Hello:First of all, we went to Bond's signature place, how did you find Monaco?
ÇU: I found Monaco very special and impressive. I didn't have much time to travel, but the Monte Carlo Casino building and the Opera Garnier , the Hotel Paris we stayed in and the overall ambiance were extremely impressive. I'm thinking to go again at the very first chance.
H: In "İçerde" as Sarp, you are in a different role than the other characters you have played up to now; A little more vagabond, maybe more Courageous, Which is the most you feel inside you?
ÇU: I have not forgotten any of the Characters that I've played so far, they all stand somewhere inside me. They are most likely to linked with each other; Because they all have very solid characters. Powerful, the most prominent and similar Features, everything else is different. Life's point of view, what I see and do, physical states.. I learned something from all of them.
Hello: Rich family child, romantic love is all fit for you, but that punk/vagabond soul, this rebellious stance is like your daily style and your attitude. Can we say that this style makes you happy?
ÇU: I am a simple and sincere person in my daily life. I mean, I don't actually think I'm a punk. I'm trying to be as humble as possible. Of course, the characters i play always have something in me. All of them have a separate and special place for me, I love them all..
H: The series has something very appealing and you should be working long hours every day of the week. How are you discharging yourself?
ÇU: I don't have much time left from the set, but if I have, I usually spend time at home, doing sports.
H: How free are you in Istanbul? Do you enjoy going away from time to time?
ÇU: I am not very free in Istanbul. There are some aspects in this work that require sacrifice. For example, you need to pay attention to what you do and the steps you take. For this reason, when I'm very tired, definitely I happily go away and relax.
H: Where do you go when you want to run away?
ÇU : Los Angeles, Greek islands, Ayvalik, Saroz Körfezi (Saroz Gulf) .
H: Was Los Angeles is an escape for you? What were you doing there?
ÇU: Definitely in a sense LA was an escape for me , but I spent plenty of time there to improve myself. It was comfortable and productive process for me to be there. I have had a long vacation and have been training about the new project. I was very happy there.
H: Today, your series are broadcasting in many countries, staying in Los Angeles, joining parties invited by Dolce&Gabbana, shooting in Monaco with us. It can't exceed without having a reputation beyond Turkey. What are your dreams of opening up to the world, your career, and how important is it to you?
ÇU: These are good things, of course. Things that give a lot of pride, happiness and motivation. The biggest aesthetic of every Actor is to be able to do something on the international level . Thanks to my projects that my awareness is increasing. This is very precious for me. I hope to take part in an international project someday. For this we are doing work, doing negotiations. But I'm having the right project on right time, with Allah's Will.
H: In Monte Carlo Casino magnificent opera house you sat on the piano and once again surprised us. The drummer performances in "Delibal" and the Film Song 'Mutlu Sonsuz', From time to time you sing in friends get-togethers, In fact, your fans are expecting something from you in Music. Do you have such a plan for the future?
ÇU: For now, I do not have any kind of musical plan. My priority is to take part in different, good and Lasting projects in acting. I like music, but I see it only as a plus point in my Acting.
H: You've always been involved in successful high rated and well-liked projects. But is it true that one day in your dreams you thinking to create an art film? With whom, How would you like to take part in a project?
ÇU: I don't only consider projects as art or box office films.
I work in every project that I am happy to be in. I can't name but I want to make good films with important directors and we have negotiations about it.
H: Our country and the world have been through a difficult process in recent years. I've heard that you are writing a script by being influenced by all these social issues. Would you share a little with us?
ÇU: Terrorism is the worst of the whole world, unfortunately. Especially in the case of our country is a Different Trouble. We don't want to be affected by these events in the society we live in. Watching them with our own eyes. we want to express with our own feelings from time to time. I have written a script with these feelings. But for the moment I can't give much details.
H:Have you ever dreamed of directing?
ÇU: The Backstage of the camera is very valuable. A place that does not appear on the screen but makes you feel its depth from every angle. One wonders how the director was feeling when he took it. A series or a film, it's captured very different feelings. I'm always curious about them. Something I'm doing in, that I am doing on my own, but it is not something as 'Oh' (Amazing). H: You a have a nice team of close friend whom you are working with. It must be well reflected in you and your work, isn't it ?
ÇU: Of course I think it reflects. It's more peaceful and makes me comfortable working in such environment. My manager and my style consultant are very close friends and colleagues in a professional sense. We know each other very well, everything gets so easy, of course.
H: Do you have any name who you took as role model to yourself or any one of your favorite?
ÇU: Of course I follow many people who are good at their work and who are an example. I try to be better and different, and I try to improve myself for it.
H: Millions of young people are dreaming of becoming Çağatay by watching you. Being handsome and physically fit is enough to be a good actor on his own? What kind of suggestions do you have for them as an experienced person who knows the industry ?
ÇU: First of all, they have to decide what they want to do. Only the outer appearance is not enough to succeed in this Industry. I encourage them to study acting at different kind of schools, either private or in the field, to do what they can to improve themselves and what they are doing. They should do things that they enjoy, They go in that field they are happy with. These will improve them though.
H: What do you do to improve yourself in acting?
ÇU: For Myself and character that I am living in, I constantly working on it to make it alive. I learned to play drums for Barış (Delibal) , For Sarp (İçerde) I learned Fighting and learnt to use weapons. The acting is already an open field for development. So I always learn something new. I wants to take good projects. With Self-esteem and self-respect, I believe that I should constantly improve myself for the people who follow me.
H: After James Bond, Monte Carlo Casino Gates are opened for you for Photoshoot. Do you feel like Bond in this environment?
ÇU: This is very special and exciting for me. After the Bond films, it feels so different to have a Photoshoot in this building. Yes, I can feel myself like Bond.
H: In series we are watching secret and a difficult Love story. Does Çağatay like to fight for love?
ÇU: Let's not mix daily life with the series. I don't like to talk about such matters a lot.
H: This project has succeeded in attracting us in a very short time, creating his own fan base. Were you waiting for this success?
ÇU: As a team we were believing in İçerde. In fact, there is a story we know. But the characters and the story are so realistic and full of surprises that we were supposed to get such success. As a team we work very fondly and we really did a hard work to make 'İçerde'
Hello: What is the most important criteria for you when you say "yes" to a project?
ÇU: Inner Satisfaction, I can say. In short, there are a lot of criteria. But I got it I can believe in that it's enough to take part in the project actually.
H: After 10 years where do you see yourself or what you want to see?
ÇU: I do not know if I'd have dreamed about this place 10 years ago. So I don't know where I can be in 10 years after, but I just want to be living a peaceful and happy life.
H: How it feels to be known in many different countries of the world watching your series telecast abroad? What do you want to say to your foreign fans?
ÇU: I get very nice messages and gifts from many different parts of the world. Though there are miles of distance between us, seeing such love get me emotional. They believe in me, their love gives me this good energy. These are the most important factors that are motivating me. I thank them once again for their support and for being here with me.
