Наскоро съпругът ми попадна в подобна ситуация,ползвайки PayPal.Страницата беше 1:1 с оригиналната.Липсваше само катинарчето от долния десен ъгъл.Ако бързаш и не огледаш всичко, си вътре...Той изпрати съобщение с адреса на съмнителната страница...Само му благодариха и бяха писали,че такива сайтове съществуват за много кратко време.Не повече от 10-15 мин.Дори е трудно да ги хванеш откъде са ...Докато се усетиш и те вече не съществуват...

Ама то стига да нанесат щети на бедни потребители за милиони.

These crooks contact translators via their personal contact form (and, as we have previously explained, we cannot read personal emails sent via our servers without this violating your privacy).

This "Nigerian scam" is an old swindler process.
A (false) cheque is sent to you and banks need 4 or 5 weeks to identify a swindling. The cheque amount is always higher than previously agreed ("error" or any other pretext) and the crook asks you to pay the difference to another account ASAP... by bank transfer from your bank account or a postal order.
And then you are trapped.

Crooks of this type can get away with it for a long time before being caught in the act because they use a number of plausible addresses and a number of Internet Service Providers all at the same time.
Even so, we can try and track them down by cross-checking…
As a community, we can be sure that our actions will have greater influence!

If you are one of the people who have been swindled by this kind of crook, please do not hesitate in sending us the headers of the first message received "from" ......(in blue ) when you were in contact with them and any other details which might help investigators to prevent these crooks from doing any more damage (please e-mail luc@ourdomain.com).

В БГ засега действат на по-елементарно ниво т.е по телефона мамят наивници, защото още не се ползва масово Интернет за покупки и банкиране. Но представям си какво ще стане след няколко години... #Crazy
