Completely updated and improved version of the mobile application "Donate Blood" from the Bulgarian Organization for Voluntary Blood Donation (BODC)!

The application aims to facilitate the connection between voluntary blood donors and people in need of blood transfusions, and is available completely free of charge throughout the country.

"Donate Blood" allows users to register in two roles.
• Blood donors who can donate blood as a matter of urgency or join one of the regular blood donation campaigns organized by BODK;
• People in need of blood transfusions who can apply for an emergency call for blood donors, which BODC approves and publishes.

The application allows registered users to:
• receive notifications for both emergency calls and blood donation campaigns;
• have access to a map with locations of blood centers and hospitals where they can donate blood;
• receive information on requirements to be covered by voluntary blood donors;
• Have modern design and intuitive navigation to work with the main functionalities of the application with just a few clicks.

The "Donate Blood" application was developed completely free of charge by the Bulgarian technology company Axidia. The entire process of registration, submission of data for participation in a donation campaign and contact between blood donors and those in need is administered by BODK to ensure the absence of abuse.
