Get back your money from Panda now!
Hello, since I paid through PayPal, it wasn't difficult to get my money back. My shipment was held and confiscated by customs. I contacted Panda because I had purchased insurance, but I never received a resolution, which was supposed to be provided by May 11, 2024. I was very upset, so I went to my PayPal payment history and reported every transaction I made with Panda: for the goods, shipping, other fees, and balance top-ups. I explained the situation to PayPal and, I swear, I got my money back for every single payment. Never buy anything from them again or expect to receive your insurance compensation unless you go through PayPal or your bank, through which you made the payment to Panda.
I hope you all get your money back through PayPal or other bank.
