Jardin de Vie Agrume by Weleda is a Citrus Aromatic fragrance for women. Jardin de Vie Agrume was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Olivier Biedermann.

The radiant scent of grapefruit gives Agrume its sparkling freshness and drives away low spirits and invite “joie de vivre”. The sweet, fruity smell of mandarin provides a characteristic note, encouraging us to feel life’s sunny side. The vital composition with further citrus notes creates a wonderfully uplifting mix, which refreshes the spirit. The precious scent of sandalwood deepens and complements the fragrance and imparts powdery and soft notes on the skin.

Available in 50ml bottles.

If you like citrus scents you are in for a treat. This fragrance would make an ideal scent for the summer but could easily be worn between the seasons in Spring or Autumn. This scent reminds me of oranges and mandarins with a hint of floral in the background, it’s not sickly sweet but it’s scent stays with you for about half an hour before drying down to a soft wood like someone else on here mentioned. It doesn’t last long but it’s a natural fragrance and could easily be worn by both men and women alike. Mine is a full size bottle and I have had it for five plus years now and it hasn’t gone off and still has retained its orangey like scent so I can still wear it. Have not seen it around for awhile so I’m not sure if it’s still being made or not. I have about half left as it is nice in summer.

Delicious scent, rubbish longevity. It lasts about half an hour on my skin, and not much longer on my clothes.

I love the scent itself, I can detect the mandarin and grapefruit, and underneath, the woody base. Yes it does smell a little bit like furniture polish or mosquito repellent, as some mentioned, but I quite like this.

EDIT: I bought the full size. Note that this fragrance has a "Use By" date (I guess due to essential oils, plus all-natural ingredients). Mine arrived 2 months past use-by date so got refund, am now trying to get through it as quickly as possible! It hasn't gone off yet but something to look out for when buying.

I usually do not have longevity problems but this has no longevity on me. It smells kind of like orange squash and red mandarin essential oil including the "woody" or almost slightly animalic drydown that oil has. It is not deep or complicated, more of a happy fresh citrus cologne type refreshment. But performance is just too bad.

I can't say much about the longevity because I am currently smelling a soaked piece of tissue (yes... one of THOSE samples...) and we all know the longevity based off those things is going to be crap anyway.

This scent reads very orange. I smell mandarins, actual orange, grapefruit, but also cloudberries, persimmon, amber and some kind of spicy, golden orange resin. In fact, I see the generic Fragrantica picture of the note "resins" in my head as I smell it.

I definitely see how it can go into mosquito repellent territory to some people, it is rather pungent somehow. I also think it can read a bit Christmas-y, it's a wintery type of citrus as opposed to a spring/summer fresh citrus. Almost smells like... some type of leather or furniture polish. I must say I like it, actually!

This smells like sherbert lemons to me, which isn't a bad thing. Very poor longevity though.

I ordered this perfume online, having read praising words of the scent. I was very disappointed. It smells like a sour candy from my childhood with orange-honey flavour.

I don't like it very much, I prefer sweet scents and this one is pure citrus. Imagine if you spill your orange juice all over yourself, well - smells almost the same. At first is very strong, but after 10-15 min it start to fade away. There is no depth in this fragrance.

To me it just smells like some mosquito repellent, would probably work as it too.

ParfumAmour

Grapefruit is a beautiful essential oil that is rarely seen, which is a shame as it adds a vibrant piquancy to scents, without being bitter. Agrume is the definition of fresh citrus, zingy zest, and tingling tastebuds. It brings all the best of these super aromas, with a strong grounding base of sandalwood. As is the nature of highly volatile citrus essential oils, they do evaporate quickly, so longevity is poor.
