Мерт е голям сладур! Харесвам усмивката му. Още от "1001 нощ". Мисля, че бяхме пускали нещо подобно, но няма значение, Фрешче! Виж ги колко са млади и усмихнати!

Интервюто с Халит от гръцкото списание на английски. Благодарности на гръцките момичета.
He came to Greece to present the blockbuster "Suleiman, the Magnificent" and captured our hearts.
Halit Ergenc:: "For what I believe, I fight until the end"
When he doesn't want to talk to you (for his personal life ), it is difficult to get a word of him.... In all other cases, he talks a lot. The perfectionist Halit Ergenc, who loves honesty and women ...who are not perfect, came to Athens for a while and talked about "Suleiman", about prejudices that shot down, about the roles that attract him, about his family and also indicating to us why his is considered as sex symbol.
Fresh! Not even a tiny little wrinkle in his face, to show the "hard" early wake up (shortly after 5.00 am), the flight from Istanbul (at 7.30) and the distance from airport to Hilton hotel. Halit Ergenc is cheerful and really fresh , when he got out the jeep outside Hilton hotel.
The truth is that the screen is unfair. Face to face, is taller, more fit, more charming and an immersive glance that sharpen you from the top to the bottom. He has an aura of "classic" male - even more immersive. It is not surprising that both in Turkey and Greece, he is considered as sex symbol.
He looks very serious, he smiles modestly. Moderated: this would be the more appropriate word. So moderated, that somebody can easily think of him snob. He is not. Later, he will be proved clever, diplomat with rigid opinion. He makes you feel embarassed at times. And when the point goes to personal life, he stops you immediately.
He wears a white shirt, gray pants, a rich beard (extra points of charm), and you can not take your eyes from the elegant cufflinks looking like miniature clocks, and show the time. In the left ear, a trace of old earring hole betrays that he does not wear earing anymore. Later, under the watchful eye of his manager Aishe, changes clothes patiently (wearing blue shirt "matching his blue eyes") in order to be photographed.
-We have used you ,to play roles of powerful men. It is because you are attracted by them?
It is certainly very different from playing common roles and this is itself a challenge. These roles are indeed robust figures, which change the reality around them, with just a touch of them, no matter what others think about them. Well, the challenge to play roles of powerful men, on the one hand is difficult and frightening, but on the other hand is important, because you dare to grapple with prejudices.
-You admit, then, that Suleiman was prejudice?
Of course it was, But once we grappled with it, I realized that, gradually, some prejudices began to shot down . I even dare to say, that there was a progressive trend as well, regard to the series was a great impact on society. Let us not forget however, that this is not a historical documentary, but a fiction, a great love story between Suleiman and Hurrem, which went down in history, and only was put in this historical time.
-Nevertheless, there were big reactions ....
For some people, Suleiman is a myth, so there is a prejudice which has to do with the presentation of his personality. The reactions began even before the series and raised due to parts of trailers that were misunderstood. This was considered at the outset that Suleiman will be presented as an alchoholic, with homosexual tendencies towards his close friend Ibrahim and uncontrollable passion in his harem. Some people, therefore, based on their prejudices, complained without a second thought. But when the first episode was aired, the reactions calmed down and after the second episode, almost disappeared.
-Did you ever feel really threatened by the public reactions?
I will not pretend that I did not even care, because that would mean that I degrade the public, who I have a
mutual relationship with it. I waited, then, rather quietly, to see what would be the reactions when the first episode would be aired and we were justified at last.
-Are there common interests between you and Suleiman?
I like also handicrafts, what can I make with my hands, and poetry. Also, as long as, I think that I'm right, I fight until the end, in order to defend something.
-Did you have difficult times in the shootings? We heard you had an accident.
Indeed, in rehearsals for the fencing scenes, I broke my leg and I had to stay in plaster for six weeks. But since the shootings could not stop, I should hide my pain. After I took off the plaster, I fell and hit my waist. Amazing, isn't it?(Laughter)
-What do you think about the success of the Turkish series in Greece?
We are neighbors. Therefore, we have common attributes in our psyche and we resemble as regards the cultural level and human relations. Also, in Turkey there are very good series in every respect, which I think, estimated by each audience, regardless of nationality. On occasion, I would like to say that I would be very glad if Greek series came in Turkey, as we don't know how Greeks really live.
-How do you face the fact that the women love you?
I will not lie to you. It is very nice and something that makes you feel beautiful.
-What feature must have the perfect woman for you?
(He thought only for a second and then burst into laughter). Not to be perfect. I find the charm in cute spots.
-Do you feel a star?
Only in the moments I have the chance to talk with you, or when the public welcomes me in that way, as recently in Slovakia. All the other times, no ... I'm just Halit.
-There were rumors that the reactions about the role of Suleiman disrupted your family life.
It's exactly what you said, rumors. I know, of course, that the press will be very happy to see me in that case, but no, there is no truth to all this. I hope and believe, that me , Berguzar and our son will live many years happy together.

Halit Ergenc left for a while .... his palace and came to our country to "present" to the Greek audience "Suleiman the Magnificent," the blockbuster that has broken all the raytings. He visited Greece last year, as the success of "1001 Nights" made him a first-class star in Greece. Now, charming Halit Ergenc returned to our country with the chance of his new TV series, the blockbuster "Suleiman the Magnificent." As a special quest of the Group "Attic Publications" and the company "Victory Media" who got the permission of the series, first global promotion out of Turkey, which is distributed exclusively on DVD with the magazine "Tilerama". "Suleiman" flew for a while in Athens in order to present to the Greek audience his new venture, a Hollywood production standards that will surprise us.
FRIENDLY AND COOL
In a special ceremony held in Hilton hotel, Halit, friendly and cool, impressed once again with his kindness and his willingness to answer questions from representatives of the press and the broadcasters, who straggled in order to ... get a word from him. As expected, there were members of the actor's fan club on Facebook, who follow faithfully in every step of him. Their favorite actor did not hide his pleasure that he came back in our country, and talk with enthousiasm about his role. Among other things,he said: "I am very happy to come back to Athens, this time for the presentation of "Suleiman, the Magnificent." This is a very popular series, as we had made similar efforts in tv productions with historical content in the past , but not as successful as this one. Moreover, Suleiman is a series of huge budget." He promised, that love of Suleyman and Hurrem around which is the script, one of the largest love in history, will fascinate the Greek audience and said goodbye to his fans, who did not hide his impatience to enjoy him as "Suleiman, the Magnificent" through the exclusive supply of the magazine "Tilerama"!

Видях,че от януари има вероятност Берги да започне нов проект.
Дано!.Дано само сценария да е интересен.Не е ли,както и да играят
артистите не се получава.Най-верните фенове ще ги гледат,гледат
пък ще се откажат.Всички не са като нашето Даре.
Но мисля ,че този път семейство Ергенч ще огледа сценария по добре.
Предишният сериял завърши преждевремено,нямаше нужния успех,но пък Берги
показа,че може да се справи сама с ролята на певица и то добре.

Варна много благодаря за интервюто,но сега бих помолила някое от момичетата ,които знаят английски да го преведат/когато имат възможност разбира се/за тези от нас които не го знаят
