You have few ways to provide us your certified copy* of diploma and transcript before August 20, 2026. All documents have to be translated into English or Dutch with the copy in original language.
- Online verification. The TU/e code for IB is 001616
- By email from your education institution to io.documents@tue.nl. Please note that we do not accept documents sent by email from a student.
- Original documents brought physically
- Certified copies sent by post
- Providing credentials for your IB portal
Please note that in any case you should also bring your original documents with you to the Netherlands, because we may ask you to provide them to us again.
If you unable to provide your diploma and transcript before the deadline, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make all the necessary arrangements for your successful start of academic year. Please provide your documents before September 1, 2026 the latest, otherwise you will not be admitted to your study program.
*Certified copies are copies with an original official stamp to verify that the copies are true copies of original documents. This official stamp may be from one of the following: the educational institution from where you gained the diplomas / an embassy / a solicitor or notary / local town or city council / the TU/e.
