentional choice and more of a side effect of being on vacation and trying not to burn your shoulders. It's so pleasant and sunny a fragrance that I never have to worry I've sprayed too much or that it might bother the people around me -- it's simple and charming and great for summer days and nights.

vientecillo

This would be one of my signature smells if it wasn't a joke.

You pay 180-200€ a bottle, maybe a little less if you are lucky and it's on sale, and it lasts NOTHING.

I bought it, sprayed an insane amount on me, after 1h when I arrived to my dinner, no one could smell it. I would put my arm on people's noses "can you smell anything?". Nothing.

I went to complain at the corner and they got "offended". "If my boss could hear you he would be very mad, our products are excellent, it's you".

She put an oil "because it was my fault, my skin was not moisturised enough", then she sprayed the perfume AND the body spray. A bit later, the same happened. Of course it was still my fault.

So yeah, this is a nice smell, but not worth the price and definitely a joke in terms of longevity and sillage.

SuperSueChick

This is a cheerful hot summer day at the beach, and cooling off at the pool at the end of the day.
It has a light and crisp citrus sweetness, with the perfect amount of soft vanilla creaminess, and light on the milky coconut giving it a sunblock lotion scent.
With that said, it is not some karate kick in your face synthetic sunblock lotion or oil vibe.
Not one note dominates, yet all abovementioned notes are there, and very well blended getting along in harmony.
As well it should be for the price.
So don't worry, because it doesn't have that drugstore or mall outlet bath and body spray/splash vibe.
It's very soft and pretty. Its grown up fun and flirty.
I'd definitely wear this on an outdoor dining, summer date night.

MeanSuga

Warm, tropical custard . Nutty flecks of pistachio , specks of spices , delicate shreds of coconut blended smooth with creamy white florals. Refreshing spritz of citrus.
Delectable , balmy , sun warmed.
Turns to almost a skin scent on me. Longevity 8+ hours.

lwhaymand

Eau de Soleil Blanc is a beautiful, creamy, floral summer fragrance. It does smell a bit like suncream, but more refined than that. The coconut is sweet and creamy, and there's a strong emphasis on white florals too. The citruses and spices are very subtle, but just enough to give the fragrance a bit more depth and intrigue. It fits the name - white sun - perfectly, as you can just imagine drinking coconut water by the sea, surrounded by flowers in a tropical country.

I've not smelled the original Soleil Blanc, but I would assume the performance is slightly better, which you'd want if you're forking out £100+ for a fragrance. Eau de Soleil Blanc's performance isn't terrible, but is certainly only average at best, with light projection. It smells fantastic, but unless you're rich I'm not sure it's worth buying over cheaper, summery white floral fragrances like Lacoste White. Obviously, you could say that about any luxury product, because over a certain price point, each further increase in cost gives you a smaller and smaller increase in quality, but I think even for £80 you could get better, longer-lasting fragrances.

J350

Harsh and offensive at first but then it settles down into a really pleasant, bright and welcoming! This is outstanding for an Eau de Toilette, so glad I purchased this instead of the new Costa Azzura.

Scandipersian

Ooh, I got this ‘eau’ version by mistake! But thankfully not much (sharp) citrus in sight neither here. Just creamy, slightly lactonic, white floral heaven with fresh coconut 🌴 🥥.
One spritz and I’m in paradise! But wait... it is to familiar, I already got this exact composition in my arsenal...is it Guerlain terracotta or something else🤔 yes, that’s it 💡 DOLCE GARDEN! No doubt, no difference at all to my nose. On every level they compare, even on longevity. Only that I got that one to a fraction of the price of this. Then one can debate over esthetics of the very different bottles.

gigiok

Too much coconuty and too much sunscreeny. It smells like one of those cheap coconut sunscreens from my childhood. I dont find it unique or interesting for this price point to be honest. And I wouldn't wear something like this, which is screaming like sunscreen.

Joseebus

Bright and crisp opening dries down to warm, buttery, delicious sunshine. A GEM. Slightly superior in terms of scent to Soleil Blanc (those citrus notes make all the difference!) and performs surprisingly well for an EDT. Highly recommended!

Wiktoriaaaz

SO HARSH UPON FIRST SPRAY, I agree with the bug spray comment. unbearable really. Once dries down it’s okay, it’s very unisex to the point I’d say it’s more male leaning. Honestly bronze goddess > this. I paid the same amount for the 10ml of this as I did for my 50ml bronze goddess lol

Okay update, once this dries down it’s still masculine leaning, and has the usually Tom Ford weirdness. This isn’t sweet at all, and there’s no pina colada as people have described. This smells exactly as this cheap Avon perfume I had called Tahitian something? Tahitian coconut? Tahitian holidays? No clue. But smells like cheap superficial coconut water. Let’s not even mention that it lasts way worse than the Avon one lol

A really nice layering combo if you don’t like it on its own like me but still wanna use it is, this with dolce garden! Thank me later :)

kiraj717

I've been dying to get this fragrance since I've been seeing all the hype about it. I'm not a fan of Tom Ford perfume because they usually give me a headache. I have to say this fragrance is very light. A little too light if you ask me. I'm slightly disappointed on the longevity and sillage of this for the price.

Now the scent is very nice. Comes on a bit citrus then dries down to a very light Pina colata scent. It's very faint. I had to spray this at least 5 sprays including my clothes to smell it. For a Tom Ford scent I'm disappointed. I'd rather buy a bath and body works scent that's going to last longer.

Again nice but not a wow or for the price.

AnnaElli

Imagine a luxurious wellness/spa resort near a sandy beach full of palms during a hot summer day, you are lying and relaxing with a glass of some refreshing cocktail reading a book and enjoying your day to the fullest- this perfume is exactly that in the words of fragrance notes.

maci2222

Short citrus opening, into pretty strong tropical beach scene. Love the pistachio. I have a small rollerball of this, and despite me hating rollerballs it works perfectly.

bbFrag4dd1ct

Citrus is strong on initial spray, but it settles in and the coconut comes forward after a few minutes. Once it settles, I get a almost minty quality as well...overall the scent remains relatively stable throughout the entire time I wear it, no dramatic evolutions.

To me it smells like a beachside luxury spa, I'm not sure how else to describe it...the coconut and citrus lends to a sunscreen-y beachy sunny element, and everything else kinda blends together into how high-end spas smell to me.

Overall, it's one of my favorites, and I know there are probably other cheaper fragrances that smell similar, but this one has that signature well-blended expensive smell that I associate with Tom Ford fragrances.

Poisonmy1love

I have a purse spray of this. I dont like it so much. The dry down is good but the top is to strong for me maybe because I can not detect the notes. It kind of peeks out like in an annoying way.

Tested on skin, and the only thing I smell is pure coconut water. No citrus, no florals, nothing else. I would not describe the scent as creamy, but rather watery. Bears similarity to MMM Beach Walk, but Beach Walk smells far more complex to me. The cedar really has the overtone, making the fragrance smell like sand, salt and sea. Eau de Soleil Blanc doesn't remind me that much of the beach, but rather of coconut water. It is cleaner than Beach Walk, more like a swimming pool than a beach. I have a mini and I will not buy the full bottle.

Sunscreen, beach, citrus, easy to wear, etc ~ I agree, however the caraway note is a bit clingy, at first, like an aftertaste. When the coconut and citrus meet in the middle? The best part! You can’t help but smile and think of the gorgeous far off tropics...

Tom Ford Eau de Soleil Blanc was released several years ago as a flanker to Soleil Blanc, fittingly lighter, fresher, and less dense than the original, a light-and-creamy fresh floral that has a hint of sunscreen, the main notes being citruses, a parade of white florals (tuberose, jasmine, ylang ylang), and vanilla. It does have a slight aquatic vibe, maybe midway between freshwater and saltwater, helping it be bit a bit more transparent than the original.

Like most of the “Eau”-named releases of the Private Blend Collection, Eau de Soleil Blanc is in EDT concentration and priced well below the main line’s EDP entries—in this case, the retail pricing is $184/134 for 100/50ml. In that respect, it’s a reasonable compromise and logical alternative to the original Soleil Blanc, whose retail pricing is at the standard $250 for 50ml.

Overall, it’s decent, though I imagine most would lean toward the original Soleil Blanc for its strength, despite the higher price, though Eau does perform reasonably well, also.

Lovely juice if you're looking for a creamy, classy, elegant sunscreen type frag. The pistachio gives it a density and complexity that nudge this to the top of the sunscreen genre.
Now the bad part, performance isn't great and it's expensive.
I own Replica beachwalk and JA1 in the sunscreen realm which perform worse than this so maybe the ingredients don't lend themselves to longevity. Make sure to spray your clothes because my skin eats this juice.

However, if you have the money and are looking sunscreen genre with some citrus, you can't do much better than this. However, I personally would go with Soleil Blanc which smells better IMO.

If you can find artisan pure by John varvatos then get that instead of this. Smells very similar at lower price. The quality of artisan pure is pretty the same with this aswell

I really like this. Coconut, sunblock, warm sun on your skin. Bought this in Cancun and fit very nicely with atmosphere. Used up the whole 100 ml in no time.
However this is a more personal scent. Stays close to skin, and doesn’t last all day. But I usually wear fragrances cause I like how they smell and not so much to project to everyone. I like this better than the EDP version. I think so because the EDP version leans too feminine IMO, whereas this is still nice to wear as a man. I highly recommend to all beach lovers, man or female.

I cannot get past the tuberose in this. That's all I smell when I spray this.

I feel like this fragrance is a beautiful neutral for most people... no offensive scents and it's light and floral.

On me, it's super light and fresh. It dries down slightly sweeter but the silage isn't crazy... one of those scents that you need to get close to remember. I don't mind that at all; it leaves a little intrigue.

All in all this is a beautiful Spring/Summer scent. However, for the same effect you could probably find something cheaper.

Really beautiful perfume. Smells like an expensive suntan lotion which is really pretty. Bright citrus and spices in the top. Lasts about 5-6 hours but becomes a skin scent after the first hour. Disappointed in that. Also don’t really get coconut till the very very end of the life of the fragrance but overall smells like summer in a bottle

alanav09

on paper, this is all coconut and sea salt. THANK GOD thats not the case on my skin - I get beach-dried towels (u know what im talking about), lime, a little sunscreen. coconut falls into the background, and its creamier than it is on a testing strip.

I dont know about the projection - either im getting anosmic to it, or the projection needs work.

I was trying to decide between this and Beach Walk, and I was leaning toward Beach Walk at first and now I dont know. ah, decisions

This scent suits well with my body chemistry. Its fresh, but at the same time quite rich and smooth, very well blended fragrance. I find it long lasting, it lasts about 6 hours on my skin. One of my favourite day time scents!

Drinking sweet cocktails on a beach that you OWN in Barbados, with the citrus coming through like it was carried by the gods themselves across the ocean breeze.
BLISS, literally pure bliss.
I also have the Soleil blanc body oil & the shimmer oil too, definitely helps with longevity & projection.

One strange thing happens to me with Eau de Soleil Blanc... on my skin it lasts ages, way much longer than Soleil Blanc eau the parfum.. That’s very strange and considering the citrusy base of the Eau de Soleil is really a nonsense.. but this thing is reported now and then on others reviewers too, not many, but enough to bring it in my review. The juice is really good anyway, very rich and warm, beachy with usual tropical notes and a sweaty undertone really apparent on my skin.. looove Eau the Soleil Blanc.. Even more than classic Soleil Blanc wich is more subtle, with more projection, but short lived on me.. I use the Eau the Parfum in nighttime actually

BebeLaBeaux

I love this fragrance, from the moment I sampled it I was whisked away to a beautiful beach with a drink in hand. It's such a shame that it doesn't project awfully well, however I did get it in the winter so perhaps come summertime it will behave differently on my skin. It doesn't last awfully long on my skin, however on clothes it does! Beautiful fragrance in my opinion.

I love this very much from start to finish which, as stated here multiple times, isn't that long but it's so good I just don't care, I simply reapply. Just bought a full bottle as my sample is almost gone. I don't like any other Tom Ford that I've tried, they all seem too strong to me, but this one is perfect. The regular Soleil Blanc is wonderful too, I can't really decide which I like better.

This triggers a very strong scent memory of a vacation I took to Hawaii several years ago. I'm there on the beach, spreading out my huge fluffy towel on the warm sand. I can actually smell the sand. The hotel pool is behind me. My swimsuit is still damp from splashing around in the waves. I smell all of it. It's all mixed with the wafting sunscreen smell in the air. I swear I can smell pineapple, or maybe pina coladas too. Maybe that's the citron? Maybe my memory is just adding pineapple for me? I don't know.

I've been to other beaches on different vacations, but for whatever reason this takes me back to the one time I went to Hawaii. It's really special to me, but I'm afraid to wear it. I don't want to taint my memories.

Sillage is less than an arm. Lasts less than 6 hours on me. You'll smell like a beach vacation in the best way if you wear it, though.

valerieboyce66

On first application, I immediately smell a spice, and maybe that's the cardamom with the pistachio. I wasn't sure about leaving it on my skin, but after about 30 minutes I smelled my wrist, and I can smell the coconut/citrus/tuberose. I have a sample size I'm testing. If I end up liking this more during the spring and summer when it gets warmer, I may invest in a travel spray to take on trips.

This opens with a beautiful blast of fresh citrus.
After 5 minutes I start smelling the coconut and some other delicious sweets.
I LOVE the smell of coconut so this is a big yes for me.
When the sun starts shining I will use this fragrance a lot again.
I have 40+ fragrances but I am already half way through my 100ml bottle so that’s a sign I really love this scent. Also bought the EDP a few weeks ago and I can’t wait to start wearing this soon!
Longevity is about 6 hours. Which is not great but acceptable for an eau de parfum.
Sillage is moderate.
