We had no choice but to leave and find an alternative.
The standard of the accommodation when we arrived didn’t meet the advert, it was mouldy, damp and smelt. Some of the facilities were out of use, and others too dirty to contemplate using.
Bookng.Com immediately distanced themselves, and have not responded to my request for a SAR form, they say they don’t hold details other than a telephone number/email for the owner. The ‘owner’ is denying he is the owner. There doesn’t seem to be any minimum standard of accommodation, so in theory I could advert photos of my house and give you the keys to my garage. I would proceed with caution, we will not use this company again.
