Will always back the host!
Accommodation was terrible; property managers offered to refund the cleaning fee or refund our money and find something else three days into a nine day holiday. Resort was packed and no alternative accommodation available. Beds horrendous; apartment dirty and dated. Booking.com took six weeks to supposedly to contact the host and came back with the response - no compensation!due. Didn’t want the videos and WhatsApp messages. Will never use again!
